Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Kepuasan Pemustaka Terhadap Pemanfaatan Software Senayan di PerpustakaanPerguruan Tinggi Fakultas Kedokteran Bagian Neurologi Universias Diponegoro. Tujuan dari penelitianini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pemustaka terhadap pemanfaatan software perpustakaan yangterpasang di Perpustakaan Peruruan Tinggi Bagian Neurologi Universitas Diponegoro. Softwareperpustakaan yang terpasang adalah software senayan dengan versi portabel atau psenayan. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yangmenggunakan model interaktif menurut Miles & Huberman (1986) berupa reduksi data, penyajian data,dan verifikasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah lima orang residen. Pemilihan residen untukmenjadi informan dalam penelitian harus memenuhi kriteria tertentu dan berdasarkan tujuan tertentu(purposive sampling). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan studipustaka. Berdasarkan analisis data terhadap hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti, diperolehsimpulan bahwa sebagian besar merasa puas setelah memanfaatkan software senayan yang dipasang diPerpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi Bagian Neurologi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro.Kepuasan para residen dapat tersirat dari setiap jawaban yang mewakili lima indikator kepuasan, isi(content), akurasi (accuracy), format (format), kemudahan (easy of use) dan ketepatwaktuan (timeliness).Kesimpulan terakhir dari penelitian adalah para residen merasa puas terhadap software senayandikarenakan kemudahan senayan guna mencari koleksi perpustakaan.

Abstract

This article was written to deliver the idea of the need for digital literacy competencies for archival graduate students in an era of disruption to meet the needs of users and professional development so that in the end the success of digital literacy becomes a new benchmark for soft skills competencies for archiving program graduates. This research is a descriptive qualitative study using the FGD method for collecting data from informants, namely users and graduates of the archiving program itself. The results show that graduates of archives have not been able to meet the needs of soft skill competencies according to user demands, especially regarding the use of digital technology in supporting the implementation of tasks and jobs. It is suggested that college can facilitate the efforts to increase digital literacy competence through learning methods, in addition to students also trying to improve their experience in the use of digital technology.

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia telah menerapkan berbagai fasilitas teknologi informasi untuk mendukung pengelolaan administrasi akademik, proses belajar mengajar, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Salah satunya Universitas Terbuka yaitu Perguruan Tinggi Negeri (PTN) yang menerapkan sistem belajar terbuka dan jarak jauh. Sistem belajar tersebut diselenggarakan untuk meningkatkan daya jangkau dan pemerataan kesempatan pendidikan tinggi yang berkualitas bagi semua warga negara Indonesia, termasuk mereka yang tinggal di daerah-daerah terpencil, baik di seluruh nusantara maupun di berbagai belahan dunia. Universitas Terbuka berusaha memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik kepada mahasiswa dan dosen dengan menerapkan sistem pembelajaran modern secara jarak jauh. Salah satu fasilitas teknologi informasi yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar secara jarak jauh adalah penerapan E-Learning (https://elearning.ut.ac.id/). Sistem tersebut sudah digunakan cukup lama oleh mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka Malang tetapi belum ada evaluasi untuk memastikan aspek manfaat dan kegunaannya. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya penelitian untuk evaluasi terhadap penerimaan sistem informasi E-Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori End User Computer Satisfaction atau EUCS. EUCS mendefinisikan lima variabel bebas yaitu isi, akurasi, bentuk, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu serta satu variable terikat yaitu kepuasan. dua Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 35 responden mahasiswa pengguna E-Learning di Universitas Terbuka dengan pengambilan sampel di mahasiswa UPBJJ Malang dan sekitarnya. Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi kepada para pemangku kepentingan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan E-Learning.

Abstract

TAP (Tugas Akhir Program) merupakan evaluasi akhir yang berisi sejumlah soal ujian dalam bentuk studi kasus berdasarkan fenomena yang terjadi. Ujian ini harus ditempuh mahasiswa sebagai bagian dari tahap akhir kelulusan. Hal ini menjadi menarik karena Program Diploma IV Pengelolaan Arsip dan Rekaman Informasi Universitas Terbuka merupakan satu – satunya program kearsipan yang menyelenggarakan tugas akhir berupa ujian tertulis (TAP ASIP 4500). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana capaian pembelajaran matakuliah pendukung TAP ASIP4500 dan bagaimana kesesuaian kompetensi matakuliah pendukung TAP ASIP4500 dalam mencapai tuntutan kompetensi lulusan Program Studi D-IV Pengelolaan Arsip dan Rekaman Informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan capaian pembelajaran matakuliah pendukung TAP ASIP4500 serta menganalisis kesesuaian kompetensi matakuliah pendukung TAP ASIP4500 dalam mencapai tuntutan kompetensi lulusan prodi. Metode yang digunakan dalam menjawab rumusan masalah tersebut adalah kualitatif, khususnya komparatif-deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi dokumen. Studi dokumen digunakan terhadap data – data yang berhubungan dengan kebijakan pelaksaan TAP ASIP4500. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa capaian pembelajaran matakuliah pendukung TAP ASIP memiliki karakteristik kompetensi pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Kompetensi matakuliah pendukung TAP ASIP4500 belum sepenuhnya merepresentasikan kompetensi lulusan dan terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara kompetensi matakuliah pendukung TAP ASIP4500 profil kompetensi lulusan.

