Abstract

This study aims to analyze the quality of service available at the cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok, to determine the value of the consumer satisfaction index at the Cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok and to determine the indicators that must be improved so that customer satisfaction can be met. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative data, the reason is because this research was conducted by collecting data in the form of numbers or sentences and then converted into analysis to obtain information. The population in the study were visitors to Cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok with a total sample of 100 respondents and was determined based on the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques were carried out using surveys and questionnaires, while for data analysis using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS version 22 software to test: validity test, reliability test, Service Quality (SQ), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA). The results showed that overall service quality (SQ) has a negative gap of 0.23 which means that the services provided by Cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok are not good enough. Then for the value of the consumer satisfaction index at Cafe Kofi Sawangan Depok, currently it is found at 83.63%, which means that consumers feel quite satisfied but are not considered to be maximized overall, and in the importance performance analysis (IPA) analysis, there are no service attributes that must be considered. but the Cafe needs to improve every existing attribute in order to meet consumer desires..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of quality of public services at the Sukahati Citeureup Village Office, then to determine the level of satisfaction at the Sukahati Citeureup Village Office and to determine the elements that must be improved so that community satisfaction can be fulfilled. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by surveys and questionnaires. The results showed that all service quality attributes got agap negative. Then for the value of the community satisfaction index at the Sukahati Citeureup Village Office, it is currently found to be 74.03% which means that the community is quite satisfied but it is not considered optimal as a whole, and in the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), there are two service attributes that must be prioritized. Abstract

This study aims to determine the basic and non-basic sectors in the city of South Jakarta Administration, then to find out what sectors are the concentration and specialization of economic growth in the Administrative City of South Jakarta and to determine the level of economic growth through the leading sectors in the city of South Jakarta Administration. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques were carried out by a study of literature. Based on the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Specialization Index (IS) and Shift Share Analysis (SSA), the results of this study show that in sectors that have LQ> 1, the IS value is positive and the SSA component is also positive , namely the information and communication sector.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the purchasing decision of IndiHome PT. Telkom in Bogor City. The variables of this study consisted of independent variables, namely product, price, location and promotion, while the dependent variable was the purchase decision of IndiHome PT. Telkom in Bogor City. The purpose of this study (1) is to determine the effect of the variables of the Marketing Mix consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4), Process (X5), People (X6), and Physical Evidence ( X7) partially on the purchase decision of IndiHome PT. Telkom in the city of Bogor; (2) determine the effect of the variables of the Marketing Mix consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4), Process (X5), People (X6), and Physical Evidence (X7) simultaneously on the purchase decision of IndiHome PT. Telkom in the city of Bogor; (3) find out what marketing mix variables have the most dominant influence on PT Telkom's IndiHome Purchase Decision in the city of Bogor. This study uses a type of quantitative causality research. Before conducting data analysis, validity, reliability and hypothesis tests were carried out so that the data used were correct and consistent data. The data analysis methods used to achieve these objectives are: (1) Multiple linear regression test; (2) Test the coefficient of determination.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of performance of the service District Office BojongGede as well as to know people's satisfaction with services provided by the District Office of BojongGede and to determine what factors should be corrected in order to be the satisfaction of the community District Office Bojong Gede. The population in this study is the community of the applicant in the District Office BojongGede with a total sample of 100 respondents and determined based on the formula Slovin. Data collection techniques are conducted using surveys and questionnaires, while data analysis using the Software Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS version 22 to test the Test Validity, Test Reliability, Service Quality (SQ), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis ( IPA).The results showed overall service quality (SQ) has a negative gap of 9.69 which means the service provided by the District Office of Bojong Gede not good enough. Then for the value of the index of community satisfaction of the applicant in the District Office BojongGede current is found by 67.27%, which means people feel satisfied with the performance of services provided, but still haven't been to a maximum overall, and on the importance-performance analysis (IPA) contained in the factor cost of services, people are still not satisfied. With this already should District BojongGede Bogor Regency pay attention and be honest about the fairness of the fee provided in order to improve the quality of service and the community be satisfied.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara kepulauan yang membutuhkan konektivitas antar pulau melalui pelabuhan. Jambi adalah salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang memiliki lokasi strategis di muara Selat Malaka, tetapi pelabuhan di provinsi Jambi belum menjadi pilihan utama pelaku bisnis untuk melakukan proses bongkar muat. Dalam berbagai penelitian, biaya merupakan salah satu konstrain pelaku usaha dalam menentukan pelabuhan yang digunakan untuk melakukan bongkar-muat barang. analisis biaya transaksi dirasa perlu dilakukan untuk bisa menentukan besaran biaya yang berlaku di pelabuhan Jambi sehingga dapat dilakukan analisis lanjutan untuk mengefisiensikan biaya di pelabuhan provinsi Jambi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis biaya transaksi. Hasil analisis biaya transaksi ditemukan bahwa biaya transaksi masih merupakan komponen tertinggi dengan rasio 0,78 untuk kapal domestik dan 0,69 untuk kapal asing. Tingginya biaya transasksi ini telah mengakibatkan turunnya kunjungan kapal di pelabuhan Jambi dengan signifikan.Transaction Cost Analisys In The Container Terminal in Port of Jambi; Indonesia is an archipelago that requires inter-island connectivity through ports. Jambi is one of the provinces in Indonesia which has a strategic location in the estuary of the Malacca Strait, but the port in the province of Jambi has not been the main choice for business people to carry out the loading and unloading process. In various studies, cost was one of the constraints of business actors in determining the port used for loading and unloading goods. transaction cost analysis was deemed necessary to be able to determine the amount of costs that apply at the port of Jambi so that further analysis can be done to make costs efficient at the port of the province of Jambi. The method in this research used transaction cost analysis. Transaction cost analysis results found that transaction costs are still the highest component with a ratio of 0.78 for domestic vessels and 0.69 for foreign vessels. The high cost of this transaction has resulted in a significant decline in ship visits at the port of Jambi.

