Abstract

Indonesia as one of the countries endowed with abundant natural resources drives the development of the mining, plantation and construction industries that contribute to economic growth and state revenue. In practice, both the mining and plantation and construction industries require heavy equipment to conduct their business operations where heavy equipment dealers supply this need. Heavy equipment dealers in addition to selling heavy equipment units, also provide after-sales services such as supplying spare parts and maintenance services ranging from routine maintenance to total maintenance services. In line with the development of technology, heavy equipment dealers need to conduct digital transformation to maximize business opportunities and optimize their business operations. For this, it is necessary to plan a business model by creating a comprehensive enterprise architecture, starting from the business aspects, application, the information, the technology, and core business processes. The paper will explain the process to develop the enterprise architecture using business model and further detailed with the three main revenues using the ArchiMate diagram to show the interaction between the business processes with the applications, databases, technology, and business actors who play a role in the process.

Abstract

The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic requires the whole world to limit activities outside the home, including in the world of education that uses a learning system from home. To facilitate learning activities, relevant media are needed, currently there are many recommendations for quiz applications with various interesting features. With the selection of the right learning application, it is hoped that online learning activities can run more pleasantly and be easily accepted by teachers and students. In this study, analysis and comparison was carried out with the most widely used quiz applications such as Kahoot, Quizizz, Mentimeter, Quizlet, and Educandy based on the features available in the selected quiz application. The five apps were rated based on the criteria: Security, Easy to Use, Features, Stable Connectivity, Results and feedback for Identification on the best quiz apps. Then the assessment will be analyzed and processed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with the help of the AHP Calculator application. The results of this study, Kahoot ranks first with a score of 27.7%, followed by Quizizz with a score of 24.3% and then Educandy with 19%, then Mentimeter with 16% and in the last place there is Quizlet with a value of 13%. In addition, it is also known that the AHP method is very suitable for use in the decision-making process with multi-criteria and multi-alternatives, as well as decisions in choosing the quiz application method, because this method shows the results of a weighting comparison between criteria and alternatives.

Abstract

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a form of technology to automate tasks and routines performed by humans, which can be instructed to machine. Along with the rapid development of technology, the time that can be used to maintain the quality of a technology is becoming increasingly narrow. Therefore, RPA will imitate activities or tasks performed by humans on a computer with a much faster processing time and 100% accuracy without "human error". The agile method was chosen in this study because of its focus on flexibility and more responsiveness to required changes. The system developed in this paper uses the Selenium library with the Python programming language and retrieves task data from the MNC IT team, especially the QC division for the RCTI+ website Quality Assessment process. From the results of testing this system, it shows that the testing process using this system and testing from a tester / examiner get the same results. However, because this system is programmed, it will have more stable and efficient results.

By conducting research on enterprise architecture, a cloud computing company is expected to provide a different approach to exploring and planning a cloud computing company according to market needs so that it can help or provide different methods and designs that allow us to enter the business world. and business. cloud industry competition. in this digital age. Architectural design planning for companies engaged in the cloud computing industry can use several approaches and tools available in the field so as to simplify, save time and encourage new ideas and initiatives. To be able to achieve the expected goals, it is necessary to conduct several studies and research that is quite intensive so that it can provide significant results and impacts. This research is expected to be one of the means to present a cloud computing architecture that is able to compete in the market and as a whole becomes the concern of all users or researchers. This study aims to discuss Enterprise Architecture related to Cloud Computing companies as providers of modern technology services. Provide information that the technology used is effective and cost-effective for industrial cloud service users. This study uses the TOGAF ADM method in conducting Enterprise Architecture.

Abstract

Trade is one of the many activities carried out by humans. One of the goods that is often used for trading activities is imported goods. It can be seen that the sale of imported goods is one of the many activities carried out by the people of Indonesia. The main reason for selling imported goods is the relatively large profit level if choosing the right goods. By using a decision support system that uses the Benefit Cost Ratio method, users can determine which goods are suitable for import and resale. There are several main factors used to determine the goods to be imported, namely price of the goods, quantity of goods, total price for sending the goods, marketing price and selling price of the goods. The results of the system implementation show that the decision support system application using the BCR method can determine the appropriate goods for import and resale.

