Abstract

SMK Al Ma'shum annually conducts socialization and promotions in junior high schools. Prediction of the number of prospective new students is one of the most important things in the evaluation process or high cognitive at SMK Al Ma'shum. This serves to determine the priority of how many prospective students will be accepted, where the number of students sometimes tends to decrease and increase. This makes the school must try to estimate the number of new students from each of these majors next year will increase or decrease. If this is not done by the school, it will have an impact on the operational costs of the school. The goal is to predict the number of prospective new students who will be accepted at the Al Ma'shum Vocational School next year using the forecasting exponential smoothing method. The prediction system for new students at the Al Ma'shum Vocational School uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​to help the forecasting process be fast and accurate. The prediction results for 2022 are accounting majors as many as 19.23 new students with MAPE 20.52%, computer and network engineering majors as many as 102.73 new students with MAPE 9.12% and motorcycle engineering majors as many as 76 new students with MAPE 25.53 %. So it can be concluded that the forecasting exponential smoothing method can help predict new students at SMK Al Ma'shum.

Abstract

Abstract: Waste is waste generated from a production process both industrial and domestic or household. The definition of waste according to Law Number 18 of 2008 concerning Waste Management That waste is the residue of daily human activities or natural processes in solid or semi-solid form, in the form of organic or inorganic substances that are biodegradable or non-biodegradable which are considered no longer useful and discharged into the environment. To anticipate that waste will not be thrown anywhere, usually each region in the form of work agencies, government and others prepare trash cans to dispose of the waste, such as at SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. Based on the results of field service, all students of SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai are enthusiastic about taking part in microcontroller training, while from the results of testing the tool design, when the distance is less than 40 cm, the sensor will send data and the data will be compared by Arduino, and moves the servo from 100 to 100. 85 degrees. Meanwhile, if the angle change occurs, the output of the mini df player will be active and make a sound. For the overall voltage of the circuit, it uses a 5VDC voltage and is supplied from 2 adapters, namely from Arduino and external sources. Adapun definisi sampah menurut Undang Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2008 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Bahwa Sampah adalah sisa kegiatan sehari-hari manusia atau proses alam yang berbentuk padat atau semi padat, berupa zat organik atau anorganik bersifat dapat terurai atau tidak dapat terurai yang dianggap tidak berguna lagi dan dibuang ke lingkungan. Untuk mengantisipasi agar sampah tidak dibuang kemana mana, biasanya tiap wilayah baik dalam bentuk instansi kerja, pemerintahan dan lainnya menyiapkan tong sampah untuk membuang sampah tersebut, seperti di SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian dilapangan seluruh siswa SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai antusias dalam mengikuti pelatihan micrcontroller, sementara dari hasil pengujian rancangan alat, ketika jarak kurang dari 40 cm maka sensor akan mengirimkan data dan data tersebut akan dibandingkan oleh arduino, dan menggerakan servo dari sudut 0 menuju sudut 100 derajat. Sementara jika perubahan sudut tersebut terjadi, maka output dari df player mini akan aktif dan mengeluarkan suara. Untuk tegangan keseluruhan rangkaian menggunakan tegangan 5VDC dan disupply dari 2 adaptor, yaitu dari sumber arduino dan luar.Kata Kunci: Arduino, Microcontroller, SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai, Tong Sampah Pintar

Abstract

Abstrack : CV Rifanta is a computer shop located on Jalan Anwar Idris, Datuk Bandar District, Tanjungbalai City. CV Rifanta currently has many customers, so many computer parts, laptops and printing machines are classified as objects that are still the target of theft by unknown persons. Based on this, the service carried out discusses the application of doors with an android control system, using the output of the door lock solenoid. The test results found that when the door lock solenoid is placed at the top, middle and bottom of the shop door, and is given an external voltage using a 5 VDC / 2A adapter, all solenoids are active or on when voltage is applied, and off when no voltage is applied. In addition, the remote control uses the HC-05 interface, so that when RX data is sent by TX via android with a distance of 10 meters, the data can still be read by the interface and android, as evidenced by the active output and serial display of the IDE monitor. Keywords : Door Guard; Selonoid Doorlock: CV Rifanta                            Abstrak : CV Rifanta merupakan salah satu toko komputer yang berada di Jalan Anwar Idris, Kecamatan Datuk Bandar, Kota Tanjungbalai. CV Rifanta saat ini memiliki banyak pelanggan sehingga banyak sperpart komputer, laptop dan mesin print yang tergolong kedalam benda yang masih jadi sasaran pencurian oleh oknum tidak dikenal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, Pengabdian yang dilakukan membahas tentang pengaplikasian pintu dengan sistem kendali android, menggunakan output dari solenoid door lock. Hasil pengujian mendapati bahwa ketika solenoid door lock diletakan dibagian, atas, tengah dan bawah pintu ruko, dan diberi tegangan eksternal menggunakan adaptor 5 VDC / 2A  seluruh solenoid aktif atau on ketika diberi tegangan, dan off ketika tidak diberi tegangan. Selain itu kendali jarak jauh menggunakan interface HC-05, sehingga ketika data RX dikirimkan TX melalui android dengan jarak 10 meter, maka data masih bisa dibaca oleh interface dan android, dibuktikan dengan output yang aktif serta tampilan serial monitor IDE. Kata Kunci : Pengaman Pintu; Selonoid Doorlock; CV Rifanta

