Abstract

Good governance is a set of processes that are implemented in an organization to make a decision. Human self can not be separated from the so-called personality. Personality is a dynamic organization of individual psycho-physical systems. Personality determines individual behaviour and thinking in a unique way. Personality is the best factor to be used to predict employee performance. Civil Servants (PNS) who have introverted and extroverted personalities can influence performance. The measured performance consists of Employee Work Objectives (SKP) and Attitude. This study aims to examine the effect of personality on SKP and Attitude. The method used is the ANOVA, BNT and dummy regression tests. The sample was measured by 40 non-random sampling techniques. The results showed that the Extrovert = introvert personality type gives a greater influence on SKP. Extrovert = introvert personality type has a greater influence on Attitude. There is a significant difference between personality types with SKP. There is a significant difference between personality types with Attitude. Extrovert = Introvert personality type produces the best average of work performance (SKP and Attitude). Whereas Extrovert personality types produce the lowest average on work performance (SKP and Attitude) of Civil Servants, Bogor Agriculture Department. To produce good work performance in an SKPD (Regional Work Unit), it is preferred to place extrovert = introvert personality types, especially in important positions.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset for an organization, including the IPB. A vision of IPB become World Classy University (WCU) and Research-Based University (RBU) requires quality human resources, especially lecturers and professors. Quality of human resources capable of aligning IPB with the best universities in Indonesia and the world is quality lecturers and professors are high performing. Good performance should be supported by a good performance management and appropriate strategies. This study aims to formulate alternative strategies that influence the performance professor. This research method uses the AHP model (Analytical Hierarchy Process) with soft were of Expert Choice as an approach to looking at the structure and priorities of strategic alternatives. The results showed that the strategy of priorities to be implemented through the strategic management of IPB is the development of self capacity in main priority to the education factor with indicators is the development of lecturing materials through the function and main role of head of the department (Kadep).

Abstract

TThis research aimed to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance, and the effect of motivation as intervening variabel. The population of research amounted 39 employees. Thirthy four employees in Investment And Integrated One Stop Services Of Bima City were selected as the sample in this research.The data collection technique used is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, then tested using path analysis. From the results data analysis produced several research findings as follows work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, motivation does not effect in employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work discipline with employee performance, motivation can not mediate the effect of work compensation with employee performance.Keywords:Work Discipline; Compensation; Motivation; and Employee Performance

Abstract

Masalah yang dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian adalah pelatihan yang tidak tepat sasaran yang dapat dilihat dari peserta pelatihan terhadap materi yang diberikan. Pelaksanaan kepemimpinan yang belum efektif. Pemahaman tentang budaya perusahaan yang belum maksimal sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa: 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank bjb Syariah Cabang Bogor. 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bank bjb Syariah Cabang Bogor. 3) Untuk menganalisis budaya perusahaan karyawan pada PT Bank bjb syariah Cabang Bogor. 4) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kepemimpinan dan budaya perusahaan kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank bjb syariah Cabang Bogor. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuisioner yang diberikan kepada responden yang merupakan karyawan Bank bjb Syariah Cabang Bogor sebanyak 60 Responden. Hipotesis yang digunakan adalah SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Dari hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa terdapat nilai signifikansi adalah 0.000, dan nilai signifikansi ini lebih kecil dari 0.005. Maka dari hasil diatas dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa : Variabel bebas Pelatihan (X1), Kepemimpinan (X2) Budaya Perusahaan (X3) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependent yaitu Kinerja Karyawan (Y)

Abstract

An organization that is advanced and competitive is an organization that always runs the wheels of the organization well, and pays attention to and fixes the slightest problem in the organization to find a solution. Satisfaction or dissatisfaction in the organization as a reflection of the comparison or gap between what is expected and the reality obtained. Satisfaction will be felt by employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and position promotion on job satisfaction of the employees of the Bima City Agriculture Office. As input for the preparation of programs and activities within the Bima City Agriculture Office. Between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The population of this study were all civil servants serving at the Bima City Agriculture Service as many as 119 people. The sample approach in this study was a probability approach and used arandom sampling techniquewith the Slovin formula so that the number of research samples was 34 people. The research instrument is a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The data is then analyzed with multiple linear regression. The results of the study provide empirical evidence that: (1) Leadership style has no significant and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, meaning that high job satisfaction does not depend on the superior's leadership style; (2) Organizational culture has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction: (3) Position promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Agriculture of the City of Bima. Therefore, as an effort to increase job satisfaction, it is necessary to have a professional promotion without being judged on the basis of proximity alone.

