The purpose of this study was to improve science process skills and cognitive learning outcomes of class XI students of Middle 1 Praya Middle school year 2017/2018. The subject of this study were 31 students of class XI IPA-3 Praya Tengah as many as 31 people. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques used observation techniques for the implementation of learning, and tests as many as 20 questions. The results of the learning implementation observation in the first cycle = 41% and in the second cycle was 66%. Cognitive learning outcomes of students reach an average in the first cycle of 56.6 with classical completeness of 38.70% and experienced an increase in the second cycle with an average of 64.35 with classical completeness of 54.83%. Thus, the method of group discussion can improve science process skills and cognitive learning outcomes of class XI Middle Praya 1 Middle School 2017/2018 academic year.

West Nusa Tenggara has been inhabited by three major tribes namely; Sasak in Lombok, Samawa, in western Sumbawa, and Mbojo tribe in the middle and east of Sumbawa Island. Other tribes in Indonesia such as Bali, Java, Medan, and others color the cultural diversity of the people of West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The blending of various characters, cultures, and customs in a community of life is very potential to cause tribal, religious, belief, and racial conflicts. This fact occurs because of the lack of tolerance in the community. Tolerance can be built through well-planned education. This study aims to: 1) know the model of 'learning devices' IPA based on tolerance for school / madrasah in conflict prone areas, 2) to know the ability of science teachers in applying learning tools IPA based on tolerance, 3) to know the social skills of students in science learning, 4 ) know the attitude of student's tolerance after learning, 5) knowing student cognitive learning outcomes after science-based learning tolerance. The research used is research development with model development of Kemp et al. (1994). This research was conducted in two stages, namely: (1) Development of Learning Device which includes; (a) Instructional Problems, (b) Learner Characteristics, (c) Task Analysis, (d) Objectives, (e) Content Sequencing, (f) Instructional Strategies, (g) Instructional Delivery, (h) Evaluation Instrumens, ) Instructional Resources. (2) Testing Devices to be implemented on the students of class IX MTs Kondok Barokah Nahdlatul Wathan. Research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by calculating descriptive statistic parameters, such as; the highest value, the lowest value, the average, standard deviation, and percentage.

The Effects of Conflict Cognitive Strategy in Inquiry-Based Learning Model on Students' Critical Thinking Ability. Critical thinking has become a very important part of learning at all levels of education, and learning based on inquiry activities is recommended as a teaching foundation for practicing critical thinking. Generating learners' prior knowledge in inquiry activities is needed with cognitive conflict strategies, and theoretical studies show that cognitive conflict strategies can improve learners to think critically. This study aims to determine the effect of cognitive conflict strategies in scientific inquiry learning on improving the critical thinking ability of physics prospective-teacher. This research is an experimental research (weak experimental research) with the design of "one group pretest-posttest design" with a sample of 21 physics prospective-teachers at IKIP Mataram. Critical thinking ability were measured using a critical thinking ability test instrument. Data on critical thinking ability were analyzed descriptively and statistically, where homogeneity, normality, and t-test were used. The results showed that the implementation of cognitive conflict strategies in inquiry learning models had an impact on critical thinking ability of physics prospective-teacher. Descriptions of the results of further research are described in this article.

Hidayaturrahman Islamic Boarding School NW Manggala organizes formal education at the junior high and high school levels. After graduating as santri who continue to tertiary education and some who quit education and work to help parents. Therefore, the provision of skills is needed capital to be independent. The provision of learning skills obtained at school is completed at a minimum because the teacher (teacher) does not have an entrepreneurial background. This dedication is done with the aim that the students have the ability in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms. The method used in this activity is the diffusion method of science and technology. With work procedures, namely 1) planning, 2) action, 3) mentoring, 4) evaluation. The result of this activity is that this service activity is able to improve the skills of students in the cultivation of oyster mushrooms, increase the interest and motivation of students in terms of entrepreneurship.

[Title: Improving Student Cognitive Learning Outcomes using Cooperative Learning Model Type Group Investigation]. The purpose of this study was to improve student cognitive learning outcomes using the Cooperative Learning Model Type Group Investigation in class X MIA 2 students of SMAS NW Mataram in the 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this study were 15 students of class X MIA 2. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) consisting of two cycles. Observation sheet of learning implementation is used for each meeting to find out the implementation of learning steps according to the learning implementation plan observed by 2 observers. Test instruments of 20 multiple choice questions and 5 description questions were used in this study to find out the improvement of students' cognitive learning outcomes in each cycle. The results showed the implementation of learning in the cycle I (1) the first meeting reached 63.63% with a good category and the second meeting reached 88.8% with a very good category, (2) the cognitive learning outcomes of students in cycle 1 obtained an average value 59 with the classical completeness value achieved 46% of the incomplete category, while in cycle II (3) the first meeting of the implementation of learning reached 72.72% with a good category (4) the second meeting reached 94.44% with a very good category, and for results cognitive learning students obtained an average value of 72 with a classical completeness value achieved 76%. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Cooperative Learning Model Type Group Investigation can improve cognitive learning outcomes of class X MIA 2 students of SMAS NW Mataram in the 2018/2019 academic year.