Abstract

Corona virus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Since the spread of Covid-19, many government agencies in Indonesia have received the impact, including SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. The spread of the corona virus has resulted in this school no longer being able to carry out face-to-face learning starting from 2019 to 2022. To anticipate the spread of covid-19 in the SMKN 2 Tanjungbalai area, the community service team designed a security system at the school entrance to anticipate the spread of covid, so that if there are people or vehicles that want to enter the school will be sprayed automatically with disinfectant liquid, besides that the tool can also read the body temperature of visitors. This service uses the consultation and science and technology method, where the service team consults with the school principal about existing problems, namely to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 in the school area. or hands, then the temperature is set at 30 0C and do not water, while if the object does not have a fever, the temperature is in the range of 330C-360C and watering is carried out. Meanwhile for objects with a fever, the temperature is >= 370C and no watering is carried out, and they are not allowed to enter. All module voltages use the 5VDC input voltage, which is supplied from the controller. Meanwhile, the pump voltage uses a 12VDC inverter, which is reduced to 5.68 VDC. Keywords: automatic disinfectant sprinkler; corona; ultrasonic sensor; microcontrollers  Abstrak: Virus corona (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2. Semenjak penyebaran covid-19 banyak instansi pemerintahan di indonesia yang mendapatkan imbasnya, diantaranya SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. Meluasnya virus corona mengakibatkan sekolah ini tidak lagi bisa melakukan pembalajaran tatap muka dimulai tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2022. Untuk mengantisipasinya penyebaran covid-19 diwilayah SMKN 2 Tanjungbalai ini, maka tim pengabdian merancang sistem pengaman dipintu masuk sekolah untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid, sehingga jika ada orang atau kendaraan yang ingin memasuki sekolah tersebut akan di semprot secara otomatis dengan cairan disinfektan, selain itu alat tersebut juga bisa membaca suhu tubuh pengunjung. Pada pengabdian ini menggunakan metode konsultasi dan ipteks, dimana tim pengabdian berkonsultasi dengan kepala Sekolah tentang masalah yang ada, yaitu untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid-19 di area sekolah.. Setelah dilakukan pengujian medapati bahwa Ada  3 kondisi pembacaan objek yaitu, ketika tidak ada objek, atau tangan, maka suhu diseting 30 0C tidak melakukan penyiraman, sementara jika objek tidak demam, suhu di range 330C-360C dan dilakukan penyiraman. Sementara untuk objek yang demam, maka suhu >= 370C dan tidak dilakukan penyiraman, serta tidak diperbolehkan masuk. Seluruh tegangan modul, menggunakan tegangan input 5VDC, yang disupply dari controller. Sementara untuk tegangan pompa menggunakan inverter 12VDC, yang dikecilkan menjadi 5,68 VDC. Kata kunci : microcontroller; penyiram disinfektan otomatis; sensor ultrasonic; virus corona.

Geographic Information System (GIS) is a system that presents information in graphical form using a map as an interface, in addition to that geographic information system also has the ability to connect various data at a certain point. By applying Geographic Information System (GIS) at PT. Abstract

