Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and determine the effect of rewards on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit, To test and determine the effect of punishment on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit, To test and determine the effect of reward and punishment simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit.Research Methods This thesis is a type of quantitative research, with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires, data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents. In analyzing the data, the researcher used multiple regression data analysis with several steps of data validity test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study, showed the results of the t arithmetic value of 0.268 with a significant level of 0.791. This significant level is proven to be greater than 0.05, meaning that the reward has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit, the value of t count is 0.048 with a significant level of 0.962. This significant level is proven to be greater than 0.05, meaning that the Punishment variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit. In the simultaneous test (F test), it is known that F-count (2.005) F-table (3.35) and sig-p (0.000) 0.05, meaning that the Reward and Punishment variables simultaneously or jointly have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank of North Sumatra Sharia Business Unit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi, pelayanan dan trust terhadap kepuasan customer  Ninja Xpress. Baik itu secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Sampel dalam penelitin ini menggunakan rumus wibisono berjumlah 100 orang pelanggan Ninja Xpress.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik angket.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Liner Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi.Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 24.00.Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa ada pengaruh promosi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Xpress.Hal ini menunjukan bahwa promosi yang diberikan oleh pihak Ninja Xpress kepada pelanggan sudah sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan dan menarik minat untuk selalu menggunakan layanan.Ada pengaruh pelayanan  terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Xpress. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pelayanan yang berikan oleh pihak Ninja Xpress kepada pelanggan sudah sesuai dengan keunggulan dan kemudahan layanan yang dirasakan pelanggan.Ada pengaruh kepercayaan  terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Xpress. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa pelanggan merasa percaya dalam menggunajan jasa Ninja Express.Ada pengaruh secara simultan bahwa variabel promosi, pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan Ninja Xpreess dengan nilai Fhitung (12,749) > Ftabel (2,70) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a Model Construction of Student Entrepreneurial Intentions Based on Proactive Personality, Self-Efficacy, and Anticipatory Entrepreneurial Cognitions. While the specific objective is to identify the factors that influence Student Entrepreneurial Intentions and generate Model Construction of Student Entrepreneurial Intentions Based on Proactive Personality, Self-Efficacy, and Anticipatory Entrepreneurial Cognitions. The population used in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business from several of the best Islamic tertiary institutions in the city of Medan with the criteria that these universities have an Islamic vision and mission, and have a business incubator center or entrepreneurship center. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, both qualitative and quantitative. Data analysis with statistics used is Structural Equation Modeling with data processing using LISREL 8.80 software. The results of the study show that the Active Personality variable has a significant positive effect on Self-Efficacy. Active Personality Variable has a positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions significantly. Self-Efficacy Variable has a significant positive effect on Anticipatory entrepreneurial cognitions. The Self-Efficacy variable has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions. The anticipatory entrepreneurial cognitions variable has a significant positive effect on Entrepreneurial Intentions

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan DenganMotivasi Kerja Sebagai variabel Intervening Pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh atau hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pegawai tetap diPerusahaan Umum Daerah Pasar Kota Medan yang berjumlah 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah ini menggunakan partial least square–structural equestion model (PLSSEM). Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif antara pengalaman kerjaterhadap motivasi kerja (2) terdapat pengaruh positif antara pengalaman kerjaterhadap kinerja karyawan (3) terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) terdapat pengaruh yangsignifikan antarapengalaman kerjaterhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah  Pasar Kota Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control terhadap Performance melalui Job Satisfaction secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh berjumlah 60 orang pegawai Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis statistik dengan menggunakan uji Analisis Outer Model, Analisis Inner Model, dan Uji Hipotesis. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung Self Efficacy, Locus Of Control dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Performance, Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Job Satisfaction serta secara tidak langsung Job Satisfaction mampu memediasi pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control terhadap Performance pada Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to identify some of the factors that influence corporate image on purchasing decisions, the impact of trust on purchasing decision, And the impact of the corporate decisions and the trust and the word of mouth pn the purchasing of the service express at PT. Pos Indonesia (PERSERO) Medan 20000. In this research is a research technique used throught nonprobability sampling technique. Sampling which will be used in this research is purposive sampling with respondents' criteria that have ever used a pos service express. Data gathering technique used in the research are questionaires and data analysis techniques using SPSS (Statistical package for the social sciences) to draw a four hypotheses put forward in the research shows that (1) how corporate image affect positive and signifivant purchasing decisions,how corporate trust affect positive and signifivant purchasing decisions, (3) how word of mouth affect positive and signifivant purchasing decisions, (4) how corporate image and trust, and word of mouth affect positive and signifivant purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Performance plays an important role for improving progress or change in a better direction to achieve the company's goals thus in essence performance is a result of work achieved by a person or group in an organization in accordance with the authority with their respective responsibilities in order to achieve organizational goals. The purpose of this study: to know the influence of discipline on performance at PT PLN (Persero) To know the influence of motivation on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) to know the influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero). There is an influence of discipline and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP. Sumatran power plant. There is a motivational influence on employee performance on the influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UIP. Sumatran power plant. There is a disciplinary influence on the performance of employees at PT PLN (Persero) In this study in the use of associative approaches.approach and quantitative Discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance means that the more improved discipline then kinerj will increase and if the motivation is given better then the performance will also improve significantly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance, identify and analyze the effect of discipline on employee performance, and leadership and discipline on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat, identify and analyze its impact. North Sumatra. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population of this study consisted of 132 employees of the DPRD Secretariat of North Sumatra, and 57 samples used in this study were taken from all Slovenian recipes. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical hypothesis test, multiple regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. Data processing for this study was carried out using the SPSS program (version 2.00). Partial leadership is known to have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the North Sumatra DPRD Secretariat staff. This discipline is known to have a positive and significant impact on the performance of the North Sumatra DPRD Secretariat staff. Meanwhile, leadership and discipline are known to have a significant positive effect on the performance of the North Sumatra DPRD Secretariat staff.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the effect of price discount (x1), and hedonic shopping motivation (x2), on impulse buying (y) with positive emotion (z) as a mediating variable at UNIQLO in Medan City. This study used a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a PLS-based SEM approach with SmartPLS 4.0. The population and sample of this study are all UNIQLO consumers in Medan City, totaling 96 people. The results of this study indicate that price discounts positively and significantly affect positive emotion, hedonic shopping motivation positively and significantly influences positive emotion, price discounts do not have a significant effect on impulse buying, hedonic shopping motivation positively and significantly influences impulse buying, positive emotion with a positive and significant influence on impulse buying, price discounts do not have a significant effect on impulse buying through positive emotion, and hedonic shopping motivation positively and significantly influences impulse buying through positive emotion.
