Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan detraining dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) terhadap kemampuan gerak kelentukan otot dan sendi pada vertebrae atlek UKM karate Universitas Negeri Malang. Jenis penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan desain sebab dan akibat. Populasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 25 orang dan sampel yang bersedia diperoleh berjumlah 19 orang. Teknik dalam pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen tes yaitu kuesioner atau angket, tes antropometri, dan tes kelentukan yaitu menggunakan sit and reach test. Data di uji dengan menggunakan analisis univariat dam bivariat rank spearman dibantu oleh aplikasi komputer yaitu IBM SPSS Statistic versi 25. Hasil analisis rank spearman pada detraining tehadap kelentukan dengan nilai signifikasi 0,05 adalah 0,025 < α = 0,05 dengan kata lain detraining mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kelentukan. Hasil analisis rank spearman pada indeks massa tubuh (IMT) terhadap kelentukan yaitu 0,028 < α = 0,05 maka hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa indeks massa tubuh (IMT) juga mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kelentukan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata – rata kelentukan dari responden yaitu 10,28 cm yang berada pada kategori kelentukan kurang sekali.

Abstract

The importance of the community to do sports viewed from various aspects and interests. The benefits of sports social good and others are. In terms of physiological, exercise can accelerate the development of the body better, activate and strengthen different types of muscles, the vital capacity, generally tend to realize the development of the organs of the body in a harmonious and functional, in terms of the social sports can trigger strap, the brotherhood of the group, fostering a great responsibility to be affection and respect among fellow.  From the standpoint of sports psychology, the belief that God is the Helper self help athletes through many avenues. First, belief in God fosters self-confidence (confidence) and hope to win (winning expectancy). Efforts to memasyaratkan sports and exercise your community needs to be improved, because by exercising each individual will get an alternative that provides a significant contribution to the achievement of the quality of life of the elderly successful. Then that sport is very recommended because with sports, there are a variety of motion analysis such as: strength, speed, agility, balance, endurance, coordination, flexibility, and stamina, and all it will increase all the quality of function of the organs towards which is better. Boarding school Sabilurrosyad is a place for a muslim who want to explore the science of religion. With the material learning to be focused in the context of religious activities. Sports is considered as an activity that is not so important and also receive less attention of the caretaker cottage. He considers sports activities not too important impact to the lack of allocation of time given to the caretaker cottage to the activities of the exercise. With so these students can not do activity sports freely and maximal. The purpose of this study was to determine how the motivation to exercise santri putra Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Gasek Malang in the year of 2019. This study uses a research design descriptive quantitative. With a purpose to describe a symptom, events, and happenings that occur in a factual, systematic, and accurate. With a total population of 30 santri putra pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Gasek Malang randomly selected or random sampling, each respondent is not given a certain criteria. The Data from this research is a description of how the motivation to exercise santri putra Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Gasek Malang. The instruments used to collect data in the form of a questionnaire questionnaire given to each respondent. Techniques of data collection using questionnaires, documentation, and observation. The results of research conducted with 30 respondents, namely santri putra Pondok Pesantren Sabilurrosyad Gasek Malang obtained data showed that motivation to exercise santri putra pondok pesantren Sabillurrosyad Gasek Malang the majority in the category of very high, as is evident by the percentage of the results of the study showed a figure of 60% of 30 respondents have a very high motivation, whereas the remaining 40% of the respondents have the motivation to exercise high. It can be concluded that the motivation to exercise mawlaya Boarding school Sabilurrosyad Gasek Malang 2019 the majority in the category of very high.