Abstract: Motorcycles are the main and affordable choice for the majority of Indonesian people, two-wheeled vehicles are chosen as the transportation that is commonly used. Indonesia has many motorcycle users, in 2019 there were 112,771,136 units. In 2020 there were 115. 023. 039 units, and in 2021 there were 120 .042 .298 units. The many motorcycles, increasing the theft of motorcycles (curanmor), and accidents caused by underage use. The purpose of conducting research to minimize theft, and the use of motorbikes by minors, this research uses quantitative methods. The results of the study found that when the user places the KTP on RC522, the condition of relay 1 will become NC to turn on the motorcycle's ignition system, then relay 2 will turn on the motorcycle's starter for 5 seconds, then it will turn off automatically. for relays, arduino provides pure 5VDC voltage. The conclusion from this study , RFID cards and KTP is have different serials, and different numbers, RFID cards have a serial combination of 9 numbers and letters, while KTP has a serial combination of 27 numbers and letters. Keywords: KTP; microcontroller arduino; sepeda motor; start enggine.  Abstrak : Sepeda motor menjadi pilihan utama dan terjangkau untuk  mayoritas masyarakat Indonesia, kendaraan roda dua dipilih sebagai transportasi yang  umum digunakan. Indonesia memiliki banyak pengguna sepeda motor, tahun 2019 sebanyak 112. 771. 136 unit. Tahun 2020 sebanyak 115. 023. 039 unit,  dan  tahun  2021  sebanyak  120 .042 .298  unit.  Banyak  nya  sepeda  motor,  meningkatkan pencurian sepeda motor (curanmor), dan kecelakaan yang diakibatkan  penggunaan dibawah umur. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian untuk meminimalisir curanmor, dan pemakaian sepeda motor oleh anak dibawah umur, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif.    Hasil penelitian mendapati ketika user meletakan KTP  pada RC522, maka kondisi relay 1 akan menjadi NC untuk menyalakan sistem pengapian  sepeda motor, kemudian relay 2 akan menyalakan stater sepeda motor selama 5 detik,  kemudian akan mati secara otomatis. untuk relay, arduino  memberikan tegangan 5VDC  murni. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini,kartu RFID dan KTP memiliki serial yang berbeda, dan  jumlah yang berbeda, kartu RFID memiliki serial kombinasi 9  angka  dan  huruf,  sementara  untuk  KTP  memiliki  serial  kombinasi  27 angka  dan  huruf. Kata Kunci : KTP; microcontroller arduino; sepeda motor; start enggine.

Abstract

Abstract: Vocational High School 5 Tanjungbalai is one of the public schools in the city of Tanjungbalai, this school has two majors, namely motorcycle engineering (TSM) and electric power installation (TITL). During this time the electricity supply from this school was taken from PLN, and the light switch system from this school still uses a manual switch, so that each class installs a planting switch, so if the teacher or student wants to install lights, then the light switch must be activated. Still using this manual light switch, teachers and students often forget to turn on the lights, and usually these lights are left on. Each classroom and teacher's room is fitted with 1 lamp and 1 manual switch, so that each class or room has a different flow of cables. Founded from the problems that exist in SMKN 5 Tanjungbalai, as well as a literature study of the research conducted, the researcher wants to discuss about a device that is able to move using Android, besides that it also creates an intelligent device, and the lights will turn off. How to activate the LDR sensor or sensor light. Keywords: Light Switch System; Android Control; Lamp Resistance SMK Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai  Abstrak: SMK Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai merupakan salah satu sekolah negeri yang berada dikota tanjungbalai, sekolah ini memiliki dua jurusan yaitu Teknik Sepeda Motor (TSM) dan Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik (TITL). Selama ini suply listrik dari sekolah ini diambil dari PLN, dan sistem switch lampu dari sekolah ini masih menggunakan switch manual, dimana tiap kelas memasang switch lampu tanam, sehingga jika guru atau siswa ingin menyalakan lampu, maka switch lampu tersebut harus diaktifkan. Masih digunakannya switch lampu manual ini, sering mengakibatkan guru dan siswa lupa untuk mematikan lampu, dan biasanya lampu tersebut dibiarkan hidup seterusnya. Setiap ruangan kelas dan ruangan guru, dipasangkan 1 lampu dan 1 switch manual, sehingga setiap kelas atau ruangan memiliki aliran kabel yang berbeda beda. Didasari dari masalah yang ada di SMK Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai, serta studi literatur tentang penelitian terdahulu, maka peneliti ingin merancang sebuah alat yang mampu dikendalikan dengan menggunakan perintah android, selain itu rancangan alat tersebut juga memiliki sistem pintar, dimana lampu akan mati secara otomatis jika cuaca sudah memasuki malam hari hal ini dikarenakan penggunaan dari sensor LDR atau sensor cahaya. Kata kunci: Sistem Switch Lampu; Kendali Android; Light Dependent Resistor; SMK Negeri 5 Tanjungbalai.

