Abstract

In the implementation of construction, during this type of mortar of the new indicator is based on water-resistant and not waterproof. However, besides the function to actually hold water, mortar functions also have a burden. Often required in the implementation of that day in the walls of a maximum of 1 meter regardless of the composition of the mortar mix used. This is because the lack of discussion of the strength of mortar. Abstract

For supporting the activity of society in Semarang, a city with very large area and population spread, so it is required transportation facility much. With the different society economy grade condition in fulfillment transportation facility necessity, one of the facilities required is Public transportation. Up to now the necessity of load public transportation in Semarang has been served by some kinds of vehicle with different destination (route). One of destinations which is being developed is public transportation by using medium bus with destination of Bukit Kencana to Mangkang. The purpose of this research is to find out the load factor, frequency, headway, keeping watch (waiting) time, vehicle speed, time range of journey and the vehicle age which operate with destination of Bukit Kencana to Mangkang. Whereas the objective of the research is to evaluate the way in which public transportation using medium bus with destination Bukit Kencana to Mangkang operates. The research method used is field research by collecting data relating with the way in which the service operation including load factor, frequency and headway, keeping watch time, speed, time trip, and the age of vehicle. The result of the survey and the data analysis present that the way in which public transportation using medium bus with destination of Bukit Kencana to Mangkang operation is good enough with the following conditions: Maximum keeping watch time reaches 31 minutes, The sum of served passengers on holiday is 281 persons/day, Vehicle utilization is 181, 67 km/day, Availability on holiday is 64,29 %, Speed on an average is 20,50 – 23,15 km/hour , Time range of journey is 86,25 – 91,11 minutes, Mean of Load factor Bukit Kencana to Mangkang is 62,06 % and Mean of Load factor Mangkang to Bukit Kencana is 63,61 %, Vehicle age on an average is 5 years. Abstract

At this time, the architecture and design of the existing floor plan often changes according to the needs and tastes of the owner in accordance with the changing times. This research was conducted as precast concrete structures become even more important with the increase in man's desire to change the design of his home without spending enormous cost. This study aims to investigate the stiffness and study the behavior of precast concrete between monolith column with no connections and the column with connection. The connection used is dry joint using a plate and screw nut. The results obtained are the stiffness of the test specimen column with no connections is smaller than the test object column with connection. The modulus of elasticity of the column without a connection greater than the column with connection. Cracks that occurred in the test object columns without connection occurs faster than the test object columns with connection and both, flexural cracks occur first and then cracked in shear.

Abstract

SNI 1726- 2012 has been implemented and used as basic guidance for earthquake-resistant building design. This regulation replaced RSNI 1726- 2002 which is not suitable for Indonesia’s area that always undergoes earthquake. Siloam Hospitals Medan Building was designed by RSNI 1726- 2002. This journal describes the result of Siloam Hospitals Medan Building’s calculation by SNI 1726- 2012. Structural analysis of Siloam Hospitals Medan Building is calculated by SAP2000 software. The outputs are internal forces which are used to calculate the dimension of structure and bar which is needed. This structure uses the method of Special Moment Resisting Frame  which is expected that it has a high ductility due to its location where is in soft soil earthquake risk area.

Abstract

The use of industrial waste as a component of nowadays building material has become of major importance due to the underlining of environmental and sustainability issues. Among these materials is Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS), often referred to as slag-cement. The material is a residue produced during the steel refining process. The cementitious nature of the product makes it most suitable for ordinary Portland cement (PC) substitution. However, the behavior of this slag-cement in terms of development time and strength has not been defined in great details. In the construction industry, time is of major importance, a prolonged hydration process could delay the overall process. This research work focused on the setting time and strength response of slag-cement in mortar. The ratio of mortar constituent of cement-to-sand was 1 : 3. The percentage of slag-cement substitute to PC was 0%, 25%, 50% and 75% to the cement weight. The compressive strength was tested at the age of 14 days and 28 days. The results of the analysis showed that at a 25% slag-cement substitution a very significant increase in strength was shown. The increase was more pronounced at the age of 28 days when compared to 14 days and recorded to be 31.90%. As for the 50% and 75% slag-cement substitution, no significant increase in strength improvement was noticed. The test results showed a 2.66% enhancement for the 50% slag- cement substitution and a 2.45% increase for a 75% slag-cement replacement. The study also showed that slag-cement required a higher water-cement factor for the normal consistency

