Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses seleksi rekrutmen calon karyawan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Cakra Mobilindo dengan menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighting. Kendala yang dimiliki yaitu proses pendataan manual, aspek penilaian yang beragam, dan kebutuhan sumberdaya yang besar. Alternatif solusi yang ditawarkan adalah membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat melakukan seleksi terhadap data calon karyawan dengan mengautomatisasi pengumpulan data, pengolahan data dan distribusi informasi sehingga memudahkan pihak perusahaan untuk dapat mengelola data dan nilai hasil tes calon karyawan sesuai dengan kriteria yang sudah ditetapkan. Metode Simple Additive Weighting memiliki konsep dasar mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja pada setiap alternatif pada semua atribut. Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari analisis masalah, pengumpulan literatur, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. kesimpulan bahwa aplikasi mempermudah manager dalam mengambil keputusan pemilihan calon karyawan dan sistem dapat mempermudah pendaftaran karyawan pada PT. Cakra Mobilindo sebesar 100% dan membantu pelamar untuk melakukan proses rekrutmen calon karyawan sebesar 82,5%

Abstract

This study aims to find trending topics and conduct sentiment analysis on trending topics related to the province of West Nusa Tenggara. This analysis uses tweet data from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. The method used is Lexicon Based with the python programming language. The research stages consist of crawling the dataset, preprocessing, finding trending topics, lexicon based sentiment analysis & confusion matrix test and visualization. The conclusion from the analysis related to trending topics is that the top ten trending topics that emerged include: (1) COVID-19, (2) Wistan's brother, (3) MotoGP, (4) Rimpu Culture, (5) Baturotok Village fire, ( 6) The throwing of the factory by four housewives, (7) Rocky Gerung, (8) #onehealthKIPM, (9) after the NTB earthquake, and (10) the arrival of Sandiaga Uno to Bima. Sentiment analysis results show that several topics tend to lead to positive sentiment, including: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 8th topics, 9th and 10th topics. While the 1st topic is related to COVID-19, the 6th and 7th tend to lead to negative sentiment. The test accuracy value is above 80% and the average score for all topics is 100% on accuracy, 100% on precision and 100% on recall.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi pada dunia bisnis dimanfaatkan sebagai strategi untuk meraup keuntungan dan memperkecil resiko kerugian. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi informasi semakin bertambah juga kemampuan komputer untuk membantu dalam memberikan solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi. Salah satunya adalah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis komputer. Prediksi merupakan hasil dari aktivitas memprediksi, meramal ataupun memperkirakan nilai masa mendatang misalnya memprediksi stok benda satu tahun ke depan. Barang ialah produk yang berwujud fisik, sehingga dapat dilihat, diraba atau dijamah, dipegang, disimpan, dipindahkan serta diproses isinya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah hasil analisa dari penelitian ini digunakan untuk membantu admin dalam memprediksi tren penjualan barang di CV. Light Auto. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini model waterfall meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Abstract

Graduating on time at the higher education level is one of the main targets of every student and university institution. Many factors can affect a student's length of study, the different character of each student is also an internal factor that affects their study period. These characters are used in this study to classify data groups of students who graduated on time or not. Classification was chosen because it is able to find a model or pattern that can describe and distinguish classes in a dataset. This research method uses the esemble learning method which aims to see student graduation predictions using a dataset from Kaggle, the data used is a IPK dataset collected from a university in Indonesia which consists of 1687 records and 5 attributes where this dataset is not balanced. The intended target is whether the student is predicted to graduate on time or not. The method proposed in this study is Ensemble Learning Different Contribution Sampling (DCS) and the algorithms used include Logistic Regression, Decision Tree Classifier, Gaussian, Random Forest Classifier, Ada Bost Classifier, Support Vector Coefficient, KNeighbors Classifier and MLP Classifier. From each classification algorithm used, the test value and accuracy are calculated which are then compared between the algorithms. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the best accuracy results are owned by the MLPClassifier algorithm with the ability to predict student graduation on time of 91.87%. The classification model provided by the DCS-LCA used does not give better results than the basic classifier of its constituent, namely the MLPClassifier algorithm of 91.87%, SVC of 91.64%, Logistic Regression of 91.46%, AdaBost Classifier of 90.87%, Random Forest Classifier of 90.45% , and KNN of 89.80%.

