Abstract

ABSTRAKPortofolio optimal dicapai dengan melakukan simulasi pada beberapa sekuritas yang dinilai efisiendengan prosedur perhitungan tertentu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui berapakah jumlah nemiten dan komponen pembentuk Portofolio dalam portofolio di pasar modal Indonesia untuk mencapaitingkat risiko minimal dengan tingkat imbal hasil tertentu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhperusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode pengamatan (Januari 2008 – Desember2016) berjumlah 540 emiten dari 9 sektor dan kemudian 50 emiten dipilih sebagai sampel berdasarkankombinasi proporsional dari 336 emiten berkriteria bertransaksi aktif dan harganya lengkap, dengan tekniksampling secara purposive sampling.Metode analisis yang digunakan dilakukan dimulai dari pembentukan portofolio dengan diversifikasi9 sektor, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa jumlah n-emiten yang paling optimal dalam memperolehmanfaat diversifikasi pada portofolio di Indonesia sebanyak 12 sekuritas dalam satu portofolio dimana nilairisikonya lebih kecil dibandingkan jumlah N= 10, 12, 16 dan 18. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian menunjukkanbentuk kombinasi emiten yang memberikan risiko terkecil dan menjadi portofolio terbaik di Indonesiabukan hanya dari sektor-sektor tertentu saja tetapi dari kombinasi minimal 6 sektor industri yang ada .

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi keterkaitan antara pasar saham di negara-negarakawasan Asia 7 yang tergolong pasar saham sedang berkembang, yaitu Indonesia, Singapura, dan Malaysia,dengan pasar saham kuat Asia yaitu pasar saham Taiwan, Pasar saham Korea Selatan, Pasar sahamHongkong dan pasar saham kuat Asia yaitu pasar saham Jepang yang tergolong pasar saham yang telahmaju dengan mengaplikasikan model kointegrasi multivariat dan VAR dengan periode penelitian mulai 1januari 2005 sampai dengan 1 januari 2014. Hasil pengujian kointegrasi menunjukkan pasar saham tujuhnegara ASIA saling terkointegrasi selama sembilan periode penuh. derajat integrasi pasar saham Asia yangtinggi dengan tujuh vektor yang terkointegrasi membawa implikasi terhadap teori portofolio modern, hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasar saham emerging sangat sensitif terhadap pergerakan pasar sahamnegara Asia dan mencapai konvergensi pada periode ketiga yaitu tahun 2008. Dengan terdapatnyakointegrasi juga mengindikasikan terjadinya konvergensi diantara tujuh pasar saham Asia yang berlangsungdalam jangka panjang dimana dari hasil kointegrasi ditunjukkan dalam penelitian ini, Temuan empirisdalam penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi investor internasional dengan horison investasi jangkapanjang dan strategi manajemen portofolio pasif masih sangat pasti dimungkinkan untuk memperolehmanfaat potensial dari diversifikasi jika membentuk portofolio internasional dalam pasar saham tujuhnegara ASIA.

Abstract

High economic growth and continuing to grow and sustainably become a component that determines the development of economic development. The level of economic growth is inseparable from the use of production factors such as natural resources, labor, and capital goods as determinants of economic growth. This research is motivated by the fact that the GRDP in Java Island has a high value compared to other islands in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the determination of economic growth in Java. The variables used in this study are GRDP at constant prices, investment realization, open unemployment rate, and inflation rate. This study uses multiple linear regression, with a panel model which is a combination of time series data for 6 years from 2014-2019 as well as cross section data for 6 provinces in Java and using the selected Fixed Effect Model (FEM), the data is processed using the program EViews-10. The findings in this study prove that the investment variable has a positive effect on economic growth. While the unemployment variable has a negative effect on economic growth, and the inflation variable has a negative effect on economic growth.

Abstract

The problem that is the object of research is the number of people experiencing mental health disorders due to the Covid 19 pandemic becomes a new source of stress for the global community today. This research is qualitative with an analytical descriptive problem analysis approach using strategy formulation tools in the form of IFE matrix, EFE matrix, TOWS matrix, IE matrix.). Based on the results of the study. Total EFE Matrix score of 2.90. Ife Matrix total score of 2.41. With the merger of TOWS Matrix and IE Matrix, the right strategy for Dr. H. Marzoeki Mahdi's Mental Hospital is product development. With QSPM  the strategy is to develop services that are adaptive to pandemic conditions but still refer to the strategic and business plans that have been established, strengthening the competence of nurses in Psychiatric Hospitalization Installations, utilization of IT in the service process, the preparation of guidelines for psychiatric inpatient installation infrastructure facilities, increasing partnership efforts across programs and across sectors.

