Abstract

Media sosial merupakan media yang dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana secara online di internet baik untuk komunikasi, berinteraksi, berbagi dan berbagai kegiatan lainnya. Dari studi pendahuluan, diketahui bahwa sekitar 35% mahasiswa/i STIE Sultan Agung sudah menjalankan wirausaha. Namun usaha-usaha tersebut mayoritas masih dijalankan secara konvensional tanpa memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media pemasarannya. Sedangkan pada zaman sekarang, konsumen lebih banyak menikmati berbagai produk dari berbagai media sosial yang ada seperti facebook, instagram, youtube, twitter, whatsapp, dan lain-lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi lapangan dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa/i STIE Sultan Agung yang menjalankan usaha dengan menggunakan media sosial. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara terstruktur melalui kuesioner. Analisis data dilakukan melalui empat alur kegiatan, meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan verifikasi/menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa masih belum memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada secara efektif dalam mempromosikan produknya kepada konsumen dilihat dari unsur AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action, dan Share). Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa sebaiknya tetap intens melakukan pemostingan foto produk dan video story yang menarik serta memanfaatkan fitur polling, kuis, dan pertanyaan pada media sosial. Mahasiswa juga dapat memanfaatkan marketplace yang tersedia dan menjalin mitra dengan pengusaha lain, serta menjalankan event-event seperti giveaway, pemberian cashback dan bebas ongkir, serta event challenge untuk  mendorong konsumen berbagi informasi mengenai produk maupun usaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

Digitization has become something that is inherent in our daily habits, one of which is shopping habits. In addition to shopping for fashion products by visiting offline stores directly, consumers are also given the opportunity to purchase fashion products online whenever and wherever they are. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer demographic characteristics on their preferences for shopping fashion products offline or online. Data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires online through whatsapp and telegram groups during June-July 2021, which resulted in 162 responses. Chi-Square and Kruskal-Wallis tests are used to test the hypothesis. The results prove that there are insignificant results between consumer demographic characteristics and preferred shopping method. Furthermore, research data also shows that more than half of the respondents still prefer to shop for fashion products offline rather than online although in the Covid-19 pandemic situation because they want to evaluate the product physically.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial rewards, job intrinsic values, and labor market considerations on the interests of accounting students’ career as public accountant and to determine the role of the work environment as moderators. This research is a type of quantitative research. The research sample is final year accounting major with total of 74 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between financial rewards, job intrinsic values, and labor market considerations on the interests of STIE Sultan Agung accounting students for a career as public accountant either simultaneously or partially. The work environment was not able to moderate the relationship between financial rewards, job intrinsic values and labor market considerations. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and capital intensity on tax aggressiveness. The population in this study are all companies listed in the IDX during the research period: 2017-2020 and not in the banking sector. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample obtained is as many as 13 companies, with the number of observations being 52. The findings are that there is no significant effect between liquidity, leverage, and capital intensity on tax aggressiveness. At a high level of liquidity, the company can pay off its short-term obligations, including in terms of taxation. The leverage of small or large companies does not affect management to do tax avoidance. Companies with high fixed assets bear an increased tax burden as well. Some companies have set assets whose economic benefits have expired but are not derecognized and for movable assets.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda dunia khususnya Indonesia telah mengubah tatanan hidup manusia. Di awal masa pandemi Covid-19, setiap hari ada ratusan korban berjatuhan dan membuat ketakutan dimana-mana. Sampai sekarang vaksin telah dilakukan namun belum mampu mengatasi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu masyarakat diminta untuk tetap menjaga kesehatan dan mengikuti protokol kesehatan yang telah di imbau oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Pencegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19 telah dilakukan dengan melakukan Lock down, Sosial Distancing, Physical Distancing dan penerapan Pembatasan Sosial Skala Besar (PSBB). Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan beberapa kebijakan seperti Instruksi Presiden Republik Indonesia untuk Work From Home (WFH) bekerja dari rumah. Bekerja dari rumah atau work from home yang dilaksanakan saat ini merupakan tindak lanjut atas imbauan Presiden Joko Widodo. Politeknik Bisnis Indonesia dan Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Indonesia merupakan Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Pematangsiantar mengambil bagian dalam pengabdian masyarakat dalam penuntasan penyebaran Covid-19.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implkasi dari variabel bebas komitmen organisasional terhadap variabel terikat kinerja karyawan di PT Karyabhakti Manunggal. Dengan menggunakan sampel terhadap 55 karyawan melalui analisa dengan penggunaan apliaksi SPSS versi 24. Analisa yang dilakukan dengan uji normalisa, koefisien determinasi, analisa jalur persamaan regresi sederhana dan uji t untuk menjawan hipotesa. Hasil normalitas bahwa semmua variabel berdistribusi normal, pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 61%, ,uji persamaan regresi Y = 14.948 + 1.254X menunjukan bahwa komitmen berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja, selanjutnya menerima hipotesa dari penelitian melalui hasil uji t

