Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan kompetensi melatih untuk mengatasi kesulitan pelatih di Perkumpulan Renang Caesar dalam melatih renang anak penyandang disabilitas. Target yang ingin dicapai melalui kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan kompetensi baik secara pemahaman, pengetahuan, maupun keterampilan pelatih setelah mengikuti pelatihan terkait renang keselamatan bagi anak penyandang disabilitas. Selain kompetensi pelatih, kegiatan ini diharapkan juga menghasilkan produk yaitu modul melatih renang keselamatan bagi anak penyandang disabilitas. Metode kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan kepada para pelatih Perkumpulan Renang Caesar. Setelah diberi pelatihan materi teori, selanjutnya para pelatih akan melaksanakan praktek melatih anak-anak penyandang disabilitas dari Sekolah Luar Biasa yang mengikuti les renang di perkumpulan renang tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui beberapa metode pelatihan, yaitu: 1) Metode Ceramah, 2) Metode Tanya Jawab, dan 3) Metode Simulasi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 kali secara teori dan praktek, hal ini dilakukan agar peserta tidak hanya sekedar memahami teorinya saja, akan tetapi akan mendapat bimbingan dalam melatih langsung di kolam renang dengan baik dan benar. Keywords:Renang, Anak Penyandang Disabilitas

Abstract

This research aims to analyze curriculum management as an effort to improve the quality of education. The curriculum is an important component in the education system that determines the direction, content and methods of learning. Through effective management, the curriculum can be prepared and implemented well so that it is able to support the achievement of the expected graduate competencies. The research method used in this research is a qualitative method with a literature study approach. This approach was chosen because it allows researchers to thoroughly analyze various sources of information and relevant literature on curriculum management. Therefore, this research suggests the need to increase school management capacity and provide adequate resources to support an effective curriculum.

Abstract

Education is a planned and conscious effort to ensure that students receive lessons and actively develop and channel their potential to have good morals, namely religious, noble morals, honest and responsible personalities, as well as skills that will benefit them and society in the end (ABIDIN 2019:184). This research uses qualitative methods with data collection and analysis techniques carried out through literature studies from various books, scientific articles and other trusted sources. Literature study is a research method that involves reading books, articles, journals, websites, and other materials relevant to the research question, with the aim of understanding the assumptions and principles underlying the theory used as the basis for information for identification. Infrastructure refers to the basic infrastructure or facilities that support and enable the running of an activity. Infrastructure is usually fixed and related to a physical structure or larger system. or indirectly infrastructure to support education, for example school buildings, classrooms, laboratories, libraries. Educational facilities and infrastructure have a very important role in supporting the learning process. Facilities are direct tools or facilities used in learning activities, such as books, projectors and whiteboards. Infrastructure is the basic infrastructure that supports the running of activities, such as school buildings, classrooms and laboratories. Good management of facilities and infrastructure aims to create a comfortable, efficient and effective learning environment.

Abstract

Technological developments influence the development of schools in Indonesia regarding the facilities and learning media used, especially in the procurement of school facilities and infrastructure which must be met and improved. Procurement of school facilities and infrastructure still requires clear and sufficient funding sources. One of the funds that can be used as a source is BOS funds which are used to fund all school operations and non-operations, one of which is for facilities and infrastructure. The use of these funds needs to be planned so that they are sufficient according to the funds and expenses. Facilities and infrastructure that have been met can be put to good use to support the smooth running of learning and attention must be paid to their maintenance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the competence of school principals in educational leadership and examine the leadership competence of school principals who are effective in improving the quality of education. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection and analysis techniques by searching for literature through several books and scientific articles as well as other trusted sources. A leader is a figure who can be trusted and fosters a strong sense of loyalty towards his teammates. Leadership is one of several factors that determine an organization's ability to succeed. The principal is the person who leads the school. Effective leadership to organize, motivate, and influence leadership in organizations, which also summarizes performance and success. As an action, leadership functions to help achieve previously established work programs. Leaders encourage their subordinates to do things. According to Hersey and Blanchard, the four main dimensions of the principal's role are delegation, coaching, direction, and support. Becoming a school principal is not easy, because a school principal has various responsibilities and roles, one of which is being a strict school principal.