Abstract

Characteristics of Human personality that have existed since birth can be used as a basis for personal development and professionalism at work. Industrial Era 4.0 demands change in all fields, including the world of teaching. This study uses the literature review method by looking for various references critically to obtain valid and reliable data. The results of the analysis found that for the effectiveness of teaching in the classroom, educators must master and understand learning based on students' personalities and themselves. An understanding of the Personality Based Pumping-HR model can describe and map human personality in certain behaviours and characters. The results have a positive impact on the teaching process and teaching outcomes. Changes in the Personality of educators entering the digital era are very important when linked to the success of the teaching is carried out. So for effectiveness in teaching in the 4.0 era, an educator must understand the personality of students.

Abstract

Satu diantara indikator terpenting ketika mengukur kemampuan ekonomi dalam hal menganalisis hasil pembangunan ekonomi suatu Negara terhadap suatu Daerah biasa disebut pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk melihat pengaruh penduduk miskin, tingkat pengangguran terbuka, upah minimum, serta pendidikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di 22 Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yakni mengkaji beberapa literatur serta menggunakan data kuatitatif yaitu data sekunder yang diambil dari Badan Pusat Statistik periode 2015-2019. Metode analisis data yang dipakai ialah analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya penduduk miskin punya pengaruh negatif signfikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat pengangguran terbuka punya pengaruh positif namun signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, upah minimum punya hasil positif juga signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, serta pendidikan tidak memiliki hasil yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata merupakan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk memahami kondisi dan mengetahui situasi yang terjadi di masyarakat serta memberikan solusi sebagai jalan pemecahan terhadap permasalahan yang ada untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dimulai dari bulan Agustus – September 2019 di Desa Mekarjaya, Kecamatan Cigudeg. Observasi dilakukan dengan metode studi kasus menggunakan wawancara dan kuisioner sebagai instrumen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisa kondisi, situasi, serta permasalahan di Desa Mekarjaya. Masyarakat di Desa Mekarjaya merupakan masyarakat yang beragam (heterogen) sehingga program-program kerja disesuaikan dengan kondisi dan potensi yang ada sesuai bidang, baik di bidang Pendidikan, Ekonomi, Hukum, Kesehatan, Agama Islam, dan Teknik. Ekonomi merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan masyarakat Desa Mekar Jaya, ditemukan beberapa masalah di antaranya kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya melakukan pencatatan pembukuan dalam wirausaha dan kurangnya keinginan untuk berinovasi dalam penjualan produk yang dihasilkan. Dalam mengatasi masalah ini kami mengadakan Pelatihan Membuat Pencatatan dan Laporan Keuangan dalam berwirausaha yang merupakan salah satu solusi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha yang inovatif serta berpeluang mendapatkan profit. Hasil yang di capai adalah mengembangkan potensi ekonomi untuk berwirausaha yang inovatif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Covid-19 pandemic has caused many problems, one of which is the economic slowdown. In this case, the sector that has the most impact is the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) sector, where restrictions on community activities during the Covid-19 pandemic have caused a decline in income, making MSMEs need to limit their production. With reduced production, MSMEs do not involve much labor and participate in online markets to market their products. Of course, this difficult condition also affects the capital of MSMEs themselves. MSME actors also need to develop strategies for business continuity and adapt them to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the MSME Champion in Bogor Regency, on the factors that influence the MSME strategy towards increasing the effectiveness of MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic and in the new normal era. The type of research that will be used is descriptive qualitative. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 72 respondents with the sampling technique used is the non-probability sampling method, namely by purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that the workforce has no effect on the effectiveness of MSMEs. MSME business actors who access online markets also have no effect on the effectiveness of MSMEs. Meanwhile, capital has an influence on the effectiveness of MSMEs. For this reason, capital assistance or easy access to capital from the government and other financial institutions is very helpful for MSME business actors in increasing the effectiveness of MSMEs during the current pandemic. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the use and security of assets have on asset optimization through asset control intervening variables, this is motivated by the implementation of asset administration, management and control. The research method used is the Kolmogorof-Smirnov one sample data normality test, collinearity test, multicollinearity test, and table f analysis test, as well as analysis test using intervening variables or path analysis. Based on the results of the calculations on the data normality test, it can be concluded that the data is normally distributed, the research variables are perfectly correlated, the variable does not occur multicollinearity, the f table test can explain all independent variables, can explain the dependent variable of each variable, the variable has a direct influence through intervening variable on asset optimization. The object of research is to immediately carry out administration, management and control based on the applicable money laws and regulations and complete a complete and detailed list of assets per each asset and can also carry out control by taking inventory, asset control card and complete a list of assets in each room, prequires commitment from the leadership in the work unit in order to administer assets to improve asset optimization and training, workshops, seminars and courses are needed for asset officers at the Center for the Study and Development of Agricultural Technology
