Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of sociodrama learning methods, the activities of learners, the response of learners, and the learning outcomes of learners after using the method of sociodrama learning IPS material changes in Indonesian society in the period of colonialism and the growth of nationality spirit. This research type is pre experiment with research design one group pre test post test. The population of this research is all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 13 Semarang. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, observations, tests, documentation. The result of the research shows: (1) effective sociodrama method used with effectiveness level 82,35% in very good criterion, (2) student activity in sociodrama learning included in good category with score 884, (3) student response in good category with score 63,91 and (4) learners' learning result increase, initially only 7 students reaching KKM value with average score 58,6 to 34 students reach KKM value with average value 87,06. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan metode pembelajaran sosiodrama, aktivitas peserta didik, respon peserta didik, dan hasil belajar peserta didik setelah menggunakan metode sosiodrama pada pembelajaran IPS materi Perubahan Masyarakat Indonesia pada Masa Penjajahan dan Tumbuhnya Semangat Kebangsaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pre test post test. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII SMP Negeri 13 Semarang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi, tes, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) metode sosiodrama efektif digunakan dengan tingkat efektivitas 82,35% dalam kriteria sangat baik, (2) aktivitas peserta didik dalam pembelajaran sosiodrama termasuk dalam kategori baik dengan skor 884, (3) respon peserta didik dalam kategori baik dengan skor 63,91 dan (4) hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat, awalnya hanya 7 peserta didik yang mencapai nilai KKM dengan rata-rata nilai 58,6 menjadi 34 peserta didik mencapai nilai KKM dengan rata-rata nilai 87,06.

Abstract

Pembangunan fisik perlu diimbangi dengan pembangunan moral. Salah satu cara pembangunan moral terhadap generasi muda adalah melalui pendidikan karakter yang dilaksanakan di lembaga Sekolah Menengah Atas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengungkapkan model penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter melalui mata pelajaran Sosiologi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 5 Semarang. Hasil penelittian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter di SMA Negeri 5 Semarang dilaksanakan dengan cara diintegrasikan ke semua mata pelajaran yang ada. Penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter melalui mata pelajaran Sosiologi dapat ditinjau dari beberapa aspek, di antaranya: materi Sosiologi yang telah dianalisis nilai-nilai karakternya, RPP dan Silabus Sosiologi yang berkarakter, metode penanaman oleh guru, media pembelajaran berbasis karakter dan evaluasi penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter. Pengembangan dan penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter di SMA Negeri 5 Semarang juga dilakukan melalui penyediaan fasilitas seperti tempat ibadah, laboratorium bahasa dan budaya serta Pusat Sumber Belajar yang baik serta ditunjang dengan berbagai program sekolah mulai dari ekstra kurikuler, pengembangan budaya sekolah, wawasan wiyata mandala dan tentunya ditunjang dengan visi dan misi sekolah yang ada.Physical development needs to be balanced with moral development. One way of moral development in young people is through character education held in institutions of senior high school. The purpose of this study is to explore the experience ​​of SMAN 5 Semarang in habituating character education  through Sociology. The research results show that character education in SMA Negeri 5 Semarang is implemented integratedly into the existing subjects. The investment of character education values through sociology courses can be viewed from several aspects, such as character values, character-based lesson plan and syllabus, character building by teachers, character-based learning media and evaluation of the investment of character education values. Development and cultivation of character education values in SMA Negeri 5 Semarang is also done through the provision of facilities such as places of worship, cultural and language labs and good Learning Resource Center, accompanied by a variety of programs ranging from extra-curricular activity, school culture development, wiyata mandala insight and of course supported by the vision and mission of the school.

Abstract

Liminal identitas merupakan masalah yang dihadapi oleh masa remaja. Peristiwa liminal terjadi diakibatkan keengganan orangtua berbagi pengalaman masa remaja kepada anak-anak remaja dalam keluarga. Padahal masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari masa anak-anak menuju dewasa. Pada masa ini, perilaku remaja masih seperti anak-anak, tetapi dituntut belajar bersikap dewasa. Selain masa transisi, perkembangan yang paling terlihat pada masa remaja adalah pertumbuhan fisiknya. Pertumbuhan fisik tersebut diiringi oleh aktifnya hormon yang perpengaruh terhadap keingintahuan remaja tentang perubahan fisik, psikis, dan hasrat biologis. Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memahami konstruksi identitas dan ekspresi seksual remaja Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyaluran keingintahuan remaja yang tidak tepat membawa konsekuensi yang besar terhadap perilaku remaja yang mendewasa. Banyak remaja mengekspresikan dirinya dengan melakukan hubungan seks di luar nikah dan ekspresi seksualitas lainnya. Hal ini terjadi sebagai akibat pergaulan yang salah dan ketidaktepatan penyaluran rasa keingintahuannya. Ketidaksesuaian perilaku remaja terjadi, karena miskonsepsi dan misadaptasi dari lingkungan. Hal ini banyak dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan remaja tempat tumbuh kembang, terutama lingkungan perkotaan yang sangat kompleks akibat arus global. Ekspresi remaja terhadap seksualitasnya dalam penelitian yang telah dilakukan merupakan sebuah realitas sosial yang terjadi akibat dialektika pembangunan dan perubahan sosial-budaya.

Abstract

Somah orientation within family institutions shows that a father serves as the head of a family and a main worker of the family living together with his nuclear family has changed. The changes are not only in economic-social aspects, but also cultural aspects. The change occurs as a consequence of Long Distance Marriage (LDM) carried out by farmer families to meet their life needs. The study focused on the relationship model between husbands and wives in the farmer families whose husbands work in the city temporarily. The study shows that keeping husbands out of the village does not change much of the construction of patriarchal culture and the ideology of familialism in Tanggulangin community. The construction of the role of men and women in the LDM farmer families still exhibits the strong influence of patriarchal culture and familialism ideology that distinguishes the roles of men and women in the dichotomy of public and domestic roles as well as the patterns of senior-junior partner relations both at the theoretical and practical levels. Meanwhile, in the aspect of income earning and decision making, the relational model that is built in LDM farmer families LDM also depicts strong influence of patriarchy and ideologies familialism.

