Abstract

National education in the face of crisis, relating to quality relevance and efficiency of external elitisme, and management. A further proposed at least the issue  of  national  education  systems:  (1)  behavior  morale  students,  (2)  the distribution of the study, (3) are still education system internal, lack of efficiency (4) the organizational, ( 5 ) the management of education is not consistent with the development of a national (6) Resources not professional. One side weakness who handled Abudin Nata is concerned by the lack of a strategy for learning, but the strategy of hold important roles in the success learning process.The purpose this is journal ia lesson in Islam he thought Abuddin Nata perspective. Hasi search for a literature indicate a lesson in islams perspective is its base in the preliminary framework changes expected to be on the educational objectives on the establishment of such behavior in a student.The approach in learning is part of a strategy of learning that this approach using a yardstick a science discipline objectives to be achieved, measures to be used, or mark used, this approach with regard to the teaching and learning is most properly and effectively to achieve the target.In the implementation of the acquisition may be conducted through the model of islamic education oriented to approach cbsa skills and learning process, quantum teaching, problem solving and the formation of memories.  Keywords : Strategy, Learning, Islam

Abstract

Kepemimpinan (Leadership) merupakan salah satu persoalan yang sangat penting bagi terlaksananya fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Permasalahan pemimpin dalam Islam sangat penting untuk dibahas dan selalu menjadi persoalan yang menarik pada setiap zaman. Dalam perspektif Islam, pemimpin merupakan hal cukup fundamental dalam tatanan sosial. Ia menempati posisi tertinggi dalam bangunan masyarakat. Ibarat kepala dari seluruh tubuh, peranannya sangat menentukan perjalanan dalam mewujudkan kemaslahatan umat. Tak hanya kemaslahatan dunia, seorang pemimpin juga memiliki tanggung jawab besar untuk mengatur serta mengawasi tegaknya syari’at Allah. Pemimpin Pendidikan menempati posisi yang sama pentingnya dengan pemimpin negara maupun agama. Kepemimpinan itu esensinya adalah pertanggungjawaban. Pengertian umum pemimpin pendidikan adalah kemampuan dan kesiapan yang dimiliki oleh seseorang untuk dapat mempengaruhi, mendorong, mengajak, menuntun, menggerahkan, dan kalau perlu memaksa orang atau kelompok agar menerima pengaruh tersebut dan selanjutnya berbuat sesuatu yang dapat membantu tercapainya suatu tujuan tertentu yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan era desentralisasi pendidikan.Adapun jenis penelitian yakni penelitian pustaka, pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan desentralisasi dan otonomi pendidikan adalah model kepemimpinan transformasional, karena merupakan salah satu solusi krisis kepemimpinan terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, transformasional, pendidikan.

Abstract

Abstract

Human resources are the key factors that determine the success of education. The leader is the person most responsible for all the processes of education and teaching that takes place in college. Leaders should strive for alumni of the college of education quality and deserves world amid global and modern. Education leaders not only act as a leader or a manager but also as educators, administrators, supervisors, and citizens should be able to move the campus towards quality education and cooperation among agencies. Today man is facing rapid change arising from the impact of science and liabilities . Especially if it is based on the assumption that all the problems that stem from the application of the concept and an education that stimulates and promotes the progression of science and technology uncontrollable. Islam also emerged among the various issues concerning the education crisis and other problems which urgently demands a solution in the form of the establishment of an educational system that is based on the concept of Islam. One solution is a management solution in education. Aside from the business world, as well as state management organizations have an important role to deliver educational progress. If countries pursue successful management development management education while pursuing successful human child development services through adequate education. The quality of  success and education cannot be separated from the contribution of leaders in education itself. It therefore requires a leader who is wise, thoughtful,    has a good personality and can direct subordinates to jointly     contribute to realizing quality education. . Abstract