Abstract

Dewasa ini, bisnis kuliner sudah sangat menjamur di mana-mana. Di Kota Pematangsiantar sendiri terdapat ratusan tempat kuliner dengan berbagai variasi jenis makanan yang dapat dipilih oleh konsumen, seperti rumah makan, cafe, dan coffe shop. Bisnis coffe shop dinilai tidak hanya menawarkan makanan dan minuman saja, tetapi juga menawarkan fasilitas yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi pengunjungnya dengan harapan pengunjung akan merekomendasikan tempat ini kepada teman ataupun kerabat mereka sehingga akan meningkatkan pengunjung coffe shop. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan word of mouth sebagai pemediasi pada Publik Kopi Pematangsiantar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Teknik anallisis data terdiri dari uji normalitas, analisis deskriptif kualitatif, dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara fasilitas terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan word of mouth sebagai pemediasi pada Publik Kopi Pematangsiantar. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah pihak coffe shop sebaiknya menerapkan diskon dan promo dengan konsep yang berbeda setiap minggunya, menggunakan mesin grinder yang dapat mengurangi biaya dalam pembelian bahan kopi dan menghasilkan kualitas kopi yang jauh lebih baik, serta memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai wadah promosi yang lebih efektif dalam menjangkau pengunjung yang lebih luas.  Today, the culinary business has mushroomed everywhere. In Pematangsiantar City itself, there are hundreds of culinary places with various types of food that consumers can choose from, such as restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops. The coffee shop business is considered not only to offer food and drinks, but also to offer facilities that can provide comfort for visitors in the hope that visitors will recommend this place to their friends or relatives so that it will increase coffee shop visitors. This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities on consumer buying intention with word of mouth as a mediator in Publik Kopi Pematangsiantar. Data is collected by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument test used is validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques consist of normality test, qualitative descriptive analysis, and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that there is positive and significant influence between facilities on consumer buying interest with word of mouth as a mediator in Publik Kopi Pematangsiantar. Suggestions from the results of this study are the coffee shop should use a grinder machine that can reduce costs in purchasing coffee ingredients and produce much better quality coffee, apply discounts and promos with a different concept every week, and use social media as a better promotional platform. effective in reaching a wider audience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To find out the description of quality control and the products quality produced at CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar. 2. To find out the implementation of quality control to improve the products quality produced at CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar.The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. The process of quality control in the production process applied by CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar is not optimal. 2. The aesthetic and conformance dimensions of the product quality produced by CV Bina Tehnik Pematangsiantar are not optimal. 3. From the results of the histogram, irregularities or discrepancies found at the end of the QC or inspection of the final product / finished product are dominated almost 80% by 2 (two) types of non-conformity, namely the state of paint / color and the function of lights and hoses. 4. From the analysis of fishbone diagrams, it is known that the causes of irregularities are derived from raw material, human or worker factors, work methods and the environment. Keyword: Brand Image, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

As for this research problem formula is how To determine the influence of motivation and career development on employee job satisfaction in PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar. Research Method used in this writing is library research and field research. The population in this research is the employee of PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar which are 24 employees. The Data used is data by qualitative and quantitative, and technique of data collecting by questionnaires, interview and documentation. Then technique analyse the data use the descriptive method qualitative and quantitative descriptive method.Result of analysis from linear regresi modestly that is Ŷ = 16,518 + 0,402 X1 + 1,011 X2meaning there are positive influence between motivation and career development on employee job satisfaction. The strength of relationship between the variables is very strength, that is r= 0,843. From coefficient determinasi can explainable high and low of customer’s purchase decision 71,9 %, and the rest 28,1 % explained by other factor which is not discussed in this research. From result of processing and calculation questionnaires, writer get the conclusion that motivation and career development have positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction in PT Alamjaya Wirasentosa Depo Pematangsiantar. This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where result test the fhitung (26,888) > ttabel (3,47) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Keywords: Motivation, Career Development and Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Pematangsiantar. Metode penelitian mix method. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa komunikasi interpersonal dan kinerja pegawai sudah baik, serta terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kinerja pegawai. The purpose of this study was to determine the description and influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of employees at the Pematangsiantar City Disaster Management Agency. Mix method research method. The results showed that interpersonal communication and employee performance were good, and there was a positive and significant influence between interpersonal communication on employee performance.
