Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously or partially affect the Performance of employees at the Office District Parigi City. This study uses quantitative research which aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with the sample of all employees at the Parigi City District Office amounting to 39 people and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded bawha: (1) berdasarka regression test results obtained Sig. F of 0.000 <α0.05 which can be interpreted that the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously significant to the performance of employees. (2) based on the regression test results obtained variable Job satisfaction has a significance level t sig. 0,003 <α 0,05 can be interpreted that job satisfaction variable partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. (3) based on regression test results obtained variable Organizational commitment has significance level t sig. 0,033<α 0,05 can be interpreted that variable of Commitment of organization partially have an effect on signifikan to employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen  Organisasi secara simultan maupun parsial berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Parigi Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel semua pegawai pada Kantor Kecamatan Parigi Kota yang berjumlah 39 orang dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh Sig. F sebesar 0,000 < α 0,05 yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kepuasan kerja dan Komitmen organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Kepuasan kerja memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. 0,003 < α 0,05 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Kepuasan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Komitmen organisasi memiliki tingkat signifikansi t sig. 0,033 < α 0,05 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Komitmen organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Background: Ketidakmampuan secara finansial dalam kehidupan sosial masyarakat yang bermukim di wilayah Vatutela Kelurahan Tondo Kecamatan Mantikulore, tampak nyata. Salah satu ukurannya adalah ketidakmampuan pembiayaan sekolah terhadap anak-anak mereka. Banyak anak usia sekolah tidak dapat melanjutkan pendidikannya karena tidak adanya jaminan pembiayaan dari kepala rumah tangga. Wilayah Vatutela sesungguhnya mememiliki potensi alam yang cukup bagi masyarakatnya, yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai lahan pertanian, perkebunan, atau ladang. Nantinya lahan teresbeut dapat dikelola dan menjadi pekerjaan tetap bagi masyarakatnya. Beranjak dari kenyataan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan; 1) Menciptakan kerja yang menghasilkan pendapatan bagi rumah tangga; 2) Menginisiasi pengelolaan lahan yang selama ini terabaikan menjadi lahan produktif; 3) Dukungan dan pembinaan motivasi berwirausaha. Metode: Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran andragogi yang bertujuan menciptakan para mitra dapat mengarahkan dirinya sendiri dan mampu menjadi guru bagi dirinya sendiri. Hasil: Tampak pada perluasan lahan garapan masyarakat oleh karena tersedianya air yang lebih dekat pada lahan perkebunan. Kesimpulan: Penguatan ekonomi rumah tangga mulai tampak dengan menghasilkan produksi perkebunan yang dapat dikonsumsi sendiri ataupun dijual di pasar seperti, jagung, kacang tanah, dan sayur-sayuran.

Abstract

Teacher organizational commitment is the key to implementing quality education. Without a high organizational commitment, the implementation of quality education is impossible. Therefore, a clear description and conception of teacher organizational commitment is needed. The purpose of this study is to describe teacher organizational commitment in more depth. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques in the form of distributing questionnaires, documentation, and observations carried out in Tojo Una-Una Regency, especially remote areas. The results of the study reveal that organizational commitment that occurs is related to (1) affective commitment, (2) normative commitment, and (3) continual commitment. The results of this study indicate that the dominant commitment of SDN teachers in remote areas of Tojo Una-Una Regency is affective commitment, followed by normative commitment and continuous commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan atau parsial variabel motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di RSUD Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif dan kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah pegawai Rumah Sakit Tora Belo Kabupaten Sigi baik yang berstatus PNS maupun yang berstatus honorer sebanyak 60 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode sensus. Metode analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Nilai korelasi antara variabel kinerja dengan variabel motivasi diperoleh t = 0,002 <0,05, maka Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat hubungan / korelasi yang signifikan antara variabel kinerja dengan variabel motivasi. Nilai korelasi antara variabel Kinerja dengan variabel Disiplin menunjukkan nilai t = 0.864, maka Ho diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat korelasi / korelasi yang signifikan antara variabel Kinerja dengan variabel Disiplin. Nilai korelasi antara variabel Kinerja dengan variabel Budaya Organisasi menunjukkan nilai probabilitas = 0,000, maka Ho ditolak yang artinya terdapat hubungan / korelasi yang signifikan antara variabel Kinerja dengan variabel Budaya Organisasi.Kata kunci: motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi

