Abstract

Abstrak-Cloud Shoe merupakan usaha yang menyediakan berbagai pelayanan perawatan sepatu seperti unyellowing, repaint/recolour, dan bag spa. Cloud Shoe memiliki pendapatan yang menguntungkan setiap minggunya. Namun, Cloud Shoe masih menggunkan pencatatan keuangan secara manual. Pencatatan keuangan secara manual dapat menyebabkan ketidakakuratan pada perhitungan serta dapat menyebabkan dokumen pencatatan keuangan tidak rapi serta hilang. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini akan berfokus pada perancangan sistem pencatatan keuangan berbasis website menggunakan metode Agile Development Scrum. Metode Agile Development Scrum memiliki karakteristik yaitu pada setiap prosesnya harus menerima persetujuan dengan user agar aplikasi sesuai dengan keinginan user, dapat meminimalisir kesalahan, dan dapat meminimalisir terjadinya miss communication. Pengujian website dilakukan dengan menggunakan Blackbox Testing dan ISO 9126 dengan hasil menunjukkan rata-rata sebesar 88% yang artinya sistem sudah sangat baik.. Hasil perancangan sistem pencatatan keuangan dapat membantu karyawan dan owner dalam mengelola data keuangan, data karyawan, dan pertimbangan dalam pengambilan keputusan pada Cloud Shoe.Kata kunci-Cloud Shoe, Pencatatan Keuangan, Agile Development Scrum

Abstract

Abstrak-Pengembangan sarana wisata yang ada di Kabupaten Rembang tidak melibatkan sarana penunjang media dan penyebaran informasi secara merata. Hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya website resmi dari Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Rembang, sehingga informasi mengenai objek wisata kuliner tetap menggunakan website atau Blogspot dari masyarakat, namun informasi yang tersedia sangat sedikit dan belum up to date. Kabupaten Rembang memiliki berbagai wisata yang dapat dijadikan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah. Jumlah wisata di kabupaten Rembang dibagi menjadi beberapa jenis antara lain, Wisata Alam, Wisata Buatan, Wisata Budaya dan Sejarah, serta Wisata Kuliner. Karena minimnya ketersediaan media informasi objek wisata Kabupaten Rembang dan fasilitas penunjang lainnya, sehingga objek wisata kuliner di Kabupaten Rembang memerlukan lebih luas sarana media dalam memberikan informasi tentang keberadaan objek wisata tersebut melalui crowdsourcing. Tugas akhir ini dibuat menggunakan metode scrum dengan dimulai dari identifikasi stakeholder, lalu dibuat product backlog. Sistem yang sudah dibuat akan diuji dengan greybox testing. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini berupa sistem informasi geografis, yang menggunakan crowdsourcing untuk menyiadakan informasi wisata kuliner sebagai media informasi wisata kuliner dan juga pemetaan wisata kuliner pada Kabupaten Rembang. Sistem ini juga dapat menjadi referensi keputusan apakah objek tersebut harus dikunjungi atau tidak melalui review.Kata Kunci-Scrum, kabupaten rembang, sistem informasi geografis

