Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengindentifikasi penerapan aplikasi sistem informasi akademik pancasakti (SIAP) dan kualitas pelayanan di dalam meningkatkan kepuasan mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan objek penelitian mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pancasakti Tegal. Pendekatan menggunakan purposive sampling method dan rumus Yamane. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 mahasiswa. Dengan menggunakan analisis data regresi linear berganda, Uji T, Uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akademik Pancasakti (SIAP) dan Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Dan secara parsial sistem informasi akademik pancasakti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, Kualitas Pelayanan Administrasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian juga menkorfimasi atas penelitian-penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya.This study aims to identify the application of the Pancasakti Academic Information System (SIAP) application and service quality in increasing student satisfaction at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasakti University, Tegal. This study uses a quantitative approach with the object of research is students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Pancasakti University, Tegal. The approach uses a purposive sampling method and the Yamane formula. The sample in this study were 100 students. By using multiple linear regression data analysis, T test, F test and the coefficient of determination. This study found that the Pancasakti Academic Information System (SIAP) and the Quality of Administrative Services simultaneously had a significant effect on student satisfaction. And partia`lly Pancasakti academic information system has a significant effect on student satisfaction, Administrative Service Quality has a significant effect on student satisfaction. The results of the study also confirm the previous studies.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are the largest contributor to state revenues in Indonesia. However, along with the development of information technology, SMEs are forced to follow the use of information technology-based accounting information systems as a competitive strategy. The limited quality of SME human resources is the main factor hindering the use of accounting information systems to improve performance and competitive strategies to compete with other SMEs. Research journal research methodology is the choice of researchers to reduce the concept of novelty as an alternative strategy for improving the performance of SMEs. The concept of the novelty model is Subjective Planning Innovation, which is a plan that is owned, designed, stored, used and updated (innovation) that uses an indirect accounting recording system by SME entrepreneurs based on previous work experience (subjective). Furthermore, the model concept, dimensions and limitations of the study are explained in detail in this study.

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) sebagai salah satu pelaku usaha di dunia perbankan juga memiliki peran penting dalam memajukan perekonomian di Indonesia meskipun skala kegiatan usahanya tidak sebesar bank umum. Tujiuan penelitian  untuk mengetahui pengaruh BOPO terhadap  kinerja keuangan; mengetahui pengaruh LDIR terhadap  kinerja keuangan; mengetahui pengaruh NPL terhadap  kinerja keuangan; mengetahui pengaruh CAR terhadap  kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan  kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan Analisis regresi liner berganda dan Uji Signifikan (uji t, uji F dan Koefisien Determinasi). Dari hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh BOPO terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR; ada pengaruh LDIR terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR; tidak terdapat pengaruh NPL terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR di Kota dan Kabupaten Tegal; ada pengaruh CAR terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR di Kota dan Kabupaten Tegal; tidak ada pengaruh cash ratio  terhadap  kinerja keuangan BPR di Kota dan Kabupaten Tegal. Sedangkan secara simultan bahwa terdapat pengaruh BOPO, LDIR, NPL, CAR, dan cash ratio kinerja keuangan BPR di Kota dan Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

The increasing number of gallon water refill business competition makes these refilling entrepreneurs compete to improve the quality of their gallon refill services to customers, one of which is using online ordering services by customers, so that the job of refill officers who go around looking for empty gallons can be avoided. This research uses the User Centered Design (UCD) method in its development and is designed to be accessible online using PHP and MySQL database. where in this system in addition to producing an easy refill drinking water ordering system, how to order through the application can also generate automatic coupons for every purchase of refilled drinking water by customers and can exchange coupons with prizes systematically carried out by refill officers, so it is already no more forms of paper coupons that could be at risk of being lost or torn. The results of the iteration of adjusting system requirements to user needs are only carried out once, namely with the addition of a water price master data module.

