Abstract

Copyright is one of the intellectual which is protected by law, national and international. Copyright allows authors to make money off of their labor (economic right). It prevents others from taking there work for free. It also prevents people from altering the work without permission (moral right). Because of development of technology information, one can also easly get information from internet or web and use it for their own activities. Everybody has to know plagiarism and the Internet has dramatically increased the ease of and opportunities for plagiarism. "Cyber-plagiarism " is the term used to describe the process by which lecturer and students either copy ideas found on the Web without giving proper attribution and to copying by optical disc.

Abstract

Amandement to the Law on money laundry was based on weakness of law enforcement effectiveness resulting from the unsinergitas (disharmony) between the law enforcement agencies. Does not given the authority to the conduct investigations and inquiries to INTRAC, do not reduces the central role as the leader of INTRAC agent in the eradication of money laundry. Additional powers to the INTRAC as authority 'more' is the INTRAC can request information on the progress of investigation and the inquiries by criminal investigators of origin and / or money laundering. The more authority is run for the benefit of: Handling money laundering effective; Preparation typology and strategic analysis on money laundering and predicate offenses; preparation of consolidated progress in implementing anti-money laundering regime in the context of accountability, and/or the preparation of a report for a meeting National Coordinating Committee for the Prevention and Suppression of Money Laundering. The realization of the implementation these activities, INTRAC can be assistance and request for discussion or presentation, and a criminal investigation of origin and/or money laundering shall fulfill the information request. Thus, there is a relationship that is normative complementarity between investigators with INTRAC within the framework of the creation of a harmonized enforcement of money laundering.

Abstract

Aksi tindakan bisnis pencampuran bahan makanan dan atau minuman dengancampuran bahan berbahaya formalin adalah kejahatan sebagaimana telah diaturdalam Undang-Undang Pangan, Undang-Undang Kesehatan, danpenerapkan peraturan Nomor 1168/Menkes/PER/X/1999. Kejahatan inidipidana dengan pidana penjara selama 5 (lima) tahun atau denda sebesarUSD $ 600,000,000.00 (enam ratus juta rupiah). Demikian juga, dapat dilakukantuntutan terhadap badan usaha yang melakukan tindak pidana tersebut denganinstrumen Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang PerlindunganKonsumen.

Abstract

PT. XIZ merupakan perusahaan pengempul dan penyimpan sementara limbah oli bekas. Limbah oli bekas tersebut disimpan sebelum dijual kepihak ketiga. PT.XIZ belum memiliki bak penampung untuk menampung ceceran minyak oli bekas, hal ini dapat mengakibatkan terlepasnya minyak oli bekas ke lingkungan sehingga menimbulkan bahaya pencemaran lingkungan. Perlunya penelitian terhadap sistem pengumpulan dan penyimpanan minyak oli bekas di PT. XIZ. Peraturan yang dijadikan rujukan penelitianadalah Keputusan Bapedal No. 225/ BAPEDAL/ 08/ 1996 tentang ?Tata Cara dan Persyaratan Penyimpanan dan Pengumpulan Minyak Pelumas Bekas? dan merancang bangunan TPS Limbah oli bekas sesuai peraturan pemerintah PP No 101 tahun 2014.. Penelitian ini di lakukan untuk mengetahui hasil redesain dari TPS limbah oli bekas di PT.XIZ. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kuantitatif. Perencanaan redesain TPS LB3 oli bekas PT.XIZ yang memiliki dimensi Gedung panjang 50 m lebar 50 m dan mampu menampung 22.387,5 liter oli bekas selama 3 bulan dengan fasilitas pendukung, seperti palet, allowance ruangan, Ventilasi, p3k, alarm, tong oli, penerangan gudang, Detektor, jalur forklift, APAR.

Abstract

PT. Arga Wastu adalah salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pertambangan batu andesit yang termasuk tambang terbuka jenis quarry (Side Hill Type Quarry). Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu meningkatkan target produksi yang sudah tercapai perhari. Upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi dilakukan melalui kegiatan peledakan agar menghasilkan ukuran material (fragmentasi) dan penggunaan bahan peledak yang sesuai. Berdasarkan perhitungan geometri peledakan yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diharapkan dengan menggunakan teori R.L.Ash. untuk distribusi ukuran fragmentasi menggunakan metode Kuz-Ram. Rata rata geometri actual yang digunakan pada tangal 19 juli sampai dengan 12 agustus yaitu diameter lubang 2,5 inchi, burden 2 m, spasi 2 m, stemming 1,4 m, kedalaman lubang ledak 7,3 m, kolom isian 5,9 m, powder factor 0,40 kg/m3. Hasil perhitungan tersebut didapat geometri peledakan dengan diameter lubang ledak 2,5 inchi, burden 2 m, spasi 3 m, stemming 1,6 m, kedalaman lubang ledak 7,9, sub drilling 0,4 m, kolom isian 6,3 m, dengan penggunaan bahan peledak 16,82 kg/lubang. Sehingga didapat nilai powder factor sebesar 0,37 kg/m3. Dengan presentase (%) ukuran fragmentasi (>60 cm) sebesar 0 % dengan perolehan hasil produksi sebesar 1042,8 bcm/hari.

Abstract

Gold mining on mining communities supports economic life for the societies. On the other hands, these activities are not only support the economic but also give bad effects to the environment. Some people are still using amalgamation process to gold ore process which has the potential to spread Hg concentration in the main area. Spatial distribution of Hg concentration was found in this study. The purpose of this research was identifying the contamination of Hg concetration in three villages of society’s mining gold areas in Kertajaya Sukabumi, West Java. Those three villages were Cigadog Village, Pondok Tilu Citamiang Village, and Kiara 2 Village. Hg concentration distribution map was obtained several samples which were taking 6 soil samples in Cigadog village, 5 soil samples from Pondok Tilu Citamiang Village, and 4 soil samples in Kiara 2 Village. Those samples were analysed for Hg concentration using AAS (Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer) method.  Inverse Distance Weight method was used as Data processing and it was helped by ArcGIS software. The result showed that soil samples from Cigadong village contained Hg concentration of 0.28 - 2.84 ppm, 83% samples were critically polluted, and the contaminated areas were 5.888 hectares. Whilst, soil samples from Pondok Tilu Citamiang Village contained Hg concentration of 0.14 - 1.26 ppm, 80% samples were critically polluted, and the polluted areas were 1.476 Ha. Then, soil samples from Kiara 2 Village contained Hg concentration of 0.67-6.19 ppm, 100% samples were critically polluted, and the contaminated area was 0.040 hectare. The findings of the contaminated area and the pollutant level in mining societies in Kertajaya Village, Sukabumi could be used as initial input for the efforts to restore the Hg polluted environment.
