Abstract

This study aims to analyze the different handling procedures of Perishable goods in the cold storage area at the seaport and airport in Jakarta, as well as to increase the efficiency, benefits of more effective and efficient warehousing in the flow of the handling process. The location of this research is at Tanjung Priok Port and Soekarno Hatta Airport. The research's focus on surveying the location where observation is carried out in closed and open warehouses also conducts layout analysis and observes, studies the process of receiving and storing goods in the warehouse. This research is descriptive qualitative to describe in-depth about the different procedures for handling perishable goods at seaports and airports in Jakarta. The data are primary and secondary. Primary data from interviews and surveys, secondary data from the company, and various supporting literature. The research informants were Cold Storage business players at ports and airports as well as from the Indonesian Cold Chain Association. The data analysis technique used the approach developed by Miles and Huberman. The results showed the differences in both procedures, capacities, and reference standards, although the type of goods handled was the same as perishable goods.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : Pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang, Pengaruh headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang, dan Pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang pada PT. Primajasa Perdanarayautama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, lokasi penelitian di PT Primajasa Perdanarayautama, Cawang, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian dilakukan selama 2 bulan dari Januari sampai dengan Maret 2018. Populasi penelitian berupa data perencanaan, evaluasi bus siap operasi dan pelaksaanaan jumlah penumpang. Populasi tercatat ada 48 minggu. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dan dari hasil perhitungan dengan rumus tersebut didapatkan jumlah sampel 32,4 ≈ 32. Jadi, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 32 data sekunder yaitu data perencanaan frekuensi bus siap operasi dan headway terhadap pengawasan jumlah penumpang di Primajasa Perdanarayautama. Teknik sampling menggunakan probability sampling. Pengumpulan Data menggunakan Wawancara Tidak Terstruktur dan Penelitian Lapangan (Field Research) serta Penelitian Kepustakaan (Library Research). Data yang diperoleh diuji melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, deskriptif variabel, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien penentu, t table dan uji hipotesis. Teknik Analisis Data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dan Analisis Korelasi sederhana. Dari hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukkan persamaan regresi berganda yaitu Y = 2318.301 + 2231.636 X1 + (-60.779) X2 yang berarti mempunyai pengaruh positif. Koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,805 yang berarti mempunyai pengaruh yang rendah. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 65% yang berartinya 765% dari pelaksanaan jumlah penumpang ditentukan oleh perencanaan dan evaluasi bus siap operasi sedangkan 35% ditentukan oleh factor lainnya.

Abstract

Indonesia's economic success in the maritime sector have ups and downs, it is normal for the support of the local maritime economy, the maritime economy requires particular expertise in implementation, it is not simple, for example, the handling of ships in ports, may cause high cost economy if mismanaged. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the transport waiting line / vehicle queue at toll gate of Cibubur Utama. The analysis method used was Multiple Server Queue System - single stage. Based on the calculation and analysis obtained service time at the main cibubur toll gate is  9.064 seconds / vehicle. At the average level of business (r) reached 70 %. Peak Hours condition reached 170 % means that it is more than Over Utilized. Low Hours condition reached 39 %. The average number of vehicles queuing up (Lq) on average condition is 0.0241 vehicles. Peak Hours condition is 158 vehicles. Low Hours condition is 0.00003 vehicles. Average time vehicle queue (Wq) on average condition is for 0.028 seconds. Peak Hours condition is for 77 seconds. Low Hours condition is 0.00007 seconds. The average number of vehicles in the system (L) on the average condition is 7 vehicles. The condition of Peak Hours is 177 vehicles. Low Hours condition is as many as 4 vehicles. Average vehicle time is in system (W) at average condition for 9.092 seconds, Peak Hours condition for 86 seconds, and Low Hours condition for 9.064 seconds. In Peak Hours condition, the capacity of the main cibubur toll gate is not able to accommodate the number of vehicle arrival rates.
