Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has an area of sea three times larger than the land area. In line with the rapid development, the need for electricity is also increasing. So that Indonesia has great potential to produce alternative and environmentally friendly energy, namely Sea Wave Energy. Its continuous nature is available all the time. Many potential coastal areas in Indonesia, however, have not been utilized optimally. The purpose of this study is to see the potential of Wave Energy for electricity. For this reason, research was carried out at a location in the Central Sulawesi area, precisely in Salubomba, Central Banawa District, Donggala Regency. In this study a potential study was conducted on 3 types of PLTGL, namely Buoy, OWC, and Pasut Dam, where one will be chosen that meets the wave criteria requirements on the Beach. From the results of research, PLTGL that fulfills the requirements is the type of buoy. Data collection begins with secondary data, namely wind data from Mutiara Station. Then proceed with calculating wave forecasting using the SMB (Sverdrup Munk-Bretschneider) method. The results of this study, Salubomba beach has the potential to be built by the Buoy Type Wave Power Plant, a significant wave height of 0.52 - 3.37 meters with a ruptured depth of 3.95 meters.

Abstract

In office buildings, electrical energy is needed to meet the needs of lighting to electronic equipment used in the building. To support all of that, a reliable electrical installation system is needed so that all office activities can run well without causing significant problems. Therefore the planning of the electrical installation system in a building must refer to the applicable rules and regulations in accordance with PUIL and SNI. The design carried out refers to PUIL 2011, SNI 03-6575-2001 (Lighting System Design Procedures). The entire electrical installation system gets a 3 Phase supply from PLN. The total power in this building is 80000 watts, so the power needed from PLN to connect is 160 KVA. Conductors used in this installation, use cables with NYM and NYY types with varying sizes in accordance with the calculation of the conveying CRC that has been done.

Abstract

The development of technology from year to year is greatly improved, many supporting needs must be prepared specifically for electrical energy needs. The side ofthe distribution of electricity and its utilization must meet the requirements so that in its use can be more optimal and does not cause harm and accidents for humans and loss of property. Kamarora is one of the villages that also uses and utilizes electricity resources in Nokilalaki district. The village has 1 unit of 100 kVA capacity portal type transformer. In this study used measurement methods, customer data collection, and checking directly on the connection in each phase to find out the percentage of transformer loading performance and minimize unbalance of the load transformer. The results of research and analysis, the distribution transformer in Kamarora village have the highest loading conditions with peak load times (PLT) line 1 and 2 at 19:00 pm with a loading percentage value of 60.47 %, the value of imposing a transformer means that it is still underloaded. And then, the unbalance of the load transformer is high enough, the total power used in line 1is phase R (3600 VA), S (9400 VA), T (17400 VA). Line 2 westward is phase R (16150 VA), S (18900 VA), T (21950 VA) and line 2 eastward is phase R (17050 VA), S (18850 VA), T (3850 VA). Planning the load distribution for each line 1 and 2, namely in the line of 1is phase R (10200 VA), S (9400 VA), T (10800 VA).Line 2 westward is phase R (19250 VA), S (18900 VA), T (18850 VA) and line 2 eastward is phase R (23841 VA), S (23844 VA), T (24188 VA).

Abstract

In the distribution of electrical energy from substations to the load center distribution channels are needed. The problem that often occurs in distribution channels is short circuit interference. Often the location of the disturbance cannot be immediately located, thus slowing down the process of handling the disturbance. Disturbances that occur in the 20 kV distribution network are temporary (temporary interruption) and permanent (permanent fixes that take a long time). Even the interference that was originally only temporary can turn into permanent interference, because the protection system installed does not work optimally. To overcome this, it is necessary to analyze the disturbance zone in the distribution network. Protection on the electricity distribution network has a very important role for the reliability and continuity as well as the security of electricity distribution, especially at the end of the load and one-phase branching. The inter-safety coordination on the distribution network must be in accordance with the standards set by PT PLN (Persero) ). In one phase branching area there is a safety against the current interference that may occur, namely Fuse Cut Out (FCO). very small short circuit, for that we need to pay attention to the way the recloser works with FCO (fuse Cut Out) so that the two safeguards can work well and avoid coordination failures on one-phase branching lines, so that the blackout area can be reduced. do the OCR relay settings in recl oser and Determination of suitable FCO rating so that the type used can be in accordance with the standard and can be in accordance with the load conditions in the field.

Abstract

The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education is one of the Faculties that has the most buildings in Tadulako University, which of course requires large capacity electrical equipment facilities and also requires large electric power as well. To provide optimal services so that lecture, practicum and other activities are not disrupted due to electrical problems. Electricity problems at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education are currently caused by excessive loading that is not adjusted to the transformer capacity at the Economic Substation, The distance that is served by the Economic Substation is approximately 950 meters so that it causes losses on the network. Based on the calculation of the total load obtained for lighting, room conditioning and auxiliary contact boxes of 167,402 kVA and considering the addition of Loads and Buildings within the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, the transformer capacity used is 200 kVA and according to SPLN Transformers with capacities below 200 kVA must use Portal substation construction.

Abstract

In studying the behaviour of a motor selected to drive industrial equipment, the main problem being faced is to determine whether the characteristic of the motor suits the requirements imposed by the driven unit. Different kinds of machines and mechanisms as well as electrical motor exhibit different characteristics. The aim of this research is to compare the characteristic of induction motor using loop winding and concentric winding. The parametersobserved are current, voltage, power factor, torque and speed. The experiment was conducted in the laboratory of Electrical Engineering Department of Tadulako University and the result of this study indicated that characteristic of the loop winding induction motor is better than that of theconsentric winding.