Abstract

Maximum employee discipline must be a concern for organizational leaders. Through a persuasive approach influencing attitudes, beliefs, and behavior as an effort to increase one's awareness and willingness to obey all applicable regulations. The provision of punishment, such as a warning or suspension, is referred to as a disciplinary action. In addition, a conducive and comfortable work climate will create enthusiasm for employees to work, improve performance and work discipline in every job. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a persuasive approach, a formal approach, and an organizational climate on the work discipline of the Bima Regency Inspectorate's employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population is all civil servants in the Bima Regency Inspectorate, totaling 83 employees. In the comparison, the sampling technique is proportional random sampling with the number of samples determined as many as 65 employees. The data collection technique is a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis is a lot of regression analysis through the help of SPSS program. The results of the study revealed that (1) the persuasive approach had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency Inspectorate, (2) the formal approach had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Bima Regency Inspectorate, (3) the organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on work discipline of employees at the Bima Regency Inspectorate for supervision. The results showed that partially and simultaneously, the variables of the persuasive approach, formal approach and organizational climate had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.

Abstract

Personality is one of the factors that will affect employee performance. Civil Servants (PNS) who have individual personalities such as introverts and or extroverts can affect employee performance at certain levels. This study shows that employee personality affects their performance. Also, to examine the effect of employee personality on performance based on SKP (Employee Performance Targets). The results showed that there were significant differences between personality types on employee performance. It is found that the kind of personality Extrovert = Introvert produces the best average return based on the SKP evaluation results. In contrast, Extrovert's personality type provides the lowest average in the performance of Civil Servants, in the Agriculture Office of the City of Bogor. The excellent performance in the Regional Work Unit (SKPD), it is recommended to place employees with extrovert = introvert personality types, especially in essential positions.

Abstract

The Covid-19 Virus pandemic has made changes to all work activities in the world including Indonesia. The implementation of WFH (Work From Home) work patterns certainly has an influence on work productivity. This research was conducted at the Bogor City BMKG Office office, with the aim of knowing the influence of the Covid-19 Virus and WFH (Work From Home) work patterns on human resource productivity. The quality of work, and the timeliness while working becomes difficult to measure, so it is necessary to conduct research in order to understand how the Covid-19 Virus pandemic and WFH work patterns affect HUMAN PRODUCTIVITY This study has implications for the world of work that wants to measure productivity to determine the direction of the Company's policies in the future, including in government agencies. This research is quantitative research, using questionnaires distributed to 30 civil servant respondents of the Operational engineering and management work unit at the BMKG Office and also through the study of journal article literature. The method used is multiple Linear regression using SPSS 25 application with Descriptive Statistical Test, Classical Assumption Test, Normality Test, Multicoliniarity Test, Heteroskedasticity Test, Atocorrelation Test. The results showed that the variable impact of Covid-19 (X1) significant value is 0.127 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. This means that there is no effect of the impact of covid (X1) on human resources productivity (Y).  Variable Working pattern WFH (X2) significant value is 0.710 > 0.05, then it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 rejected.  This means that there is no effect of the impact of covid (X1) on human resources productivity (Y).  Variable Working pattern WFH (X2) significant value is 0.710 > 0.05, then it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and H1 rejected. This means that there is no influence of WFH (X1) work patterns on HR productivity (Y). In this study, it can be concluded at the BMKG Office of Bogor City Covid-19 Pandemic and WFH work patterns have no effect on human resources productivity

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the role of Islamic religious education in shaping student character is carried out through activities that shape the personality of students to be brave and independent such as: (1) Intra-curricular activities or KBM, in this activity the teacher instills character in the process of teaching and learning activities from all eyes. religious lessons such as Aqidah Akhlak, at-Tawhid, al-Qur'an Hadith, Islamic history, Fiqh, and Arabic. Every teacher must reflect good character and be a good role model. (2) Extracurricular activities which include: Muhadharah (speech), Tilawatil Qur'an, Sports, Calligraphy and Hadrah, in these student activities for tawadhu, honest, trustworthy, responsible, self-respect, respect for achievement, religious and hard work. (3) Dormitory Activities, these activities are carried out outside of KBM and extracurricular hours such as cleaning the bathroom, tidying the bed, working together, picket dormitory etc. This activity instills in students to be more independent, helps others, cares about the environment and cleanliness, is formed like a small community. Thus students are educated to grow to have character, because with that students are ready to face life in the modernization era

Abstract

Understanding the character of learning is one of the important factors for success in learning and in the future. The era of 4.0 and the COVID-19 pandemic today has forced major changes in the teaching and learning system so that it is not disruptive. The learning process in the 4.0 era requires all-digital and effective breakthroughs. This condition is also supported by the COVID-19 pandemic which is predicted not to end soon. This study aims to (1) design a digital student character understanding test tool (2) develop students through a character approach to learning the Pumping HR Model concept, (3) develop teaching-learning techniques based on student character development through strengthening personality, competence and values. - spirituality values. The research method used is a qualitative study of literature and evaluation of the test equipment used for decades. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of personality tests (behavior and character) in the learning process in the 4.0 era greatly determines the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This effectiveness is strongly influenced by the implementation of three main components, namely (1) teacher integrity, (2) teacher competence, and (3) teacher personality in teaching, as part of the Pumping-HR Model framework.
