Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Locus of Control terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Etika Kerja Islam sebagai variabel Moderasi (Studi pada Karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah Kota Lhokseumawe). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari 128 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Etika Kerja Islam sebagai variabel moderating dalam penelitian ini mampu memoderasi dengan baik pengaruh antara locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tipe quasi moderasi.

Abstract

This study aims to observe closely the implementation of the Smart Indonesia Program at an elementary school in Lhokseumawe city and the obstacles encountered in its implementation. A qualitative descriptive was employed to obtain data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results revealed that the assistance provided to students is very useful, even though only in the amount of Rp. 450,000, but it can ease the strain on parents, which is used to meet student needs. The Smart Indonesia Program is expected to be sustained so that students can continue their studies to higher levels of education. However, the obstacle faced is that the supervision from the local government (stakeholder) has not been effective. Some students cannot afford to have not been registered as recipients of the Smart Indonesia Card even though the school operator has submitted it through the Dapodik application. As a result, some parents of students complained to the school regarding this case.

Abstract

This research discusses the proliferation of underage beggars in Banda Aceh, the capital of the Aceh province, Indonesia. This case confronts the local law, namely Qanun No. 11 of 2013 articles 45 and paragraphs 46. The focus of this study was to identify the effectiveness of direct and indirect monitoring and inspecting of underage beggars in this capital city, and at the same time to observe the obstacles encountered in handling this issue. A qualitative method was employed in collecting the data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of the investigation affirmed that the obstacle in overcoming beggars is the unavailability of social rehabilitation centers. Besides, beggars who are caught are only managed after they are released, then they repeat their actions because they are constrained by their daily needs. The patrol work carried out by the Office of Social Affairs often battled with resistance, such as when they rebelled and tried to escape in order to be caught by the officers. Most beggars in the capital city of Aceh are categorized as children and elderly people so that when conducting training, it is difficult to give punishment like to other beggars. Furthermore, the minimal budget provided by the government to curb beggars also becomes a challenge, especially to control underage beggars with routine patrols.

Abstract

This study aims to understand and look closely political beliefs of the villagers in the North Aceh Regency after the 2017 gubernatorial election. A qualitative method was employed and the data were generated from written or spoken words from people and their behaviors. Observations and personal in-depth interviews were conducted to collect rigorous information from the informants at a village in the North Aceh district, Indonesia. The finding reported that the behavior of the community in responding to the political dynamics after the election for Governor of Aceh in 2017 continued to behave according to the conditions of a political party that they supported to achieve particular goals. Their responses were increasingly rational and willing to accept differences and participated based on shared awareness to build the nation so that they could feel the welfare of living in peace. The finding implies that societies now can no longer be lied to with irrational promises from the politicians during the political campaign. People are now becoming intelligent and rational in the political election because they have learned lessons from numerous political blunders in the past.

Abstract

Economic growth is a process of long-term per capita output growth that ccurs when there is a tendency (per capita output to rise) sourced from the internal processes of the economy (the forces within the economy itself), not from outside and temporary. Or in other words self-generating, which means that the growth process itself produces a force or momentum for the continuation of that growth in subsequent periods. This study aims to determine the effect of Human Development Index and Open Unemployment Rate, on economic growth in Lhokseumawe City. This study uses secondary data for 10 years from 2006-2015. Data analysis method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The data used in this research is time series data from 2006-2015. The results of this study indicate that the variables of human development index (X1) have a positive and significant effect on (Y) Economic growth in Lhokseumawe city and Open Unemployment Rate (X2) has no positive and insignificant effect on economic growth (Y) in lhokseumawe city. Abstract

The purpose of research is to determine how much influence accountability monitoring the performance of management in public hospitals Sakinah Lhokseumawe city. Data used in the form of primary data obtained or collected from direct observations of employees of the General Hospital Sakinah Lhokseumawe City. The data processing is done with the help of a simple regression model were processed using the SPSS program. The results showed that significantly influence the accountability monitoring management performance Sakinah General Hospital Lhokseumawe city. Performance Management at the General Hospital Lhokseumawe city Sakinah able to be explained by variables accountability monitoring, as more and better oversight of accountability is applied it will be followed by further achievement of the management of the Hospital was clean, fair, transparent and accountable.

