Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of In House Training (IHT) in increasing teacher pedagogical competence. Pedagogic competence is one of the teacher competencies which have an important vital role in achieving student learning outcomes quality. If the teacher's pedagogical competence is low, it may affect the learning outcomes of students. One of the efforts is through activities to increase teacher pedagogical competence. One of the activities to increase teacher competence is through training. The most effective and efficient competencies improvement training model is In House Training (IHT). This training can accommodate teacher training needs with easy access. The type of data used is secondary data. The method used in this research is the literature study method. The data obtained were collected, analyzed, and concluded to get conclusions about the literature study. Based on the research results, literature studies from several research results and journal articles show that In House Training activities can improve teacher pedagogical competence.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to look at the use of modules to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics for elementary schools. Modules are a source of learning in learning activities. Modules can be either manual or e-modules. The type of data used is secondary data. The method used in this research is the literature study method. The data obtained were compiled, analyzed, and concluded in  to get conclusions about the literature study. Based on the research results of literature studies from several research results and books and journal articles, it shows that: (1) the use of modules can increase student motivation. (2) the use of modules can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out, explore, study, and describe the implementation of disciplinary character education in elementary schools and expected to help find the right policies to support the successful implementation of character education. The type of data used is secondary data. This research uses the literature study method. The data obtained were collected, analyzed, and concluded obtain conclusions about the literature study. Based on the research results, literature studies from several research results and journal articles indicate that implementation school policies by establishing good cooperation between all school residents and school committees can increase the success of the implementation of character education in elementary schools.

Abstract

The written article purposes were to discussed and interpreted the understanding of kentongan philosophy and the development of kentongan art and culture as an effort to preserve the local culture of Banyumas in the 21st century. This paper is accompanied by simple research using qualitative R&D. Data collected in from interviews that are described qualitatively. The results of the study are described in a qualitative description resulting in that Cipete Muhammadiyah elementary school students can understand the kentongan philosophy by liking kentongan art and culture; Cipete Muhammadiyah elementary school students are accustomed to playing kentongan cultural arts twice a week, so that they can win 1st champion in Banyumas Regency, as a physical proof of the love of local cultural arts and the main students as the next generation of the nation's hope of love and pride in local indigenous culture, art Banyumasan Kentongan culture.

Abstract

Kompetensi profesional terkait dengan kemampuan guru dalam menguasai materi dari bidang studi atau mata pelajaran yang menjadi kewenangannya secara luas dan mendalam. Kompetensi profesional juga mencakup penguasaan materi keilmuan, penguasaan kurikulum dan silabus, metode khusus pembelajaran bidang studi, dan wawasan etika serta pengembangan profesi. Kompetensi kepribadian dan sosial sangat erat berhubungan dengan kemampuan guru dalam berinteraksi dan berkomunikasi secara efektif dan efisien, baik dengan peserta didik, sesama guru, orang tua / wali peserta didik, dan masyarakat sekitar. Profesionalisme dapat diwujudkan dalam berbagai hal. Salah satu caranya adalah dengan mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan terkait pengembangan kualitas kemampuannya. Materi pelatihan terkait penelitian-penelitian bagi guru sangat penting dan mutlak perlu dilakukan. Selain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang sudah sering dilakukan guru, Penelitian dan Pengembangan juga penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam bidan pedagogik dan profesionalisme. Dengan metode Penelitian dan Pengembangan atau Research and Development (RnD), guru akan dapat mengevaluasi kinerjanya dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas, guru juga dapat menghasilkan sebuah produk untuk mempermudah siswa dalam memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru. Dengan melakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar di kelas, maka diharapkan akan terjadi peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas dan pada giliran selanjutnya sekolah.