Abstract

: Good classroom and student management will have a positive impact on the learning process, create an environment conducive to student growth and development, and improve the overall quality of education. Class management and students in Indonesia have experienced various developments and transformations in line with changes in educational approaches, government policies and technological developments. However, challenges such as the lack of adequate educational facilities and infrastructure, disparities between regions in access to education, and improving the quality of teaching staff remain the main focus in efforts to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. Classroom management refers to the strategies and techniques used by educators to create a conducive, orderly and effective learning environment. This includes the physical setting of the classroom, rules and procedures, and approaches to dealing with student behavior. Meanwhile, student management involves an individual approach in understanding and meeting each student's learning needs, including differentiation strategies, providing motivation, and emotional support. This article highlights the importance of good classroom management skills for teachers to increase student participation and achievement, and emphasizes the important role of student management in creating personalized and inclusive learning experiences. Case studies and practical recommendations are included to provide guidance for educators in implementing these strategies effectively.

without any reference or formula. The quality of education is one of the problems that is and continues to be faced by the Indonesian people at every level and educational unit. School principals have a role in improving the quality and quality of education. In order to create quality education, what needs to be done is the role of leaders in educational institutions. one of them is the school principal who is able to drive all changes towards a better quality of education. However, of course, in this effort there are problems faced by school principals. The aim of this research is to describe the leadership of school principals to improve the quality of education and the problems they may face. This research method uses a literature review approach based on studies from several journals, proposals and books. The research results are based on a literature review of reward and punishment which has an effect on improving the quality of education in the leadership of school principals.

Abstract

Management of school and community relations is a process of mutual collaboration between the school and the community to achieve or make programs a success. The implementation of these programs is carried out through collaboration using various media such as print media, electronic media, communities and most importantly involving the surrounding community. If a system does not have management, it will disintegrate or become a system without rules. Especially in the relationship between school and community because there are several things that must be managed (management) which are elements of education itself, for example, there are educational staff, students, materials, tools and methods that must be launched.The main objective in exploring the theme of managing school and community relations is to analyze and describe the topics above, and explore case studies and solutions that will be used. This technique uses the term "second hand" in searching for relevant theories, namely through literature study.

Abstract

The concept of educational supervision includes the understanding, objectives, functions, principles, and internal-external supervision. A supervisor is someone who is in charge of supervising, coaching, directing and solving problems that exist within the school and outside the school. Educational supervision can improve the professional ability of teachers, principals, and other education personnel so that the education process runs according to what has been planned before. The research was conducted through a qualitative approach with data collection techniques, literature studies were then presented in the form of descriptive narratives.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan pendidikan yang baik dan sesuai dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, pengelolaan biaya pendidikan dapat dikatakan sebagai suatu kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan penataan sumber, penggunaan, dan pertanggungjawaban dana pendidikan di sekolah atau lembaga pendidikan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis untuk memberikan gambaran yang mendalam dan analitis mengenai perkembangan, pandangan dan temuan dalam bidang pengetahuan terkait. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Teknik ini dipilih untuk menggali pemahaman yang lebih mendalam dan komprehensif mengenai topik penelitian, dengan memanfaatkan literatur ilmiah, jurnal, dan sumber kepustakaan lainnya untuk mensintesis dan menganalisis informasi yang ada. Penyusunan perencanaan anggaran pendidikan adalah bagaimana memanfaatkan anggaran secara efektif dan efisien, mengalokasikan secara tepat, sesuai dengan skala prioritas. Proses penyusunan rencana anggaran pembiayaan pendidikan meliputi empat fase yaitu merencanakan anggraan, mempersiapkan anggraan, mengelola, dan menilai pelaksanaan anggaran, pengelolaan biaya pendidikan juga harus melalui proses perencanaan biaya pendidikan, pelaksanaan pengelolaan biaya pendidikan, dan evaluasi pengelolaan biaya pendidikan. Evaluasi pengelolaan biaya pendidikan bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa besar dana yang telah dihabiskan dalam anggaran serta mengetahui apakah program pendidikan yang telah direncanakan dan yang telah diselenggarakan telah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau belum. Kata kunci: biaya, pendidikan, pengelolaan Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out how good and appropriate education management can improve the quality of education, education cost management can be said to be an activity related to structuring the sources, use, and accountability of education funds in schools or educational institutions. This type of research uses an analytical descriptive approach to provide an in-depth and analytical description of developments, views and findings in related fields of knowledge. The technique used in data collection is library research. This technique was chosen to explore a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the research topic, by utilizing scientific literature, journals, and other literature sources to synthesize and analyze existing information. The preparation of education budget planning is how to utilize the budget effectively and efficiently, allocate appropriately, according to the priority scale. The process of preparing an education financing budget plan includes four stages, namely planning the budget, preparing the budget, managing, and assessing the implementation of the budget, education cost management must also go through the process of planning education costs, implementing education cost management, and evaluating education cost management.  The evaluation of education cost management aims to find out how much money has been spent in the budget and to find out whether the education program that has been planned and has been held has been as expected or not.
