Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kepemimpinan Tuhan Yesus pasca kebangkitan berdasarkan Injil Yohanes agar bermanfaat sebagai bahan masukan bagi teori dan praktik kepemimpinan Kristen yang kolaboratif, kreatif, konstruktif, inovatif, koheren dan produktif di masa kini dan mendatang. Dengan penggunaan metode literatur, analisis deskriptif terhadap teks Injil Yohanes pasal 20-21, maka diperoleh hasil: Pertama, kepemimpinan Tuhan Yesus adalah memulihkan (recovery). Kedua, kepemimpinan Tuhan Yesus adalah memperdamaikan (rekonsiliasi). Ketiga, kepemimpinan Tuhan Yesus adalah mengkonsolidasi. Keempat, kepemimpinan Tuhan Yesus adalah mendelegasikan tugas. Sejatinya, gaya kepemimpinan Tuhan Yesus dalam Alkitab merupakan acuan kepemimpinan Kristen di segala abad dan tempat.

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) to analyze the views of the Germita Jamaat Ayalon Pangeran regarding the Syahattu Engget Ritual. (2) To find out the values ​​of the Syahattu Engget Rite in the Germita Congregation of Ayalon Pangeran. (3) To find out the involvement of the members of the Germita Ayalon Pangeran congregation in the practice of the Syahattu Engget Ritual. This research approach is qualitative by using data collection procedures and techniques: (1) observation, (2) in-depth interviews, (3) documentation. Data analysis used the following steps: (1) data reduction, (2) data display, (3) checking the validity of the data. Based on the analysis of the data, it was concluded: (1) Germita Jemaat Ayalon Pangeran believes that the Syahattu Engget Ritual is a ritual that must be preserved and must not be removed and has certain values ​​for the Germita Congregation of Ayalon Pangeran (2) The Syahattu Engget traditional event has certain values. the rite values ​​contained therein are sacred values, social values, psychological values, religious phenomenological values, and Christian theology values ​​(3) The involvement of the Germita Ayalon Pangeran Jama'at on the rite is very high and even followed by the entire congregation. Based on these conclusions, it is recommended (1) to be more enthusiastic in carrying out service tasks, especially to preserve the culture that has been passed down by the ancestors so that it can be implied in everyday life for the Germita of the Ayalon Pangeran congregation (2) Be more consistent in maintaining the customs inherited from the ancestors in this case the Syahattu Engget rite, reactivates other cultures that are starting to be lost or eroded over the development of this era of globalization (3) The results of this study can be used as a reference or reference for conducting further relevant research as an effort to preserve the nation's culture (4) As for The weaknesses of the results of this study can be used as study material for further research.

Abstract

Indonesian National Army (TNI). The TNI is one of the state apparatuses that concentrates and carries out tasks on the defense and security of the sovereignty of the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). The professionalism of TNI-AD Soldiers is solid, one of which is motivated by a solid mental condition as well as one of its elements. Mental-spiritual development is an effort made by the TNI in equipping soldiers for the internalization of Christian education in the lives of soldiers. This can be seen from TNI soldiers who become special servants of the congregation such as elders, deacons, head of the fathers, and so on. But on the other hand there are TNI personnel who are involved in fights, violence, and other problems. The purpose of this study is to explain and assess the absorption of Christian education through mental and spiritual growth for Indonesian Army soldiers at the Merdeka XIII Kodam: (1) internalization of Christian education through mental and spiritual development of TNI soldiers at Kodam XIII Merdeka Manado, (2) the impact of internalizing Christian values through mental and spiritual development for TNI soldiers at the Merdeka Manado Military Command XIII, and (3) supporting and inhibiting factors for internalizing Christian education values through mental and spiritual development for TNI soldiers at the Merdeka Manado Military Command XIII. This is a qualitative research project. Interview, observation, and documentation criteria were employed to obtain data. The findings revealed that (1) the internalization of Christian education values through mental and spiritual development of Indonesian Army soldiers at Kodam XIII Merdeka Manado can be divided into four categories, namely worship using the lecture method, counseling guidance, counseling in conveying Christian values, nationality, and struggle; and services for soldiers who request them. (2) The impact of internalizing Christian education ideals through mental growth of TNI-AD soldiers of Merdeka Military Command XII Manado, namely, soldiers who are obedient and believe in God. The second step is to create a Christian environment. The next step is to establish a disciplined military environment. Fourth, in a soldie's life, the achievement of a happy family. (3) The shortage of experts, the inability to reach soldiers directly, and the soldiers' lack of knowledge of the importance of cooperating and being open are all problems that impede the absorption of Christian education values. Continuous activities, publication of bulletins, magazines, and troof info (brochures), attention and encouragement from commanders, and the availability of facilities in the implementation of mental-spiritual development activities are all supporting factors in internalizing the values of Christian education through mental-spiritual development.

