Abstract

The performance of government agencies is now in the spotlight with increasing public awareness of the implementation of public administration. Society often views public sector organizations as nests of inefficiency, waste, sources of leakage of funds and institutions that always lose money. The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Communication and Informatics Service in South Bengkulu Regency.This study uses a quantitative research approach, collecting data using secondary data search, data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the South Bengkulu District Communication and Informatics Service for 2018-2022 based on the degree of decentralization ratio is in the very low category. Then based on the regional financial dependency ratio, experiencing a low level of dependence on the central government in providing transfer funds. Based on the ratio of regional financial independence, experiencing a very low level of independence. Based on the compatibility ratio, namely the ratio of regional financial operating expenditures, experienced a fairly low portion of operating expenditures due to the lack of revenue from the South Bengkulu Regency Communication and Informatics Office.

Abstract

Brand recognition marketing is promoting a brand's product or service in a way that elevates the brand as a whole. This involves creating and maintaining brand-consumer relationships and marketing brand attributes traits that people develop when they describe a particular brand. In this guide, Brand or brands are able to create interactive communication with consumers. The stronger a brand, the stronger the interaction with consumers. In order to introduce a brand or brands to the public, including brands, especially the local Ibu Ari banana chip business, by way of popularizing the brand, one of which is a marketing communication strategy, which is a marketing activity that seeks to disseminate information, persuade, increase the target market so that the product is accepted.The implementation of marketing brand recognition is carried out in several steps, such as creating a brand identity for Ibu Ari's banana chip business and using social media. The brand identity was created to introduce the Ibu Ari banana chip brand more clearly and up to date in the market, while the use of social media was made so that consumers could easily recognize and remember the Ibu Ari brand and give a positive image to the brand.From the results of the evaluation, the community service program entitled "Marketing Brand Recognition in Ibu Ari's Banana Chips Business" succeeded in having a positive impact on the continuity of the business. Debfab thus implementing effective marketing brand recognition can be a solution for businesses in facing increasingly competitive competition.

Abstract

Service quality and product quality based on electronic applications (BSI Mobile) are expected to affect customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia TBK KC Bengkulu S. Parman 2, where the BSI Mobile product was created to facilitate customers in transacting, so that customers wherever and whenever they are can transact and manage their finances easily. The purpose of this study was to find the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Bengkulu S. Parman 2. The sample in this study was 100 customers who had used BSI Mobile products. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analysis method used is multiple linear regression, validity test, reliability test, simultaneous f test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using t test. The results of the regression equation are Y=3.522+0.455X1+ 0.319X2 b0= indicating the number 3.522, which means that if all the independent variables, namely service quality and product quality, are constant, the number of the dependent variable shows the number 35.2% as the result value of the dependent variable so that it can determine customer satisfaction. .0.455X1 = value 0.455 and 0.319X2 = value 0.319 is a value that indicates that service quality (X1) and product quality (X2) have a positive effect on customer satisfaction (Y), so that each additional 1% of respondents' responses about service quality and quality the product will affect the variable (Y) namely customer satisfaction with a value of 4.55% and 3.19%. The hypothesis in this study is accepted because the value of t arithmetic > t table, the independent variable (Service Quality and Product Quality) partially affects the dependent variable (Customer Satisfaction). Abstract

The important value of employee training is to develop the ability of employees to be more capable at work. It is also useful to increase their knowledge in other fields. Besides that, it is also useful for increasing work motivation in improving employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training and work motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Proasia Broker Insurance and Consultants of Bengkulu Branch, both partially and simultaneously. Data analysis method used were in the form of data quality tests (validity test, reliability test), multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test (R2) and hypothesis testing (t test and f test) with the help of SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 25.0. The sample in this study totaled 37 respondents. The results of the study show that (a) training has a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Proasia Broker Insurance and Consultants Bengkulu Branch. Evidenced by a regression coefficient of 0.200, tcount > ttable (2.542 > 2.033) and a significant value of 0.016 ttable (3.161 > 2.032) and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 Keywords: Training, Work Motivation, Employee Performance
