Abstract

AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan teori pembentukan perilaku belajar behavioristik dalam dunia pendidikan dan tinjauannya dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research­) dengan menggunakan sumber data utama yakni jurnal dan buku referensi sesuai dengan fokus kajian penelitian. Data dianalisis menggunakan content analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya relevansi antara teori belajar behaviorisme dengan konsep pendidikan Islam. Dalam konsep pendidikan Islam juga dilakukan conditioning, repetition, dan reinforcement. Namun perbedaannya adalah dalam konsep behaviorisme Islam tetap berdasarkan prinsip ketauhidan yakni kehendak dan persetujuan Allah. Seberapa kuatpun manusia berusaha membuat pengkondisian namun tergantung dari kehendak Allah SWT. AbstractThis essay aims to describe the theory of behavioristic learning formation in education and its review from Islamic education’s view. This research was library research using journals and reference books that focus on the research study. Data were analyzed using content analysis. The results of the study showed a relevance between behaviorism learning theory and the concept of Islamic education. Conditioning, repetition and reinforcement are all used in Islamic education. The Islamic behaviorism concept, on the other hand, is founded on monotheism, namely Allah’s will and approval. No matter how firm humans make the conditioning, it depends on Allah SWT’s will.

Abstract

Menjadikan Indonesia negara maju adalah pekerjaan yang tidak mudah dan tidak dapat diwujudkan dalam waktu yang singkat. Dalam pengertian sederhana, literasi ialah kemampuan untuk memahami setiap bahan bacaan dan menulis. Pembangunan literasi budaya ialah syarat yang mesti dimiliki sebuah negara agar dapat memiliki sumber daya unggul. Penelitian ini menganalisis tantangan dan peluang Perpustakaan Perahu Pattingalloang dalam membangun literasi budaya. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi secara ilmiah kepada pemerintah dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat luas dalam membangun literasi budaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menyajikan data-data empiris yang diperolah dari bahan bacaan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama masyarakat Indonesia memiliki minat baca yang besar akan tetapi akses ke bahan bacaan masih sangat terbatas. Kedua, Perahu Pustaka Pattingalloang hadir karena dua alasan yakni budaya literasi dan literasi budaya, dan ketiga perahu ini menjadi kontribusi nyata masyarakat dalam membangun literasi.ABSTRACT:Building Indonesia to become a developed country is not an easy task and cannot be realized in a moment. Literacy is the ability to understand reading materials and the ability to write. The establishment of cultural literacy is the main prerequisite that can build a nation's human resources. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the challenges and opportunities of the Pattingalloang boat library in developing cultural literacy. The expected of this study is to scientifically contribute to the government and the public in harmonizing acceleration and description of building a cultural literacy. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method by presenting various relevant empirical facts and the data were obtained through relevant documents. The results concluded that firstly the Indonesian people have an interest in reading but the media to support it is still very limited. Secondly, the presence of the Pattingalloang library boat boils down to two things namely literacy culture and cultural literacy. The last was the Pattingalloang library boat became a means of evidence of community contributions in developing cultural literacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the reality of the contribution of the school committee in the implementation of school-based management in MAN 1 ternate. This study uses a qualitative research type of case study. The approach used is a pedagogical and managerial approach. The data is the focus of the research, namely improving the quality of education in the implementation of madrasa-based management, while the primary data sources are from the leadership, educators and education staff, committees and parents as well as documents related to efforts to improve the quality of education at MAN 1 Ternate. Secondary data sources in the form of data from various documents relevant to the research. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses an inductive-conceptual approach, starting from empirical information and then constructing concepts or propositions. Furthermore, checking the validity of the data using the credibility and transferability test. The results showed the reality of implementing madrasah-based management at MAN 1 Ternate refers to the madrasah organization which can be measured in aspects madrasah committee. Meanwhile, the curriculum dimension in implementing madrasah-based management at MAN 1 Ternate in developing the curriculum is carried out with the madrasah head, all madrasah residents including the committee by adjusting the development and needs of students. Human resource management, the main requirements are aspects of educational qualifications, aspects of democratic, transparent and participatory managerial abilities. The sources of financing for the procurement and purchase of facilities and infrastructure are from DIPA, BOS funds and committee fees.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implantation of academic supervision of supervisors in the development of Islamic Religious education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency. This research is a qualitative research with the phenomenology approach. The subject of this study is the supervisors, head of Madrasah, teachers, and students at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Falah. