Abstract

The number of members of the Dharma Wanita unit at Jambi University in 2024 is 119, but during one of the routine activities of the Dharma Wanita unit at Jambi University, namely routine group gymnastics every Wednesday afternoon which is held at the official residence of the rector of Jambi University, this activity is only attended by 20-30 people each week. . This research aims to find out how interested the Unja DWP is in routine exercise at the Dharma Wanita gymnastics club unit of Jambi University. The method used in this research is distributing questionnaires, where respondents will be given a number of statements and will answer according to their circumstances. The scores obtained from the questionnaire will then be analyzed using qualitative descriptive statistical techniques which are applied in the form of percentages. The total population of all Dharma Wanita Units at Jambi University is 119 members. This number is more than 100 people, so by determining a sample size of 25%, the sample size calculation is 25 members. The results of the research show that the total percentage of DWP interest as a whole answered in the very high category, 8%, totaling 2 members, with the high category 68%, totaling 17 members, with the medium category 8%, totaling 2 members, and the low category 8%, totaling 2 members, with a very low category of 8% with 2 members.

Abstract

The author's background in conducting this research is that there are several problems that befell the Indonesian people in the name of religion, especially Islam. Such as cases of violence, extremism in religious radicalism, terrorism which are getting more complicated day by day. Even though the Qur'an explains how to act in the middle and not be too excessive in various aspects of life. A middle or moderate attitude in religion is described in the Qur'an either with the term ummatan wasatan (wasathiyyah) or with the term ummatan muqtasid. These two terms are not only intended for Muslims but also for people of the book, namely Jews and Christians. These two terms are analyzed based on the interpretation of Wahbah az-Zuhaili in the book of tafsir al-Munir. The type of research that the author uses is the library research method, while the method used is the maudhu'i (limited thematic) research method, namely a research method based on certain themes in the Koran. The results of this research are according to Wahbah Zuhaili in the book of tafsir al-Munir what is meant by ummatan wasatan in the QS. al Baqarah verse 143 is a fundamental point in Islam which contains the meaning of middle class, justice, balance, praiseworthy character, not being excessive in religion and not being negligent in fulfilling one's obligations as well as combining knowledge and charity, the spirit of fighting for justice, teaching balance in various aspects of life and upholding human dignity and dignity. Meanwhile, the term ummatan muqtasid in QS. al-Maidah: 66 according to Wahbah az-Zuhaili is moderate in actions, namely being on the straight path and not exceeding limits. Therefore, from what Wahbah az-Zuhaili explains in his interpretation, it indicates that the concept of ummatan wasathan and muqtasid refers to people who have a middle or balanced attitude in all things, which is in line with human nature, namely being able to combine the physical and spiritual, knowledge and charity and not exceeding limits or hurting other people in the life of religion, nation or state.

Abstract

The background to this research is the students' lack of understanding of the concept of poetry so that poetry writing tends to be written in the form of stories with paragraphs. These findings show that students' ability to write poetry at school is still low. This research aims to improve the ability of students in the Primary School Teacher Education Study Program Semester 4 V at Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University in writing poetry using the acrostic technique. The research was carried out using classroom action procedures (PTK). Data collection techniques use observation and test techniques. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) where the assessment is cyclical consisting of 4 stages, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation and (4) reflection. The sample in the research here is all 4V semester students totaling 39 people. The research results show that the ability of students in the fourth semester of the Teacher Education Study Program in writing poetry in the pretest obtained a score of 60.10 and a completeness level of 16%. In the first cycle they obtained an average score of 64.72 and a completeness level of 49%. In cycle II the average score was 83.90 and the level of learning completeness was 92%. From the results of this analysis, it was concluded that the ability to write poetry using the acrostic technique of students in the fourth semester of the FKIP Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program increased. Based on the criteria for classical learning completeness, this learning has achieved the target of classical learning completeness. In other words, this acrostic technique helps students convey ideas, thoughts and feelings through imagination in the form of poetry.