Abstract

The development of retail business technology is related to the need for management to meet customer demands by using technology. To help make effective sales strategic decisions, it is necessary to optimize the use of information technology on existing sales transaction data. The transaction database that has been stored as a company archive asset can be used for processing information that is useful in increasing product sales and promotions. This study aims to provide an analysis related to the product sales pattern of PT. X in Sumbawa Besar city. PT. X is a retail company that sells distributes daily consumer goods. The algorithm used is Frequent Pattern – Growth which is one of the algorithms in data mining used to find relationships in large data based on the number of occurrences of these data relationships. The Association Rule Mining method can be used in the retail business field, known as Market Basket Analysis. The application used for testing is Rapidminer 9.10. The research stages include: data collection, data preparation, FP-Growth algorithm implementation, result analysis and conclusions. The results of the tests carried out resulted in 819 rules with a total of 85 rules. The results of grouping strong rules based on the combination and number of products that produce information that is expected to be used as recommendations to promote products with discount, cross-selling, up-selling, product bundling and other types of promotions to increase product sales.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Kepala Pusat Kurikulum dan Pembelajaran Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebuda-yaan menyatakan bahwa computational thinking merupakan salah satu kompetensi baru yang akan masuk dalam sistem pembelajaran anak Indonesia. Salah satu strategi efektif untuk menerapkan computational thinking di sekolah adalah dengan memperkenalkan dan memberi pelatihan kepada guru tentang implementasi computational thinking di mata pelajaran yang mereka ajarkan. Biro Bebras Universitas Bumigora berusaha untuk mengimplementasikan computational thinking di wilayah Nusa Tenggara Barat melalui kegiatan pemberdayaan guru dan siswa dalam kemampuan computational thinking. Metode yang digunakan dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah Asset Based Community Development. Kegiatan pengabdian ini terdiri beberapa tahapan antara lain adalah persiapan kegiatan, sosialisasi pengenalan computational thinking, pelatihan computational thinking, mini challenge & Lomba Bebras Nasional dan Evaluasi. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah bahwa persentase pencapaian jumlah sekolah, peserta guru maupun peserta siswa belum memenuhi target namun berada pada rerata 78%. Selain itu, hasil kuisioner evaluasi menyatakan bahwa kepuasan partisipan terhadap kegiatan pemberdayaan kemampuan computational thinking dianggap sesuai dengan kebutuhan pekerjaan mengajar guru, sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelatihan dan memberikan manfaat secara pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang pekerjaan. Salah satu faktor eksternal yang dihadapi oleh Biro Bebras Universitas Bumigora adalah kesiapan perangkat teknologi dan kemampuan literasi digital. Saran perbaikan terhadap kegiatan adalah terkait dengan perbaikan strategi pemberdayaan dengan menyusun perencanaan matang untuk dapat melakukan kegiatan yang berdampak lebih luas secara geografis dan juga pengembangan soal yang lebih bervariasi pada mata pelajaran sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: Bebras, Biro Bebras Universitas Bumigora, Computational Thinking [English]: The Center for Curriculum and Learning of the Ministry of Education and Culture stated that computational thinking is the new competency that will be implemented in the Indonesian education system. An effective way to implement computational thinking in schools is by introducing and training the teachers on implementing computational thinking in the subjects. The Bebras Bureau of Bumigora University sought to implement computational thinking in education in the West Nusa Tenggara region by empowering teachers and students in computational thinking skills. The method used in this community service program method was Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). The stages of this program were activity preparation, socialization of computational thinking introduction, computational thinking training, mini challenge & National Bebras Competition and Evaluation. The result shows that the achievement percentage for the number of schools, teacher participants and student participants has yet to meet the target but is at an average of 78%. In addition, the results of the teacher evaluation questionnaire stated that the program was considered by the needs of teaching jobs and training needs and provided benefits in terms of knowledge and skills in the field of work. One of the external factors faced by the Bebras Bureau at Bumigora University is the readiness for technological devices and digital literacy capabilities. The recommendation for improvement of this program is an effort to improve the empowerment strategy through careful planning so that it will have a wider impact. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mencoba menganalisis model yang tepat dalam menganalisis tingkat penerimaan pegawai pemerintah dan masyarakat terhadap teknologi e-government di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Beberapa model di analisa kelayakan faktor dan kesesuaian terapan dengan melihat banyaknya implementasi terapan metode tersebut dalam konteks e-government di beberapa penelitian sejenis. Beberapa konstruk dibahas dan dimodifikasi sesuai dengan perkembangan dan kesesuaian kebutuhan. Hasil memberikan model baru yaitu UTAUT2 Modifikasi dengan mengabungkan model yang telah popular digunakan yaitu Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) dan Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) dengan variabel tambahan oleh Faris Ash-Shobi dalam penelitiannya; model yang dibentuk disusun dengan memperluas cakupan variabel yang digunakan dalam analisis untuk dapat mengukur dan memodelkan bentuk model paling mendekati untuk dapat mengambarkan model penerimaan masyarakat terhadap penerimaan dan penggunaan teknologi e-government di Nusa Tenggara Barat.Kata kunci: e-government, model penerimaan dan penggunaan teknologi, TAM, UTAUT, UTAUT2, UTAUT2 ModifikasiABSTRACTThis study tries to analyze the right model in analyzing the level of government and community employee acceptance of e-government technology in West Nusa Tenggara. Several models in the feasibility analysis of the applied factors and suitability by looking at the number of applied implementations of the method in the context of e-government in several similar studies. Some constructs are discussed and modified according to the development and suitability of needs. The results provide a new model that is UTAUT2 Modification by combining the models that have been popularly used, namely Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT), Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) with additional variables by Faris Ash-Shobi in his research; the model formed is structured by extending the range of variables used in the analysis to be able to measure and model the model form most closely to be able to describe the model of public acceptance of the acceptance and use of e-government technology in West Nusa Tenggara.Keywords: e-government, accept and use of technology model, TAM, UTAUT, UTAUT2, UTAUT2 Modification

