Abstract

This study discusses the selection of suppliers at a Muslim clothing convection company Iyon Collection in the Jakarta area. Supplier selection is carried out regularly once a year. Some of the problems encountered include the absence of an appropriate method for supplier selection, the absence of a criterion weight value, and no application of a Decision Support System (SPK) for supplier selection that can facilitate the assessment. In addition, the owner of the convection has not yet obtained the required information in the form of a report. Therefore, it is necessary to build an SPK for the assessment of supplier selection. The criteria used include price, quality of materials, distance from supplier to convection, delivery time, discounted prices and supplier service. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to obtain the weight value for each criterion, and the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to find the priority value for ranking each alternative. The purpose of this study is to determine the right assessment method with the right criteria, and determine the value of the weight of the criteria, so as to produce a supplier selection DSS application system that can facilitate the assessment. With the resulting SPK application, the owner also gets the required report information, including supplier data reports, supplier assessment reports and supplier ranking reports. Selection of the right supplier, will be able to provide raw materials for clothing at the right convection on time, to avoid losses in the clothing production process.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Dail Khairaat Foundation, where there was an assessment method that had been carried out previously. However, there are several problems faced, namely the absence of a weighted criterion value, the large number of assessment aspects, the calculation of the final score is still manual, and it is difficult to find teacher assessment performance data. This is because the documents used are still in the form of an assessment file archive, so that it can lead to errors in teacher performance assessments. We need an assessment of teacher performance in the form of a decision support system, which produces objective and more precise results decisions, so that the results obtained are in line with expectations and can improve the quality and quality of teachers' performance. SPK teacher performance assessment uses criteria approved by the principal using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The AHP method is used to generate the weighted criteria, and generate teacher alternative priorities. The research carried out resulted in a DSS with the right method for assessing teacher performance, with the weight of the criteria, and the alternative priorities of the best performing teachers. The resulting SPK is a website-based application system that can provide a recommendation for the best teacher. This DSS also makes it easier to assess, calculate and search for teacher performance appraisal data to reduce errors in teacher performance appraisals. This DSS will help the principal to make decisions to determine the best performing teachers in an objective and more precise manner. This can be used as material for evaluating teacher performance so that performance can be maintained or improved

Abstract

88 is a tutoring agency that is engaged in formal education. The process of academic administration at their agency is now done manually. Starting from the candidate registration process of students who will enter, then follow the Academic Potential Test and select the learning program, untill students get a fixed schedule based on program choice, including any data selection process and its input. So that possible errors in data processing input can occur. Therefore the use of information technology will be very helpful at the Institute Tutoring GAMA’88 Ciputat, especially in academic administration.Object Oriented methodology is more flexible, ease in changing the program, and is used extensively in large-scale software engineering. Furthermore, supporters of Object Oriented Programming claim that OOP is easier to learn for beginners than the previous approach, and the OOP approach is more easily developed and maintained. The use of information technology to be built, especially the Application System Academic Administration with Object Oriented Methodology will assist in tackling the problems facing the Institute Tutoring GAMA’88 Ciputat. So that will minimize the possibility of errors in data processing input and both students and tutors. Abstract

Penilaian karyawan dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada karyawan terbaik berupa pertimbangan kenaikan jabatan. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah belum tersedianya bobot kriteria yang digunakan, belum adanya proses perangkingan dari penilaian karyawan terbaik, dan belum ada aplikasi sistem penunjang keputusan dalam penilaian karyawan terbaik. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis mencoba menerapkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan kriteria-kriteria yang telah disetujui yaitu tanggung jawab, kemampuan komunikasi, inisiatif, kehadiran, working age, dan sikap. Metode AHP digunakan untuk penentuan bobot kriteria, dan metode SAW digunakan untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik dengan menghasilkan ranking alternatif. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan mendapatkan bobot kriteria, menghasilkan ranking alternative untuk pemilihan karyawan terbaik, dan mengimplementasi aplikasi sistem penunjang keputusan dalam penilaian karyawan terbaik. Sistem ini diharapkan memberikan informasi pada hasil penilaian dalam penentuan karyawan terbaik, dan mempermudah proses penilaian karyawan. Laporan yang dihasilkan dalam sistem ini adalah surat hasil keputusan, laporan hasil keputusan penilaian karyawan, dan laporan perangkingan karyawan. Dari hasil User Acceptance Test, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengguna sangat setuju dengan aplikasi sistem pendukung keputusan dan penerapan metode ini. Ini terbukti dari nilai 87,5% Sangat Setuju dari kuesioner User Acceptance Test

