Abstract

The policy of adapting new habits during the COVID-19 pandemic in yellow and green zone schools became the basis for blended learning practices at SDIT AlFatih Cigombong, which became a pilot school in the Bogor Regency area. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of blended-based classroom management at SDIT Al-Fatih. This study uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive method. The data were collected through interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis techniques. Research findings show that blended-based classroom management at SDIT Al-Fatih during the COVID19 pandemic was declared quite effective. It indicated from some aspects: teacher’s ability to manage learning, utilize learning media optimally, positive response of students to learning activities, learning objectives can be achieved, quantity of student assignments, giving fair rewards and grades to students, periodic assessments, classical minimum completeness criteria (KKM) achievement, actively involving students, attracting students’ interest and attention, active communication between teachers and parents regarding information related to student and school learning, having facilities and infrastructure to support the teaching and learning process. Furthermore, implementing blended-based learning considered effective in maximizing learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Kompetensi guru merupakan keahlian yang perlu dimiliki oleh guru. Seiring perkembangan zaman yang semakin modern ini, guru tidak hanya dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan dalam mengajar tetapi juga dituntut untuk menguasai teknologi dan informasi. Namun pada kenyataannya, masih banyak guru yang belum mengetahui bagaimana cara memaksimalkan teknologi informasi tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perlu diadakannya pelatihan. Peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat adalah hal yang juga mutlak untuk dilakukan disamping peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. ketika ekonomi masyarakat rendah, maka hal ini akan berdampak pada segala aspek lainnya. Dikarenakan tingkat ekonomi masyarakat masih rendah, maka diperlukan solusi untuk membantu masyarakat dalam peningkatan ekonomi, terutama masyarakat yang berprofesi sebagai pedagang kelontong yang jumlahnya cukup banyak di Desa Pagelaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pelatihan teknologi informasi dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru. Tahapan pengabdian yang dilakukan adalah (1). Analisis masalah., (2) Menyusun rencana Kegiatan, (3) Melaksanakan Kegiatan, (4) Melakukan Evaluasi, (5) Menyusun Laporan Hasil Kegiatan. Teknik pengumpulan dari dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data yaitu dengan mereduksi data, penyajian data, hingga pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pelatihan ini berdampak positif terhadap guru terlihat dari tumbuhnya motivasi besar dari para guru untuk dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi atau media sosial untuk kepentingan sekolah.

Abstract

From the author's observations, it is known that the ability to speak Indonesian needs to be improved where this can be seen from several indications, including some students who are not able to use Indonesian properly and correctly in daily interactions with teachers, colleagues, parents and the community. The problems above are caused by the lack of learning strategies that can improve the ability to speak Indonesian, one of which is the less optimal provision of simulation methods in learning Indonesian. The author aims to conduct research on efforts to improve the ability to speak Indonesian through thesimulation learning method in fifth grade students of SD Negeri Sukahati 01, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency. One of the steps that are expected to improve the ability of students to speak Indonesian is to implement a simulation method in learning Indonesian. This research was carried out at SD Negeri Sukahati 01, Citeureup District, Bogor Regency with the time the research was carried out starting from July 2020 to December 2020. The research method used is a qualitative description method in the form of Classroom Action Research, namely the method used to describe, describe, and explain the symptoms ofresearch and strive to draw conclusions

Abstract

This research aims to describe the development of thematic quality learning elementary school at 1st – 3rd grade through cooperative learning model. The purpose of thematic learning is to make students easier to focus on one theme because the material is provided through the clear theme. Further, the students can learn and improve every basic of competencies in one theme. This purpose is often not achieved because of teachers’ implementation learning method for teaching which is not interesting for students. Hence, it can cause the low quality of thematic learning. Hence, the teachers’ learning innovations is needed by applying a more stimulating learning model in order to make students learn more cooperative. It can be applied in using cooperative learning. This research used survey method through interview and observation on 1st – 3rd teacher in elementary school. The result of study is showed that the thematic learning in 1st – 3rd grade can be increased through implementation cooperative learning.

Abstract

Arts and culture learning not only learn about materials related to cultural arts, but also trains students' skills in applying the art materials that have been learned. Therefore, it takes enthusiasm and creativity of students to achieve effective and efficient learning outcomes of art and culture. The main problem in this study is how effective the use of video-based learning media in teaching arts and culture is, what benefits can be obtained by using the media, and what are the obstacle factors that can affect the use of these learning media. This study uses a qualitative approach and has a descriptive nature. Data analysis was carried out by sorting data, presenting data, and finally drawing conclusions. The results of research on the use of video-based media in learning arts and culture in schools using audio-visual media such as computers, laptops, projectors, and others can make the learning atmosphere in the classroom more qualified, teachers and students can also more easily convey and absorb the material presented. being studied by showing interesting and easy-to-understand shows. In addition, video-based learning media is considered more capable of increasing students' enthusiasm and creativity in learning arts and culture. On the other hand, there are also obstacles in the use of audio-visual-based media in the process of learning arts and culture in schools, namely poor maintenance of facilities, and lack of supervision in the use of audio-visual media so that sometimes there is a lot of damage to facilities.