Abstract

Liminal identity is a problem faced by adolescence. Liminal events occur due to the reluctance of parents to share adolescent experiences with teenagers in the family. In addition to the transition period, the most noticeable development in adolescence is its physical growth. Physical growth is accompanied by an active hormone that influences the curiosity of adolescents about physical changes, psychological, and biological desires. This study aims to understand the construction of identity and sexual expression of adolescents in Semarang. This research employed descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study indicate that an inappropriate distribution of adolescents’ curiosity brings great consequences during adolescence period. Many adolescents express themselves by having sex outside of marriage and other sexual behaviors. This occurs as a result of wrong association and inaccurate distribution of curiosity. Misconceptions of adolescent behavior also happen due to misconceptions and miss-adaptation of the environment. The behavior is heavily influenced by their environment where they grow and develop, especially in the urban environments which are very complex due to global dynamics.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of learning models on IPS Learning Outcomes. The object of research includes student and teacher of class VII State Junior High School in Gunungpati District. The approach use in this research is quantitative Expost Facto. Data collection method use in the form of questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis technique use is regression analysis. The results showed that there is an influence between the learning model use by theacher to the result of the student of class VII State Junior High School in Gunungpati District. The result of calculation of simple regression analysis with equation got value a = 48,504 and b = 0,364 so by using simple linier regression equation formula as follows. Ŷ = 48,504 + 0,364 X . Suggestion for teacher should be more varied using learning modelsin IPS learning. While students so be able to utilize school facilities in accordance with the model of learning use by teachers. So it can be maximized the results of IPS learning. In addition, school should be able to complete the projector facilities in the classroom, the maps as an IPS Learning medium, and allow and facilitate student in the learning process of IPS can be out of class as a processof learning in social study process. So that the learning model is more varied, not monotonous in the classroom. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru, hasil belajar, serta pengaruh model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru terhadap hasil belajar IPS Kelas VII SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Gunungpati. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Objek penelitian meliputi Peserta didik dan guru kelas VII SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Gunungpati. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Kuantitatif Ex-Post Facto. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa angket dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Gunungpati. Hasil perhitungan analisis regresi sederhana dengan persamaan didapatkan nilai a = 48,504 dan b = 0,364 sehingga dengan menggunakan rumus persamaan regresi linier sederhana sebagai berikut. Ŷ= 48,504 + 0,364 X. Sedangkan Siswa hendaknya mampu memanfaatkan fasilitas sekolah sesuai dengan model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru. Sehingga bisa memaksimalkan hasil belajar IPS. Selain itu Sekolah hendaknya mampu melengkapi fasilitas di dalam kelas seperti peta, globe, dan mengijinkan serta memfasilitasi siswa pada proses pembelajaran IPS dapat keluar kelas sebagai proses pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran IPS

Abstract

This article tried to discuss the optimization of village potential in the tourism sector. It started with the assumption that changing a village into a tourist village would have a good impact on economic and socio-cultural aspects. This research was conducted in Pejagatan Village, Kutowinangun Sub-district, Kebumen Regency, which is basically a tourism village with the main product of pottery. The discussion emphasized the need for efforts to understand the characteristics and local elements in the village before determining the direction of the policy to be developed. Besides, the participation aspect of the community became the second part in an effort to discuss the optimization of a village's potential. This research was carried out utilizing a qualitative method with case studies as an effort to explore the main data. This method was accompanied by looking at previous studies and related documentation as supporting data.

Abstract

Acceleration of these developments can bring an effect on the lives of adolescents in both the positive and negative terms. The results of this research are: 1) Sexuality perception among SMA/MA students in Gunungpati Disrict classified into two parts, namely positive sexual perception and negative sexual perception; 2) The patterns of sexual behavior among SMA/ MA students:a. patterns of sexual behavior by level consists; b. premarital sexual behavior patterns based on the needs/motif; c. premarital sexual behavior patterns; d. patterns of sexual behavior based on intensity; 3) Factors influencing premarital sexual behavior among SMA/MA students in Gunungpati District include: parenting parents were more permissive, medium into low economic conditions, information media which can not be dammed, high dating experience, lack of sex education in the family, school and community as well as the weakness of religious values. Percepatan perkembangan remaja dapat membawa pengaruh terhadap kehidupan remaja baik dalam hal positif maupun negatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1) Persepsi seksualitas di kalangan pelajar SMA/MA di Kecamatan Gunungpati yaitu persepsi seksual positif dan persepsi seksual negatif; 2) Pola-pola perilaku seksual di kalangan pelajar SMA/MA Gunungpati diantaranya: a. pola perilaku seksual berdasarkan tingkatan; b. pola perilaku seksual pranikah berdasarkan kebutuhan/motif c. pola perilaku seksual pranikah berdasarkan pasangan; d. pola perilaku seksual berdasarkan intensitas; 3) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku seksual pranikah di kalangan pelajar SMA/MA di Kecamatan Gunungpati diantaranya: pola asuh orang tua yang lebih permisif, kondisi ekonomi yang menengah kebawah, media informasi yang tidak dapat dibendung, pengaruh teman bermain dan lingkungan yang begitu kuat, pengalaman pacaran yang tinggi, kurangnya pendidikan seks di dalam keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat serta lemahnya nilai-nilai agama.
