The studyâs objective is to analyze the relationship of the documents service quality (X1) and the speed of loading and unloading of general cargo (X2) with service user satisfaction (Y) in Tubagus Jaya PT Maritim, either individually or jointly. Research using quantitative methods, with a population of consumers Tubagus Jaya PT Maritim many as 67 people and the determination of a sample of 30 people. Data were analyzed by using multiple regression and multiple linear regression, simple correlation and partial correlation. Results: 1. There is a correlation between the quality of service of documents by the service user satisfaction is r of 0.794 means there is a very strong relationship and the direction (positive), and the regression hypothesis there is no significant relationship to thitung greater than t table (10.529> 1.669) or hypothesis H1 be accepted. 2.Hasil correlation between the speed of loading and unloading of general cargo with service user satisfaction obtained r of 0.651 means a strong relationship and the direction (positive), and the hypothesis of regression showed a significant relationship that is greater than ttable thitung (6.914> 1.669) or hypothesis H2 be accepted. 3. Results of correlation between the quality of service of documents and speed of loading and unloading of general cargo together with service user satisfaction obtained r of 0.814 means the relationship is very strong and direct (positive), and F count larger than F table (62.871> 3.140) or the research hypothesis H3 is received.

Penyimpanan logistik dan peralatan yang dilakukan secara baik dapat mengetahui jumlah dan jenis persediaan logistik dan peralatan di gudang dengan cepat dan tepat untuk masa tanggap bencana. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui dan menganalisis aktifitas pengelolaan pergudangan Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) di kawasan pergudangan XYZ berlokasi di Jakarta Utara pada tahun 2014. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena ingin menggambarkan secara jelas dan mendalam aktifitas pengelolaan pergudangan dalam menjalankan pedoman pergudangan seperti yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan pengelolaan pergudangan yang dilakukan oleh Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) di kawasan pergudangan XYZ telah sesuai dengan peraturan Kepala Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana No. 06 Tahun 2009 tentang Pedoman Pergudangan. Bogor is popular for its tourist destinations among visitors. With the increasing number of domestic tourist arrivals, especially from the surrounding areas and Bogor itself, the availability of adequate public transportation is a must to support the tourism industry in the city. However, tourists prefer to use private vehicles for a visit that contributes to the increasingly severe traffic jams, especially in tourist destinations. This study aims to identify the preferences of tourist groups of public transport users and find out what factors drive them to use public transport in tourist areas. This study took place in Bogor Botanical Gardens and collected questionnaires from 401 respondents, meanwhile statistical analysis used was non-parametric chi-square test and confirmatory factor analysis. The result shows demographic factors affect the preferences of the use of public transportation, the difference in the level of satisfaction of tourists group of public transport users (regular users, infrequent users, and low users) to public transportation services in Bogor, and the similarity of main factors driving each group of tourists to use public transportation to do tourist activities in Bogor.

Pusat Logistik Berikat (PLB) or The Bonded Logistics Center is part of the Government's Economic Policy Package issued in September 2015. This clarified by Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 272 of 2015 on Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) plus the Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. 1 of 2016, Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. 2 of 2016 and Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise No. 3 of 2016. The Implementation of Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) has managed to reduce the clearance time process from 4 days to 1.8 days.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of load preparation planning on the effectiveness of load time, determine the effect of heavy load loading implementation on load time effectiveness and to determine the effect of load preparation planning and heavy load loading implementation on load time effectiveness. In this study found several problems that occur in the field including damage to mobile cranes, the occurrence of broken stowage and limitations of the dock which results in delays in the loading process. The population of this research respondents were 115 employees tested using Slovin theory, the minimum results obtained were 53 respondents and were sampled in this study. Validity test obtained by r table (n-2) = 53 respondents with a 5% error level that is equal to 0.270. Based on the test, it is said that all the items in each research variable are valid. The results of the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test of the three variables used in this study is greater than 0.60, it is concluded that the statements of each of these research variables are real. To test the variables as a whole where the variables X1 and X2 have an effect on Y variables simultaneously, the results of Fcount analysis are 28.664 and for Ftable values are 3.18. The value of Fcount> Ftable proves that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the analysis by linear regression, that the multiple correlation obtained by R for 0.731 or 73.1% means that the influence of X1 and X2 together on Y is positive and significant from the simultaneous test (F test) and the results of multiple correlation analysis, it can be concluded that variable X1 against Y with Correlation coefficient is 0.305 or 30.5% and X2 against Y with a correlation coefficient of 0.681 or 68.1%.