Abstract

Bulu tangkis menjadi olahraga raket yang tercepat di dunia dengan smash bulu tangkis dapat menyebabkan kecepatan shuttlecock mencapai 200 km/j. Pukulan smash terdiri dari gerakan rumit yang membutuhkan koordinasi semua segmen tubuh utama. Terdapat banyak teknik dalam melakukan gerakan pukulan smash dimulai dari footwork, pandangan, gerakan tangan dan gerakan tubuh. Teknik-teknik tersebut melandasi dari gerakan pukulan smash yang baik dan benar. Tujuan dari analisis gerak smash forehand yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat ketepatan sasaran yang ditinjau dari prinsip-prinsip biomekanika. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen berupa sudut siku, sudut bahu, sudut sendi lutut, sudut pukulan dan tinggi titik pukulan yang dianalisis melalui software kinovea.Analisis menunjukan bahwa hal yang memengaruhi akurasi shuttlecock dalam pelaksanaan smash forehand yaitu adalah sudut pukulan yang tidak mendekati 90⁰, sudut siku lengan yang tidak terlalu besar berkisar ≥125⁰ dan mejaga kestabilan kuda-kuda sebelum melakukan smash dengan sudut sendi lutut yang lebih kecil. Faktor lain yang mempengaruhi yaitu tinggi titik pukulan dan lurus atau tidaknya tangan saat raket tumbukan dengan shuttlecock. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis gerak smash forehand tingkat ketepatan pada atlet remaja dipengaruhi oleh faktor sudut siku, sudut pukulan dan kestabilan kuda-kuda pada saat melakukan gerakan smash.Faktor lain yang mempengaruhi yaitu tinggi titik pukulan dan lurus atau tidaknya tangan saat raket tumbukan dengan shuttlecock. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa analisis gerak smash forehand tingkat ketepatan pada atlet remaja dipengaruhi oleh faktor sudut siku, sudut pukulan dan kestabilan kuda-kuda pada saat melakukan gerakan smash.Faktor lain yang mempengaruhi yaitu tinggi titik pukulan dan lurus atau tidaknya tangan saat raket tumbukan dengan shuttlecock. Abstract

Status gizi adalah kondisi kesehatan seseorang, dipengaruhi oleh asupan gizi dan penggunaanya dalam tubuh (Sharma et al, 2017:1). Status gizi adalah tingkat keadaan gizi yang dipengaruhi oleh asupan makanan dan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh seseorang. kesegaran jasmani juga meliputi kemampuan untuk melakukan kegiatan atau pekerjaan sehari hari dan adaptasi terhadap pembebanan fisik tanpa menimbulkan kelelahan berlebih dan masih mempunyai cadangan tenaga untuk menikmati watu senggang maupun pekerjaan yang mendadak serta bebas dari penyakit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Status gizi siswa siswi kelas VI A MI Al-Fattah kota malang secara keseluruhan dalam kategori normal. Tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas VI A Mi Al-Fattah kota malang secara keseluruhan dalam kondisi sedang. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi dengan tingkat kesegaran jasmani.

Abstract

Plyometric adalah variatif model latihan untuk mengurangi kejenuhan dalam program latihan dengan menambahkan suatu beban latihan dan intensitas latihan pada saat eksperimen dilakukan secara berulang–ulang untuk meningkatkan eksplosif kekuatan daya ledak otot tungkai secara maksimal. Latihan plyometric merupakan latihan yang mengkondisikan sistem neuromuscular dalam mendukung kinerja otot yang cepat dan kuat untuk meningkatkan power tubuh bagian bawah dan meningkatkan daya ledak dengan melatih otot untuk melakukan lebih banyak pekerjaan dalam waktu yang lebih singkat. Latihan plyometric dengan diiringi musik bertujuan untuk mengetahui latihan plyometric dengan musik yang efektif untuk meningkatkan power otot tungkai serta sebagai variasi latihan yang dibutuhkan ketika jenuh dengan latihan kekuatan maupun kecepatan pada Tim A bulutangkis di Universitas Negeri Malang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan menggunakan metode Quasi-experimental design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) adalah 0,000 (p 0,05). Sehingga hasil tes awal dan tes akhir mengalami perubahan yang signifikan (berarti). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan plyometric depth jump dengan diiringi musik memiliki pengaruh terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai di UKM Badminton Universitas Negeri Malang. The effect of plyometric depth jump exercises with music on the increasing power leg muscle in UKM Badminton Universitas Negeri Malang Plyometric is a variety of training models to reduce boredom in the training program by adding a training load and training intensity when the experiment is repeatedly carried out to increase the leg muscles' maximum explosive power. Plyometric exercises condition the neuromuscular system to support fast and strong muscle performance to increase lower body power and increase explosive power by training muscles to do more work in less time. Plyometric exercises accompanied by music aim to determine plyometric exercises with music that are effective for increasing leg muscle power and a variation of the exercises needed when bored with strength and speed training in Team A badminton at Universitas Negeri Malang. This research is an experimental study using the Quasi-experimental design method. The results showed the significance value (2-tailed) was 0.000 (p 0.05). So that the effects of the initial test and final test experience significant changes (meaning), it can be concluded that the plyometric depth jump training accompanied by music affects increasing leg muscle power in Badminton UKM, Universitas Negeri Malang.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the increase in serum BDNF levels after moderate-intensity exercise in obese females. This study used the True-Experimental method with the Randomized Control Group Pre-test-Post-test design. A total of 14 obese female adolescents aged 19-24 years participated in this study and were divided into two groups, i.e., the control group (CG, n=7) and the moderate-intensity exercise group (MIEG, n=7). The exercise was performed with an intensity of 64 – 76 HRmax for 40 minutes using a Richter Treadmill (4.0 HP DC). Moderate-intensity exercise was carried out in one intervention. Blood sampling was carried out before and after moderate-intensity exercise on the cubital vein as much as 3 ml. Examination of serum BDNF levels using the ELISA method. The results of statistical analysis show that the mean pre-test serum BDNF levels were CG (258.66±27.11 pg/mL), MIEG (252.48±23.17 pg/mL), and (p=0.865). The mean post-test serum BDNF levels were CG (236.22±20.83 pg/mL), MIEG (497.73±59.55 pg/mL), and (p=0.001). The mean delta of serum BDNF levels on CG (-22.43±26.04), MIEG (245.25±61.57 pg/mL), and (p=0.002). Based on the study results, it is concluded that a single session of moderate-intensity exercise in the morning increases serum BDNF levels in obese females.

