Abstract

Provinsi Riau memiliki 237 Puskesmas dari 12 Kabupaten yang telah ditetapkan sebagai puskesmas yang menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD), namun diantara 12 Kabupaten tersebut terdapat 4 Kabupaten yang belum menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) salah satunya adalah Kabupaten Bengkalis. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkalis telah ditetapkan menjadi Puskemas yang sudah layak untuk menerapkan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah, tetapi sampai saat ini masih belum diterapkan di Puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hambatan dalam penerapan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkalis. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilakukan dengan telaah dokumen serta wawancara mendalam kepada 7 orang informan yang terdiri dari Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, Kepala Bidang Pelayanan Kesehatan, Kepala Puskesmas, Bendahara Penerimaan dan Bendahara Pengeluaran. Lokasi Penelitian yaitu di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bengkalis, Puskesmas Bengkalis dan Puskesmas Selat Baru. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari 22 Maret –20 April 2022. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hambatan dalam penerapan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (PPK-BLUD) Puskesmas di Kabupaten Bengkalis dikarenakan tidak tersedianya sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan belum disahkan regulasi untuk membentuk SOP mengenai penerapan PPK-BLUD. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah Dinas Kesehatan dan Puskesmas agar tetap aktif berkoordinasi dan mencari solusi untuk dapat segera menerapkan kebijakan tersebut..

Abstract

Perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di tempat kerja, menumbuhkan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan nyaman, menurunkan angka absensi sakit, meningkatkan produktivitas kerja merupakan tujuan dari promosi K3. Dengan adanya potensi bahaya yang besar maka perlu adanya  penerapan program K3 di puskesmas sebagai langkah untuk mengupayakan terjaminnya keselamatan kerja tenaga kesehatan.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Implementasi Perilaku Petugas Kesehatan Dalam Penerapan PHBS Di Tempat Kerja Sebagai Upaya Promosi K3 Di Puskesmas Kota Baru Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang terdiri dari Pj program PHBS, kepala puskesmas, bidan, perawat, tenaga penyuluhan kesehatan. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan dengan wawancara dan observasi. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa SDM (sumber daya manusia) atau tenaga kesehatan pada bidang PHBS sudah tersedia, untuk program PHBS dana yang di peroleh dari dana BOK. Pengetahuan tenaga kesehatan seperti bidan, perawat, PJ program PHBS, tenaga penyuluhan terhadap PHBS di Tempat Kerja di Puskesmas Kota Baru Kurang baik, sikap petugas kesehatandalam penerapan PHBS di tempat kerja sudah cukup baik. Kebijakan Puskesmas terkait pelaksanaan PHBS di tempat belum dalam bentuk kebijakan tertulis. Diharapkan agar pihak puskesmas Kota Baru membuat kebijakan secara tertulis agar bisa di baca dan di terapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan. The purpose ofthe study to find out the Implementation of Health Officer Behavior in theImplementation of PHBS in the Workplace as an Effort to Promoteoccupational health and safety in New City Health Centers in 2021. Theresearch is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The information in thisstudy consisted of 5 people consisting of in charge of clean and healthyliving behavior programs , head of puskesmas, midwives, nurses, andhealth counseling staff, Qualitative data collection is done with interviewsand observations. Data validity uses triangulation techniques. The resultsof the study can be concluded that human resources (human resources)health workers in the field of PHBS are already available. for the PHBSprogram, funds obtained from BOK funds. Knowledge of health workerssuch as midwives, nurses, people in charge of PHBS programs andhealth extension workers Against PHBS at Work in The New City HealthCenter Less good, the attitude of health workers in the application ofPHBS in the workplace is good enough. Puskesmas policy related to theimplementation of PHBS on the spot is not yet in the form of a writtenpolicy. Abstract

Risk management is a systematic method of looking at risks and ensuring appropriate action on those risks. It is a means of identifying sources of risks and uncertainties and being able to predict the consequences that will arise and develop the reactions that should be tried to address those risks. This research aims to obtain in -depth information on the analysis of the application of occupational safety and health risk management in PT.W in 2022. This research was conducted using a qualitative research design by conducting in -depth interviews, to 5 people, namely 1 person HSE Super Intendent as the main informant, 1 person supervisor as key informant, and 3 workers as supporting informant . This study was conducted in January-April 2022. The results showed that in the assessment and determination of risk levels were found as many as 20 sources of hazards (hazards) that and cause 22 Accident risks that include 13 risks with low category (Low), 4 risks with category medium (Medium), 5 risks with a high category (High), namely: falling lifting load, overturned lift, hitting workers or other equipment, workers or eqiupment being hit or disturbing other road users, bouncing can injure workers. Recommended to PT.W to pay attention to field activities in each pipe sleeve installation process so that there are no accidents in the field while working.

