Abstract

Islamic banks must function as a means to collect public savings and develop them. The point is that Islamic banks are institutions that function to invest public funds in accordance with Islamic recommendations effectively, productively and for the benefit of Muslims. The main objective of implementing Islamic banking, which is to unite Muslims, restore the strength, vitality, role and position of Islam on this earth can be achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research object chosen in this study is the method of this research is the study of literature. The results of this study prove and conclude that: (1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, ( 4) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

People's needs and lifestyles are increasing following the times, advances in technology and information, as well as increasing living standards. Barbershops have advantages and the impression of being a trendy barbershop. This shows a change in people's behavior that requires direction to find out which models are trending regarding hairstyles. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through direct observation and interviews with customers of Vibes Barbershop And Coffee as well as providing comments via Google Maps. No negative feedback has been given by customers via Google Maps, and customers are satisfied with the changes that have been made.

Abstract

AbstrakPencapaian profitabilitas yang tinggi dalam suatu perusahaan mendeskripsikan bahwa perusahaan tersebut mampu berjalan dengan baik, dapat dilihat dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yaitu laporan laporan arus kas, laporan laba, laporan perubahan ekuitas, dan profitabilitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan jenis pendekatan penelitian explanatory survey tersebut penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel data bulanan selama 5 tahun dimulai dari januari 2018 - desember 2022. Sehingga bisa disimpulkan bahwa sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 12 x 5 = 60 bulan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data menggunakan eviews 9 menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil output uji t adalah -2,233702 dan nilai probability 0,0095, dengan jumlah observasi sebanyak 60 dengan tingkat signifikansi α (0,05) dan derajat kebebasan (df) = (n-k-1) atau 60 – 3 – 1 = 56, maka diperoleh t  tabel  sebesar 2,00324. Dari hasil uji t maka hasil pengujian menunjukkan t hitung > t tabel yaitu (-2,233702 > 2,00324) dan nilai probability < 0,05 yaitu (0,0095 < 0,05). Maka arus kas investasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dengan kesimpulan H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.Kata Kunci: arus kas investasi, profitabilitas

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out changes in economic growth in the city of Medan. While the benefits of this research are as initial information to determine changes in the economic development of SMEs and the Muslim economy in the city of Medan. This research is to analyze economic growth in Medan City in the MSME cooperative sector and the Muslim economy as an effort to overcome the 2023 economic crisis which is a Medan City government policy. This research was carried out by means of a literature study or library research. Data collection used the library research method. The results of the research are that the government of Medan City adopted a policy of increasing MSMEs and the Muslim economy in the city of Medan, and the growth of MSMEs and the Muslim economy in Medan City has advanced and the number is very large, so that it has a very good influence in advancing economic growth.

Abstract

At this time change is very essential and demanded in the world of organizations or companies. The main model of change management introduced by Kurt Lewin is something that must be explored again, in which he introduces a three-stage model which includes: Unfreeze-Change-Freeze. Companies can use this model as a reference and can be relied upon as an organization's success in transforming today. Therefore, a change management model introduced by Kurt Lewin is needed which is correlated based on the perspective of the Koran with the aim of this study so that new values are built both from the theoretical side put forward which is based on scientific studies and the religious side of the leadership style/model of change in organization. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. This research was obtained using secondary methods and this research is based on literature from various kinds of literature books and scientific journals that strengthen the discussion of this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Islamic-based leadership strategies and their management within an organization. Currently, changes occur quickly, and make demands on every organization to be able to make changes so as not to be left behind. To deal with changes that take place quickly, every organization needs an effective leadership strategy in order to achieve success in managing change. In an Islamic perspective, leadership is not just an activity to manage resources so as to achieve a desired goal, but involves Islamic principles and values. Through literature review and conceptual analysis, this research was able to identify relevant Islamic values ​​and principles related to leadership and organizational change. This research has revealed that the strategies that can be applied in managing change based on Islam are by conducting effective communication, strong or sturdy leadership, managing resistance, developing employee skills, and creating a conducive work environment. The results of this study indicate that the integrity of Islamic values ​​in leadership strategies has a positive impact in shaping ethical organizational culture, increasing employee involvement in the organization, and strengthening organizational identity. By conducting effective communication and consultation with members of the organization will create success in an Islamic-based leadership strategy. This research can provide a deeper understanding of Islamic-based leadership strategies in change. Applying Islamic values ​​in the culture and strategies within an organization will create an ethical organizational environment in accordance with the foundation of Islamic law.

Abstract

This journal aims to investigate Islamic management concepts and principles that can be used in an effort to optimize individual potential in facing an era of change. In the context of globalization and rapid changes, Islamic management can play an important role by providing a relevant and useful framework for facing challenges in an era of change. This journal provides an analysis of Islamic management principles such as monotheism, trust, endeavor, shura, and tarbiyah and how these principles can be applied to optimize individual potential. In addition to strategies, Islamic management practices and effective strategies in dealing with various obstacles to achieve success in implementing Islamic management in order to optimize individual potential. The application of Islamic management concepts will also have an impact on character building and sustainable success in dealing with change.

Abstract

Sebagai pelaku ekonomi, masyarakat menghadapi berbagai pilihan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Namun pemenuhan kebutuhan tersebut tidak bersifat permanen, apalagi di era modern dimana masyarakat harus melakukan perubahan yang meyakinkan dan adaptif. Ini adalah suatu keharusan ketika perubahan bersifat masif, cepat dan dinamis. Kabar baiknya adalah bahwa menganalisis tren dan perilaku sosial ekonomi dapat menjadi dasar peramalan yang membuat perubahan dapat diprediksi. Perubahan adalah alasan mengapa pelaku dapat hidup dan terus berkembang. Dari sudut pandang organisasi unit bisnis, kita dapat melihat bahwa banyak perusahaan harus berhenti beroperasi karena tidak dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan. Ini tidak hanya berlaku untuk perusahaan yang mencari keuntungan, meskipun banyak organisasi sosial nirlaba telah kehilangan kualitas dan daya saingnya, seperti universitas, yang melanjutkan metode lama dalam mengatur sistem pendidikan.

Abstract

Cement is a building material commodity that has an important role in the smooth running of development, especially in the construction sector. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of Change Management in the Islamic economic system on Company Organizational Performance and to find out the Organizational Performance and Organizational Performance Aspects that have a major influence based on Analytic Network Process analysis. Respondents involved in this study were a research analyst and a business owner with a material store business unit. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method. This research is a descriptive research and requires models and analytical tools that are able to accommodate this research. The analytical tool used in this study is the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. With ANP, this study analyzes the value per cluster, the value of all nodes, and the value of change management cluster synthesis. The results of the study show that change management in Islamic economics has an impact on organizational performance. In change management, leadership performance is one of the six dimensions that has the most important impact and gets the highest score. If we look at Islamic Economics, an economy that underlies it in its fair implementation, is more in favor of the people's economy. While on organizational performance, task performance gets the highest score.