Abstract

The rise and fall of Bloods Distro sales volume is caused by Bloods Distro members who do not place orders every month. If a member does not transact consecutively for one year or more, the Bloods Distribution Company will automatically deactivate the member. Apart from the lack of member updates in selling to consumers, the purchase rate has decreased because it is influenced by customer buying interest in Brand Distros, where customers who are initially interested in buying Brand Distros in a certain month then become not interested in making repeat purchases even though different brands are offered. brand previously offered by the consultant. The purpose of the study, to analyze (1) whether brand image affects purchasing decisions, (2) whether product quality affects purchasing decisions, (3) whether price perceptions affect purchasing decisions, (4) whether brand image, product quality and price perceptions simultaneously influence the purchasing decision of Bloods distribution in Tegal City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The number of samples is 100 respondents, purposive sampling technique, data collection using a questionnaire, analysis tool using multiple regression. The results of the study, (1) Brand image variables have no effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Product quality variables affect purchasing decisions, (3) Price perception variables affect purchasing decisions, (4) Brand image variables, product quality and price perceptions simultaneously influence on purchasing decisions for Bloods distributions in Tegal City, (5) the percentage of variable contribution obtained is 67.90%, meaning that variations in bloods distributions purchasing decisions in Tegal City can be explained by brand image, product quality and price perception. The remaining 32.10%, explained by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Company performance in this study use as the mediating variable to examine how managerial ownership, intellectual capital, and companyperformance affect firm value. 47 mining businesses listed on the IDX between 2017--2021 constitute the study population using a sample selection method called purposive sampling. 36 mining companies were sampled for this study. This study used simple regression as a data analysis method using SPSS ver.26 software. Intellectual capital isn’ta factor that affects the company value. There is no difference that affects company value in company performance. Managerial ownership variables significantly and profitably influence business performance. Through the use of corporate performance variables, corporate social responsibility and corporate values can be linked. Company performance indicators can act as mediators between managerial ownership and firm value. Variables related to business performance cannot act as mediators in the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value.

Abstract

Tax is state revenues that have important role on development also is one of the elements in the APBN. General administration at the Tegal City Pratama Tax Service Office, improving the quality of employees, hire employees every year, and developing the use of e-filling applications. which experienced development and growth with a total of 140,042 people in 2019 who are engaged in 17 types of business fields (dinkop umkm Central Java, 2019). This study aims to provide empirical evidences based on effects of the effectiveness tax digitization on taxpayer awareness and government trust aware of taxpayer awareness. In this study, data was collected by distributes questionnaire to obtain a sample of 74 samples and then processed using SPSS 22 software. The data analysis technique is the form of quantitative data also used simple linear regressions data analysis. This study also shows there was positive influence in the effectiveness of tax digitization on taxpayer awareness and the positive influence of government trust on the awareness of Tegal Regency MSE taxpayers

Abstract

Marketing is one of the strategies to increase the activities of a company in terms of promoting the products it sells. In the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 now, promotional strategies must be able to take advantage of existing opportunities, must be able to use social media as marketing tools. This is because people's habits today are that they prefer to shop online. As we already know that social media is an inseparable part of today's society. By taking advantage of existing opportunities, social media can be used to promote. The current phenomenon is that the company has also collaborated with Influencers in carrying out their promotions. Influencers are usually artists or it can be from a celebrity who becomes an idol or their followers or followers from social media. Influencers themselves are partnered with a company in order to convey the purpose of the product to be promoted to certain target consumers. The research approach is a literature review approach and a qualitative descriptive method and the flow used in this study uses the AISAS (Attention, Interest, Search, Action and Share) approach

Abstract

The objective of the Directorate General of Taxes, a governmental entity operating within the Ministry of Finance, is to enhance tax revenue by implementing tax reforms that streamline the tax system. These reforms encompass modifications to tax rates, non-taxable income thresholds, and tax collection procedures. Despite serving as a fundamental pillar of the nation's economy, a significant number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) exhibit non-compliance concerning their tax obligations. A research investigation was undertaken to ascertain the influence of tax knowledge, gender, and individual characteristics on the tax compliance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the tax office of KPP Pratama Kota Tegal. The employed metadata analysis methodology involved utilizinutilizationar regression analysis. The intended outcome of this research endeavor is the endeavor of the findings in reputable journals that are accredited with a SINTA rating of 3 or 4. The primary objective of this research is to enhance tax compliance among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), hence leading to an increase in regional revenues. Additionally, this study seeks to contribute to overall development efforts.
