Abstract

Basically co-operative member of empowerment is the responsibility of the Board ofDirectors, as in the degree of UU. No.25 Th 1992, pasal 23, ayat 2a, that education for themembers in every co-op instution is responsibility of the board upon the mandate given by the highest authority General Assembly (Rapat Anggota /RAT).Empowerment of co-operatives emerged as a result of human weakness on the onehand, while on the other hand, demands appreciation of the values and principles of cooperative experience laden ideal , invites potential problems objectively. The goal ofempowerment of co-operatives to co-operative is able to realize what was to become his goal.Realize the ideals of the co-operative is loaded with the ideal values . Way is a cultivated man, building businesses, and community development organization forming a co-operative institutional identity in implentasinya. Changes in the quality of co-operative organizations (people, organizations ,businesses,)as a result of empowerment is to realize the ideals of the co-operative as a pillar of the economy. Co-operative empowerment is a process to enable co-operative mengaktualisakan his identity, so it can perform the role of co-operatives in accordance with his mission to lead to the achievement of its objectives. About the scope of activities related to the empowerment of co-operatives. Include aspects of organizational and business aspects, can be developed into five aspects: aspects of ideology, organization, capital, management and business. While the participation of members of the co-operative is one form of participation in the co-operative members. Understanding of co-operative identity can be stated that the member has a central position, which is a source of strength to function as an initiator, controller, leader and also as a user of the continuity of life co-operatives. This means thatthe key to empowerment and the first major co-operative lies in the hands of members. From the viewpoint of strategic management into the 21st century vision ofthe co-operative is actualization of identity in the development through the empowerment of individual to achieve the figure of a healthy cooperative, tough and independent"

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Classroom Action Research (Penelitian Tindakan Kelas) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas VII Mts.Aisyiyah Sungguminasa.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes akhir siklus I dan siklus II serta lembar observasi. Menganalisis data dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis deskriptif kuantitatif adalah sebagai berikut: Skor rata-rata hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas VII Mts. Aisyiyah Sungguminasa pada siklus I sebesar 65,17 dan standar deviasi 13,26 Pada siklus II skor rata-rata sebesar 73,41 dengan standar deviasi 10,4 keduanya berada pada kategori tinggi. Terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan jumlah frekuensi peserta didik yang berada pada kategori tinggi semakin meningkat yakni pada siklus I (14 peserta didik ) atau 41,18% dan siklus II (24 peserta didik) atau 70,59%. Hasil yang diperoleh secara analisis deskriptif kualitatif adalah semangat dan antusias peserta didik  dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar sangat tinggi, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan kurangnya peserta didik yang melakukan kegiatan lain yang mengganggu kegiatan pembelajaran, meningkatnya jumlah peserta didik yang  menyelesaikan latihan yang diberikan, baik latihan di sekolah maupun tugas di rumah. Selain itu semakin besar frekuensi peserta didik yang ingin menyelesaikan soal-soal yang diberikan oleh guru.Dari hasil analisis di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui pembelajaran model pembelajaran inquiri dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas VII MTs.Aisyiyah Sungguminasa tahun ajaran 2014/2015.Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar Fisika, Model Pembelajaran Inquiri.This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the learning outcomes of physics students of class VII MTs. Aisyiyah Sungguminasa.Data collection techniques used are the final test cycle I and cycle II and observation sheet. Analyzing the data with quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results obtained from the quantitative descriptive analysis is as follows: The average score of physics learning outcomes of students of class VII MTs. Aisyiyah Sungguminasa the first cycle of a standard deviation of 65.17 and 13.26 in the second cycle an average score of 73.41 with a standard deviation of 10.4 are both at a high category. An increase in the study of students by the number of frequencies learners who are at high category which increased in the first cycle (14 students) or 41.18% and cycle II (24 students) or 70.59%. the results obtained qualitative descriptive analysis is the spirit and enthusiasm of learners in the following learning activities is very high, this is indicated by the lack of learners who perform other activities that disrupt learning activities, increasing the number of learners who completed the training provided, good practice in schools and tasks at home. besides the greater frequency of learners who want to solve the problems given by the teacher. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the inquiry learning model through learning can improve learning outcomes physics students of class VII MTs. Abstract

This research was conducted to describe the character establishment of learners through learning dance in terms of the learning process, exercises and elements of traditional dance. This research was conducted to find and explain the process of learning traditional dance in the development of learners’ character establishment. This research data is in the form of information, documents and learning process collected through interview, literature study and observation. Meanwhile, triangulation method is done to test the validity of data from those various sources. The result shows that learning the traditional dance of Bajul Mahambara can enrich the experience of learners and on the other hand train the intellect and sense by understanding the characters of local wisdom contained in traditional dance. Learning traditional dance can give a positive influence in establishing the character of learners which are (1) religiosity; (2) honesty; (3) responsibility and cooperation; (4) tolerance; (5) discipline; (6) creativity.