Abstract

Character education can be formed through scouting education lesson. One of the courses in the Elementar School Teacher Education Study Program FKIP UNIDA is the scouting education course. This study aims to determine the student’s perspective on the scouting education course at FKIP UNIDA. A Qualitative approach was used in this study. The research subjects were students of the Djuanda University Elementary School Teacher Education study program. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques and literature study. The result of this research is that there are some student who do not understand the material taught by the course. Student studyscouting only to fulfill the credits in lectures, so that character education they want to instill in accordance with the goalsof scouting does not reach student. But on the other hand there are some student who feel the importance of scouting education to form honest, responsible, disciplined, hard-working, confident, and independent characters..

Abstract

This research departs from the many found misconceptions experienced by students in evolutionary lectures. So it is very important to make improvements. The efforts carried out in this study were to improve students' misconceptions through the use of Dual situated learning model as a model of change in conception based on the criteria considered to be very capable of correcting problems. The study was conducted at a public university in Bandung in the department of biology with 33 respondents as the subject of research. To find out the success of the activities carried out, data was taken using the Certainty of response index test. The results found are that there is a significant effect of Dual Situated Learning Model usage on the level of change in student misconception.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the desire to make a change to conventional and monotonous ways of learning by providing variations in science learning for students, where so far learning has been fixated on old media that are not relevant to the demands of innovation in education namely skill-based learning in the 21st century and the industrial revolution 4.0. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of video animation based on a scientific approach to the high-level thinking skills of students. The sample in this study were students majoring in Primary teacher education programs in science education, which were determined by cluster random sampling techniques. The study used an experimental methodology with a pretest-posttest control design. (3) T-test results from the results of the analysis of high-level thinking skills scores of students showed a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, proving that the final ability of the experimental class group was significantly higher than the control class. This indicates that the use of scientific animated video approaches influences students' high-level thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to develop MONSAINS (Monopoly Science) learning media that is suitable for science learning materials for the fifth grade human digestive system. . The objectives of this study are: (1) To explain the steps for developing the Monopoly Science (MONSAINS) media on the material of the fifth grade human digestive system, (2) to determine the feasibility of developing the Monopolymedia Science (MONSAINS) on the material of the human digestive system in class V SD 3) Adding innovation in the development of learning media. This research is a type of research and development Research and Development (R n D) which is adevelopment model Borg and Gall with 7 stages taken. The media development stages carried out are: (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product testing, (7) product revision . The test subjects were class V MI Pondok Leungsir in the 2020/2021 school year. The instrument used in this study was a validation questionnaire for material experts, media experts, teachers and students. The data analysis used was technical descriptive quantitative analysis. The number of subject trials is limited to only 5 students. The results of the validation that have been carried out obtain a very good category assessment from a scale of 5, the total score is obtained from an average score of 4.0 from material / content experts, an average score of 4.6 by design / media experts, an average score of 4.9 by a class V teacher at MI Pondok Leungsir. In addition, this product also obtained a very good score from an average score of 4.6 on a scale of 5, so it is considered the media to be very interesting and suitable for use by students in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Academic achievement becomes very important in the language learning process. Student performance, student progress and student potential are essential to measuring academic achievement or learning outcomes. This study aims to identify the relationship of final learning achievement with the student learning experience to improve students’ language skills. Research focuses on what skills are the final achievements of learning and observe whether the learning experience can support the plan of acquisition of learning achievements. Research design is qualitative content analysis. The population used is the semester learning plan document of the Indonesian language and literature learning model SD. Sample selection uses the method of sampling units by selectively distinguishing the units to be analyzed based on the scope of the research problem. Data analysis using interpretive approaches: Reducing data to manageable representations: summarizing or simplifying data; inferring contextual phenomena: relying on analytical constructs or models of the chosen context as warrants; Narrating the answers to content analysts’ questions amount to make the result comprehensible to others. Based on the study results, the learning experience is determined based on the end goal of learning. Discuss in-depth the concept of learning the Indonesian language and literature in elementary schools based on multiliterate, integrative, and differentiated learning concepts.