Abstract

People with heart disease are often advised to go on a diet, but not a few are confused about what kind of diet to choose considering the many taboos that sufferers must undergo and there are various types of diets. Knowing this, the decision support system is one of the efforts to help people with heart disease choose the right diet. This system uses a method that is commonly used in decision support systems, namely the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method which is able to identify solutions from a set of options based on trimming the distance to the ideal point and optimizing the distance from the lowest point. The results of this study were found that the best diet for people with heart disease is the Zone Diet with a preference value of 1, compared to other types of diets, namely the Atkins Diet, Keto Diet and Vegan Diet.

Abstract

Pengangkatan jabatan dari karir suatu karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam keberhasilan perusahaan untuk dapat meningkatkan dan mempererat loyalitas karyawan. Masalah yang sering terjadi dalam proses penilaian kinerja karyawan adalah bersifat subjektif, dimana hal ini diakibatkan dari penilaian secara manual. Selain itu apabila masing-masing karyawan memiliki kemampuan yang tidak jauh berbeda dalam bekerja, maka cenderung sulit untuk memutuskan karyawan mana yang berhak mendapat promosi jabatan. Permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan dengan cara membangun rancangan pada aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode perhitungan profile matching. Pada penelitian ini, metode perhitungan profile matching digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk membantu memilih rekomendasi diantara banyak karyawan yang berhak mendapat promosi jabatan serta keuntungan lain yang terdapat jika karyawan tersebut berhasil mendapat promosi jabatan. Pada penilaian ini terdapat enam aspek yang terbagi menjadi tiga kriteria utama dan tiga kriteria faktor kedua. Aplikasi perhitungan hasil rancangan ini dapat digunakan untuk membantu mengevaluasi karyawan mana yang paling cocok untuk mendapatkan kenaikan jabatan

Abstract

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in software development has revolutionized the industry, leading to faster and more accurate results. However, the implementation of AI requires a robust framework to ensure effective planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of AI-enabled software systems. The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) provides such a framework, enabling organizations to develop a structured and integrated approach to AI-enabled software development. In this journal, we present a case study of how a software house utilized the TOGAF framework to integrate AI in their software development processes. We discuss the challenges faced by the organization in the integration process and how the TOGAF framework provided a structured approach to overcome these challenges. We also highlight the benefits that the organization realized through the implementation of AI-enabled software systems. The case study presented in this journal demonstrates the applicability of the TOGAF framework in AI-enabled software development, and its potential to enhance the capabilities and competitiveness of software houses. The TOGAF framework provides a structured approach to the integration of AI in software development, ensuring that organizations can effectively leverage the benefits of AI while minimizing the associated risks and challenges.

Abstract

The banking industry must keep up with the latest technological developments. If not, the banking industry will start to be abandoned by customers. This study presents enterprise architecture recommendations for the banking industry in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The architecture contained in this research consists of business architecture, information systems architecture, application architecture and technology architecture. The hope is that with the recommended architecture, we can adopt the latest technology and the banking industry can still compete in the midst of change.

Abstract

One of the benefits of implementing enterprise architecture is creating harmony in between business and information technology for the needs of organization, beside that information system architecture is also a management practice and technology that is useful to improve company performance by allowing them to see themselves in terms of a holistic and integrated view of strategic direction, business practices, information flows and technological resources (Wiranti et al., 2020). The application of enterprise architecture is inseparable from how to plan an organization but also in designing enterprise architecture. In carrying out the design required a complete and easy methodology. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) as a framework for building generic enterprise architectures provides complete and easy-to-understand and implement stages. Currently there are not many applications or systems that provides local city information, communication and social media (events, tourist sites, business listings, communities, so on and so forth). Although there is, the application or system does not provide information in an informative manner, the information is scattered in various sources. KotaKita is a product which will be build by startup organization to fill the gap and providing the information on the locality of areas throughout Indonesia, KotaKita can be used as a means of communication of local regional social communities. The Implementation of enterprise architecture (EA) in startup organizations is not a must, but the implementation of enterprise architecture will be very useful in building an architectural blueprint that can be used to make better plans and decisions.