Abstract

Indonesia menghadapi Kelemahan sekaligus Tantangan yang sangat besar “Chaos” pasca pandemic/Covid 19, perekonomian yang menjadi lesu karena harus dirumahkan banyak pekerja, mencari pekerjaan yang semakin sulit, masuknya tenaga asing, modal kerja kurang sehingga masyarakat menjadi tamu di negerinya sendiri, lemah tak berdaya, kebingungan menghadapi masa depan, namun disisi lain Indonesia memiliki kekuatan dan peluang yakni sumber daya alam yang melimpah yang dapat diolah sebagai secara mandiri mata pencaharian ramah lingkungan, ekonomis dan kreatif. Bagaimana praktik dasar eco print ramah lingkungan dilaksanakan? Bagaimana hasil pelatihan praktik dasar eco print ramah lingkungan. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah melalui pelatihan teknik dasar dan menengah ecoprinting ini adalah:Mengurangi pengangguran dengan melalukan wirausaha ecoprinting; Memberdayakan sumber daya alam ramah lingkungan dan sumber daya manusia yang tidak memiliki pencaharian; Suasana melakukan pekerjaan yang menyenangkan, inovatif dan kreatis dan bernilai ekonomis; Menumbuhkan minat ekonomi yang lebih aktif dan kreatif.

Abstract

Traffic and road transport has a strategic role to support national development and integration as part of efforts to promote public welfare as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. As part of a transportation system that has to be developed its potential and role to create security, safety, discipline and smooth traffic and road transportation in order to support economic development and the development of science and technology, in Law number 22 of 2009 concerning traffic and road transportation, it is explicitly stated that there is a sharpening of the formulation of principles and objectives, which is in addition to creating traffic and road transportation that is safe, secure, discipline, smooth and integrated with other transportation models, the Law aims at supporting the national economy, realizing public welfare and national unity, and upholding the dignity of the nation. Therefore,  aspects of security and safety are a concern in realizing ethics and cultures in a cross-disciplined manner, through efforts of guidance and education from an early age in elementary schools in a sustainable manner so that it is expected to reduce the number of traffic accidents which tend to be dominated by school age. One reason is due to the many violations and less knowledge of legal awareness in traffic. Ethics and cultural of traffic is implemented in the teaching and learning process that is integrated through 2013 curriculum since early age with techniques and methods of learning that are conducive and correct with teaching materials for elementary school so they understand traffic procedures that can benefit themselves and others, and in the end can realize security, safety, order and smooth traffic.

Abstract

Tulisan ini berisi tentang berbagai permasalahan pembelajaran yang sering terjadi di sekolah. Pembelajaran yang monoton, masih one way, berpusat pada guru, tidak menarik, yang akhirnya membuat peserta didik jenuh dalam pelaksanaannya menjadi contoh-contohnya. Tujuan Lesson Study adalah untuk meningkatkan profesional guru, maka Lesson Study menjadi salah satu solusi alternatif dalam pembelajaran. Lesson Study bukan sebagai suatu model atau metode, akan tetapi sebagai suatu upaya pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh guru pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung baik di dalam kelas atau-pun di luar kelas guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan harus terus diupayakan guna tercapainya tujuan pendidikan nasional. Studi pustaka serta hasil observasi tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran di kelas menjadi metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini. Lesson Study (LS) merupakan pembinaan profesi pendidik melalui pengkajian pembelajaran secara kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip kolegalitas dan mutual learning untuk membangun learning community. Lesson study menyediakan suatu proses untuk berkolaborasi dan merancang lesson (pembelajaran) dan mengevaluasi kesuksesan strategis. Strategi mengajar yang telah diterapkan sebagai upaya meningkatkan proses dan perolehan belajar siswa. Guru bekerja sama untuk merencanakan, mengajar, dan mengamati suatu pembelajaran yang dikembangkannya secara kooperatif. Artikel ini akan membahasberkaitan dengan sejarahnya, hingga tahapan dalam pelaksanaanya.

Abstract

Starting from the rampant behavior and attitudes of moral decadence or a decline in moral values among adolescents, 21st century learning requires a theoretical study of values, character and moral education that is more comprehensive, conducive and consistent in overcoming moral decadence. Educational thinkers (including moral and charac¬ter education) such as: (1) Thomas Lickona; (2) Ki Hadjar Dewantara, and (3) Lawrence Kohlberg, define the concept of education as having different emphases, but they essentially also have the same view, namely that education emphasizes the goal of making students intellectually and morally good, national character, noble character, and carried out through a learning process with directed procedures and adequate infrastructure. By conducting qualitative research-case studies in several schools, the results obtained are that there are seve¬ral alternatives to overcome moral decadence behavior, including: a) Supervision; b) provide character education; c) law enforcement as fair as possible; d) improve religious and character education or moral or character education; e) attention from all parties, the government, the education office (in particular), practitioners, schools, especially parents of students.
