Abstract

Thi s  study  aims  to  analyze  the moderating  role  of work  experience  on the effect  of work  stress.  The  study wasconducted  at  the  Bali  Dynasty Resort   Kuta  with a  sample  of  84 people,   selected  by proportioned  stratifiedrandom  sampl ing  method.  Data  were  analyzed  using  Moderated  Regression  Analysis  (MRA).  It  found  thatwork experience was able to moderate  stress whi le working on the performance of work experience was  notable  to moderate the  influence of  intrinsic  motivation on  performance.  Head  of the company  should  improveemployee performance  through opt imal  recruitment not ice  and pay  at tention to  the  work  experience of  theapplicants  as  well   as  providing  information  on  employment  status  and  length  of  employment  to  the  peoplewho elected as an employee

Abstract

He aim of this study is to examine the effect of job security on exit intention, the effect of job security on job satisfaction, the influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention and the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between job security and turnover intention. Data were collected from 56 contract administration employees at the three study programs of Faculty of Economic and Business, Udayana University and analyzed by linear regression analysis technique. The results show that job security is negatively impacts turnover intention, job security affects job satisfaction positively, job satisfaction affects turnover intention  negatively,and job satisfaction mediates the effect of job security on turnover intention.

Abstract

Employee reaction to the organizational change is influenced by several psychological factors such as coping strategies and commitment to change. The purpose of this study was to test the effects of commitmentto changesand task-oriented coping strategies on job satisfaction. Respondents were taken from the total employee of ISI Denpasar, which numbered 139 people. Data was collected using questionnaire and were measured with Likert Scale. Data analysis techniques used univariate analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA). Based on researchfindings and the assessment of respondents’ commitment to changes there are two statements which have the category scores not good, then this should be a concern for the ISI Denpasar business success of the changes made. Employee job satisfaction high eventually will improve the performance of the optimal organization.