Abstract

Seaweed farming development received support from local government with “Gema Biru Sulawesi Tengah” which makes seaweed commodities became the competitive commodity across sectors in the region. Nowadays, the demand of the dried seaweeds as well as semi-finished products (semi-finished carrageenan) tends to be increased rapidly because they are classified as healthy food. On the other hand, the farmer in the district of Bangkep relatively still being traditional by planting in the territorial which estimated suitable for seaweed. The Study aims to identify the water potential of seaweed farming and to analyze the economic variables that affecting the production of seaweed based on its deployment area. This research is conducted in Bangkep in 4sub-districts area i.e. Bulagisub-district (Peling Peasa, Bulagi and Kambal village), South Bulagi District (Bulagi, Palabatu, and Lolantang village), South Tingkung district (Tinangkung, Bobu and Gangsal village) and Liang district (Apal, binatuli and Liang village). The determination of locations is done purposively with 56 respondents. The data Analysis used are suitability analysis with water measurement and testing of water sample as well as regression analysis. The research shows that the locations of the farms have water quality which suitable with the seaweed, which shown by the result of the physical-chemical measurement parameters that meet with the growing requirements in the range of achievement 74.00-82.67%. Economic aspects show the average income of the   seaweed farmers are Rp. 1.614.434. Further variables simultaneously independent (age, education, number of dependents, experience, the amount of expanses, and prices) that affect the production of seaweed, while partially only age, experience, amount of expanses, and prices significantly affect the production on the t value of each are 2.57; 3.69; 2.49; and 2.33.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (2) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (3) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja Pejabat pada Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (4) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu melalui komitmen organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kausal yang melibatkan 57 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik sensus. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional kinerja pejabat di Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pejabat di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu; (4) Kepuasan kerja secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja pejabat melalui komitmen organisasi di lingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kota Palu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) untukmengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Lingkungan kerja Non fisik dan Kompensasi berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap turnover karyawan pada industri tahu di kota palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Lingkungan kerja Non fisik berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap turnover karyawan pada industri tahu di kota palu (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompensasi berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap turnover karyawanpada industri tahu di kota palu. (4) Untuk mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap turnover karyawan pada Industri tahu di kota palu.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Industri tahu di kota palu sebanyak 42 karyawan, seluruh populasi dijadikan responden (sensus).Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa Lingkungan kerja Non fisik dan Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan pada Industri tahu di kota palu, baik secara serempak maupun secara parsial.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and motivation, simultaneously influencing the employees’ performance at the Courthouse of Palu, Central Sulawesi and the influence of leadership partially on the employees’ performance at the Courthouse of Palu, Central Sulawesi. The population and sample in this study were the entire employees of the Courthouse of Palu, Central Sulawesi which were 60 people. The method of the study applied was descriptive through multiple regression analysis. The results show that leadership and motivation variables simultaneously have a significant influence on the employees’ performance of the Courthouses of Palu, Central Sulawesi, with an R-Square value is 0.611 on sig. 0.000. The leadership variable significantly influences the employees’ performance with a regression coefficient is 0.507 at sig 0.000; motivation notably influences the employees’ performance with a regression coefficient is 0.538 at sig 0.011. Abstract

This research aimed to examine and explain the influence of motivation, education level, and leadership model on the performance of members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. Type of the research was survey research. The population consisted of 30 members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. The sample was determined based on the census where the entire population was sampled. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistics in the form of multiple regression using the SPSS version 25 application. The results show that the motivation and leadership model have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. The level of education has no significant influence on the performance of members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have a significant positive influence on the performance of the members of Donggala District Regional People’s Representative Council. Abstract

This research intends to determine and to analyze the direct effect of work satisfaction on turn over intention and organizational commitment and its impact on the performance of employees at PT. Central Sulawesi Bank. The population consists of 87 people who are employees at Head Office PT. Bank Sulteng taken from all levels of employees. Data analysis in this research used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of the analysis using the SmartPLS ver 3.0 statistical tool reveals that work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on tur nover intention. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Turn over intention has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance through turn over intention as an intervening variable. Work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable.
