Abstract

AbstractPerformance headmaster has been going well, it can be seen from the interviews that the headmaster had duties and obligations as ideally headmaster duties properly, such as the headmaster had a good work program was short, medium, and long, always carry out the evaluation to the learning process, but there are some obstacles faced by educational institutions in effecting the learning process, including the lack of existing infrastructure, lack of teachers according to their academic qualifications, so the effect on the learning process. Keywords: Performance Principals and Effective Learning Process

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja penelitian dosen Prodi PAI Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Raden Fatah palembang Tahun 2017, studi pendahuluan pada bulan Februari 2017, di Prodi PAI menunjukkan data bahwa jumlah dosen tetap berstatus PNS adalah 26 orang dengan kualifikasi akademik S2 lima belas orang, dan S3 11 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan informan kunci dosen-dosen tetap PNS Prodi PAI yang dipilih berdasarkan pertimbangan peneliti (purpossive sampling) mewakili kepangkatan lektor, lektor kepala dan guru besar. Teknik pengumpulan data yang utama adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data digunakan menurut Miles dan Huberman, meliputi data reduction, data display, dan conclusion/verification. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja penelitian dosen prodi PAI FITK UIN Raden Fatah Palembang cukup bervariasi. Setidaknya ada beberapa faktor, yaitu faktor kemampuan (kompetensi), motivasi berprestasi, motivasi ekonomi, kebijakan, dan ada juga faktor kepribadian. Namun, dari kelima faktor tersebut, yang mendominasi tampaknya hanya tiga faktor, yaitu kompetensi, motivasi berprestasi, motivasi ekonomi, dan kebijakan.

Abstract

The topic of this study was the managerial competence of principle of madrasahat MTs Al-Hikmah Palembang. The undelying rationale was the role of madrasah princplein an educational institution was very important, MTs Al-Hikmah which was located in adensely populated society, demanded the principle to be able to manage his institution inachieving educational goals. The scope ranging from the preparation of school plans,school organizations to supervision of the i school activities implimentation. This researchwas field research that was qualitative naturalistic. and the sources of the data wereprimary data and secondary data. the technique for collcting the data was using fieldobservations regarding the implementation of madrasah chief managerial competencies,then the documentation also dealt with managerial competence activities. While thisinterview was carried out to the Head of Madrasah, Educators, Administrative Staff, andseveral other respondents. Data analysis started from reduction, data presentation andverification. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was known that the managerialcompetence of the priciple had been going well, because the scope of the manager'smadrasah managerial competencies had been ranging from planning, organizing tosupervision of the madrasah activities implimntaion. it had been going well and wassupported by educators and education staff including the condusive madrasah climate. itwas just that the budget was still a problem in supporting the education process and that hadan impact in school facilities.

Abstract

This article examines the headmaster of a tsanawiyah madrasa. The madrasa head as a top manager must be good and have the competency according to the PP's mandate. 13 of 2007 concerning School / Madrasah Standards. This article is a qualitative naturalistic, key informant for madrasah principals, teaching staff and education. While informants supporting the deputy head of the madrasa, students. Interview, documentation, and observation data collection techniques, data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, verification / conclusion drawing, and data triangulation. The conclusion is the performance of the madrasa head has been going well, such as carrying out an effective learning process, continuous improvement, carrying out self-reflection towards character building, educator and educational staff development, fostering responsive, anticipatory, and high achievement expectations, transparent management of education, and develop instructional leadership. The supporting factors of the competency of madrasah headmasters, structural, communication, teaching staff, education staff, students, and internal environment are conducive. Inhibiting factors of madrasa budget constraints, limited facilities, infrastructure, and an unfavorable external environment.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe in depth between the link of school policy and the school quality improvement. The method in this study is a qualitative method using the case study presented descriptively. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Babat Tomat Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Based on this study it was found that the First, free school policy can help the economy / ease the burden of school costs to be incurred by the parents. Second, the policy constraints of the application for free school educa-tion at SMAN 2 Babat Toman is not very effective, so that the students' interest is not increasing, infrastructure is one of the obstacles in the implementation of free school education, how the quality of schools will be increased if it is not supported by facilities and complete infrastructure. Third, the quality of school education free SMAN 2 Babat Toman already realized well with regard to input, input turns unselected maximum, that is the students. Fourth, the implementation of free school education in Banyuasin, the quality of school SMAN 2 Babat Toman Muba Sumsel was not increased. This means that the implementation for free school education quality of school SMAN 2 Babat Toman was not increased.Keywords : free schools, school quality, case studies

Abstract

The lesson of Fiqh by using the method of demonstration in Class IV Madrasah IbtidaiyahNegeri DesaPenggage with the aim of research that is to know the use of demonstration method so that it can be effective learning of fiqh. The method used is field research method. The subjects of this field research are students of fourth grade Madrasah IbtidaiyahNegeriDesa Penggage with the type of quantitative descriptive research, where the results are presented in numerical form and clarified with narrative descriptive. The population of this study is all students of Class IV MIN DesaPenggage. Data collection techniques were conducted using observation methods, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and test techniques. While the data analysis technique used is the analysis of test "t" and get the result that the method of demonstration used as a method that can streamline the learning of fiqh and give a positive impact.