Abstract

Abstrak:    Program pemberantasan kemiskinan di Indonesia diimplementasikan ke dalam kegiatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat secara mandiri ke dalam bentuk pemberdayaan. Salah satu program yang dahulunya menjadi program unggulan pemberdayaan masyarakat ekonomi Indonesia adalah koperasi. Namun sekarang program koperasi ini sedikit sekali mendapatkan prioritas untuk terus ditumbuhkembangkan seperti pada masa pemerintahan sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui cara nelayan memahami perubahan iklim, (2) mengetahui cara nelayan membentuk koperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei lapangan dan focus discussion group (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:  (1) Kelompok nelayan 1 dan 2 telah mengetahui tentang perubahan iklim, sehingga dapat mengantisipasi tindakan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk menghadapi perubahan iklim yang terjadi, (2) Kelompok nelayan 1 dan 2 telah mengetahui fungsi koperasi sebagai alternatif dan cara untuk menyelesaikan kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari dan untuk menambah modal usaha mereka.Kata Kunci: pembentukan, koperasi, nelayanAbstract:      Indonesia’s poverty eradication programs implemented into activities aimed at improving people's ability to independently into a form of empowerment. One of the programs that formerly become a flagship program of community empowerment Indonesian economy is cooperative. But now this little cooperative program get priority to continue is grown as during the previous admistration. The purpose of study were to know: (1). How fisherman understand  climate change, (2). How fishermen form cooperative. The methods used are fields surveys and  focus discussion group (FGD). The results of the  research show that: (1). Fishermen group 1 and  group 2, alreday know about the existence of climate change. So  that they  can anticipate what action should be taken to deal with climate, (2). The fishermen group 1 and group 2, have to know the function of fishermen cooperatives as an alternative and a way to resolve  the difficulties in meeting the daily needs, and to increase their business capital. Keywords: formation, cooperatives, fishermen