Abstract

Handwashing With Soap is as an implementation of sanitation that achieves optimal hygiene by washing hands and fingers using soap in running water, one of the purposes of Washing Hands With Soap is to avoid infections contaminated with viruses through the nose, mouth, and eye contact. Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Social Service Technical Service Unit is a Tresna Werdha Social Service Technical Service Unit under the auspices of the Riau Provincial Social Service Office. Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Social Service Technical Service Unit has 64 elderly people, there are 7 cases of covid-19 in it. The purpose of this study is generally to look at factors related to the application of handwashing with soap to the elderly in the prevention of covid-19. This type of research is quantitative by using cross sectional design. The study sample was 64 elderly using Total Sampling. The location of this study was at the Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah Social Service Technical Service Unit in April-May 2022. The results showed that knowledge (P value = 0.006, OR = 4,948), attitude (P value = 0.011, OR = 4,385), action (P value = 0.005, OR = 5,273), handwashing facilities with soap (P value = 0.035, OR = 3,438) means that there is a significant relationship with the application of handwashing with soap in the elderly in the prevention of Covid-19. It is recommended for the Social Service Technical Service Unit of Tresna Werdha Khusnul Khotimah to increase the application of washing tangsan with soap for the elderly by accompanying every activity to implement hand washing and providing campaign / educational media such as banners / posters regarding the application of handwashing with soap in the prevention of Covid-19.

Abstract

Hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure ≧90 mmHg. In addition, in primary medical practice hypertension is one of the most common diseases found. The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) believes that one in three patients has hypertension. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the hypertension management program in the working area of the RI Sidomulyo Public Health Center in 2022. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive research design with in-depth interviews, observation and document tracking methods, to 5 informants consisting of the Head of the Public Health Center, the Person in Charge of the PTM Program , Head of Administration, Doctors, and Nurses. This research was carried out in Mei 2022 at the Indonesian Health Center Sidomulyo Pekanbaru City. The results of this study indicate that human resources are adequate but the coordination and cross-programme are not running well. Facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate, such as the unavailability of a technical guidebook for the discovery and management of hypertension and no instructions for implementing the hypertension program. covid-19, in addition to the puskesmas itself, the visit, judging from the achievements, the SPM is not too good, because many people are lazy to seek treatment and do not care about their health and the implementation of the PTM Posbindu in the Implementation of the Hypertension Management Program in the Work Area of the Indonesian Health Center Sidomulyo was known before the pandemic Covid-19 activities at the Posbindu implementation have been going well, but during the pandemic the activities did not run and were not optimal, apart from the lack of Posbindu.

Abstract

The processing of medical record files has an important role to support the achievement of administrative order in efforts to improve health services in hospitals. This study aims to see how the process of processing medical record files at the Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital, Riau Province 2022. The research method used is qualitative analytics. The informant consisted of 6 people, namely the Head of the Medical Support Services Section, the Head of Medical Record Installation and 4 medical record officers. How to collect data with in-depth interviews and observations at the Petala Bumi Regional General Hospital, Riau Province. Research shows that Human Resources in Medical Record Installations are still lacking and medical record file processing training has not been carried out thoroughly to officers. Facilities and infrastructure to support the work of officers are inadequate. In the assembling section, there are still incomplete documents. Coding officer had difficulty in reading the doctor's writing and the diagnosis was not found in the ICD-10 book The process of indexing medical records has not been carried out in full. In the reporting of the hospital SIMRS is still in the process of being refined. The analysis section has not been intense in the communication of the medics with the medical records officers. The filling part of the medical record file storage system lacks storage racks and narrow storage space. It is necessary to add medical records officers and infrastructure in the Medical Record Intalation. The process of processing medical record files needs accuracy and clarity in terms of completeness and diagnosis. In the filling section, it is necessary to add a medical record file storage rack and expand the storage space so that the medical record file processing process can run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Distribution is the most important step in meeting the need for medicines that are evenly distributed to all Puskesmas in Bengkalis Regency, Sungai Alam Health Center and Seat Baru, is was found that were vacancies for certain drug item and drug that had expired at the Puskesmas. Dtrug needs planning, which was based on usage complications. Medicines in all puskesmas have not been implemented properly by the Phamarcy Department of Health one of the reasons is the limited distribution of distributors in supplying drugs. The purpose of this study is to determine the evaluation of Grug Distribution from the Pharmaceutical at the pharmacy werehouse to Sungai Alam and Selat Baru Bengkalis Regency in 2022. This type of research is a descriptive evaluation study with a qualitative method. The research subject is the Head of the Pharmaceutical Section, the Head of the Health Center, the person in charge. Research time March-June 2022. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, document search and observations. The Results showed that the implementtation of a good drug distribution method in pharmacy werehouses had not been carried out in accordance with the operational standars. And in the projection of thee need for drug, is it hope that the process of ordering drugs can improve earlier and coordinate more optimally with the Health Office regarding the State revenue Budget Drug Allocation by the Provincial Health logistics pharmacy Installation to Bengkalis regency.

