Abstract

Garbage is a serious threat to humans, because littering can cause environmental pollution. Poor waste management has an impact on environmental problems. In this problem, it is necessary to have a smart trash can based on the Arduino Microcontroller which includes the HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor as a distance detector and a trash volume detector, a Servo is used to control the lid of the trash, a Capacitive Proximity Sensor is used to sort organic and inorganic waste types, Buzzers and LED as an alarm and a sign that the trash can is full, and the GSM SIM800L V.2 Module which is used to give SMS to officers that the trash can is full. The smart trash can has two spaces for organic and inorganic waste and has one entrance for disposing of trash. The smart trash lid will open and close automatically by detecting the presence of humans with a distance of 40 cm, if the trash is detected by organic waste, the servo will move to the left of the organic waste bin. Conversely, if it is not detected by a capacitive proximity sensor, the servo will move to the right of the inorganic trash. When the trash can is full, the buzzer sounds and the LED lights up, and sends an SMS to the officer that the trash can is full

Abstract

Sistem pakar adalah sistem berbasis komputer yang menggunakan pengetahuan, fakta, dan teknik penalaran dalam memecahkan masalah yang biasanya hanya dapat dipecahkan oleh pakar bidang tertentu. Kelebihan sistem pakar diantaranya adalah memungkinkan orang awam dapat mengerjakan pekerjaan para pakar (ahli). Sistem pakar dapat digunakan untuk menyimpan pengetahuan dan keahlian pakar. Dengan menggunakan sistem pakar para petani dapat dengan mudah mendiagnosa penyakit yang menyerang tanaman padi mereka karena selama ini petani mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan jenis penyakit yang menyerang tanaman padi mereka, setelah dibuat sistem pakar maka dapat memudahkan petani dalam melakukan konsultasi penyakit tanaman padi mereka dengan solusi yang diberikan oleh pakar sehingga mereka tidak perlu lagi melakukan konsultasi dengan pakar secara langsung dengan menggunakan metode backward chainning berbasis web yaitu metode yang menentukan hipotesis yang menuju suatu fakta yang mendukung suatu hipotesis tersebut. Dengan dibuat aplikasi berbasis web maka petani bisa dengan mudah mengakses aplikasi kapanpun. (Studi Kasus : Petani Padi Kecamatan Padang Laweh).

Abstract

Clean water is an important thing in human life. Several actions have been taken by the government to meet the clean water needs of the Riau province. One of them is the Community Based Drinking Water and Sanitation Provision program. Before carrying out activities related to the provision of clean water to the community, the targets to be achieved for the provision of clean water in the future will be determined. This study aims to klaster clean water beneficiary targets using the k-means algorithm with an optimization of the centroid value using a genetic algorithm. Average silhouette number is used to get the optimal number of klasters, which is two klasters. The results of klaster validity were measured using the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) method where klasterization without optimization resulted in a DBI of 2.164763 and the results of klasterization by carrying out genetic optimization on the centroid value resulted in a DBI value of 2.06894.

Abstract

A safe and conducive home area is one of the things that every resident of housing expects was studied by roy[1]. Portal gate is one of the infrastructure that supports the security of a residential area was studied by irawan[1]. The implementation of the gate portal in Widya Graha I housing, Pekanbaru at this time is still done manually by the security and the application is not optimal because the portal is still often left open by the security. With the development of technology, it is necessary to have an automation system in using the gate portal so that the gate portal can be used more optimally. In designing an automatic gate portal using Arduino as the main controller for the gate portal, Arduino will send commands to the DC motor to open or close the gate portal with an RFID card as the opening of the portal and an infrared sensor as a portal cover, as a fingerprint detection sensor and Arduino as a controlling medium control data input processor. From the test results, the portal will be closed when the vehicle passes through the infrared sensor at a certain distance.

Abstract

Currently, the management of employee attendance in the City Government is still done manually, where the leadership does not have any media that can be used to monitor attendance, causing problems including recapitulation and slow employee attendance reporting. The calculation of the percentage (%) of the employee performance allowance (Tukin) is not carried out proportionally according to the attendance discipline. The impact of the current system is undisciplined employee attendance. Attendance management system which aims to manage employee attendance data. Attendance data obtained every morning and evening is stored on a server at the Pekanbaru City Information and Communication Office. This data is then processed to determine the whereabouts of an employee and become a reference for determining the percentage (%) of the performance allowance that will be received. In addition, this attendance management can be used by Regional Leaders and Heads of Services / Institutions to monitor employee attendance quickly and quickly. The research method used for data collection is to use interviews and literature. While the method in software development uses the method of The Rapid Application Development (RAD). Attendance Management is built on the basis of the Laravel framework using the MVC (Model View Controller) method. The MVC programming pattern that separates logic and views makes program code cleaner, easier to trace when troubleshooting or debugging. The Blade feature of laravel makes using html / php templates simple. This application provides online information about employee attendance. Regional Leaders, Heads of Services / Institutions can monitor the condition of employee absenteeism in Pekanbaru City Government online every day. Employee attendance reports for each Department / OPD are generated automatically. The Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency can use it as a monthly attendance summary report.