Abstract

One of the services carried out by the Christian Church in Indonesia (GMIM) is Catechization (Sidi). In order to become a man who has more faith in Christ, he needs to be educated and educate himself. "Humans can be human only through education". So this action that is taken by the church in shaping the maturity of the congregation's faith is carried out through sidi catechism. Because catechism is a form of Christian education service carried out by the church. So the purpose of this study is to analyze and describe: How is the didactic form of sidi catechism for church members in the GMIM congregation. This research is a qualitative research with the type of library research. Based on the results of the research, the authors conclude that this Sidi Catechism education has a significant role as an introduction for followers to reach maturity in religion and society, especially for church members with some guidelines in the form of a curriculum that has been provided. Because this catechetical education has been a mainstay throughout history in the regeneration of Christianity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain the results of the analysis and description of the student's social life influenced by the campus environment, family environment, and boarding house environment which influence each other so that the spiritual formation of students is needed to erode the emerging influences. Also raised the problems of boarding students in the environment around the campus. Raising the context of social life and spiritual formation with the problems of boarding house students in the campus environment, and the efforts that need to be made to overcome polemics in the field. The research uses qualitative research methods as an effort to present the social world, and its perspective in the world, in terms of concepts, behaviors, perceptions, and issues about the human being studied. This is what becomes a reference for researchers in finding and collecting data in the field, with boarding house research locations around the IAKN Manado campus

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: (1) Pengimplementasian MBS pada Sekolah Menengah Pertama, (2) Faktor yang menunjang pengimplementasian MBS, (3) Faktor yang menghambat pengimplementasian MBS, (4) Solusi yang dilakukan dalam pengimplementasian MBS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Prosedur dan teknik pengumpulan data: (1) observasi, (2) wawancara tidak terstruktur (3) studi dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah peneliti sendiri dilengkapi dengan wawancara tidak terstruktur, kamera foto, dan catatan lapangan. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan cara: mereduksi data, display data, dan pengecekan keabsahan data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) pengimplementasian manajemen berbasis sekolah belum berjalan seperti yang diharapkan karena banyak data dan dokumen tidak tersedia, antara lain: RKAS dan RPS, diadopsi dari sekolah lain tanpa direvisi, prinsip transparansi dan akuntabilitas tidak dilaksanakan, fungsi-fungsi manajemen belum dilaksanakan secara benar, komunitas sekolah kurang memahami MBS; (2) faktor yang menghamabat antara lain: tidak dilakukan dilakukan analisa SWOT, Sosialisasi belum optimal, sistem monitoring dan evaluasi tidak optimal, sarana dan prasarana belum memadai, lemahnya budaya peningkatan mutu secara holistik, kurangnya pengembangan diri para tenaga pendidik, minimnya tenaga administrasi, kurangnya pemahaman tentang MBS oleh komite sekolah dan masyarakat; (3) faktor yang menunjang dalam pengimplementasian MBS, yaitu adanya SDM pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, tersedianya dana BOS dan partisipasi orang tua, adanya struktur kepemimpinan sekolah, sebagian besar tenaga pendidik berkualifikasi akademik strata satu, dan telah disertifikasi sebagai guru profesional, adanya struktur komite sekolah, animo masyarakat untuk menyekolahkan anak sangat besar; (4) Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan dalam pengimplementasian MBS yaitu mempelajari secara mendalam berbagai regulasi tentang manajemen pendidikan, mengadakan pembinaan terhadap para tenaga pendidik dan administrasi, mengikutsertakan tenaga pendidik dalam kegiatan pelatihan, melibatkan komite dan orang tua siswa dalam pengembangan sekolah.Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas maka disarankan yaitu: (1) perlu adanya sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada komunitas sekolah tentang manajemen berbasis sekolah; (2) melakukan analisa SWOT, (3) mengoptimalisasikan potensi sekolah; (4) perlu adanya peningkatan mutu sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

This paper describes the transformation of gratitude: identity and social relations during the Covid-19 pandemic era in Tomohon. The expression of gratitude to God Almighty (Opo Empung Wailan Wangko) was inherited from the ancestors of the Tou (people) of Minahasa for the yields obtained in the form of offerings. This one gratitude is done every one person in social relations and cultural integration. This article aims to analyze the transformation of gratitude carried out in Tomohon during the Covid-19 Pandemic era. This study reveals the social identity theory from the sociological paradigm by Steph Lawler (2014) which functions as a relationship between relatives as individuals, which in this study is called family, basudara. The article data uses field research with the method of observation and in-depth interviews. The results of the research are expected to help the government and society in preventing Covid-19 so as to minimize consumptive lifestyles and maintain distance. There are three values ​​that are useful for building life, namely the value of brotherhood, mutual cooperation (mapalus) and spirituality.