Abstract

Objectives: This study is aimed to develop a multi-criteria decision-making model for evaluating employee performance and provide organizations with a guideline on how to quantify employee performance.Methodology: A hybrid approach of AHP and WSM was used in the development of the employee performance model. The AHP approach was employed to obtain the weight of each criterion. The obtained weight value is then used to calculate the performance score.Finding: Based on the literature review and interviews, nine criteria were used, namely the achievement of work targets, job knowledge, initiative, work discipline, responsibility, teamwork, integrity, communication, and cleanliness. Based on weight calculations, it was found that achievement of the work target has the highest importance weight, followed by job knowledge, initiative, work discipline, responsibility, teamwork, integrity, communication, and cleanliness.Conclusion: This study developed a multi-criteria decision-making model and a scoring guideline for evaluating employee performance. According to the results of the performance score, the assessed employee would fall into five categories i.e. unacceptable performance, performance is slightly under the minimum expectation, performance meets the standard and expectation, performance exceeds the standard and expectation, and extraordinary performance. The model can be used to help managers to make decisions regarding compensation which is to be given to employees by linking the employee performance category with compensation criteria.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing is an asset for industrial organizations. These assets play a key role in global competition. Especially in increasing the innovation capacity of Small and Medium Industries (IKM). In this case innovation means introducing new products, making qualitative changes to existing products, introducing new processes in industrial organizations, creating new markets, and developing new sources of raw materials or other inputs. Much knowledge is stored in individuals, which is called tacit knowledge. Sharing tacit knowledge among individuals associated with industry organizations can increase the capacity of innovation previously explained. This study analyzes the relationship between sharing tacit knowledge and organizational innovation capabilities. Certain SMI employees located in Semarang, Central Java were the respondents for this study. Opinions as many as 45 members of each IKM have been analyzed using the hypothesis testing method. Through this research, it is shown that the level of sharing of tacit knowledge influences IKM's innovation ability.

Abstract

The Citarum River is the longest river in West Java. The river participates in the development of the Indonesian economy by 20% of GDP (Gross Domestic Product). In 2018, the citarum river ecosystem structuring survey team found 31 factories in the Bandung Regency region that dumped the waste produced directly into the Citarum River, one of which was the textile industry. In the production process the textile industry uses textile dyes containing azo dyes. The compound has the potential to produce aminobenzen or aniline which causes pollution. The lack of a communal Waste Water Treatment Plant (IPAL) and improper location is a factor that causes the industry to dispose of production waste water directly into the Citarum River. This study aims to support government activities in improving the Citarum River by designing a Decision Support System (DSS) using a website-based Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the right location to build a communal WWTP. .

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) hold an important role in developing a country’s economy.Nevertheless, data shows that SMEs didn’t manage to stay in the competition due to the a handful ofproblems. Human resources that run these SMEs become substancial. With their knowledge, human resourceplanning the purpose of establishing the SMEs, creating a wide range of products as well as providing anyservices to customers. Knowledge of each individual that run this business is certainly different, despitehaving the same profession. This difference may appear because of the tacit knowledge possessed by each ofthese individuals. Mastery of explicit knowledge may afford to produce a uniformity, but understanding tacitknowledge is able to produce something more valuable. Tacit knowledge will provide a more tangible impactwhen externalized into explicit knowledge that is more easily understood, and further documented and takeninto deliberation in developing strategies to achieve and maintain the earmark of the SME.Case study is conducted in So Kressh CV. Kajeye Food, a medium enterprise in Malang producing variouskind of fruit chips. The result shows that knowledge externalization only affect the human resources in SoKressh. After that, conducted by making the manual book with the working method as an item that canrepresent the existence of knowledge externalization. And for the last step is planning the human resourcedevelopment strategies that focuses on : an effective and efficient working methods, an effectivecommunication, a two-way concept in delivering the training materials, making a training simulation andsocializing the program.

Abstract

This study identifies the criteria for developing natural tourism potential in Rembang Regency. There are problems, such as on the white sand beach of Wates. There are still attractions that have not been managed, namely the mangroves around the beach that have not been managed and around the tour. There are no lodgings such as hotels and guest houses for tourists, so for now, the distance to the beach can be accessed by vehicle because of quite a distance. To meet the requirements of tourist attraction, five criteria must be met based on the literature study: Attractions, Accommodations, Accessibility, Activities, and Amenities. After obtaining the criteria, a weighting will be carried out for each criterion based on 5A using the AHP approach. Based on the results obtained, it is known that the Accessibility criteria have the highest weight value, followed by the Amenity, Activities, Accommodation and Attractions criteria. Value modelling is carried out to calculate tourism feasibility according to standards.