Abstract

The system of opening and closing the hotel room doors is already using RFID but its use is still not optimal because the card used is very expensive and the card used can only be one card for each room, so if the card is lost, you have to re-enter the card id. Therefore, digital electronic technology systems and devices are needed to make it easier to open the door and close the hotel room so that it can facilitate the hotel security system with automatic locks. This system and device uses an E-KTP and an Internet of Thing (IoT)-based Keypad and which functions to control the device using a NodeMCU while for a card reader with an RFID engine. The research method uses a model, namely with a prototype model for making systems and automatic room door locking system tools. The results and conclusions of the manufacture of hotel room automatic door locking systems and devices using an Internet of Thing (IoT)-based E-KTP equipped with a message LCD and keypad as a door opening solution if the RFID machine does not work. The security of hotel guests who stay is more guaranteed and can also make it easier for guests and hotel staff with an automatic hotel room door lock system. The results of the user's assessment of the work of a series of systems and tools to open and lock this automatic hotel room door are very good with a value of 88.7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengontrol shower serta pengisian bak penampungan menggunakan sensor suhu sebagai sensor dan mikrokontroler sebagai pengendali proses. Manfa’at yang didapat dari sistem pengontrolan shower ini adalah mengefektifkan penggunaan air untuk mandi, efisiensi waktu dalam kegiatan mandi dan pengurangan tenaga manusia dalam proses mandi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan merancang, membuat dan mengimplementasikan komponen – komponen sistem yang meliputi mikorokontroler sebagai pengendali proses, sensor suhu sebagai media pendeteksi, element sebagai pemanas dan pompa air untuk memompakan air. Hasil penelitian menunujukkan alat yang dibuat dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan dapat dikembangkan untuk skala yang lebih besar.

Abstract

New student data owned by STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru has been in large numbers with many variations of attributes stored in the database (database). But the data data has not been utilized optimally, therefore in need of a method that can dig and extract the new student data into a valuable information strategic. This study aims to classify the data of New Students of STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru by using Data Mining Technique. Data Mining Technique used is Clustering Technique with K-Means algorithm and for process used CRISP-DM method. This research is used to determine the right Promotion Strategy. Determining the right promotional strategy will be able to reduce promotional costs and achieve the right promotional goals.

Abstract

Data mahasiswa baru yang dimiliki oleh STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru sudah dalam jumlah besar dengan banyak variasi atribut yang tersimpan dalam basis data (database). Namun data data tersebut belum di manfaatkan secara optimal, oleh karena itu di perlukan suatu metode yang dapat menggali dan mengekstrak data mahasiswa baru tersebut menjadi suatu informasi yang bernilai strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengelompokkan terhadap data Mahasiswa Baru STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru dengan menggunakan Teknik Data Mining. Teknik Data Mining yang digunakan adalah Teknik Clustering dengan algoritma K-Means dan untuk proses digunakan metode CRISP-DM. Penelitian ini dimanfaatkan untuk menentukan Strategi Promosi yang tepat. Penentuan strategi promosi yang tepat akan dapat mengurangi biaya promosi dan mencapai sasaran promosi yang tepat.

Abstract

Abstract Data mining is the process of analyzing data to find a pattern of hidden data collection by utilizing library visit data, can dig up information about what books are often borrowed by visitors and the relationship between each borrower to be able to compile and layout books. To be able to place books in accordance with the needs of members, it is necessary to process a data processing of book borrowing using the Associtation Rule method so that support and confidence can be found between books that are often borrowed so that patterns can be identified. The research data were obtained from book lending data at the Hang Tuah Pekanbaru STIKes Library. In processing the data using the Rapidminer software with the Association Rule method with support = 0.6 and confidence = 0.9. The resulting rule to be used as a book placement pattern consists of 7 patterns / rules. Keywords : Data Mining, Library, Association Rule. Abstrak Data mining merupakan proses analisa data untuk menemukan suatu pola dari kumpulan data yang tersembunyi dengan memanfaatkan data kunjungan perpustakaan, dapat menggali informasi tentang buku-buku apa yang sering dipinjam oleh pengunjung dan keterkaitan antar masing-masing peminjam hingga dapat melakukan penyusunan dan tata letak buku. Untuk dapat melakukan penempatan buku sesuai dengan kebutuhan anggota perlu dilakukan suatu proses pengolahan data peminjaman buku dengan menggunakan metode Associtation Rule agar dapat diketahui support dan confidence antara buku-buku yang sering di pinjam sehingga dapat diketahui pola penempatan buku. Data penelitian diperoleh dari data peminjaman buku di Perpustakaan STIKes Hang Tuah Pekanbaru. Dalam pengolahan data nya menggunakan software Rapidminer dengan metode Association Rule dengan nilai support = 0.6 dan confidence = 0,9. Rule yang dihasilkan untuk dijadikan pola penempatan buku terdiri dari 7 pola/rule. Kata Kunci : Data Mining, perpustakaan, Assocition Rule