Abstract

This research aims to improve children's story plot writing skills using the rule of three in FKIP PGSD students at Al Washliyah This research aims to improve children's story plot writing skills using the rule of three in FKIP PGSD students at Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University, Medan. Remembering that children's stories are an important part of the process of learning Indonesian language and literature in elementary school. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method with a one group pre-test post-test design type of research. The population and sample in this research were students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) FKIP Al Washliyah Muslim Nusantara University. The population was 50 people and samples were taken using random sampling technique as many as 30 students. From the research results, it is known that the average score of class 5 A PGSD UMN Al Washliyah students in the initial pre-cycle condition was only 55.84%. After taking action in cycle I, student learning outcomes increased to 61.6%. To get better results, action was taken in cycle II. In this cycle student learning outcomes increased to 80.25%. From this it can be said that applying the rule of three in writing children's story plots can improve children's story plot writing skills for semester 5 A students of FKIP PGSD UMN Al Washliyah, Medan. The output targets in this research are national/international journals or proceedings.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk menilai seberapa efektif strategi pembelajaran interaktif dengan ClassPoint dalam meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa di Kelas VI SDN 060817 Medan, terutama dalam mata pelajaran IPAS. Dalam dua siklus, tindakan kelas ini diharapkan berlangsung. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, Data dari tes pada siklus I dan II dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode statistik kuantitatif serta deskriptif. Pada siklus I, skor rata-rata adalah 5,9, sementara skor ideal yang dapat dicapai adalah 10,0, dan standar deviasi 1,4, yang menunjukkan hasil belajar yang baik. Namun, hanya 42,9 persen, atau 15 dari 35 siswa, menunjukkan hasil belajar yang baik. Selain itu, banyak sejumlah 10 siswa dengan hasil belajar yang rendah, atau sekitar 28,5%, dan sebanyak 8 siswa, atau sekitar 22,9%, menunjukkan hasil belajar yang sedang. Selain itu, ada 2 siswa, atau sekitar 5,7%, dengan hasil belajar yang sangat rendah. Pada siklus II, 25 siswa, atau sekitar 71,4% dari 35 siswa, tergolong dalam kategori tuntas, sedangkan 10 siswa, atau sekitar 28,6%, masih berada dalam kategori tidak tuntas. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila materi hak dan kewajiban melalui model pembelajaran PBL (Problem Based Learning) dikelas IV UPT SDN 060910 Medan Denai. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain PTK (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas). Yang berjumlah 25 orang siswa yang terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 16 siswa perempuan. Hasil Pengamatan aktivitas guru pada saat pembelajaran pada siklus I Pertemuan ke-I dengan jumlah nilai rata-rata (88,23%) dan pertemuan ke II dengan jumlah nilai rata-rata (91,17%). Kemudian pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan hasil pengamatan aktivitas mengajar guru dimana pada pertemuan ke-I dengan jumlah nilai rata-rata (95,58%), dan pertemuan ke-II dengan jumlah nilai rata-rata (98,52%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan model Problem Based Learning (PBL) dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV pada materi Negaraku Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan pre-test post-test control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 60 siswa yang dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang mendapatkan perlakuan berupa pembelajaran berbasis PBL dan kelompok kontrol yang diajar menggunakan metode konvensional. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar (pre-test dan post-test), lembar observasi, dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif dan t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen setelah penerapan model PBL. Nilai rata-rata post-test kelompok eksperimen mencapai 85,4, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya mencapai 70,3. Hasil uji t-test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan (p < 0,05) antara kedua kelompok, yang mengindikasikan bahwa model PBL lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dibandingkan metode konvensional. Selain itu, hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa siswa dalam kelompok eksperimen lebih aktif terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam diskusi kelompok dan pemecahan masalah. Wawancara dengan siswa juga menunjukkan bahwa model PBL meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih bermakna. Kesimpulannya, model Problem Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa serta partisipasi aktif dan keterampilan berpikir kritis mereka. Model ini dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran yang relevan dalam materi kewarganegaraan dan bidang studi lainnya yang membutuhkan pemahaman konseptual dan pemecahan masalah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran susun kartu pada tema ekosistem di kelas V Sd. Penelitian ini menggunakan model ADDIE, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Metode R&D adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Penelitian dan pengembangan adalah suatu proses atau langkah-langkah untuk mengembangkan suatu produk baru atau menyempurnakan produk yang telah ada. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pengembangan ADDIE yang dikembangkan oleh Furthermore, Lee dan Owens. Model ADDIE merupakan singkatan dari Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluations. Model ini dapat digunakan untuk berbagai macam bentuk pengembangan produk seperti model, strategi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media dan bahan ajar. Produk yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini adalah media pembelajaran Susun kartu. peneliti mengembangkan media susun kartu dengan observasi langsung kesekolah mulai dari menganalisis kebutuhan siswa serta materi dan merancang serta mendesain media susun akrtu sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Validasi ahli media dan materi mendapatkan skor yang berjumlah 66% dengan saran dan komentar layak digunakan tanpa revisi sebagai media pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to document and analyze semiotic studies in Serdang Malay Ethnomedicine mantra texts, especially regarding signs and markers which are believed to have spiritual power in Kuala Lama Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra. This research uses a qualitative approach with field data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that in the old Malay Serdang mantra, there are two main signs, namely the sound or phrase "Bismillahirrohmanirrohim" which always appears at the beginning or above the mantra sentence. The two words "Hu" have a social meaning as a place to express requests for desires, recognition of human helplessness, and special sentences in begging. The research conclusion shows that the semiotic social meaning of the old Malay Serdang mantra lies in the sound "Bismillahirrohmanirrohim," which is an expression of a request for healing to God. In the context of ethnomedicine treatment, the use of this mantra also reflects cooperation and mutual assistance between the Serdang Malay community.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tema 2 udara bersih bagi kesehatan kelas V di SDS Kartini Panipahan saat pembelajaran berlangsung siswa tidak sepenuhnya memperhatikan penjelasan guru, dikarenakan bosan dengan aktivitas mendengarkan sehingga tema 2 udara bersih bagi kesehatan dirasa kurang menyenangkan bagi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kevalidan, keefektifan, dan kepraktisan bahan ajar tema 2 udara bersih bagi kesehatan berbasis Problem Based Learning yang telah dikembangkan. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Produk yang dihasilkan divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Uji coba kelompok kecil dilakukan dikelas V SDS Kartini Panipahan. Data diambil dari tanggapan siswa dan guru tentang bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan dan hasil pembelajaran siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Nilai hasil validasi media yang bernilai 69,4% ialah persentase skor akhir yang didapatkan dengan cara total skor hasil penelitian dibagi dengan skor maksimal dan dikalikan dengan 100%. Maka nilai hasil validasri media bernilai 69,4%. Nilai hasil validasari materi bernilai 85,7% yang didapatkan dari total skor hasil penelitian dibagi dengan skor maksimal serta nilai respon guru dengan nilai 92,3% juga didapatkan dengan perhitungan total skor hasil penelitian dibagi dengan skor maksimal. Simpulan penelitian, bahan ajar yang dikembangkan berkarakteristik Problem Based Learning, bahan ajar valid, praktis dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran. Saran yang disampaikan, bahan ajar yang dikembangkan dapat dijadikan bahan ajar alternatif. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan meningkatkan kreatifitas dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar atau mengembangkan pembelajarn.
