Abstract

Kepemimpinan (Leadership) merupakan salah satu persoalan yang sangat penting bagi terlaksananya fungsi-fungsi manajemen. Permasalahan pemimpin dalam Islam sangat penting untuk dibahas dan selalu menjadi persoalan yang menarik pada setiap zaman. Dalam perspektif Islam, pemimpin merupakan hal cukup fundamental dalam tatanan sosial. Ia menempati posisi tertinggi dalam bangunan masyarakat. Ibarat kepala dari seluruh tubuh, peranannya sangat menentukan perjalanan dalam mewujudkan kemaslahatan umat. Tak hanya kemaslahatan dunia, seorang pemimpin juga memiliki tanggung jawab besar untuk mengatur serta mengawasi tegaknya syari’at Allah. Pemimpin Pendidikan menempati posisi yang sama pentingnya dengan pemimpin negara maupun agama. Kepemimpinan itu esensinya adalah pertanggungjawaban. Pengertian umum pemimpin pendidikan adalah kemampuan dan kesiapan yang dimiliki oleh seseorang untuk dapat mempengaruhi, mendorong, mengajak, menuntun, menggerahkan, dan kalau perlu memaksa orang atau kelompok agar menerima pengaruh tersebut dan selanjutnya berbuat sesuatu yang dapat membantu tercapainya suatu tujuan tertentu yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan dalam pendidikan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan era desentralisasi pendidikan.Adapun jenis penelitian yakni penelitian pustaka, pendekatan penelitian adalah kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan tuntutan desentralisasi dan otonomi pendidikan adalah model kepemimpinan transformasional, karena merupakan salah satu solusi krisis kepemimpinan terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan, transformasional, pendidikan.

Abstract

Human resources are the key factors that determine the success of education. The leader is the person most responsible for all the processes of education and teaching that takes place in college. Leaders should strive for alumni of the college of education quality and deserves world amid global and modern. Education leaders not only act as a leader or a manager but also as educators, administrators, supervisors, and citizens should be able to move the campus towards quality education and cooperation among agencies. Today man is facing rapid change arising from the impact of science and liabilities . Especially if it is based on the assumption that all the problems that stem from the application of the concept and an education that stimulates and promotes the progression of science and technology uncontrollable. Islam also emerged among the various issues concerning the education crisis and other problems which urgently demands a solution in the form of the establishment of an educational system that is based on the concept of Islam. One solution is a management solution in education. Aside from the business world, as well as state management organizations have an important role to deliver educational progress. If countries pursue successful management development management education while pursuing successful human child development services through adequate education. The quality of  success and education cannot be separated from the contribution of leaders in education itself. It therefore requires a leader who is wise, thoughtful,    has a good personality and can direct subordinates to jointly     contribute to realizing quality education. . Abstract

Abstract Early childhood education (PAUD) is the level of education before basic education which is a coaching effort aimed at children from birth up to the age of six years done through the provision of educational stimulus to help growth and physical and spiritual development so that children have readiness in entering education further, organized on formal, nonformal, and informal channels. Early childhood education (0-8 years) is an education that has different characteristics with other children of age, so that education also needs to be regarded as something that is devoted, including the appropriate method. Teaching methods in early childhood is very varied, including story telling, singing, playing, rhyming and tour work. Each method has weaknesses and advantages. The use of one of the selected methods is certainly adapted to the condition of the school or the ability of a teacher in applying it. Storytelling can be used as a method to convey the values prevailing in society, in addition to simple also has many conveniences. The purpose of writing is to find and define the meaning, form and techniques of good storytelling in early childhood learning, knowing the implementation of the storytelling method that is implemented in the early one week. The storytelling technique of PAUD Permata Indah is a teacher reading many story books, taking much experience and from everyday events. Sometimes stories or tales are drawn from social media and you tube, as often as possible to chat with students so as to understand the childs language style, to understand what the child likes and maximize expression when telling stories in repetitive sections.