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Processing techniques and data analysis through data reduction, data display, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of academic supervision of supervisors at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency from the planning aspect, monitoring program has been included either because the supervisor has done the planning before conducting supervision activities by making agreement with the madrasah personnel to be supervised so as to prepare. However, the teacher's aspect of coaching has not been well-running so much of the assessment aspect. Thus, the results of the implementation of the academic supervision of supervisors in the development of Islamic Religious education teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Falah of Bulukumba Regency is not optimal so it still needs to be improved, especially on the aspect of development and judgment.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh  budaya religius terhadap perilaku keagamaan siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Makassar, 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh self regulated terhadap perilaku keagamaan  siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Makassar dan 3)Untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi budaya religius dan self regulated terhadap perilaku keagamaan  siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Makassar.Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Kuantitatif (Field research), sumber peneltian ini adalah Siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Makassar. Selanjutnya metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Adapun tekhnik dan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah statistik inferensial, uji signifikasi regresi, uji linearitas regresi, pengujian hipotesis, uji t dan uji f dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data menujukan bahwa nilai thitung sebesar 13.610, sedangkan nilai ttabel untuk n :76 sebesar 0,3678. Dengan demikian, nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (13.610 > 0,3678), sehingga terdapat pengaruh budaya religius (X1) dan self regulated (X2) terhadap perilaku keagamaan siswa (Y). Dalam penelitian ini budaya religius dan self regulated cocok  untuk mengukur perilaku keagamaan siswa, sehingga budaya religius dan self regulated merupakan predictor utama dalam perilaku keagamaan siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Makassar. Kedua variabel ini bisa menjadi prediktor untuk perilaku keagamaan siswa karena hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R Square) menunjukan bahwa kedua variabel ini memiliki pengaruh sebesar 0.272, yang berarti pengaruh variabel bebas yakni budaya religius dan self regulated  mempunyai pengaruh 27,2% terhadap perilaku keagamaan siswa. Sedangkan 72,8% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims (1) To find out the organizational culture implemented in MAN I Makassar (2) the administrative service system in MAN 1 Makassar (3) The impact of implementing organizational culture in improving administrative services in MAN 1 Makassar. This study uses qualitative methods and phenomenological, pedagogical, sociological and psychological approaches. To obtain data, the author have interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation 1 Makassar has been well implemented which takes the form of the of organizational culture in improving administration services at MAN application of a culture of discipline and cooperation that refers to the values of social relations and good communication among personal peers who have been determined to achieve aim. Efforts to improve administrative services observed at MAN 1 Makassar have demonstrated their quality, one of which is to prove harmoniously a relationship between fellow personalities, from students, employees, teachers, and principals, which can be realized in the form of cooperation, both in nature structural and cultural. The implication of this research is that it is expected that the school of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Makasssar can improve its administrative services while still referring to human values and also can be applied effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This research  aims to  know learning  management in the early childhood  Bosowa Alam school with the BCCT approach. The previous main problem to be   listed  into a number of subproblems, namely 1) What kind of learning resources used in early childhood in the Bosowa Alam school? 2) How to manage learning toward early childhood education at Bosowa Nature School by applying BCCT and DAP? This research classified as qualitative with employing  pedagogical and psychological approach. The data was taken from head master, class Guardian, Teachers and students. The data collection methods used observation, interviews, documentation, and some  referencea. Techniques of data analysis carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion collection. The results of this study indicate the fact that several things must be highly considered by educators before formulating a learning plan that will be used in early childhood of bosowa natural school. The implementation of learning supported by learning resources used in each center to be developed with 5 child domains (affection, language, cognition, social and psychomotor) and 7 multiple intelligences (logical-mathematical intelligence, Sapatial intelligence, musical intelligence, kinesthetic intelligence, Interpersonal and Intrapersonal intelligence). The management of Bosowa Alam school learning resources carried out in 5 stages: students identification, planning learning resources, preparing learning resources, using learning resources as well and evaluation methods.

