Analisis Biaya Produksi dan Keuntungan Bagi Peternak Muslim di Kawasan Sentra Produksi (KSP) Payakumbuh Sumatera Barat Deltri Apriyeni; Wati Wati; Meri Rahmania

This study aims to describe the advantages of the Payakumbuh Production Center Area (popular as KSP) as a suitable production area in terms of production cost efficiency and business profits obtained by Muslim stockbreeder in the Payakumbuh area of West Sumatra. The study was conducted on Payakumbuh KSP and as comparative data taken business locations that are outside Payakumbuh KSP. The data used are primary data obtained from laying hens breeders. The total number of breeders in the KSP location was made as research objects i.e. 67 people and as a comparison data using 67 farmers who had business locations outside the KSP. The analyszed data using statistics with different test formulations between the two business locations. The results showed that there was no characteristic difference between breeders who tried at the Payakumbuh KSP business location and outside the Payakumbuh KSP. Based on the difference test between the two business locations, there is a significant difference in production costs and business profits obtained between breeders located on the Payakumbuh KSP and outside the Payakumbuh KSP. This study recommends the importance of the Payakumbuh KSP in determining the sustainability of the business run by breeders. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan keunggulan Kawasan Sentra Produksi (KSP) Payakumbuh sebagai kawasan produksi yang sesuai dari segi efisiensi biaya produksi dan keuntungan usaha yang diperoleh para peternak muslim di daerah Payakumbuh Sumatera Barat. Studi dilakukan di KSP Payakumbuh dan sebagai data pembanding diambil lokasi usaha yang berada di luar KSP Payakumbuh. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diperoleh dari peternak ayam petelur. Jumlah total peternak di lokasi KSP dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian yaitu 67 orang dan sebagai data pembanding menggunakan 67 peternak yang memiliki lokasi usaha di luar KSP. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik dengan formulasi uji yang berbeda antara dua lokasi usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan karakteristik antara peternak yang mencoba di lokasi usaha KSP Payakumbuh dengan di luar KSP Payakumbuh. Berdasarkan uji beda antara kedua lokasi usaha, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara biaya produksi dan keuntungan usaha yang diperoleh antara peternak yang berada di KSP Payakumbuh dan di luar KSP Payakumbuh. Studi ini merekomendasikan pentingnya keberadaan KSP Payakumbuh dalam menentukan kelangsungan usaha yang dijalankan oleh para peternak.

This research is motivated by the lack of development of innovative teaching materials in the learning process, referring to the era of industrial globalization 4.0 which demands the availability of learning resources by utilizing technological sophistication to facilitate users in the learning process. In this research, we develop an E-module with the help of the Flip PDF Professional application in entrepreneurship learning. Where in this study an entrepreneurial management module was developed which was designed in accordance with brainstoarming with the aim of growing the entrepreneurial characteristics of students. This study aims to produce an entrepreneurship management e-module with the help of a valid and practical Flip PDF Professional application based on the brainstorming method in order to cultivate the entrepreneurial characteristics of students. The type of research used is development research with ADDIE design. The data were collected by using a questionnaire technique using a module validation questionnaire sheet instrument and a practicality questionnaire. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive in the form of average percentage. The results showed that: (1) the developed e-module was at a very valid validity level with a validity value of 85%, (2) the e-module developed was at a very practical practicality level, with a practicality value of 81.79%.

Current developments make job seekers increasingly difficult so that there are many unemployed in various regions, especially in big cities like Surabaya. The existence of unemployment that causes poverty occurs because the ratio between the number of jobs needed and the total number of graduates each year is not balanced. This study aims to analyze the sampling technique using the Proportional Random Sampling method. The sample in this study was 98 students. The results of self-concept research have a significant effect on learning outcomes. the respective coefficients are 0.188. With the value of tcount tcount 3.193 > ttable 1.66159 This means that if self-concept increases by one unit, then learning outcomes increase by 0.188 in each unit. Independent learning is significant to learning outcomes. The respective coefficients are 0.315. learning readiness has a significant effect on learning outcomes. the respective coefficients are 0.320. Parental attention has a significant effect on learning outcomes. the respective coefficients are 0.437. Learning facilities have a significant effect on learning outcomes. their respective coefficients are 0.208. self-concept, learning independence, learning readiness, parental attention and learning facilities together have a significant effect on learning outcomes. Where obtained the value of Fcount 45.625 > Ftable 2.31 with a significant level of 0.000 < = 0.05. This means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.Keywords: Self-concept, learning independence, learning readiness, parental attention and learning facilities.