Abstract

The cellular immune reactions involve mainly the insect blood cells or hemocytes and consist of adhesive reactions of hemocytes against microbes or parasites. Among these various hemocytes, the granulocytes and plasmatocytes are thought to be the most important hemocytes involved in insect cellular defense. According to the number and size of the foreign invaders in the insect hemocoel, three major cellular defense reactions can be classified: Phagocytosis, encapsulation and nodule formation. Many of the initial interactions leading to coagulation and phagocytosis reactions in insects are sugar-lectin binding reactions, involving homeostasis- and defense-related receptors, such as scavenger receptors and mucin-like immune receptors. However, the mechanism that cause the formation of endocytotic vesicles are not known. The major aims of this study are 1) To test the induction of cell-spreading and macropinocytosis, 2) To investigate the role of lectins in coagulation reaction. The observations suggest that in the presence of lectins hemocytes can either form coagulation products, such as globules, or perform cellular functions, such as adhesion and macropinocytosis. Since coagulation and cell activities are quite disparate processes, the balance between the two types of reactions is quite relevant for the overall outcome. In cell-free hemolymph (plasma) only coagulation reactions occur in the presence of externally added GalNAc-specific lectins.

Abstract

Seperti kita ketahui jika perkembangan technology tidak berlebihan untuk mengatakan bahwa komputer bersifat sosial. Padahal, teknologi digunakan secara intensif di berbagai masyarakat seperti institusi dan bisnis. Penggunaan teknologi komputer dapat mempengaruhi pola gaya hidup masyarakat yang menggunakannya. Saat ini masih banyak koleksi untuk mengelola data kritis, menggunakan konsep manual, terutama data yang berdampak signifikan pada pengambilan keputusan. Cash management, Himpunan Mahasiswa belum mengoptimalkan komputer dalam pengolahannya. Data penting seperti pemrosesan kumpulan data di gunakan dalam suatu data yang ada di himpunan tersebut himpunan mahasiswa tersebut dalam menyampaikan informasi laporan kas dan laporan kegiatan yang di lakukan oleh himpunan mahasiswa, untuk merancang sistem yang digunakan data laporan kegiatan sedangkan tools yang menggunkan bahasa pemrograman dan metode yang di gunakan dalam suatu aplikasi itu waterfalll, dengan tahapan analisis desain, penggodean penggujian dan pendukung suport. Hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi pengelolaan kas himpunan mahasiswa berbasis web dalam membangun sistem kas himpunan mahasiswa ini menggunakan Bahasa pemograman HTML dan PHP.

Abstract

Salah satu indikator penting untuk mengetahui kinerja APBN adalah dengan mengukur tingkat penyerapan anggaran dalam pelaksanaan anggaran. Besaran bagi anggaran yang dapat direalisasikan dapat mencerminkan berjalannya fungsi-fungsi pemerintahan antara lain mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, distribusi yang semakin merata dan stabilitas perekonomian yang makin terjaga. Mengingat pentingnya penyerapan anggaran dalam menggerakkan perekonomian bangsa, maka perlu dilakukan berbagai langkah untuk mendorong percepatan penyerapan anggaran. Peneliti melakukan beberapa observasi terhadap penyusunan atau pengimputan data yang berjalan, penyusunan laporan surat perintah tugas bendahara pengeluaran di Kantor ini dan hasil observasi yaitu masalah yang dihadapi oleh petugas kantor dinass tersebut adalah pada penyusunan laporan Surat Perintah Tugas Perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin mempermudah pekerjaan seseorang yang sebelumnya secara manual, berkat dukungan tekniolgi komputer hal ini dibuktikan dengan mekanisme kerja yang panjang menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Baik dalam sumber daya hardware (perangkat keras), software (perangkat lunak) dan brainware (manusia). Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut maka peneliti mencoba untuk membuat laporan Surat Perintah Tugas dengan menggunakan visual studio. “sistem informasi laporan surat perintah tugas pada dinas pendidikan kabupaten mamasa berbasis website”

Abstract

Selama ini nasabah harus datang ke kantor Amartha Mikro Fintek Unit Tapalang untuk melaporkan masalah yang di hadapi. Untuk masalah pengaduan melalui telepon sering terjadi kesalahan dan kelalaian dalam penanganan. informasi keluhan pelayanan belum dapat di efisienkan secara maksimal, sehingga dapat memperlambat kinerja petugas dalam memberikan pelayanan terhadap nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang Sistem Informasi Layanan Pengaduan Nasabah PT. Amartha Mikro Fintek Berbasis Web agar dapat mempermudah nasabah dalam melakukan pengaduan pada PT. Amartha Mikro Fintek, serta dapat mengefisienkan waktu. Tempat penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu di kantor PT. Amartha Mikro Fintek Cabang Tapalang. Adapun waktu penelitian ini dimulai dari investigasi sampai penyelesaian laporan akhir atau skripsi yakni dari bulan Mei sampai dengan Juni 2020. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall untuk menganalisis sistem yang sedang berjalan serta sistem yang akan dirancang, dan menggunakan teknologi berbasis web dengan Hypertext PreProcessor sebagai bahasa pemrograman utama. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya sebuah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Layanan Pengaduan Nasabah PT. Amartha Mikro Fintek Berbasis Web untuk membantu nasabah dalam melakukan pengaduan.
