Abstract

Ibn Khaldun University which is the oldest Islamic campus in the city of Bogor founded by ulama leaders has a future interest to be a modern, leading-edge private campus with strong Islamic roots. This study aims to get UIKA's human resource management strategy that can become a strategic human resource for the achievement of UIKA's mission vision. This study is evaluative-descriptive, scientific literature search results with secondary data and modern theories of strategic management. UIKA's human resource development starts from creating a strategic plan, UIKA's future organizational structure and determining three important competency standards, namely (1) core competency standard, and (2) managerial competency standard, and (3) Supporting Competency.

Abstract

The evaluation study of pumping HR model-based HRD training program at Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) is a program evaluation to see the program effectiveness against the professionalism and performance of employees. This research is evaluative research with a model frame of CIPP of Stufflebeam, with evaluation components: context, input, process, and product. Pumping HR model-based HRD training program at IPB is a beneficial program for employment and personal, which have an impact on performance. Considering the context, this program supports the goal of Human Resource Development of IPB. Considering the input, this program is designed tailored to the need of Human Resource in IPB to (1) reinforcement of the values and beliefs, (2) strengthen competence, and (3) encourage successful behavior in terms of responsibility, professionalism, and friendliness in working. Considering the process, this program is preferred and fun for participants and considering the product (output and outcome) this program provides benefits and clear impacts for the performance of the employee.

Abstract

Characteristics of Human personality that have existed since birth can be used as a basis for personal development and professionalism at work. Industrial Era 4.0 demands change in all fields, including the world of teaching. This study uses the literature review method by looking for various references critically to obtain valid and reliable data. The results of the analysis found that for the effectiveness of teaching in the classroom, educators must master and understand learning based on students' personalities and themselves. An understanding of the Personality Based Pumping-HR model can describe and map human personality in certain behaviours and characters. The results have a positive impact on the teaching process and teaching outcomes. Changes in the Personality of educators entering the digital era are very important when linked to the success of the teaching is carried out. So for effectiveness in teaching in the 4.0 era, an educator must understand the personality of students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a general description of the conditions of Security Management System (SMS) implementation in the PT KCI Greater Jakarta area, examine indicators that can affect the implementation of SMS at PT KCI Greater Jakarta area, and formulate a priority scale strategy for SMS at PT KCI Greater Jakarta area during the COVID-19 pandemic. The researcher uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by including six indicators of field certification, employee skills training, reporting & administration, archive documentation, and performance evaluation as the selection of indicators that affect implementation, and three alternative selection strategies, namely training competencies, documentation & records, and controls & processes. The results showed that the most influential indicators were the Documentation Archive 0.331, Reporting & Administration 0.223, and Operational Control 0.203, while the appropriate alternative strategies to determine steps in implementing SMS during the covid-19 pandemic were Documentation & Records 0.594 and control and process 0.262. The results imply that to achieve the successful implementation of the SMS program at PT KCI, a document filing system and good operational control are needed in each security unit.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perubahan lingkungan usaha yang semakin komplek dan kompetitif, maka kepemimpinan organisasi dituntut selalu adaptif agar perusahaan tetap bertahan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi karyawan (2) pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, pada beberapa bentuk usaha (BUMD, BUMN, Koperasi dan Usaha Perikanan).  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review.

Abstract

Competition between educational institutions with one another is inevitable, so marketing strategies for educational institutions is an absolute must (Afrida, 2018: 1). Marketing of educational services in new student admissions is a decisive moment for universities to try to screen students according to the required capacity. The purpose of this study is to find out, analyze, understand and assess how the influence of Branding Image and what marketing strategies are applied during the pandemic at private universities in the Bogor area. This research belongs to the type of qualitative research, while the research method used is case study research. The data collected using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Brand Image or brand image that has been trying to convey to the wider community has been successfully accepted. For example, when people, especially students, hear the word campus abbreviation, they immediately remember that the university is a university that has affordable prices for all levels of society, has excellent facilities such as large buildings, and has good quality. Brand image in the decision making of students choosing a campus is highly considered by students, they choose this college because they consider the costs that must be incurred during college, they see a very large building, and hear recommendations from their friends that the college is a quality campus. .

Abstract

Dalam sebuah organisasi yang terdiri dari berbagai macam orang dengan berbagai macam karakter yang berbeda, akan mengakibatkan kumpulan interaksi yang menciptakan sebuah budaya organisasi yang khas. Persepsi anggota organisasi berbeda-beda sesuai dengan motivasinya, demikian juga degan konsep diri  dan value pada tiap individu akan menentukan bagaimana sebuah keputusan organisasi diambil. Organisasi yang ingin mencapai tujuannya secara efektif dan efisien harus bisa mengontrol factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas dari persepsi, konsep diri dan value dari tiap individu. Sehingga dapat memimimalisir konflik dan dapat mencapat tujuan organisasi sesuai yang direncanakan.

Abstract

This study aimed at investigating entrepreneurship education concept; the conduct of entrepeneurship education in 21st Century; and the effect of enterprneurship education in pesantren; and investigating the problems experienced and their solutions in 21st century. This was a case-study qualitative research. The collected data was analized qualitatively by using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The findings of the study showed that: entrepreneurship education in pesantren aimed at preparing students (santri) to encounter real life after their graduation. Job affairs have actually been managed by Allah The Al-Mighty, yet humans should prepared themselves by sufficient skills, entrepreneurship activities in pesantren was conducted through the advanced-special program, curriculair, extra-curriculair, and non-curriculair programs, entrepeneurship activities in pesantren contributed a lot to the economic effects and the students' life skill, the coming problems in entrepeneurship activities of pesantren were caused by human resources, technology and management. To solve such problems, pesantren effortlessly tried to consolidate to the relating partners and improved their entrepeneurship management.

Abstract

The emergence of various understandings around women who present new figures makes it seem as if they have lost the figure of Qudwah for Muslim women. All the roles that Islam has given to women, require them to have some special skills related to Islamic leadership. The roles will affect themselves, their families, and the communities. This study aims to revive the figure of Muslim women in the study of Islamic history in order to fill the Qudwah void in women these days. By doing this study, it is hoped that women will understand more about the nature and role of women in Islam. This research is a library research method which the researcher tries to study the related literature. This study succeeded in revealing the figure of women in Islamic History who were able to apply leadership skills without getting out of context of being a woman; which will be useful for character development for the woman herself.

Abstract

This article focuses on the discussion of the Kagian Islam on justice in polygamy, namely; what are the requirements for polygamy according to the priests of the mazhab, how the arguments and laws of the priests of the mazhab allow polygamy, and how is it relevant to polygamy according to the contemporary context in Indonesia. This research is a library research (Library Reserach), which is a method of collecting data such as the books of the priests of the mazhab and books that are relevant to the issues discussed. This research is a descriptive analysis, which describes, studies and analyzes the opinions of the Imam of the Schools in terms of being fair in polygamy. The results showed that in Islam it is permissible for a husband to practice polygamy on the condition that he believes or has a strong suspicion that he is able to do justice to his wives. as indicated by the al-Qur'an in the letter al-Nisa "verse 3:" then if you are afraid that you will not be able to act fairly, then marry only one wife ". This permissibility for polygamy is not a recommendation but one of the solutions given in special conditions to those (husbands) who really need and fulfill certain conditions. The meaning of justice as a condition for polygamy is not in the inner meaning of justice (such as love and affection) but justice for things that are material and measurable. As indicated by verse 129 of the letter al-Nisa 'and the sociological background because of the verse polygamy (verse 3 al-Nisa'). What is meant by the fairest distribution is in terms of: income, clothing, place to live, and time of turn
