Abstract

Abstrak:    Program pemberantasan kemiskinan di Indonesia diimplementasikan ke dalam kegiatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat secara mandiri ke dalam bentuk pemberdayaan. Salah satu program yang dahulunya menjadi program unggulan pemberdayaan masyarakat ekonomi Indonesia adalah koperasi. Namun sekarang program koperasi ini sedikit sekali mendapatkan prioritas untuk terus ditumbuhkembangkan seperti pada masa pemerintahan sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui cara nelayan memahami perubahan iklim, (2) mengetahui cara nelayan membentuk koperasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei lapangan dan focus discussion group (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:  (1) Kelompok nelayan 1 dan 2 telah mengetahui tentang perubahan iklim, sehingga dapat mengantisipasi tindakan apa yang harus dilakukan untuk menghadapi perubahan iklim yang terjadi, (2) Kelompok nelayan 1 dan 2 telah mengetahui fungsi koperasi sebagai alternatif dan cara untuk menyelesaikan kesulitan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari dan untuk menambah modal usaha mereka.Kata Kunci: pembentukan, koperasi, nelayanAbstract:      Indonesia’s poverty eradication programs implemented into activities aimed at improving people's ability to independently into a form of empowerment. One of the programs that formerly become a flagship program of community empowerment Indonesian economy is cooperative. But now this little cooperative program get priority to continue is grown as during the previous admistration. The purpose of study were to know: (1). How fisherman understand  climate change, (2). How fishermen form cooperative. The methods used are fields surveys and  focus discussion group (FGD). The results of the  research show that: (1). Fishermen group 1 and  group 2, alreday know about the existence of climate change. So  that they  can anticipate what action should be taken to deal with climate, (2). The fishermen group 1 and group 2, have to know the function of fishermen cooperatives as an alternative and a way to resolve  the difficulties in meeting the daily needs, and to increase their business capital. Keywords: formation, cooperatives, fishermen

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran perceived organizational support dan job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention karyawan yang dimoderasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data primer melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini di PT. Lazada E-Logistics. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini teknik sampling Random Sampling. Jumlah data sebesar 111 responden yang diambil melalui kuisioner dengan menggunakan metode analisis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Berdasarkan uji statistik, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan positif terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan job satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan negative terhadap turnover intention. Moderasi komitmen organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan positif pada perceived organizational support terhadap turnover intention. Moderasi komitmen organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan negatif dan dapat memperlemah job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention.Kata Kunci: Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, Intensi Perputaran, Komitmen Organisasi ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of perceived organizational support and job satisfaction to turnover intention employee who moderated by commitment organization. The kind of research quantitative was used in the study technique of the receipt of the primary data through the distribution of the questionnaire. Population in this experiment in PT. Lazada E-Logistics. The sample collection this research sampling technique random sampling. The amount of data as much as 111 respondents is drawn in through the method of analysis of the questionnaire was by using the method of analysis data Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the statistics, the research results show that perceived organizational support had a positive effect insignificant on the turnover intention, while job satisfaction significant negative impact on turnover intention. Moderation commitment organization insignificant of perceived organizational support on turnover intention. Abstract