Abstract

ABSTRAKIndonesia adalah salah satu negara yang rawan terhadap bencana gempa bumi.Beberapa daerah yang mengalami bencana gempa pada tahun 2018 adalah Lombok dan Palu.Gempa tersebut mengakibatkan banyak korban jiwa.Jumlah korban jiwa dari data Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana adalah untuk korban meninggal dunia di Lombok mencapai 481 orang dan di Palu mencapai 2.113 orang.Selain menelan korban jiwa gempa juga berdampak terhadap kerusakan struktur sosial masyarakat dan menimbulkan lonjakan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat yang menjadi korban bencana. Kurangnya informasi dan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang kesiapsiagaan dalam menghadapi bencana gempa dapat menimbulkan kepanikan yang pada gilirannya akan menyulitkan penanggulangan dan upaya mereduksi risiko bencana. Penanganan bencana bukan saja menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah tetapi harus menjadi tanggung jawab masyarakat setempat yang terkena dampak bencana.Tanggung jawab masyarakat setempat dapat berupa kesiapan dan kecerdasan masyarakat dalam menyikapi sebuah bencana. Solusi dari pemasalahan tersebut adalah membuat aplikasi siaga menghadapi bencana gempa berbasis mobile.Aplikasi ini memiliki fitur untuk melihat informasi gempa terkini, penentuan lokasi untuk evakuasi terdekat dan media edukasi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran terhadap resiko bencana. Hal ini bermanfaat dalam mendukung program Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB) untuk menciptakan masyarakat tangguh bencana. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan model prototype yaitu dari pengumpulan kebutuhan dan membuat rancangan prototype.Kata kunci: rancangan, prototype, aplikasi, siaga, gempaABSTRACTIndonesia is one of the countries prone to earthquake disasters. Some of the regions that experienced earthquake disasters in 2018 were Lombok and Palu. The earthquake caused many casualties. The number of fatalities from the National Disaster Management Agency data is for the death toll in Lombok reaching 481 people and in Palu reaching 2,113 people. In addition to the loss of life the earthquake also affected the social structure of the community and caused a surge in the basic needs of people who were victims of the disaster. The lack of information and knowledge of the community about preparedness in the face of earthquake disasters can cause panic which in turn will make it difficult to overcome and reduce disaster risk. Disaster management is not only the responsibility of the government but must be the responsibility of the local community affected by the disaster. The responsibility of the local community can be in the form of community readiness and intelligence in responding to a disaster. The solution to this problem is to create a mobile alert-based disaster alert application. This application has features to view the latest earthquake information, determine the location for the closest evacuation and educational media to increase understanding and awareness of disaster risk. This is useful in supporting the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) program to create a resilient community of disasters. Abstract

Taekwondo is a popular martial art sport that originated in Korea that developed in Indonesia in 1975 under Taekwondo Indonesia where the management of provincial activities was supervised by the Provincial Board. This study aims to assist the needs of multi-criteria decision making with the concept of Group Decision Support Systems for selecting Taekwondo athletes in West Nusa Tenggara. This system involves two decision makers, namely the Chief Executive of Pengprov and the Trainer. The method used in calculating decision making is the Weighted Product and Borda methods. The criteria used are geup, weight and age on the cost criteria, and medal criteria, charter, height, push ups, sit ups and balke on the benefits criteria. The data used in this study are 30 alternative data of Taekwondo members who are in the men's division. The stages of the research include: problem analysis, data collection, data initialization, implementation of the Weight Product method, implementation of the Borda method and analysis of the results & drawing conclusions. The results provide decision recommendations for the top 10 best assessments consisting of A25, A19, A14, A09, A26, A28, A01, A04, A07 and A06. Furthermore, the results of the analysis using the division of class categories based on body weight produce alternative data that are not evenly distributed in each class category. Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase teachers' knowledge and competence related to computational thinking in school subjects and support the program of implementing computational thinking skills for elementary and junior and senior high schools. The method of implementing the service is in the form of a workshop which includes preparation activities, material presentation, and sessions for making CT-based questions. The material is collaborated with existing school subjects such as Mathematics, Language and Social and Physical Science. The target partners of this service are MI and MTs teachers who teach at the Islamic Boarding School of Selaparang Kediri in West Lombok who totaled 31 teachers. In the final session of the activity, an evaluation is carried out using a questionnaire and is analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that there is an increase in computational thingking knowledge and teachers are able to infuse CT in the subjects they teach.