Abstract

Scientific publication must be accountable for its sources, processes and results. This research is based on allegations of diversity citations used in research. These assumptions are influenced by research topics, knowledge development, technology, shifting of the library paradigm, librarian and student competencies. The purpose of this research is to mapping developments literature on thesis Library Information Management (MIP) students. The results of the study can be used as a reference consideration (secondary data) for further research. The research method uses bibliometric citation analysis. Citations are grouped with the help of co-classification mapping theory and will be elaborated descriptively based on predetermined indicators. The total data examined is 63 theses consisting of 2709 literatures. The Indicators used to analyze include the language of literature, the type of literature, the subject of literature, the list of authors along with the title of the essay and the list of publishers. The Citation analysis results include: (1). Analysis of the language of literature is to find out the variety of languages, it can be seen from the increasing use of foreign-language literature. (2). Analysis of the type of literature is to answer the development of literature. (3). Analysis of the subject used to mapping knowledge, the subject is influenced by the research perspective. (4). The essence of the results of the citation analysis using these indicators reveals that the citations in the Information Management and Library thesis of the 2007/2008-2012 / 2013 class vary. The mapping of the literature shows that annually experiencing development, change, and dynamic due to the main factor of technology and student ability.

Abstract

To meet the demands of the workplace, archivists need to understand how soft skills develop. Digital technology development is a task that needs to be accelerated right away. This article attempts to discuss the findings of studies on how archivists work from home (WFH) during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia led to developing soft interpretative skills. A case study approach was employed in this descriptive qualitative research. Questionnaires and interviews were used as the primary data-collecting methods for samples from the local government, the business sector, and ANRI. The findings demonstrated that the perception of soft skills has evolved into an implicative function rather than a meaning-based one. Based on the study's findings, it was determined that soft skills provide an essential and crucial purpose, precisely the demand for digital literacy. It was also determined that the implementation of WFH during the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated the use of digital literacy abilities.

Abstract

Policy is a reference for the government bureaucracy in carrying out its functions and duties. Public service phenomena and problems are a serious concern in Indonesia, and this is indicated by how low public expectations are for public services. There are still many problems with public services in Indonesia, and this causes shallow public expectations of public services. The common public choice of alternative public services is also one of the causes of the birth of a hybrid organization. Besides that, during the era of disruption known as the industrial revolution 4.0, public policy could not be separated from public service innovation using communication and information technology through the concept of e-government for the creation of good public services. This is also included in the invention of health services for the community. Therefore, this study takes the theme of Optimizing the Utilization of Information Technology and Application of Hybrid Organizations in Health Service Innovation. This study uses a qualitative approach using a case study analysis strategy at the First Level Health Facility in the Nunukan sub-district, the Nunukan district, North Kalimantan. The results show that the use of Information and Communication Technology in public services, especially in health services, is proven to be able to help the community in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability through the availability of accurate and comprehensive patient health information, so that providers can provide the best possible treatments. Meanwhile, in terms of providing health insurance costs amid limited resources owned by the government, the Hybrid Organization concept is a solution to the problem wherein a hybrid system, financing comes from the basis of public resources, and non-profit organizations and the form of control requires government and private supervision as well as good practices professionally organized

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design social media content in order to promote the "Road Tour Legacy of Java Batik Sidji X Coffee Series" event. This design activity starts with qualitative data collection to find out the promotional media planning used. Data collection techniques were carried out by conducting interviews and direct observation of one of the artists involved in the event. The results showed that the design of event content was carried out by determining the platform, determining the content, SWOT analysis & evaluation (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats), and Action & Communication. about Batik on the Youtube Channel, and the information provided by Batik Sidji via Instagram can attract public attention to the art of Batik.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the skills of teachers in transferring scientific writing media into digital books by utilizing the issues digital publishing platform. Implementing this service used training and technical assistance for teachers at Madrasah Ibtidayah (MI) Manggarupi, Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Manggarupi, and SMA PGRI Sungguminasa starting from creating an ISSUU account to publishing works. The instrument for evaluating this activity used the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. The training questionnaire was given via Google Form and analyzed descriptively. The result of this service activity was an increase in the ability of teachers to publish their scientific writings through digital publishing platforms. Teachers experienced the benefits of using a digital edition publishing platform to support school learning activities. The platform could also be a forum for students in these schools to publish their writings and works.

Abstract

Blended learning model research has been widely carried out in the world of education, but no meta-analysis of blended learning models has been found on students' digital literacy. This research aims to determine the effect of the blended learning model on students' digital literacy. This research is a type of meta-analysis research. This research analyzes 11 effect sizes sourced from Google Scholar, ERIC, ScienceDirect and Wiley from 2019-2023 which includes 220 students. Data analysis with the help of the JSAP application. This research concludes that the summary effect size value obtained from the random effect model is 0.793 with medium criteria. These findings show that the blended learning model can have a significant influence on students' digital literacy.