Online learning is a national policy as a strategic step to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The quality of the learning media used by lecturers is to influence the effectiveness of online learning. Therefore, training is needed to strengthen lecturers' skills in developing interactive media effective in online learning. This community service aims to improve the biology education lecturers' knowledge and skills regarding interactive media design in online learning. Participants of this activity were 27 Lecturers of Biology Education at FSTT Mandalika University of Education. The training activity is carried out in three stages, namely (1) Preparation, (2) Implementation, (3) Reflection / Evaluation. Training activities are held online / webinar on Saturday / 25 July 2020 at 07.00-12.00 WITA with a series of events, namely opening, remarks from the Head of the Biology Education Study Program, delivery of training materials, discussions, conveying impressions and messages. The training activities were carried out well, even though there were some shortcomings. This is supported by the participants' messages at the end of the activity, namely (1) 100% of the training participants gave positive responses such as feeling happy, enthusiastic, enthusiastic, and helped by the holding of this training activity; (2) 75% of participants gave suggestions so that similar training activities could be carried out periodically at the beginning of preparation for each semester. In the end, the participants have the knowledge and skills in designing interactive media in online learning

Kopra merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman perkebunan bagi masyarakat Lombok Utara. Petani kopra hanya memanfaatkan daging buah kelapa, sedangkan air kelapa tidak dimanfaatkan dan terbuang dengan percuma sebagai limbah. Air kelapa merupakan bahan utamaÂ pembuatan Nata de Coco dan minuman kemasan yang bernilai ekonomis. Program IbMÂ dilaksanakan dengan tahapan yaitu survei lokasi produksi kopra; koordinasi dengan pengurusÂ kelompok petani kopra Sumber Rezeki; persiapan ruangan, alat dan bahan; sosialisasi danÂ penyuluhan program IbM; pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan Nata de Coco dan minumanÂ kemasan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah (1) masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk mengolah air kelapa menjadi Nata de Coco dan Minuman Kemasan; (2) Nata de Coco yang dihasilkan dengan karakteristik yang ketebalan Â± 08-1,8 cm; tekstur kenyal; warna putih; (3) Minuman Kemasan layak konsumsi.

Gili Trawangan is rich in beaches and tourist spots underwater charming. Means oftransport in GiliTrawangan is cidomo, speedboat and bike. Smoothness and comfort traveled in dyke is strongly influenced by the quality of service of the coachman cidomo, speedboat driver and guide. Therefore, the necessary training and coaching programs for people of foreign languages in GiliTrawangan tour players. KKN PPM program is conducted in stages: (1) Selection of ParticipantsÂ KKN PPM students; (2) The debriefing student participants KKN PPM; (3) The survey location; (4) Socialization KKN PPM program; (5) debriefing tour players; (6) Training and mentoring 2 times a week for 3 months.Training and mentoring, held as many as 25 meetings. At the beginning of training, team training intensifies Vocabulary and selanjutkan team tenses material intensify and Speaking. Results of the assessment showed significant improvement appointment: (1) On Vocabulary capability, as many as 3 people categorized as Very Good, 25 Good category, 2 category Not Good. (2) In tenses capability, as many as 26 people categorized as Good, 4 categorized Less Good. (3) In speaking ability, as many as four people categorized as Very Good, 25 people categorized as Good, 1 Good Less category.

Telah dilaksanakan pelatihan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) bagi guru di SMA Negeri 1 Sukamulya. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan, yaituÂ pelatihan (in service training/IST) dan pendampingan (on service training/OST). Pada prosesÂ IST peserta mendapatkan materi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian tindakan kelas, sedangkanÂ pada proses OST peserta didampingi dalam melakukan penulisan naskah PTK. KegiatanÂ pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang tujuan utamanya adalah memberikan pemahamanÂ tentang penulisan karya ilmiah mendapat apresiasi yang baik dari pihak sekolah. KehadiranÂ guru dalam kegiatan mencapai 80% dari total semua guru yang direncanakan terlibat. DalamÂ pelaksanaan kegiatan peserta nampak bersemangat, hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasnya para guru dalam mengikuti seluruh kegiatan pelatihan, baik dalam pemberian materi maupunÂ pada proses diskusi atau tanya jawab.

Kekalik merupakan salah satu penghasil tahu terbesar di Kota Mataram. Selain produk utama yang diinginkan berupa tahu, industri tahu juga menghasilkan produk sampingan berupa limbah cair, limbah padat basah, limbah padat kering dan limbah gas. Minimnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki kelompok pengrajin tahu Kekalik menjadi kendala dalam mengelola limbah produksi tahu secara baik. Pengolahan limbah cair tahu menjadi Nata de Soya dapat mengurangi pencemaran lingkungan atau permasalahan lingkungan. Program kemitraan ini diharapkan akan mampu membina pengrajin tahu untuk memproduksi Nata de Soya dan menghasilkan satu jenis minuman komersil yang berbahan Nata de Soya dan siap untuk dipasarkan dengan nilai ekonomi yang bersaing.Prosedur kerja dalam proses IbM ini dibagi menjadi beberapa tahap yaitu (1) Korodinasi mitra; (1) Persiapan alat dan bahan; (3) Penyuluhan; (4) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan Nata de Soya dan minuman kemasan. Peserta dilengkapi dengan VCD tutorial. Pelaksanaan IbM beserta luaran yang dihasilkan yaitu (1) Tim IbM telah menyiapkan alat, bahan dan lokasi pelatihan pembuatan Nata de Soya; (2) Pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan Nata de Soya dan minuman kemasan telah dilaksanakan 4 kali dengan 15 peserta; (3) Tim IbM mensosialisakan konsep, tujuan dan teknik pelaksanaan kegiatan IbM kepada masyarakat; (4) Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan dengan teknik demonstrasidan praktik; (5) Peserta memiliki pemahaman dan keterampilan yang cukup baik dalam membuat Nata de Soya dan minuman kemasan; (6) Peserta telah menghasilkan Nata de Soya dengan ketebalan Â± 2 cm, warna putih dan tekstur kenyal; (7) Peserta telah menghasilkan minuman kemasan berbahan Nata de Soya yang enak dikonsumsi.