Abstract

Fajar Collection is an individual business store that sells various products such as school uniforms, Muslim clothing, and casual clothes. In the existing business processes at Fajar Collection, using social media in the process of online sales transactions using Facebook and WhatsApp. However, with the online transaction business process, there are several obstacles experienced by the Fajar Collection store, namely, it is difficult for customers to find out stock availability, because there is no stock availability information on Facebook and WhatsApp, so customers have to ask the sales staff about stock inventory. Another obstacle is that the product promotion process is less than optimal, causing old products to be sold and slow to get new potential customers. Another obstacle is difficult in processing sales report data, because it is still done in bookkeeping by looking at sales notes to be included in the sales report, thus allowing different recordings of sales numbers and less than optimal in knowing sales data. Based on these constraints, an e-commerce website was designed using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the e-commerce business using the BMC methodology. The system was developed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach and a Content Management System (CMS) based website with WordPress using the woocommerce plugin. Then it is optimized by applying Search Engine Optimization (SEO) so that the site is on the first page of search engines, making it easier for customers to find the site. With the E-Commerce website, it will expand product sales promotions, and help customers who want to buy directly from the website. It is hoped that by utilizing this E-Commerce website, it will be easier for customers to process the purchase transactions in Fajar Collection.

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan berbasis teknologi informasi yang berkonsentrasi pada pelayanan jasa dan perdagangan umum, yaitu meliputi Internet Service Provider, Networking, Hardware dan Infrastruktur. Proses bisnis utama perusahaan tersebut adalah melakukan pemasangan internet kepada pelanggan yang ingin berlangganan internet dengan perusahaan dan kemudian melakukan penagihan terhadap pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan oleh penulis, permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah penurunan pendapatan perusahaan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung aktivitas tersebut. Dengan diterapkan sebuah sistem informasi administrasi pelanggan dan penagihan yang telah tekomputerisasi, maka dapat membantu kegiatan administrasi dan penagihan pelanggan agar menjadi lebih efektif, serta menghasilkan data yang lebih akurat, relevan dan tepat waktu, serta meminimalkan penurunan pendapatan perusahaan. Penulis mengimplementasikan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman VB.NET dan menggunakan database MySQL-Front.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi Administrasi Pelanggan, Metodologi Berorientasi Obyek.

Abstract

Computerized data processing is needed by every educational institution to achieve the optimal efficiency and optimal employment. Such as in educational institutions Nurul Fikri English Course, data processing are still done manually. Therefor effective and efficient are difficult to achieve in the institutions. Administrative processes such as student data are still recorded manually on the form, and it will make the search of student data requires considerable tima, and reporting was not effective and efficient. So it requires a computerized system that can handle the problems. Application system that will be implemented, will using object-oriented methodology approach Object-oriented methodology is trusted more flexible and more easily when there is a change in the program, object Oriented program is more widely used in software engineering on a large scale, and acknowledge that OOP is easier to learn, both for novice than previous methods, and OOP approach is easier to develop and to maintain. With computerized system makes the recording data much easier and the process administration of the students is smoother. In addition it facilitates the process of printing report based on a desired period so it can find information easily and quickly and employee performance more effectively and efficintly. The system is made through Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 application with Microsoft Access 2003 database.Keywords: Administration, Course, Object Oriented

