Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan perpajakan dan keadilan pajakterhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pelaku usaha sektor UMKM. Obyek penelitian ini adalah pelakuusaha sektor UMKM bidang kerajinan tangan yang tersebar pada berbagai kabupaten/kota diPropinsi Jawa Timur yang berjumlah 100 orang. Metode pengambilan sampelnya dilakukandengan cara multistage sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Sedangkan metodeanalisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier dengan teknik Ordinary Least Square (OLS).Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam kurun waktu Maret-April 2015. Hasil penelitian ini memberikankesimpulan bahwa pendidikan pajak dan keadilan pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap kepatuhan pajak pelaku usaha sektor UMKM kerajinan tangan di kabupaten/kotaPropinsi Jawa Timur. Berdasarkan pada hasil tersebut, maka intensitas kegiatan dalampendidikan pajak bagi masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan guna menjaga keberlanjutan kepatuhanpajak pelaku usaha sector UMKM. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan sosialisasipajak secara langsung yang lebih intensif kepada pelaku usaha sektor UMKM.Kata Kunci : Ordinary Least Square, Multistge Sampling, Keadilan Pajak, dan Kepatuhan Pajak

Abstract

To create a good learning outcomes and in accordance with the objectives then require the efforts of a teacher by looking at the pattern of student learning, mastering the lesson, choosing an appropriate learning model and not boring or monotonous and doing an effective learning process. The teacher must be careful when implementing the learning process in the classroom. Learning activity at SMA Al-Rifa'ie Gondanglegi especially in the tenth grade shows that learning is still conventional and lacking effective, then inflicting less conducive conditions and make the students become lacking enthusiastic when studying and also difficult to understand the lessons. The objectives of this research is to know that the implementation learning model of Mind Mapping can increase the creativity and learning outcomes at the tenth grade SMA Modern Al-Rifa'ie Gondanglegi. This research uses the approaching of the qualitative research, by using the Classroom Action Research (PTK). The data of the research is collected by using the observation sheets of creativity of students, documentation, note, pre-test and post-test questions and answers. The suggestion which can be given by the writer of this research are: (1) For the teachers, they should be able to apply model of mind mapping need to consider the right subject so the learning can be done. (2) For the school, they should recall to every teachers to apply the model of learning and it is innovative and interesting. (3) For the next research, it can be given advise to apply the learning model of Mind Mapping to the other subject by replacing or adding the other variable of research.

Abstract

According to an increasing number of business practices that tend to apply the economic system of capitalism, transferring Pancasila values in economic learning for the novice entrepreneur is quite essential to do. The amount of business competition everywhere erodes the values of togetherness and brotherhood that characterize the nation's culture. The Association of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia is a supporting pillar in the learning of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that still prioritize the basis of Pancasila economy values such as cooperation, kinship, and mutual assistance. Thus, this review of literature aims to examine the educational approach that can transfer the values to adult students; that is andragogy. The discussion part mainly addresses the values of Pancasila, the economic learning through andragogy approach, and the characteristics of adult students. This review paper concludes that Andragogy approach can be effective to facilitate the process of transferring the values of Pancasila in the Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) in Indonesia.DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.17977/UM014v13i22020p108

Abstract

This study uses a Class Action Research conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of class X IIS 4 in SMAN 1 Batu with the number of students as many as 28 students consisting of 9 male students and 19 female students. Data collection techniques in this study includes observation, interviews, field notes, student questionnaire responses, the issue of pre-test and post-test, and documentation.From the series of data analysis results and the ability to ask students' learning outcomes by implementing learning methods Time Token Arends (TTA) in the first cycle and the second cycle has increased significantly and the results of this study to get a positive response from teachers and students of class X IIS 4. Thus, recommended for teachers to implement teaching methods Time Token Arends (TTA) to improve the ability to ask and learning outcomes, as well as to avoid students who dominate in learning.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to determine that the application of learning models and Explaining Student Facilitator (SFE) is able to enhance the activity and student achievement on economic subjects in class X Cross Economic Interests D SMA 02 Batu. This study used a qualitative research approach, with a type of action research. Data from this study colected through student activity observation sheet, documentation, field notes, test questions in the form of pre-test and post-test.

Abstract

Barriers to entry of housing affordability are not only existed in urban but also in rural areas. This condition makes rural households difficult to obtain their own house. However, it is still common for them to ask help from parents, in term of financial support or buy the house for them. The purpose of this paper aimed at understanding the phenomenon of society in the rural area to meet their need for house ownership. This research used the descriptive method, employed 15 participants in the Village of Olak-Alen, District of Selorejo, Regency of Blitar, Indonesia. The results of this research showed that newly formed households find their most significant obstacle to own house is inadequate income. Their low income is majorly caused by lack of financial literacy and insufficient work experience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan tempat kerja lulusan perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan selama 3 tahun berturut-turut terhadap lulusan program sarjana perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia. penelitian dilakukan secara daring pada bulan Mei tahun 2017-2019 menggunakan kuesioner kementerian riset dan teknologi pendidikan tinggi. Data dioleh secara deskriptif kuantitatif guna memperoleh hasil yang mampu menggambarkan kondisi sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan perguruan tinggi swasta secara berturut-turut memilih untuk bekerja di perusahaan swasta dan instansi pemerintah, kemudian diikuti oleh dan lembaga sosial masyarakat. Sedangkan berwirausaha menjadi pilihan terakhir bagi lulusan perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia.

Abstract

Social commerce seperti Facebook, Instagram dan Twitter menjadi beberapa pilihan yang terbaik dalam proses jual beli. Masyarakat menyukai hal tersebut karena kemudahan dalam bertransaksi dan mudahnya akses dalam melihat produk yang ditawarkan. Denan adanya media sosial, akan banyak membantu Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) seperti yang ada di kota Malang. Kota Malang memiliki potensi UMKM alas kaki yang sedang berkembang. Namun selama ini mereka terlalu berfokus pada produksi sementara mereka lemah dalam hal pemasaran. Metode pemasaran yang sering dilakukan adalah melalui metode direct selling, yang mana memakan biaya yang lebih tinggi, tidak efektif dalam penjualan produk serta omset yang didapatkan juga terbatas. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan UKM adalah dengan meningkatkan kompetensi para pengusaha pembuat alas kaki melalui pelatihan penggunaan media sosial. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial dalam pemasaran produk alas kaki berbahan kulit kombinasi kain tradisional di Kecamatan Blimbing, Kota Malang memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam peningkatan omset penjualan. Evaluasi dari pelatihan ini adalah terbatasnya waktu pelatihan sehingga belum semua metode penjualan di media sosial dapat di terapkan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the economic profile of district Bumiaji. Municipal Batu and what commodities are the main of the district Bumiaji, Municipal of Batu. This research is an explorative research that is exploring the economic potential existing in the area for quantitative descriptive analysis. Type of this research is suitable for problem that has not been much attention in the discussion. The object of this research is the regional economic from district of Bumiaji, municipal of Batu, East Java. The results showed the economic profile of district Bumiaji, municipal Batu characterized by agricultural sector. Leading commodities are apples, vegetables and flower plants. Various plants are scattered in various take Sumberejo, Gunungsari and Punten villages. The development potential of the region should pay attention to aspect of sustainability and competitive ness of market.