Abstract

Abstract: The Relationship between Teacher’s Competence, School Culture and Teacher’s Performance This article aims to prove the relationship between teacher’s competence, school culture, and teacher’s performance at State Senior High School 10 in Maros, South Sulawesi. This research is quantitative or research by using quantitative approach.  The population in this study was 24 teachers and 351 students. The sample was determined by using disproportionate random sampling so that a sample of 77 people was obtained, consisting of 24 teachers taken in total and 53 students taken as many as 15% of the population. The data techniques used were questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis is performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics through correlation tests. The results of this study prove that there is a positive relationship between teacher’s competence, school culture, and teacher’s performance at State Senior High School 10 in Maros. Thus, teacher’s performance can be improved through the application of good competencies and the creation of a conducive school culture at schools. Abstrak: Hubungan antara Kompetensi Guru dan Budaya SekolahArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompetensi guru dan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 10 Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru yang berjumlah 24 orang dan peserta didik yang berjumlah 351 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan disproportionate random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 77 orang, terdiri dari 24 orang guru yang diambil secara keseluruhan dan 53 orang peserta didik yang diambil sebanyak 15% dari populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial melalui uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi guru dan budaya sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 10 Maros. Dengan demikian, kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan kompetensi yang baik dan terciptanya budaya sekolah yang kondusif di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract: Information System of Value Data Processing Using Digital Report ApplicationThis research aims to obtain an overview system of value data processing using the Digital Report Application, a form of value data management through the Digital Report Application, and the constraints of the value data processing system using the Digital Report Application at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bone. This research is qualitative descriptive research using phenomenological approach. The informant determination technique used is purposive. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through data reduction, data display, and verification or withdrawal of conclusions. Test the validity of the data in this study using source triangulation and techniques. The results of this study showed that the application of value data processing information system using Digital Report Application has been conducted since 2019 at MAN 2 Bone as a means of providing information related to student learning outcomes. Data processing consists of three forms, namely input, processing, and output. The form of filling in Digital Report Application value is more concise when compared to the previous report application used in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bone. In the application Digital Report required expertise in the field of technology. In addition to making it easier to input values, the Digital Report Application has its drawbacks because it has to connect with a dedicated server so that the work can’t be done at home. To be able to work at home, teachers must download some templates and fill out assessments at home. Abstrak: Sistem Informasi Pengolahan Data Nilai Menggunakan Aplikasi Rapor DigitalPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem pengolahan data nilai menggunakan Aplikasi Rapor Digital, bentuk pengelolaan data nilai melalui Aplikasi Rapor Digital, dan kendala sistem pengolahan data nilai menggunakan Aplikasi Rapor Digital pada Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan adalah purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai menggunakan Aplikasi Rapor Digital telah dilakukan sejak tahun 2019 di MAN 2 Bone sebagai sarana dalam menyediakan informasi terkait hasil belajar peserta didik. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga bentuk, yaitu input, processing, dan output. Bentuk peng-input-an nilai dalam Aplikasi Rapor Digital lebih mudah jika dibandingkan aplikasi rapor yang digunakan sebelumnya di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bone. Dalam penerapan aplikasi Rapor Digital diperlukan keahlian dalam bidang teknologi. Selain mempermudah peng-input-an nilai, Aplikasi Rapor Digital memiliki kekurangan karena harus terhubung dengan server khusus sehingga pengerjaannya tidak dapat dilakukan di rumah. Untuk dapat mengerjakan di rumah, guru harus men-download beberapa template dan mengisi penilaian di rumah.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the principal's leadership, teacher job satisfaction, and the influence of principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone. This study uses a type of field research with a quantitative approach. Respondents in this study found 30 teachers were taken as a whole with the consideration that only a few were relatively small. The instrument used in collecting data is a questionnaire distributed to research respondents. The collected data is then processed and analyzed using statistics. The results of this study indicate that: the reality of the principal's leadership at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is in the high category with a percentage of 56.7%; the reality of teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is in the high category with a percentage of 53.3%; and principal leadership has a positive influence on teacher job satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction at SMA Negeri 20 Bone is 27.5%. It should be noted that the level of influence generated is quite high. Therefore, the better the visionary leadership applied by the principal, the more it contributes to teacher job satisfaction.