Abstract

As an information technology-based faculty, the Faculty of Information Technology Budi Luhur University has the responsibility and bigrole in the manufacture and processing of information as an information center for students. Of the many responsibilities, it’s priorityis to give and provide the best service for students to information needs. To be kept competitive with competitors, especially FTI Budi Luhur University continues to improve its quality.One of its efforts is to improve the quality of services to students, by providing services to students in the form of Helpdesk. Helpdesk is a suppor t for mof information and activity providers that handle information and complaints from students of the Faculty of Information Technology. In this research,analysis and design of Student Services Helpdesk for FTI uses approach SDLC(SystemDevelopment LifeCycle) and UML methode and Object Oriented methodologies. Application Helpdesk will be created using Visual Basic.Net programming language. With this application, the expectation by accommodating and analyzing complaints or questions often asked by students(users),would provide solutions or responses based on the knowledge base. Abstract

Penilaian kinerja karyawan menempati peran penting untuk kelancaran perusahaan,terutama dengan pemilihan karyawan terbaiknya. Studi kasus penelitian ini bertempatpada PT. Ngampooz Pintar Sejahtera, dimana proses berjalannya, belum mempunyaiproses penilaian kinerja karyawan, sehingga mengalami beberapa kendala. Kendalatersebut antara lain belum adanya metode yang tepat dan nilai bobot kriteria dalamprosespemilihan karyawan terbaik, serta belum adanya informasi laporan yang dibutuhkansehingga berdampak kurangnya informasi kinerja karyawan untuk pimpinan. Untukmembantu mengatasi kendala ini,maka dibutuhkan sebuah system SPKuntuk pemilihankaryawan terbaik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode AHP digunakan karena merupakan salahsatu metode populer untuk mencari nilai pembobotan untuk setiap kriteria yangditetapkan. Metode kedua memiliki proses hitung yang sederhana, dapat menampilkanprioritas urutan alternatif berupa ranking tertinggi sampai terendah, mudahdiimplementasikan, dan menggunakan konsep pembobotan dalam perhitungannya yaituSimple Additive Weighting (SAW). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sebuahSPK yang dapat mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan atau penghitungan,meningkatkan efektifitas dalam pengolahan data, memudahkan dalam pemilihan danpembuatan laporan hasil kinerja karyawan yang cepat dan akurat. SPK ini mempercepatproses pemilihan karyawan terbaik serta membantu perusahaan untuk prosesperangkingan dalam pemilihan karyawan terbaik dengan tepat.

Abstract

Di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini pemerintah membatasi aktivitas diluar dan menghindarikontak fisik secara langsung. Sehingga banyak memanfaatkan media internet untukpenjualan dan pembelian. Pesona Tanaman yaitu usaha yang bergerak pada bidangpenjualan tanaman hias. Meskipun sudah menggunakan WhatsApp dan Marketplace,ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi yaitu, persaingan harga yang terlalu bervariatifsehingga mempunyai selisih harga yang jauh, banyaknya yang menjual produk yangsama sehingga membuat pelanggan memilih rekomendasi produk dari toko lain,minimnya dalam promosi penjualan sehingga produk lama terjual dan pemilik tokomasih menggunakan sistem pencatatan kertas untuk laporan. Untuk mengatasi kendalakendalatersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah website e-commerce. Dalam pengembangan ecommerceini menggunakan metode Business Model Canvas (BMC) untuk menganalisakekuatan dan kekurangan serta strategi bisnis. Perancangan sistem menggunakanmetode Unifield Modeling Language (UML), dan websitenya menggunakan aplikasiWordpress dengan Content Management System (CMS). Website juga dioptimalisasidengan menggunakan teknik Search Engine Optimization (SEO), agar website berada dihalaman awal pada mesin pencari, sehingga memudahkan pelanggan untuk menemukansitus web tersebut. Dengan website e-commerce ini diharapkan pemilik toko bisa lebihmemaksimalkan penjualan produk yang dijual melalui website e-commerce, penerapanSEO dan marketing dapat membantu meningkatkan penjualan serta dengan adanya fiturcetak laporan penjualan dapat mempermudah pemilik toko dalam merekapitulasilaporan.