Abstract

Research with a transdisciplinary approach aims to encourage integration beyond the boundaries of disciplines, and provide new perspectives in dealing with complex problems. These problems target various aspects, including problems in port management. In Vietnam the main problem of the port is in terms of ecology. While in Hong Kong as one of the largest ports in the world, it also faces problems in regulating the flow of ships and also in ports. Greece and China highlight an equally important study, namely the risk at the port. The port of Turkey has a different approach in attracting ships to dock at its ports, namely non-price aspects such as customer service, service customization and bundling, service expansion, service diversification and additional services and most importantly is the improvement of the company's image through the UK and Australia's CSR having the same problem regarding port privatization. To solve this problem is certainly expected to share the role of transdisciplines, ranging from government science, institutional economics, political economy, engineering science, ecology, business, to socilogy and other sciences. Abstract

The purpose of article writing is to conduct a policy review of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries regarding the prohibition of trade in ornamental materials for the sustainability of community welfare. The research method used is a literature study to understand the relevant problems. On Mid-August 2016, the Minister of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries made a policy to prohibit the sale and purchase of ornamental coral in any form. This policy was made due to the higher level of coral damage. The policy provides a negative impact on the sustainability of life and income of fishermen and entrepreneurs engaged in ornamental coral. The results of LIPI's research through the COREMAP-CTI program assess coral damage caused by climate change, besides fishing activities with environmentally friendly fishing gear such as bombs and poisons that cause coral damage. The conclusion of this article states that coral trade is not the main cause of damage to coral reefs in Indonesia, so the policies issued by the MMAF will have a negative impact on the social and economic conditions of the people who depend on the trade in ornamental corals. Abstract

Taman Nasional Karimunjawa adalah salah satu kawasan pelestarian alam di Kabupaten Jepara, Propinsi Jawa Tengah yang memiliki ekosistem asli. Perencanaan penataan Taman Nasional Karimunjawa diharapkan dapat mendorong peran serta masyarakat dan pihak-pihak lain dalam pembangunan konservasi. Secara prinsip kriteria yang harus disepakati dalam pembagian zonasi adalah batasan tanggung jawab masing-masing sektor guna menghindari terjadinya tumpang tindih kepentingan tugas dan wewenang dengan memperhatikan daya dukung sumber daya alam yang ada. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan sebuah penyuluhan mengenai pentingnya menjaga sumberdaya di Taman Nasional Karimunjawa yang diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi pembangunan konservasi sumberdaya alam serta sebagai acuan teknis dalam pengelolaan Taman Nasional Karimunjawa. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan cara penyuluhan lapangan dan wawancara serta pengisian kuesioner menggunakan 3 metode yaitu Travel Cost Method, Contingent Valuation Method, dan Effect on Production. Hasil dari penyuluhan didapat bahwa Mayoritas responden antusias dalam wawancara dan juga dapat menerima masukan dan saran tim untuk menjaga kelestarian alam di Taman Nasional Karimun Jawa.

Abstract

Laporan Keuangan Direktorat Jenderal Pengawasan Sumber Daya Kelautan dan Perikanan (PSDKP) sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban atas pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara harus disusun berdasarkan sistem pengendalian intern yang memadai dan isinya telah menyajikan informasi pelaksanaan anggaran dan posisi keuangan secara layak, wajar, sesuai Standar Akuntansi Pemerintah (SAP). Pengendalian intern atas pelaporan keuangan (PIPK) Direktorat Jenderal PSDKP merupakan salah satu tools dalam mewujudkan keandalan laporan keuangan dan Laporan Keuangan yang berkualitas yang dinyatakan dengan opini WTP dari BPK. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membina Satuan kerja Dirjen PSDKP mengenai pengendalian intern atas pelaporan keuangan, Pembinaan Satuan Kerja Lingkup Direktorat Jenderal PSDKP atas PIPK dilaksanakan secara sampling pada Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal PSDKP, Pangkalan PSDKP Jakarta, Pangkalan PSDKP Tual, Stasiun PSDKP Cilacap dan Stasiun PSDKP Kupang. Direktorat Jenderal PSDKP akan menghasilkan Laporan Keuangan yang andal, wajar, efektif dan efisien sehingga tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai. Dengan pembinaan ini seluruh Satuan Kerja Lingkup Direktorat Jenderal PSDKP paham dan mengerti atas implementasi penerapan PIPK sehingga menghasilkan Laporan Keuangan Direktorat Jenderal PSDKP yang andal, baik dalam pemenuhan terhadap aspek reliabilitas, ketepatan waktu, transparansi dan aspek-aspek lainnya yang telah ditetapkan.
