Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis literasi keuangan dan pendapatan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif, dengan gaya hidup sebagai variabel moderating pada mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang. Metode yang digunakan metode penelitian kuantintatif menggunakan SEM-PLS (inner dan outer model) untuk uji hubungan antar variabel dengan alat analisis SmartPLS 4. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan literasi keuangan berpengaruh negatif terhadap perilaku konsumtif, sedangkan pendapatan berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku konsumtif serta gaya hidup mampu memoderasi literasi keuangan dan pendapatan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Berdasarkan nilai Adjusted R Square menjelaskan bahwa literasi keuangan, pendapatan dan gaya hidup mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif  sebesar 0,512 atau 51,2 % dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian. Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang menunjukkan gaya hidup yang sederhana dengan pengetahuan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik dan pendapatan yang cukup sehingga menghasilkan sikap perilaku konsumtif yang rendah.

Abstract

Riset ini bermaksud buat membagikan pemecahan dari kasus yang ditemui di KPP Pratama Semarang Barat ialah kalau minimnya komitmen karyawan di KPP Pratama Semarang Barat berbentuk kenaikan ketidakhadiran karyawan dalam aktivitas teratur serta sedang belum terdapatnya ikatan riset ketergantungan variabel keadilan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi dan variabel keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Riset ini mengutip ilustrasi sebesar 90 responden dengan metode pengumpulan ilustrasi dalam riset ini memakai pusposive sampling. Analisa informasi memakai aplikasi smartpls. Hasil pengetesan membuktikan kalau keadilan organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil lainya ditemukan keadilan organisasi, keterlibatan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pada uji efek mediasi, ditemukan kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of innovation, product differences, and brand perception on Mitsubishi XPander buyer satisfaction in Semarang, both directly and through competitive advantage as a mediator. This research is a type of explanatory research with primary data. The population of this study are consumers who have purchased Mitsubishi XPander in Semarang, with a sample of 138 respondents, selected through purposive sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that product innovation, product difference, and brand perception positively and significantly affect competitive advantage. In addition, product innovation, product difference, brand perception, and competitive advantage also positively and significantly affect buyer satisfaction. The results of the mediation analysis show that competitive advantage mediates the relationship between product innovation and buyer satisfaction, product differences and buyer satisfaction, and brand perception and buyer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research focuses on the Regional Secretariat of Semarang City and uses an Explanatory Research approach. The data of this research are: primary and secondary data. The population studied consisted of 210 employees of the Regional Secretariat of Semarang City, which were selected using stratified proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, while the data were analyzed using PLS method. The research results, namely: mastery of information technology and work motivation significantly have a positive effect on job satisfaction. In addition, job satisfaction also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Mastery of information technology, work motivation also have a positive and significant effect on employee performance directly. Job satisfaction acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between mastery of information technology and work motivation with employee performance.