Abstract

The backhand short serve is a type of service that players must master in badminton, but the problem is that mistakes often occur when making a short backhand serve that makes it not right on target. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research based on motion analysis that aims to determine the accuracy of the target of the Bacakhand short serve in terms of biomechanical principles. This research used descriptive analytic research with a qualitative quantitative approach. In his research, researchers used instruments such as the angle of the knee joint, shoulder joint, and elbow joint in flexion movements. To analyze it is also assisted by kinovea software. The analysis showed that the movement was relatively good and the shuttlecock showed that it was right on target three times, resulting in elbow joint angles in flexion movements ranging from 133˚-139˚, shoulder joints in flexion movements ranging from 42˚-47˚, and knee joints in flexion movements ranging from 162 -174˚. The angle of the elbow joint that spans a small range can make the punching force large.

Abstract

Accuracy improvement training is a training technique that can increase the accuracy of passing under the volleyball, at this time the male volleyball athletes of the State University of Malang will face the championship and need to do special training, including on the lower passing technique. This study aims to be able to see the effect of training to increase the accuracy of lower passing with the drill method of giving smashes to male volleyball athletes, State University of Malang. This study used experimental research using a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in the study was 20 athletes. This exercise is carried out in a period of 6 weeks with three days a week. The lower passing accuracy test is carried out twice, namely before the treatment (pre-test) and after the treatment (post-test). The results of the paired t test obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, this means that there is a change and shows that H0 is rejected and H1 or hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the exercise can affect the accuracy of lower passing in male volleyball athletes, State University of Malan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the difference between standing jump plyometric exercises, box jump plyometric exercises and control of the jump height of volleyball extracurricular students at SMKN 3 Malang. In this study, the pre-experimental method was used to design two groups pretest posttest and design with control, with the treatment group plyometric standing jump exercises, and the plyometric box jump exercise group, with group selection by purposive sampling. Parameters for measuring jump height using a vertical jump test. The analysis used in this study used the anova test analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study showed a significant difference between the plymetric standing jump treatment group, plyometric box jump and the control group. The test results between the data using the one-way anova test with a statistical significance result of 0.001 <0.05, which means the data shows a difference. After the Anova test was carried out, the Pasthoc Bonferroni test was carried out to find out which exercise was more effective in increasing jump height. Based on the results of the Pashoc test, it was found that the plyometric standing jump exercise group was more optimal in increasing the jump height compared to the plyometric box jump group and the control group.

Abstract

Physical activities accelerate the secretion of the uncoupling protein-1 (UCP-1), which reduces the risk of metabolic disorders and the prevalence of obesity. This research aimed to investigate the effects of acute physical activities on UCP-1 secretion. A total of 20 males (aged between 19-20 years old) were divided into groups with either a 30-minute moderate-intensity exercise (MIE) or high-intensity exercise (HIE). The UCP-1 expression was measured using Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) (pre and 5 minutes post the exercise). The pre and post-UCP-1 data in each group were compared with a paired t-test, while pre and post UCP data between groups were analyzed using the Independent-Sample T-test. The pre and post test UCP-1 in the MIE was (4.16±0.89) ng/mL and (4.55±1.36) ng/mL (P>0.05), while the pre and post test UCP-1 in the HIE were (4.09±0.53) ng/mL and (5.06±1.02) (P<0.05). No significant difference in pretest UCP-1, however was found between groups (P>0.05) and posted UCP-1 (P>0.05). In conclusion, 30 minutes of high-intensity exercise is required to increase UCP-1 in young adults significantly.