Abstract

Abstract. The encounter between religion and culture receives resistance as it is considered as the syncreticsm. Acculturation approach, however, offers alternative contribution to the tension of leadership with its cultural features. Paul transformational leadership and Minahasa leadership philosophy are two discussion materials that potentially could donate insight with acculturative construction. The research question that lead this work was how is Pauline transformational leadership and Minahasan leadership philosophy acculturative construction? This research attempted to see possibities that could be an alternative contribution to cultural and Christian leadership discussion. This research involved to leadership tension with qualitative and ethnography approach. Sources such as book, article, and academic essay were combined with field interview. In sum, collaboration between Paul transformational leadership and Minahasa leadership philosophy offers a new modification and construction perspective, a continuity leadership and dichotomous with solid cultural identity.Abstrak. Perjumpaan antara agama dan budaya menerima resistensi karena dianggap sebagai realisasi sinkretisme. Namun pendekatan akulturasi menawarkan alternatif yang kontributif bagi gejolak krisis kepemimpinan bercorak budaya. Konsep kepemimpinan transformasional Paulus dan falsafah kepemimpinan di Minahasa merupakan dua objek diskusi yang berpotensi menyumbangkan pemikiran baru jika dikonstruksikan secara akulturatif. Rumusan masalah yang menuntun penelitian ini adalah, bagaimana konstruksi akulturatif kepemimpinan transformasional Paulus dan falsafah kepemimpinan Minahasa? Penelitian ini mencoba untuk melihat kemungkinan  yang dapat menjadi kontribusi alternatif bagi diskusi kepemimpinan kultural dan Kristen. Penelitian ini mendekati problematika kepemimpinan dengan metode kualitatif dan etnografi. Sumber pustaka seperti buku, artikel dan naskah akademik lainnya dikombinasikan dengan hasil wawancara di lapangan. Sebagai hasilnya, kolaborasi konsep kepemimpinan transformasional Paulus dan falsafah kepemimpinan Minahasa menawarkan sebuah modifikasi dan konstruksi baru, kepemimpinan yang kontinuitas dan terdikotonomikan dengan identitas budaya yang kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain an in-depth picture of the implementation of supervisory academic supervision of PAK teachers in Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 1 Amurang. Associated with obtaining information and descriptions clearly and systematically in using a qualitative approach where as a researcher tries to photograph, describe and interpret every phenomenon of the object under study in accordance with the objective situation and conditions. The research design of a multisite study is a qualitative research design involving several sites and research subjects who are assumed to have the same characteristics. Multisite study is one type of qualitative research, especially for constructing and developing theories based on several similar research backgrounds so that it can produce theories that can be transferred to situations with a broader and general scope. In the context of this multisite study, the research on the academic supervision of Christian religious teachers in three junior high schools has similarities with one another. The results showed that planning for academic supervision by PAK supervisors for Christian religious teachers at State Junior High Schools in South Minahasa was generally carried out because it has become the main task, function and responsibility of the supervisor; based on the program from the ministry of religion which is embodied in the supervisory program and follows the academic calendar of educational units

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi bagi pemerintah dalam menunjang strategi maupun inovasi penyaluran bantuan sosial kepada masyarakat Sulawesi Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah webinar melalui aplikasi zoom, mengingat situasi dan kondisi yang dialami pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Melalui pemaparan pakar dari perspektif pemerintah, teologi sosial, etika sosial dan peneliti di bidang sosial dan agama diperoleh pencerahan mengenai polemik bantuan sosial di masa pandemi serta disadari pentingnya strategi dan inovasi dalam menyalurkan bantuan sosial bagi mereka yang membutuhkan sebagai dampak dari pandemi Covid-19. Sejatinya, keterlibatan pemerintah, lembaga agama, organisasi masyarakat dan semua pihak dalam menyalurkan bantuan sosial dengan tepat sasaran dapat meringankan beban sesama yang mengalami penderitaan pada masa pandemi Covid-19.