Abstract

Abstrak: Kristalisasi nilai – nilai Pancasila sebagai paradigma pembangunan hukum dalam menghadapi wabah covid-19 perlu membutuhkan kebersamaan dan rasa persatuan bangsa sehingga tidak ter pecah belah dalam mensikapi dan menghadapi covid- 19 maka gotong – royong menjadi relevansi terbangun dan telah digelorakan oleh para pendiri negara.termasuk Indonesia adalah poros maritime dunia yang menjadi basis maritime sehingga mudah sekali kedatangan covid-19 yang saat ini bisa dirasakan ditengah masyarakat.Pancasila sebagai paradigma pembangunan hokum pada masa pandemic covid-19 berpijak pada nilai nilai moralitas sesuai dengan sila pertama mengajarkan nilai keimanan dan ke iklasan dalam mengahadapi wabah covid-19,membangun dan pemulihan ekonomi menjadi prioritas saat ini ,Berdasarkan sila ke dua Pancasila bahwa pembangunan manusia juga diharapkan juga menjadikan budaya tolong – menolong dalam penangann covid-19 hal yang wajib dipertahankan yang tertuju pada tercapainya rasa persatuan sebagai bangsa sehingga empati kemanusiaan diharuskan melahirkan persatuan gotong royong untuk menyelesaikan masalah ,kebersamaan ini yang akan mempeercepat penanganan pandemic Covid-19,saling membantu berbagi dan berkontribusi tanpa melihat Ras,suku, agama,adalah berkat nilai – nilai Pancasila sila ke tiga pencasila Persatuan Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) the effect of directly craft towards entrepreneurship, learning, and soft skills (2) the effect of direct entrepreneurship towards craft, learning, and soft skills (3) the effect of directly learning towards soft skills (4) the effect of indirectly craft and entrepreneurship towards soft skills. This research is quantitative descriptive method with correlation studies. Population and sample in this study were students of class X, XI, and XII Marketing Vocational high school 1 Karanganyar. Technique is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and data analysis technique used path analysis.The results (1) A craft directly affect entrepreneurship 54%, on learning of 17%, and the soft skills of 34% (2) entrepreneurial directly affect the craft of 54%, on learning of 19%, and the soft skills of 10% (3) the learning process directly affects the soft skills of 3% (4) craft indirect effect on the soft skills of 1% and entrepreneurial indirect effect on the soft skills of 1%. Based on the findings, researchers recommend to learners and educators to be willing and able to learn by doing rather than just learning to know through direct practice.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the influence of the quality of education services consisting of (1) the curriculum (2) teachers and (3) facilities (4) management of education (5) the cost of education (6) responsiveness and (7) access to facilities.The population in this study were students of class X and XI in SMA MTA Surakarta totaling 600 students. The sample in this study were 1 students were selected by random sampling technique sratified proportionate. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive design. The data collection techniques implemented with a questionnaire to determine the level of influence the quality of educational services to the student satisfaction. Analysis of data using multiple regression techniques. The results of the study are as follows: the calculation results obtained using the F test probability value in the column Sig is 0,000, the value is less than 0.05. Ho then be rejected, which means a significant difference between the variable quality of educational services to the satisfaction of high school students MTA Surakarta (Y) simultaneously.The result of the calculation using t-test probability values obtained from the seventh variable is less than 0.05 and the value of t is greater than t table then can thus be concluded that Ho rejected, which means a significant difference between the variable quality of educational services to the satisfaction of high school students MTA Surakarta (Y) partially. Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve the learning achievement of the subject New Opportunity Finding from Customer of XI Marketing Class 3 in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo 2015/2016 academic year through the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model.This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research has done by a collaboration between the researcher and the teacher of the subject New Opportunity Finding from Customer. The subject of this research is the students of XI Marketing 3 Class in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo which consisted of 36 students. The technique of collecting the data has done by using observation, test, documentation, and interview. The research procedures are planning, acting, observing, and reflecting.Based on the research which has done, it can be concluded that the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model can improve the students’ learning achievement of XI Marketing 3 class. It can be seen in the 1st cycle until the 2nd cycle, the students’ learning achievement showed an improvement. Before the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model, the average score of the students’ learning achievement in the pre-observation was 80 with the passing grade was 61%. Meanwhile in the 1st cycle, the average score of the students’ learning achievement was 82 with the passing grade was 94% and the average score of the students’ learning achievement in the 2nd cycle was 90 with the passing grade was 100%.The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of multimedia kit and contextual learning model can improve the learning achievement of the subject New Opportunity Finding from Customer of XI Marketing Class 3 in SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo 2015/2016 academic year.

Abstract

The aim of research to improve student learning outcomes and to improve the quality of the learning process of business communication subjects by applying the learning model articulation. This study forms of classroom action research. The subjects of this study were students of Class X Marketing 3 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar totaling 41 students. Data collection techniques used, namely: (1) observation, (2) documentation, (3) (a test). The validity of the method used is triangulation and triangulation of data sources. Data analysis technique used is the analysis with comparative descriptive statistical techniques and techniques of critical analysis. The results showed that the application of learning models articulation can improve learning outcomes and learning in students. Improving the quality of the learning process can be viewed from four aspects, namely: (1) active students and ask and answer questions, (2) the seriousness of students in doing the task, (3) involvement of the student in the group, and (4) the discipline of students. In cycle I and II, the average students classified as active in the learning process in the classroom. As for the second cycle of learning outcomes in the percentage of the number of students who achieve 84% KKM there. In the second cycle increased mecapai 96%.

Abstract

Science and Technology for Society (IbM) is conducted on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) named Cor Logam Buana Jaya and Cor Metal Kalinda Iron. The two SMEs are located in Ngawonggo Village, Kecamatan Ceper, Klaten Regency. The first SMEs, Cor Logam Buana Jaya produces art casting (indoor and outdoor furniture) in the form of metal products such as ornaments or decoration products, while the second, Cor Metal Kalinda Iron produces the machinery spare parts products (technical goods) that are various products of machining and automotive spare parts. This activity aims to improve the quality of metal production and welding techniques, as well as improve the quality of bookkeeping and management in both partner SMEs. The method used in this activity is a participatory training and supervision method. Based on the evaluation results, this training has a positive impact on the development of participants' skills and SMEs operation. It is proved that the participants are able to understand the material presented, able to know and overcome the problems that have been faced, and able to practice welding technique on stainless metal and financial management on SMEs much better.