Abstract

Implementasi Prinsip Multiple Intelligences dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas III di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Najahiyah Palembang. Adapun prinsip Multiple Intelligences pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan materi menulis karangan. Rumusan masalah yakni bagaimana hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan prinsip Multiple Intelligences dan apakah ada perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan prinsip Multiple Intelligences pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas III di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Najahiyah Palembang, dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, tes, dan dokumentasi. Sehingga dengan teknik analisis data kuantitatif yaitu menguraikan data-data yang dapat dihitung dengan angka-angka menggunakan rumus tes “t”. Hasil analisis data yakni sebelum digunakan prinsip Multiple Intelligences yaitu tergolong tinggi (baik) sebanyak 3 orang siswa (12%) kategori tinggi (nilai di atas 76,74), tergolong sedang sebanyak 15 Orang siswa (60%), siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedang (nilai antara 37,6 sampai 76,74), dan yang tergolong rendah sebanyak 7 Orang siswa (28%), siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedang (nilai dibawah 37,6). Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa sesudah digunakan prinsip Multiple Intelligences yaitu yang tergolong tinggi (baik) sebanyak 7 orang siswa (28%), siswa kategori tinggi (nilai di atas 94), tergolong sedang sebanyak 16 Orang siswa (64%), siswa termasuk dalam kategori sedang (nilai antara 74 sampai 94), dan yang tergolong rendah sebanyak 2 Orang siswa (8%), dalam kategori rendah (nilai dibawah 74). Hipotesa alternatif diterima dengan rincian to lebih besar dari tt baik pada taraf signifikan 1% maupun 5% dengan perincian 2.79<-10,64>2.06. berarti adanya perbedaan hasil belajar antara sebelum dan sesudah digunakan prinsip Multiple Intelligences dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas III di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Najahiyah.

Abstract

Classroom arrangement is an important part of supporting the importance of education. Sometimes the arrangement of classrooms is not paid attention to, so that learning is not optimal, with this research, it aims to make educators aware of the importance of good classroom arrangement, in order to achieve the goals of an education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods or types, meaning to explain, describe or describe things in improving the learning achievement of eighth grade students of MTs Aulia Cendekia Palembang. Then the techniques used to collect research data are observation, interviews and documentation. This technique must be used during field reseach, in order to obtain the necessary data. Furthermore, after the data has been collected using these techniques, the next step is data analysis techniques, with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The implementation of claasroom arrangement plays a major role in helping to create a learning process that is in accordance with the learning objectives. The arrangement of the classroom includes arrangement of student seating according to the physical condition of the student, arrangement of learning tools that are stored and used properly, installation of student work which includes forms of creativity and innovation of students, as weel as adequate lighting arrangements. Adequate in the importance of structuring the classroom. The results of this study are expected to be able to provide understanding to prospective teachers and become an evaluation for teachers that the implementation of classroom arrangement is important.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Kinerja Pegawai Tata Usaha Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Karya Ibu Palembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan pokoknya adalah Kepala Sekolah dan Kepala Tata Usaha. Sumber data primer berupa penelitian lapangan dan data sekunder berupa data-data yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi, buku dan jurnal. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Kinerja Pegawai Tata Usaha Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di SMP Karya Ibu Palembang sudah berjalan baik seperti biasa Kualitas kerja yang dilakukan para pegawai tata usaha sudah baik dimulai dari memahami dahulu apa yang diperintahkan, menyesuaikan jadwal yang telah dibuat dan menyelesaikan tugas dan tanggung jawab secara efektif dan efisien Selanjutnya ketepatan waktu pegawai tata usaha dalam melaksanakan tugas sudah dilakukan dengan dan aktif dalam melakukan pekerjaan pada masa pandemi covid-19 serta sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditentukan. Kemampuan pegawai tata usaha dalam mengerjakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki. Komunikasi antar pegawai maupun dengan atasan terjalin dengan baik, antara atasan dan bawahan. Kemudian para pegawai memiliki inisiatif dan pemikiran tersendiri untuk mengembangkan ide-ide baru. Serta memiliki sikap disiplin dan bertanggung jawab atas tugas yang diberikan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sarana prasarana sangat penting dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari 1) pengertian sarana prasarana, yaitu sarana dan prasarana mempunyai fungsi dan peran dalam pencapaian kegiatan pembelajaran sesuai kurikulum satuan pendidikan; 2) pengertian manajemen sarana prasarana, yaitu sarana dan prasarana didayagunakan dan dikelola untuk kepentingan proses pembelajaran di sekolah: 3) prinsip-prinsip manajemen sarana prasarana, yaitu a) prinsip percapaian tujuan, b) prinsip efisiensi, c) prinsip administratif, d) prinsip kejelasan tanggung jawab, dam e) prisip kekohesifan; 4) proses manajemen sarana prasarana, yaitu proses perencanaan, pengadaan, penggunaan, inventarisasi, pemeliharaan, dan penghapusan; dan 5) sarana prasarana dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan, yaitu sekolah yang memiliki sarana dan prasarana yang memadai akan mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sekolah.