Abstract

Abstract : Matrix Celluler who is on the road Prof. H.M. Yamin No.16, Kisaran Naga, Kec. Kisaran Eastern, Asahan Regency, North Sumatera namely store that process transactions in cash and credit with sales products namely Handphone Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, dan Nokia. Besides Handphone, Matrix Celluler also provide Accessories in the form of Charger, Antigores, Handsfree, and Softcase. This research was conducted with the aim of designing a new system, namely Customer Relationship Management that is attractive and effective for sales and customer service according to the needs of the store and customers, Helping Cellular Matrix give trust to customers by implementing cash, credit and COD (Cash) transaction features. On Delivery) in the system and provide solutions to increase sales revenue at Matrix Celluler stores such as implementing coin and voucher features to customers. The research method use qualitative methods with a qualitative descriptive design format with data collection techniques, namely interview, observation and library research. This system is designed using several software namely Sublime Text 3, XAMPP, PHP, dan MySQL. Keywords : Increase Sales; CRM, Design; and Website. Abstrak : Matrix Celluler yang  berada di jalan Prof. H.M. Kisaran Timur, Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara yakni sebuah toko yang melakukan proses transaksi secara cash dan kredit dengan produk penjualan yaitu Handphone Samsung, Vivo, Oppo, dan Nokia. Selain Handphone, Matrix Celluler juga menyediakan Accessories berupa Charger, Antigores, Handsfree, dan Softcase. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk merancang suatu sistem yang baru yaitu Customer Relationship Management yang menarik dan efektif untuk penjualan dan pelayanan pelanggan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pihak toko dan pelanggan, Membantu Matrix Celluler memberikan kepercayaan kepada pelanggan dengan menerapkan fitur transaksi cash, kredit dan COD (Cash On Delivery) di sistem dan memberikan solusi dalam meningkatkan hasil pendapatan penjualan di toko Matrix Celluler seperti menerapkan fitur koin dan voucher kepada pelanggan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan format desain deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan penelitian kepustakaan. Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by internet access services for hotel guests still using a single password for all hotel guests, so the problem will be tried to overcome by analyzing and optimizing the use of wireless networks for guests of the Hotel Nusa Indah Kisaran, using a mikrotik router. The purpose of this study is to assist the hotel management in managing internet access needed by hotel guests so as to improve services for hotel guests in terms of using internet access. The method used is descriptive qualitative supported by observational data from research sites and literature related to the problem. The results of this study are expected to provide an explanation of optimizing the use of wireless networks for hotel guests who use internet access services provided by hotel management. Keywords: Wireless Network; Mikrotik Router; Internet.  Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi tentang pelayanan akses internet bagi tamu hotel masih menggunakan single password bagi semua tamu hotel, sehingga masalah tersebut akan coba diatasi dengan melakukan analisis dan optimalisai penggunaan jaringan nirkabel (wireless network) bagi tamu Hotel Nusa Indah Kisaran, menggunakan router mikrotik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membantu pihak manajemen Hotel dalam mengelola akses internet yang dibutuhkan tamu hotel sehingga meningkatkan pelayanan bagi tamu hotel dalam hal penggunaan akses internet. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif yang didukung data observasi dari lokasi penelitian dan literatur yang berhubungan dengan masalah tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan penjelasan tentang optimalisasi menggunakan jaringan nirkabel (wireless network) bagi tamu hotel yang menggunakan layanan akses internet yang diberikan oleh manajemen hotel. Kata Kunci: Wireless Network; Router Mikrotik; Internet.

Abstract

Abstract: Technological developments are growing every year, both in terms of social mobility, even in terms of educational development, seen from the development of educational media as practical aids or visual aids. This service uses a quantitative method, the choice of this method was because the research team collected data to determine the theme or research topic, such as the lack of student work in the form of hardware so that data is obtained in the form of student work products, at least in the form of hardware. The purpose of dedication to the main work of Private Vocational Schools, is to overcome the shortage of student work in the form of hardware by designing P10 LED products with W00. After doing this service, it can be concluded that the enthusiasm of the students in participating in the training activities can be seen from the many questions to the discussion of making the next product. The results of the service tool test show that sending data from Android to the HD-W00 module and LED P10, a maximum distance of 15 meters, with a voltage of 5VDC per LED P10 with a minimum current of 3A and using input from 12VDC / 3A power supply.Keywords: LED P10; modul HD-W00; SMK Swasta Karya UtamaAbstrak: Perkembangan teknologi tiap tahunnya semakin berkembang, baik dari segi mobilitas sosial, bahkan dari segi perkembangan pendidikan, dilihat dari perkembangan media pendidikan alat peraktik atau alat peraga. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pemilihan metode ini dikarenakan tim peneliti mengambil data untuk menentukan tema atau topik penelitian, seperti minimnya produk hasil karya siswa dalam bentuk hardware. Tujuan dari pengabdian di SMK Swasta karya utama, untuk mengatasi minimnya hasil karya siswa dalam bentuk hardware dengan cara merancangkan produk led p10 dengna W00. Setelah dilakukannya pengabdian ini dapat disimpulkan antusiasnya para siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan, dilihat dari banyak nya pertanyaan sampai dengan pembahasan tentang pembuatan produk selanjutnya. Hasil dari pengujian alat pengabdian didapati bahwa pengiriman data dari android ke modul hd-w00 dan led p10, berjarak maksimal 15 meter, dengan tegangan 5VDC pertiap led p10 dengan arus minimal 3A dan mengunakan input dari power supply 12VDC/3A.Kata kunci: LED P10; modul HD-W00; SMK Private Karya Utama.