Abstract

Perencanaan Struktur Gedung BETA Coorporation ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dimensi struktur utama apabila pembangunan gedung dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. Gedung BETA Corp direncanakan dapat menjadi struktur tahan gempa. Pada perencanaan struktur tahan gempa diperlukan analisis beban gempa, pada gedung ini digunakan metode respon spektrum yang merupakan analisis dinamik. Berdasarkan Kriteria Desain Seismik (KDS) gedung ini menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) karena mempunyai tipe B. Analisis struktur dalam redesain gedung ini berdasarkan pada Tata Cara Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung dan Non Gedung (SNI 1726:2012) dan Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Bangunan Gedung (SNI 2847:2013) dengan menggunakan program struktur untuk mengetahui periode getar struktur dan gaya-gaya dalam yang bekerja pada struktur tersebut. Material beton yang digunakan mempunyai mutu 25 MPa, sedangkan mutu baja tulangan digunakan 400 MPa untuk Tulangan utama dan 294 MPa untuk tulangan sengkang serta plat. Berdasarkan hasil penyelidikan tanah untuk Gedung BETA Corp ini  pondasi yang digunakan tiang pancang dengan dimensi 500 x 500  mm dan memiliki panjang 10 m dengan menggunakan perhitungan rumus meyerhoff.

Abstract

Banjir adalah luapan air yang melebihi kapasitas penampang atau melewati batas elevasi rencana sungai akibat curah hujan yang tinggi. Banjir merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang mempunyai dampak besar bagi kelangsungan hidup manusia.Kabupaten Demak merupakan salah satu Kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Permasalahan banjir yang terjadi di Kabupaten Demak antara lain disebabkan karena meluapnya salah satu sungai yaitu Sungai Tuntang. Salah satu desa yang sering terjadi banjir di Kab. Demak adalah Desa Pulosari. Desa Pulosari memiliki luas 2 km² dan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 2151 jiwa pada Desember tahun 2014.  Sungai Tuntang memiliki panjang sekitar 113,51 km yang mengalir dari Rawa Pening hingga bertemu dengan Laut Jawa. Kondisi Sungai Tuntang yang mengalami penyempitan alur serta pendangkalan menyebabkan berkurangnya kapasitas penampang sungai untuk mengalirkan debit banjir.Debit banjir rencana yang digunakan dalam menganalisis penampang menggunakan periode ulang 25 tahunan Q25= 270.032 m3/dt. Analisis penampang eksisting dan penampang rencana dilakukan menggunakan software HEC-RAS. Output dari software HEC-RAS menunjukkan terpenuhi atau tidaknya debit banjir pada penampang sungai.Permasalahan banjir di Sungai Tuntang diatasi dengan berbagai cara, yaitu dengan perbaikan penampang, perencanaan tanggul, dan peninggian tanggul eksisting.

Abstract

The purpose of planning the replacement of  the bridge is the first Tinjomoyo to the facilitate public access Tinjomoyo an increasingly crowded, and then to replace the steel bridge that was damaged because there is no control of the government for the cost of care is expensive and prone to corrosions and there fore the government has an alternative to replace the bridge permanently by using concrete bridge or concrete because of soil condition in the area tinjomoyo including hard ground and there fore the selection of the palm of shallow foundation and wells as a load – bearing, but it is not concrete in terms of treatment need special care such as steel concrete bridge corrosions. Event not experience in bridge construction is needed time of 32 weeks.

Abstract

Bawen terminal development of type B to type A are appropriate for realization in because there are many passengers in the morning and evening when the activity go and return from work in the industrial area located in Semarang district bawen terminal, and for the development of the terminal between the development cost benefit in the can, get back up on the planed budget. Based on the estimated construction costs and financing and management, as well as earnings estimates, Net Benefit Cost Ratio is calculated with current prices the analysis of the complete project. Income tax is calculated in a accordance with the applicable rate of 10% for the first Rp. 50.000.000,00, 50% to Rp. 50.000.000,00 next and 30% for nett income above Rp. 100.000.000,00 tax use only on the year shows earnings. When the company suffered a loss in a year, the losses can be compensated in earnings year up to 5 year later. Before known LHRT MT Haryono road in 2018, need known in 2018 PDRB figures by calculating the future value PDRB in 2011. Annual PDRB growth rate is calculated by averaging the rate PDRB in 2007 to 2011.