Abstract

Pulmonary tuberculosis is a disease caused by the bacteria Mycobacterium tuberculosis. These bacteria generally attack the lungs, such as lymph nodes, skin, digestive tract (intestines), the lining of the brain, and so on. Tambusai Public Health Center is the lowest suspected pulmonary tuberculosis finding, where data on pulmonary tuberculosis suspect findings in 2019 was 215 (21.2%) cases, in 2020 there were 198 (20%) cases, while in 2021 it was 140 (16%). The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of health personnel resources on the discovery of suspects in the pulmonary tuberculosis control program at the Tambusai Health Center, Rokan Hulu Regency in 2022. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative method. The research subjects were the head of the puskesmas, the person in charge of the pulmonary tuberculosis program at the puskesmas, laboratory staff, and the families of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Research Time April-June 2022. Data collection was carried out by in-depth interviews, document searches and observations. The results showed that the determination of human resources was not in accordance with education in the tuberculosis control program while laboratory human resources were in accordance with their education, for the obstacles faced by human resources in carrying out suspect examinations in the tuberculosis control program itself but they could still be overcome, while for human resources training, it was carried out once in a week. 1 year, for the infrastructure is quite complete. It is recommended that the puskesmas should look for human resources personnel in accordance with the field and education of the pulmonary tuberculosis program, and conduct human resources training at least 2x in 1 year on a regular basis, as well as for infrastructure facilities in controlling the tuberculosis program in more detail, provide reports to the Department and as soon as possible get a TCM tool from Service for the fastest tuberculosis examination

Abstract

The dimension of service quality is very important from the patient’s perpective as indicated by the presence of patient satisfaction which has a significant relationship which has a significant relationship with the dimensions of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of this study was to determine the Analisys of service quality factors on factors on patient satisfaction in outpatient polyclinic at Bhayangkara Hospital TK. III Pekanbaru Polda Riau. Technique of the study This is a study quantitatively by using design research analytic with design cross-sectional. Research is carried out at Bhayangkara Hospital TK. III Pekanbaru Polda Riau with sample 116 respondents. The sampling technique used is using the Lemeshow formula. Tools measure that is used is the questionnaire. Data analysis consists of univariate analysis and bivariate with test Chi-square. The results of the study show that the majority of respondents aged 56-75 years (late elderly) were 87 respondents (75,0%), the majority of respondents have high school education as many as 38 respondents (32,8%), the majority of respondents work privately as many as 51 respondents (44,0%), the majority of respondents are female as many as 74 respondents (63,8%), the majority of respondents with poor Responsiveness (Responsiveness) were 67 respondents (57,8%), the majority of respondents with Competence (Competence) were 68 respondents (58,6%), the majority of respondents with Tangible (Tangible) were 63 respondents (54,3%), the majority of respondents with communication (communication) were 68 respondents (58,6%). There is a significant effect between Responsiveness (Responsiveness) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,038, There is a significant effect between Competence (Competence) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,039, There is a significant effect between Tangible (Tangible) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,018, and There is a significant effect between Competence (Competence) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,039, There is a significant effect between communication (communication) and patient satisfaction, where p value < 0,05 is 0,029.