Abstract

This study on the Effects of Transparency and Accountability Improved Performance Against Local Tax Management at the Office of Financial Management and Asset (DPKAD) Kota Lhokseumawe. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transparency and accountability on the performance management of local taxes at the Department of Finance and Asset (DPKAD) Kota Lhokseumawe. The data used in this study a questionnaire to 47 employees who serve as research samples. The data processing is done with the help of multiple linear regression model using SPSS version 17. The results showed that the transparency and accountability affect the increased performance of the management of local taxes at the Department of Finance and Asset (DPKAD) Kota Lhokseumawe.

Abstract

Keberhasilan pembangunan di suatu desa tercermin dari rencana pembangunan yang akan dilakukan baik dalam jangka pendek, jangka menengah dan jangka panjang. Dalam Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah desa (RPJM desa) mengandung target yang akan dicapai oleh desa dalam jangka waktu enam (6) tahun yang akan datang dan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah (RPJM) desa harus dibuat sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah tentang pembuatan RPJM desa. Adapun tujuan Pembangunan desa yang dilakukan adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari dengan tingkat kesejahteraan yang lebih baik. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengevaluasi bagaimana penyusunan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah desa (RPJM desa) di Kecamatan Syamtalira Aron Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Apakah telah sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah tentang pembuatan RPJM desa, berdasarkan data yang penulis peroleh dari survei yang telah penulis lakukan selama melakukan penelitian maka hasilnya adalah Kecamatan Syamtalira Aron Kabupaten Aceh Utara selama ini telah menyusun RPJM desa sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 72 tahun 2005 pasal 63 tentang penyusunan RPJM desa dan dalam penyusunan RPJM desa di Kecamatan Syamtalira Aron terdapat faktor yang mempengaruhi penyusunan RPJM desa yaitu faktor pendukung adalah adanya kolaborasi/kerja sama antar desa, anggaran yang mencukupi, faktor penghambatnya yaitu SDM (sumber daya manusia) yang masih kurang dan kondisi alam yang kurang mendukung seperti banjir.

Abstract

Peningkatan pembangunan infrastruktur desa disebabkan oleh pengelolaan dana belanja dan pendapatan Gampong (APBG) yang baik, karena dana yang digunakan dalam pembangunan infrastruktur desa berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Gampong (APBG) desa tersebut, dalam pelaksanaan anggaran yang dilakukan oleh pihak yang terlibat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur desa di perlukan pengawasan yang baik oleh semua pihak ini dilakukan agar tidak terjadinya penyalahgunaan dana pendapatan dan belanja desa (APBG). Adapun tujuan Pembangunan infrastruktur yang dilakukan adalah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan memudahkan masyarakat dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari dengan fasilitas infrastruktur yang baik. Dalam penelitian ini penulis ingin mengetahui sejauh mana penggunaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Gampong (APBG) pada Gampong Baloy Kecamatan Blang Mangat Kota Lhokseumawe, apakah telah sesuai dilaksanakan dengan kebijkan anggran yang telah ditetapkan, berdasarkan data yang penulis peroleh dari survey yang telah penulis lakukan selama melakukan penelitian maka hasilnya adalah 39,2% kebijakan Anggaran pendapatan dan belanja berpengaruh terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur pada Gampong Baloy Kecamatan Blang Mangat Kota Lhokseumawe sedangkan sisanya 60,8 % itu disebabkan oleh partisipasi masyarakat, pengelolaan keuangannya, peran pemerintah Gampong dan pengawasan yangbaik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the effect of paddy field area, capital and labor force on the income of rice farmers in the District of Syamtalira Aron, North Aceh Regency. The data used in this study is the primary data in Teupin Punti. Methods of data analysis are to use multiple linear regression analysis. The result of land acquisition did not significantly and positively affect the income of wetland farmers, capital and labor significantly and positively affect the income of rice farmers in Kecamatan Syamtalira Aron Kabupaten Aceh Utara.