This research was conducted to measure the Influence Workload and Working Environment on Employee Job Performance with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in PT . Sarijasa Transutama Jakarta warehouse. The sample studied totaled 68 respondents. This study uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Testing is done with the system simultaneously and partially. The analysis showed that the work load significantly influence employee performance, the working environment have a significant effect on employee performance, workload and working environment together - each has a significant influence on employee performance, intervention job satisfaction may mediate the effect of workload on achievement work, job satisfaction interventions may mediate the effect of the work environment on work performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to analyze the influence of Work compensation and work environment on Morale of employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediation at PT. Pacific Metro International. The population in this research were as many as100 employees. Determination the number of sampel in this research is done by using the formula slovin, in order to obtain the number of sampel studied were 80 employees. This research use qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Test conducted with the system simultaneously and partially.With causal step method from Baron and Keny. Research findings showed that when tested by partially or simultaneously compensation and work environment has significant influence on Morale of employee performance, and mediation test in this research indicates that Job Satisfaction were mediation variabel between the influence of compensation and work environment on Morale of employee performance, the influence were absolutetly.Key word : Employee Performance; Job Satisfaction; Compensation; Work EnvironmentABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diintervening oleh kepuasan kerja pada PT. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 orang karyawan. penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Pengujian data dilakukan melalui pengujian secara parsial dan simultan dengan menggunakan metode kausal step dari Baron dan Keny. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika diuji secara parsial maupun simultan, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawa, dan hasil uji intervening atau uji efek mediasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi secara mutlak antara pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : Kinerja Karyawan; Kepuasan Kerja; Kompensasi; Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRAKKesadaran terhadap sebuah penampilan dirasa sangat penting dewasa ini, baik bagi kaum wanita maupun kaum pria. Kecantikan sangat luas artinya, dapat berarti perawatan kulit tubuh maupun wajah ataupun hanya dekoratif atau tata rias pada wajah.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari persepsi harga, persepsi merek, persepsi nilai terhadap keinginan pembelian ulang pada produk oriflame yang pada pelnggan oriflame di kota Jakarta.Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah semua pelanggan produk Oriflame di kota Jakarta dengan jumlah N = 100 responden. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan pendekatan non-probability sampling kriteria yang digunakan adalah customer yang sudah melakukan pembelian produk lebih dari 3 ( tiga ) kali pembelian dalam kurun waktu Desember 2013 – Desember 2014.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, Uji T atas variabel X1 ( persepsi harga ) menghasilkan nilai Thitung sebesar 2,518 dengan nilai signifikan kurang dari 0,05, dan T hitung > T tabel ( 2,518 > 1,661 ), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara individu ( parsial ) variabel X1 ( persepsi harga ) berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel Y ( keinginan Pembelian Ulang ). Uji T atas variabel X2 ( persepsi merek ) menghasilkan nilai T hitung sebesar 4,259 dengan nilai signifikan kurang dari 0,05, dan T hitung> T tabel ( 4,259 > 1,661 ), sehingga dapat disimpulkan juga bahwa secara individu ( parsial ) variabel X2 ( persepsi merek ) juga berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap variabel Y ( keinginan pembelian ulang ).Uji T atas variabel Z ( persepsi nilai ) menghasilkan nilai T hitung sebesar 5,742 dengan nilai signifikan kurang dari 0,05 , dan T hitung> T tabel ( 5,742 > 1,661 ), sehingga dapat disimpulkan juga bahwa secara individu ( parsial ) variabel Z ( persepsi nilai ) sangat berpengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan terhadap variabel Y ( keinginan pembelian ulang ).Uji F nilai F hitung adalah 136,629 dengan tingkat signifikan kurang dari 0,05, karena nilai 136,629 > 2,70 ( F tabel ), maka dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan juga ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang baik atau positif terhadap variabel dependen.Kunci : Pengaruh persepsi harga, persepsi merek, terhadap keinginan pembelian ulang di intervensi oleh persepsi nilai.ABSTRACTAwareness on of an adult appearance is extremely important when this time. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of price perception, brand perception, the perception of the value of the desire to re-purchase the product at pelnggan oriflame oriflame in the city.Sample population of this study is all Oriflame products customers in the city of Jakarta, the nominal of sample N = 100 respondents. The selection of the sample in this study will use a non-probability sampling approach. Customer limit used is the customer who purchases the product has more than three times the purchase in the periode December 2013 to December 2014 only.Hypothetical calculations using multiple linier regression, T test on the variable X1 ( price perception ) produce T value of 2,518 with a significant value less than 0,05 and T table ( 2,518 > 1,661 ), so it can be concluded that the individual ( Partial ) variable X1 ( perception of price ). T test the variable X2 ( brand perception ) produce T value of 4,259, with significant values of less than 0,05, and T value >T table ( 4,259 > 1,661 ) so that it can be concluded also that the individual ( partial ) variable X2 ( brand perception ) is also significant positive effect on the variable Y75( intense to repurchase ). F test value count is 136,629 with a significant level of less than 0,05, because the value of 136,629 > 2,70 ( F table ) then it can be concluded thus also three independent variables have a good or positive effect on the dependent variable.Key : The effect of price perception, the perception of brand, to re-purchase desirein intervention by perception of value.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari proaktif behavior dan perubahan manajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan dimoderasi oleh reward. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pt. Sarana Lintas Caraka dengan sampel sebanyak 52 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah random sampling. Metode pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SEM PLS yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proaktif behavior berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, change management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, reward berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, moderasi reward mampu memperlemah pengaruh proaktif behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan. Moderasi reward mampu memperlemah pengaruh change management terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Change Management, Proaktif, Reward, Kinerja KaryawanABSTRACTThis study aims to explain the effect of proactive behavior and management changes on employee performance moderated by reward. The population in this study were employees of Pt. Sarana Lintas Caraka with a sample of 52 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. The data processing method in this research is using SEM PLS software which is used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study indicate that proactive behavior has no significant effect on employee performance, change management has a significant effect on employee performance, reward has a significant effect on employee performance, reward moderation can weaken the effect of proactive behavior on employee performance. Abstract

The development of the company in the global era requires PT Burdah Unggul Sejahtera (PT Bultera) to continue to pay attention to good company performance and totality to clients/business partners in order to have an impact on increasing business performance, return on investment (ROI), satisfaction, customer loyalty, profit, and demand for goods/services products as well as the sustainability of business cooperation in various sectors. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of brand trust, brand experience on purchase intention moderated by service quality on the sustainability of business cooperation with PT Bultera. The research method used in testing this research variable is quantitative with the partial least square technique with a structural equation model (PLS-SEM) approach and assisted processing using SmartPLS 3 software (v.3.3.9). In collecting sample data, the researcher chose to use PT Bultera's internal and external census techniques, namely employees, business partners, and clients of 187 respondents to directly examine the influence between variables and variable moderation. The results in this study indicate that there is a significant influence of brand trust on purchase intention, there is a significant influence of brand experience on purchase intention, and there is a significant effect of service quality on purchase intention. Then the results of testing the moderating variable show that the influence of brand trust on purchase intention is significantly moderated by service quality. Meanwhile, service quality does not have a moderating effect on the relationship between brand experience and purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine trust as a moderating variable on the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and Product Quality on Buyer Decisions. This study uses quantitative methods, with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through google form. The results of this study indicate that E-WOM, Product Quality, and trust have a positive and significant effect on buyer decisions, moderating trust on the influence of E-WOM has no effect on buyer decisions and moderating trust on the effect of product quality has no effect on buyer decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and locus of control on employee performance with transformational leadership as a moderating variable. The population in this study are all employees of companies engaged in interior design who work in Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this research is census, that is, the entire population is used as a sample. The number of samples studied amounted to 255 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires via google form. This research method is quantitative, and data processing uses SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study are self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, locus of control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, transformational leadership style is not able to strengthen the influence of self efficacy on employee performance and transformational leadership style are not able to strengthen the influence of locus of control on employee performance. The conclusion from the results of this study is that employee performance is inseparable from self-efficacy, locus of control and transformational leadership style.