Abstract Early childhood education (PAUD) is the level of education before basic education which is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth up to the age of six years done through the provision of educational stimulus to help growth and physical and spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering education further, organized on formal, nonformal, and informal channels. Early childhood education (0-8 years) is an education that has different characteristics with other children of age, so that education also needs to be regarded as something that is devoted, including the appropriate method. Teaching methods in early childhood is very varied, including story telling, singing, playing, rhyming and tour work. Each method has weaknesses and advantages. The use of one of the selected methods is certainly adapted to the condition of the school or the ability of a teacher in applying it. Storytelling can be used as a method to convey the values prevailing in society, in addition to simple also has many conveniences. The purpose of writing is to find and define the meaning, form and techniques of good storytelling in early childhood learning, knowing the implementation of the storytelling method that is implemented in the early one week. The storytelling technique of PAUD Permata Indah is a teacher reading many story books, taking much experience and from everyday events. Sometimes stories or tales are drawn from social media and you tube, as often as possible to chat with students so as to understand the childs language style, to understand what the child likes and maximize expression when telling stories in repetitive sections. Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes in Pendidikan Agama Islam subjects by applying the Problem Solving method. The research was conducted in Semester Ganjil 2019. This research was a Classroom Action Research (CAR which consisted of two cycles. Subjects in this study were sixth grade students of SD Negeri 07 Indralaya Utara, totaling 21 students. Data collection techniques used were observation and The results showed that in the first cycle, 66.67% of students obtained mastery learning in KKM 70. In Cycle II, mastery learning increased to 90.4% of students who achieved KKM 70. So, it can be concluded that learning using the Problem method Solving can improve student learning outcomes in Pendidikan Agama Islam subjects

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and find out the general picture of the implementation of student management implemented in schools. The research method used in this research is a literature review, where this method is research that uses secondary data sources. Based data was obtained using the help of the Publish or Perish reference search tool with the keyword "Student Management" on Google Scholar with a maximum number of results of 100 and 18 articles with high cites will be taken and only 6 articles can be used as data sources and can be analyzed . The research results show that the implementation of student management has been carried out well with the aim of achieving educational goals. The roles of teachers, parents, parties involved, and programmed activities are important to achieve the goals that have been set. However, there are things that hinder this achievement, both from students' personal internal factors and other external factors. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui gambaran umum dari implementasi manajemen peserta didik yang diterapkan di sekolah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur review dimana metode ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Data based diperoleh dengan menggunakan bantuan alat pencarian referensi Publish or Perish dengan kata kunci “Manajemen Peserta Didik” pada Google Scholar dengan maximum nubmer of result 100 dan akan diambil 18 artikel dengan high cites dan hanya 6 artikel yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sumber data dan dapat dianalisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi manajemen peserta didik telah dilakukan dengan baik dengan maksud untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Peran guru, orang tua, pihak yang terlibat, dan kegiatan yang terprogram adalah hal penting untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Namun terdapat hal yang menghambat ketercapaian tersebut baik dari faktor internal pribadi peserta didik maupun faktor eksternal lainnya.

Abstract

A high level of public trust in the transformations carried out by the institution, apart from that the achievements produced by the students are quite encouraging as well as the good teaching capabilities and excellent programs. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation. In data analysis with the stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: 1) System thinking at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung in the formulation of the vision is carried out jointly by involving all stakeholders to see opportunities and challenges. 2) Personal mastery can be seen from the visionary madrasa head as a professional trainer so that he is able to develop the professionalism of the people he leads through various education and training programs. 3) Mental models are built through good human relations so as to improve employee performance. 4) Shared Vision by always communicating or disseminating the vision, by communicating the values ​​contained in the vision. 5) Team Learning by always synergizing all teachers and students about what is the vision of the madrasa and trying to realize the vision.

Abstract

The background of this research is the high interest of the people who are still vying to enter their children in MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, the number of new student enrollments every year has increased the number of registrants even though it doesn't look significant. However, there is an increasing number of applicants every year. This is also because many generations of student families have returned to study at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of integrated quality management at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection is done by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data used in this study was carried out by reducing the data, after which it was presented in the form of a description and verified by drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of integrated quality management at MAN 1 Bandar Lampung, is already good, namely it is continuously pursued by prioritizing customer (student) satisfaction services, has involved all madrasa residents through teacher meetings every month or every two months, has an organizational structure that contains control, the head of the madrasa builds commitment by empowering all madrasa residents according to their competence and capacity to contribute to improving quality, madrasa management always makes creative efforts to satisfy students' services such as bringing in motivators.