Berwirausaha merupakan usaha seseorang untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja sendiri baik membuka usaha atau menciptakan sesuatu yang baru guna meningkatkan perekonomian bagi dirinya maupun bagi orang lain. Menumbuhkan jiwa wirausaha para mahasiswa dapat menjadi alternatif untuk mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dikalangan mahasiswa itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kreatifitas dan dukungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPGRISBA Angkatan 2018 dan 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 85 sampel. Menggunakan analisis deskriftif dan analisis induktif. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial antara kreatifitas dan dukungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPGRISBA. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai koefesien regresi 0,136929 dan t hitung 2,108246 > t tabel 1,66412 untuk kreatifitas, nilai koefisien regresi 0,140046 dengan t hitung 2,197487 > t tabel 1,66412 untuk dukungan keluarga. Dan untuk pengaruh secara simultan dengan nilai F hitung 5,153317 > F tabel 2,72 hal ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama. Pengaruh ini terjadi karena saat mahasiswa memiliki kreatifitas yang tinggi maka akan dapat menciptakan ide-ide atau gagasan-gagasan baru dalam sebuah usaha, didukung oleh keluarga yang memberikan modal, ruang dan peluang untuk bergerak maju maka terwujudlah minat berwirausaha ini dikalangan para mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi UPGRISBA. Community service is one of the Tridharma of university lecturers apart from teaching and research. To realize this, Lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI University, West Sumatra, are carrying out Community Partnership Program (PKM) activities with the theme Fishery Product Processing Training for Students of the Freshwater Fisheries Agribusiness Department at SMK Negeri 10 Padang. This PKM aims to provide skills and knowledge to students regarding the processing of freshwater fisheries products and as a form of integrating PKK subjects and productive freshwater fisheries cultivation in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. In implementing the independent curriculum, there are many ways or models of learning that can be used in the hope that the quality of learning will increase. One model that can be applied is the integrative learning model. This learning model is inductive, which combines several aspects into one process. Class XII students attended this activity and carried out using the lecture method, practical processing of freshwater fishery products, and questions and answers. After participating in this activity, students are expected to be able to practice for themselves how to process freshwater fish into products that have economic value and a high selling value.

Memasuki era Revolusi Industri 5.0 yang berfokus pada pengintegrasian teknologi canggih seperti AI, dan robotika dengan keahlian dan inovasi manusia untuk mengembangkan sistem produksi yang lebih efisien, fleksibel, berkelanjutan, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan, Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi diharapkan mampu untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan ini, terutama dalam ikut bersaing dalam memasuki pasar tenaga kerja. Pasar tenaga kerja diharapkan dapat menyerap tenaga kerja yang terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Munculnya berbagai macam pekerjaan baru seiring dengan perkembangan ilmu dan teknologi, menjadi angin segar bagi pencari kerja tapi hal ini menuntut kreativitas lulusan perguruan tinggi agar dapat bersaing dengan berbekal kompetensi yang mereka dapatkan selama menempuh pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kesesuaian atau relevansi lulusan Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas PGRI Sumatera Barat, periode waktu lamanya alumni mendapatkan pekerjaan, kompetensi lainnya yang di tingkatkan sebagai bekal bagi alumni dalam memasuki pasar tenaga kerja. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan survey deskriptif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya adalah total sampling. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis deskriptif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat relevansi atau kesesuain bidang ilmu dengan pekerjaan alumni cukup tinggi sebesar 82,54%, periode waktu transisi yang diperlukan alumni untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan adalah rata-rata 2,67 bulan serta kompetensi lain yang ingin di tingkatkan oleh alumni adalah kemampuan dalam teknologi komputer.