Abstract

Rembang Regency is not a tourist destination in districts or cities in Central Java because tourist visits to tourist objects in Rembang Regency are still relatively small when compared to other areas around Rembang Regency such as Demak Regency, Kudus Regency, and Semarang Regency. The potential for cultural tourism in Rembang Regency is still relatively small compared to natural and artificial tourism. So that the potential to be taken is the potential for cultural tourism. There are six components of tourism development as the basis for research: Attraction, Amenities, Ancillary Service, Activity, Accessibility, and Accommodation. There are additional tourism development components from interviews with the Culture and Tourism Office of Rembang Regency, namely Environment and Human Resources. So that it can be managed clearly and accurately measured and tourism potential can be said to be feasible, it must first design indicators so that tourism managers can find out what must be developed for cultural tourism potential, so that later it is expected to become a tourist destination that can help the economy in the Regency Rembang. This study uses the SECI method (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization). After getting the indicator then, calculate the weight using AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process)

Abstract

The increasing use of expedition services due to the Covid-19 pandemic has also increased various types of risks in companies. This study discusses solutions to the complexity of supply chain management in the expedition services industry due to pandemic Covid-19. This study aims to analyze the risk of security management systems based on every activity in the supply chain of an expedition company. The method used in this study is the matrix risk assessment to determine the risk ranking by multiplying the possibilities and consequence values. Descriptive analysis approaches and in-depth interviews are needed to identify the types of risks in the supply chain of PT.X. The application of risk assessment consists of five stages: development mapping of supply chains, risk identification, risk assessment, risk response development, and risk response control. The results of this study indicate that three types of extreme risks need to be handled in priorities by providing proposed mitigation, namely bad weather, road accidents, and damaged items. Risk mitigation strategies are carried out to prevent the types of extreme risks in the company.

Abstract

Abstrak: Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan pengurus Pondok Pesantren Pembangunan Sumur Bandung (P3SB) salah satu masalah yang dihadapi yaitu tagihan listrik bulanan yang cukup besar untuk memenuhi fasilitas kelistrikan di wilayah pondok pesantren. Selain itu berdasarkan hasil analisis dari tim Universitas Telkom, secara lokasi P3SB cocok untuk integrasi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS). Selain untuk mengurangi tagihan listrik bulanan adanya sistem PLTS yang dibangung juga diharapkan menjadi media belajar santri pada bidang sistem energi terbarukan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam 3 tahap yaitu survey lokasi, pemasangan pembangkit tenga surya atap dan evalusi kegiatan. Selama pelatihan dan pemaparan Keamanan, Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) para siswa dan guru berjumlah 15 orang dapat menjawab pertanyaan dengan rerata akurasi jawaban 90%. Adanya pelatihan K3 ini diharapkan mitra dapat melakukan perawatan pembangkit surya secara mandiri. Berdasrkan hasil umpan balik, 72% dari masyarakat sasar sangat setuju dan 28% Setuju menerima kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan dan berharap kegiatan serupa dapat dilanjutkan di masa yang akan datang.Abstract: Based on the results of interviews with the management of the Islamic Boarding School (P3SB), one of the problems faced is the monthly electricity bill which is large enough to fulfill electricity facilities in the Islamic boarding school area. In addition, based on the analysis results from the Telkom University team, the location of P3SB is suitable for the integration of Solar Power Plants (PLTS). In addition to reducing monthly electricity bills, the PLTS system being built is also expected to become a learning medium for students in the field of renewable energy systems. The implementation of this activity was carried out in 3 stages, namely site survey, installation of a rooftop solar generator and activity evaluation. During training and presentation on Occupational Safety, Health, and Safety (K3) students and teachers consist of 15 peoples can answer questions with an average answer accuracy of 90%. K3 training is expected that partners to carry out solar generator maintenance independently. Based on the results of the feedback, 72% of the target community strongly agreed and 28% agreed to accept the community service activities being carried out and hoped that similar activities could be continued in the future.
