Abstract

Konseling spiritual merupakan program rehabilitasi dengan metode religi untuk memberikan Pendidikan keagamaan dan kerohanian. Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripikan konseling spiritual bagi pasien rehabilitasi narkoba. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan tahapan: Menentukan pertanyaan, mengumpulkan data-data informan, mendapatkan data, dan laporan. Adapun informan terdiri dari dua orang konselor adiksi Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Instalasi Napza. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan koding Nvivo bahwa konseling spiritual mempunyai tema utama yang sering dibicarakan yaitu konseling spiritual, dampak rehabilitasi serta mental pasien. Ketiganya juga membagi diri menjadi beberapa kata yang sering muncul untuk dibahas oleh narasumber. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pelaksanaan konseling spiritual dilakukan kurang sesuai dengan keadaan mental pasien sebab dalam penerapan konseling spiritual memanfaatkan tenaga dari luar instansi napza seperti tokoh-tokoh agama sehingga pasien masih belum cukup mendapatkan nilai-nilai spirtualitas dari konselor adiksi yang professional pada bidangnya.

Abstract

Skills students ask a low asking in the learning process can disrupt the effective learning process at school. Questioning skills that students need to improve are the attitude about the material to be asked, how to ask for an opportunity to ask, the attitude when given the opportunity to ask, the attitude when the friend is given the opportunity to ask questions, the effort summarizes the whole question material. Based on this, the role of guidance and counseling is expected to meet the learning needs of students. One model that can be done to improve questioning skills is to provide content mastery services. Content mastery services help students, groups or classes to master a particular skill or competency consisting of 5 stages: the delivery, exploration, interpretation, coaching and assessment phases. With this content mastery service, it is hoped to improve the students' skills inquiring. The research method used to develop this model is R & D (Reseach and Development) by following the step of developing the model of ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation

Abstract

This study originated from research findings and interviews with several people teacher guidance and counseling in SMP South Coastal District which revealed that the performance of teacher guidance and counseling have not described a success made in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, one of them in implementing the guidance and counseling program in schools. The success of guidance and counseling teacher performance can be affected byfactors. Some of these factors is the work motivation and school work climate. There fore, researcher wanted to describe: (1) the performance of guidance and counseling teachers, work motivation, and school work climate, (2) the contribution of work motivation on guidance and counseling teacher performance, (3) contribution of school work climate to the guidance and counseling teacher  performance, and (4) the contribution of work motivation and school work climate on guidance and counseling teacher performance. This study was quantitative research with correlational method. The population research were all counseling teachers at SMP Payakumbuh City whose S.1 guidance and counseling educational background totaling 40 people, the sample were 40 people were selected by total sampling technique. The instrument that was used in this research was the Likert scale. Data were analyzed with simple regression and multiple regression. The findings showed that: (1) in average, the performance of teachers' guidance and counseling are in good enough category, the work motivatio non high category, and school work climate are in good enough, (2) there is contribution of work motivation on teacher performance guidance and counseling 20.8% (r= 0.457. significance 0.003), (3) contribution of school work climate on guidance and counseling teacher performance amounted to 10.72% (r= 0.327, significance 0.039), and 4) there is a contribution of work motivation and school work climate together on teacher performance guidance and counseling were 27% (R= 0.520, significance 0.003). The study results representan input forguidance and counseling teacher, and teachers further enhance employe school work climate and performancein performing their duties and responsibilities as teacher guidance and counseling in school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih tingginya perilaku agresif siswa.  Empati dan kontrol diri merupakan faktor yang diduga mempengaruhi perilaku agresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan. (1) empati, kontrol diri, dan perilaku agresif siswa, (2) hubungan empati dengan perilaku agresif siswa, (3) hubungan kontrol diri dengan perilaku agresif, (4) hubungan empati dan kontrol diri dengan perilaku agresif siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif jenis deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas X yang berjumlah 270 orang, sampel berjumlah 162 orang, yang dipilih dengan Teknik proportional random sampling. Temuan penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa, (1) secara rata-rata gambaran empati berada pada kategori tinggi, (2) kontrol diri berada pada kategori tinggi, (3) perilaku agresif berada pada kategori rendah, dan (4) terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara empati dan kontrol diri dengan perilaku agresif