Ceva Logistics merupakan perusahaan logistik berbasis kontrak “pure play” terbesar di dunia, fokus pada 6 sektor yaitu otomotif, ban, electronik, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), industrial, dan percetakkan serta media. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem manajemen pergudangan terhadap kelancaran distribusi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana, Analisis Koefisien Korelasi, Koefisien Penentu dan Uji Hipotesis (uji korelasi). Hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukan adanya hubungan antara sistem manajemen pergudangan terhadap kelancaran distribusi yang ditunjukan dengan persamaan garis regresi linier sederhana yaitu Y=3,94 + 0,84X, artinya setiap perubahan satu satuan skor variabel X, akan diikuti perubahan skor nilai Y sebesar 0,84 kali X pada konstanta 3,94. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa nilai thitung adalah sebesar 5,10 nilai ttabel adalah sebesar 1,701. Berarti thitung > ttabel, yaitu 5,10 > 1,71, karena thitung lebih besar dari ttabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dan kuat antara sistem manajemen pergudangan terhadap kelancaran distribusi

The School Safety Zone (ZoSS) is created to regulate traffic at certain times in areas close to schools to ensure the safety pedestrians in the area. However, this issue faces complex challenges, especially in schools located on strategic road corridors. The purpose of this study is to describe the traffic conditions of Ragunan Street, the factors that cause congestion on Ragunan Street at peak time and to describe the performance of the street located at the School Safety Zone (Zoss) of SMAN 28 Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta at peak times. The primary data source was obtained through traffic counting with a quantitative descriptive approach. The study population was passenger cars and motorbikes passing through Ragunan Street. The data analysis technique refers to the procedure for calculating urban roads according to the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) 1997. The results show that the performance of Ragunan Street is as follows; free flow speed of 57.52 km/hour, capacity 6,552 pcu/hour, the level of road service ranges from B to D. The degree of saturation is below 0.75 indicating the road capacity still meets the MKJI 1997 standard except for the direction of Kalibata-Pasar Minggu which scores 0.80 with a value of D. The speed in the ZoSS of SMAN 28 area is 57.52km/hour, significantly exceeding the maximum speed limit of 20-25 km/hour implying it is critical for pedestrians in the ZoSS area.

The right storage of logistics and equipment intends to have the correct and accurate quantity to mobilize during the disaster happens. This study investigates the warehousing management activities of the National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) in XYZ warehouse located in North Jakarta in 2014. This study was conducted using a qualitative approach because it wanted to clearly and deeply describe the warehousing management activities in implementing the warehousing guidelines that have been assigned. The authors found that warehousing management activities carried out by the National Disaster Management Authority (BNPB) complies with the regulations of the Head of National Disaster Management Authority No. 6 of 2009 on Warehousing Guidelines.

This study aims to analyze the different handling procedures of Perishable goods in the cold storage area at the seaport and airport in Jakarta, as well as to increase the efficiency, benefits of more effective and efficient warehousing in the flow of the handling process. The location of this research is at Tanjung Priok Port and Soekarno Hatta Airport. The research's focus on surveying the location where observation is carried out in closed and open warehouses also conducts layout analysis and observes, studies the process of receiving and storing goods in the warehouse. This research is descriptive qualitative to describe in-depth about the different procedures for handling perishable goods at seaports and airports in Jakarta. The data are primary and secondary. Primary data from interviews and surveys, secondary data from the company, and various supporting literature. The research informants were Cold Storage business players at ports and airports as well as from the Indonesian Cold Chain Association. The data analysis technique used the approach developed by Miles and Huberman. The results showed the differences in both procedures, capacities, and reference standards, although the type of goods handled was the same as perishable goods.
