Abstract

Metode elektrokinetik merupakan salah satu metode perbaikan tanah lunak yang dapat diaplikasikan untuk meningkatkan daya dukung. Metode ini dilakukan dengan memberikan tegangan listrik pada elektroda yang ditanam di tanah untuk memperbaiki karakteristik geoteknik dari tanah lunak, dilakukan dua variabel pemberian tegangan listrik yaitu secara konstan dan secara putus-putus dengan periode pengaliran selama 24 jam, dan pemutusan selama 24 jam untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh yang ditimbulkan kedua variabel arus tersebut pada fenomena elektroosmosis terhadap daya dukung tiang pancang baja tunggal. Penelitian ini merupakan studi lapangan menggunakan data loading test tiang tunggal hasil penelitian lapangan, dengan membandingkan daya dukung tiang tanpa perlakuan, tiang yang diberi pengaruh elektrokinetik dengan arus konstan dan tiang yang diberi pengaruh elektrokinetik dengan arus intermittent, berdasarkan analisa hasil penelitian, tiang dengan perlakuan elektrokinetik dengan arus konstan sebesar 2560 mA selama 35 hari mengalami kenaikan daya dukung sebesar 39,879%, jika dibandingkan tiang tanpa perlakuan dengan waktu tunggu yang sama, sedangkan tiang yang diberi perlakuan elektrokinetik secara intermittent dengan kuat arus dan waktu tunggu yang sama, mengalami kenaikan daya dukung sebesar 35,739%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa dengan energi listrik setengah lebih kecil, metoda elektrokinetik dengan pemberian arus listrik secara intermittent memiliki kenaikan daya dukung tiang tunggal yang mendekati kenaikan daya dukung tiang tunggal dengan arus konstan

Abstract

Abstract                        This objective of this research is to study the effect of the work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction on the organization commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Indah Cup Sukses Makmur, Bogor, West Java. the method used to analyze this research is the causal study or path analyze. The sample of this research were 110 employee, and at selected randomly.The research result showed, there is effect positive and significant work team on job satisfaction, there is effect positif and significant organization culture on job satisfaction, there is effect work team on commitment organization, there is effect positive and significant organization culture on commitment organization, there is effect positif and significant job satisfaction on commitmen organization.Best on the result of the reseacrh, can be concluded that the commitment organization were effect by work team, organization culture, and job satisfaction employees. Keywords: Work team, organization culture, job satisfaction, commitment organization

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Central National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN). This research was conducted using a quantitative research approach, using survey methods, including survey activities, consolidation, instrument trials through validity and reliability tests as well as collection and processing of research data. The sample in this study was 133 employees at the Deputy for Latbang Sector of the Central BKKBN. The data collection technique in this study used a random sampling technique, meaning random sampling. Measurement in this study was carried out by giving the value of each question item from all variables. The size of the value given in each question uses a "Likert Scale". The data originating from the distribution of questionnaires was carried out by data analysis including data description, and research requirements testing, including normality test, homogeneity test, and linearity test. To prove the influence of Organizational Culture (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) variables on Performance (Y). In this study, data analysis techniques were used with path analysis. Based on the results of the research analysis: 1) There is an influence of Organizational Culture (X1) on Work Motivation (X3) of 0.427; 2) There is an effect of Job Satisfaction (X2) on Work Motivation (X3) of 0.359; 3) There is an influence of Organizational Culture (X1) on Performance (Y) of 0.306; 4) There is an effect of Job Satisfaction (X2) on Performance (Y) of 0.315; 5) There is an effect of Work Motivation (X3) on Performance (Y) of 0.210.Key Words: Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Job Motivation and Performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, metode survey, dan analisa jalur. Populasi pada penelitian 110 responden. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Slovin, maka sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 86 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja sebesar 0,316, Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja sebesar 0,401, Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja sebesar 0,416, Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja sebesar 0,131, Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja sebesar 0,176. Implikasi, untuk meningkatkan kinerja Pegawai Biro Umum Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia, maka perlu meningkatkan Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi, dan Disiplin Kerja. Abstract

research was conducted at PT.MNC Wahana Wisata, Jakarta. MNC group is a multinational company in Indonesia. This study population of employees of PT.MNC Wahana Wisata. Amounting to 70 people which is a saturated sample. The study aims to determine whether there is an effect between the factor or dimension of work engagement, organization culture, and job satisfaction on work performance. Associative research method with conducted with a quantitative approach to research survey techniques, and descriptive research with causality variables. The result should that partially three exogenous variables are work engagement, organization culture, and job satisfaction, have a significant effect on the endogenous variable is work performance. Suggestions submitted to the management company, should pay attention and increase the intensity of the factors of work engagement, organization culture, and job satisfaction to achieve high work performance to improve the company high work performance to create added value and make it even better.Keywords: work engagement, organization culture, job satisfaction, work performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study comprehensively the effect of leadership style, organizational, and motivation on job satisfaction. The research was conducted the sample used was 90 people with 20 respondents to test the research instrument. The sample selection used in this study is simple random sampling. Hypothesis testing is done empirically using Path Analysis using the SPSS Version 24 program. The research showed that Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2) affect Motivation (X3) and as far as where is Leadership Style (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Motivation (X3) influencing Job Satisfaction (Y). The results showed that leadership style (X1) had a direct effect on Motivation (X3) of = 0,570 or 57,0%, Organizational Culture (X2) had a direct effect on Motivation (X3) of = 0,256 or 25,6%, leadership style (X1) direct effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) of = 0,231 or 23,1%, Organizational Culture (X2) direct effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) of = 0,458 or 45,8%, Motivation (X3) direct effect on Job Satisfaction (Y) of = 0,205 or 20,5%. Therefore Leadership Style is the most dominant variable that can improve Motivation. Organizational culture is the most variable that can improve the Job Satisfaction of employees in Indonesia Korean Culture and Study. Abstract

The development of information technology has changed the paradigm of archive management, giving rise to the need for digitization and web-based applications. UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padangsidimpuan, a higher education institution, faces obstacles in manual archive management, such as limited accessibility, risk of losing physical archives, and inefficiency in searching. In light of this, this research aims to develop a web-based application that focuses on records management, with the aim of improving the quality of service to all members of the academic community. This research involves understanding the principles of effective records management, namely records management that is minimal, meaningful, economical, and easy to find. The research also explores the efforts to develop a webbased archive application at UIN Syahada Padangsidimpuan as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors in the process. The results of this study are expected to provide guidance for other higher education institutions in adopting information technology to improve efficiency and services to stakeholders.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengaruh budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui wawancara terstruktur kepada responden dengan berpedoman pada kuisioner yang disebarkan pada responden sebanyak 100 karyawan dari 134 populasi dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis analisis jalur. dengan taraf signifikansi 5%. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap motivasi kerja (2) Ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja (3) Ada pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap prestasi kerja (4) Ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja dan, (5) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada divisi Consumer Collection PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk.Untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi ada tuntutan untuk peningkatan dalam penerapan budaya perusahaan dalam berorganisasi, peningkatan gaya kepemimpinan, memberikan situasi kondisi yang yang dapat mendukung motivasi kerja karyawan untuk mencapai prestasi kerja.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, prestasi kerja.
