Abstract

Absorption words are words that are absorbed from foreign languages or regional languages which are then integrated into Indonesian so that they become common words for everyday people. However, people do not know that the words we often use are sometimes not native Indonesian words. Balai Bahasa as a unit whose task is to research the development of Indonesian vocabulary also needs a media that can inform the public about the results of its research related to borrowed words, apart from printed books or a large Indonesian dictionary. The most widely absorbed loanwords into Indonesian are Arabic, Dutch, and English. Therefore, the idea was born to build an application that is useful as a source of knowledge for the community and the media to document the results of loanword research for language halls. The application will be built on the Android platform and using the Java programming language, with a SQLite database. Speech Recognition is done by connecting the Google Speech API with the system, so that the percentage of voice detection becomes text is greater. The resulting application is an Android-based loan word dictionary application that contains 3 foreign languages and is equipped with a voice detection feature that is connected to the google speech API.

Abstract

PT Okta Palm Oil stands 2018 managing the earth's produce i.e. palm kernel or known as palm kernel. In the palm kernel oil industry or often referred to as palm kernel oil, quality is a very important factor for continuity in business. However, the production of palm kernel oil has always received rejection from some related companies due to the large number of qualities that do not meet the standards because the system in use is still in place. For that reason the availability of this research could help in the decision-making of palm kernels that have been eligible for further production. The aim of this research is to create decision support applications using PHP, MYSQL, XAMPP and using research and development methods i.e. potentials and problems, data collection to application testing. Testing of the system is carried out by experts, testers and by users. In order to determine the quality rate of palm kernels that have gone through the purification process, it should correspond to the standard established by the enterprise with the provision as follows: acid rate (max 5%), water rate (max 8%), dirt rate (max 8%), debris by 35%, and oil content of 51%. From the results of the research it is known that to determine the quality of the palm kernel it takes a very long process for which the availability of supporting applications this decision is considered very helpful, the result obtained is very valid where out of the 31 samples taken there are 14 that are not worthy of production and as many as 17 that are qualified for production.

Abstract

In order to obtain the target of Complete Basic Immunization (IDL), puskesmas (public health centers) in the sub-district of Duren Palm need to improve immunization services and data collection for infants and baduta (two-year-old babies). However, in the process of collecting data and grouping immunization data on infants and under-fives there are obstacles, because the data is too much to process so it takes a long time in grouping which puskesmas have reached the IDL target and which have not reached the IDL target, this makes the process ineffective and efficient. Seven Puskesmas in Duren Sawit sub-district will be divided into three groups, consisting of Puskesmas with high, medium, and low immunization targets. K-means clustering is the method used in this research, k-means clustering is a distance-based clustering algorithm, exclusively works on numeric attributes and divides data into several groups. The final results obtained using this method are in the final results of Clustering immunization targets in infants, there are three puskesmas that get a high predicate and four puskesmas that get a medium predicate. In the final results of Clustering immunization targets in under-fives, there are six health centers with high predicates and only one health center with moderate predicates. With the information system classification of infant and under-five immunization target data at Web-based health centers, it can simplify and speed up data processing and data grouping so that it becomes effective and efficient.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by infection from the Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacteria. Treatment for TB patients usually takes a long time and is mostly done independently by the patient. The doctor will usually prescribe anti-tuberculosis drugs (OAT) that are tailored to the patient's condition. While undergoing tuberculosis treatment, patients usually experience symptoms that are usually caused by tuberculosis bacterial infection and also symptoms that arise as a result of consuming OAT. Because the treatment process is carried out independently and the patient will experience many symptoms, the patient will definitely have difficulty carrying out his daily activities. Based on this, the author proposes the design and development of an expert system. This system will use the Forward Chaining method to find the symptoms experienced by the patient, then based on the symptoms found the system will determine side effects and provide suggestions that are relevant to the patient using the Content Based Filtering method. After the system is implemented, it is known that the system can diagnose the side effects of taking OAT from the visible symptoms and can recommend treatment according to the symptoms experienced by the patient.

Abstract

Rubber plants are important crops in various countries. Rubber plants have many benefits for human life. Rubber plant diseases cause many losses to farmers. Lack of knowledge and information regarding the treatment of existing diseases is a factor that causes the decline in rubber latex productivity. Appropriate control is needed to overcome this problem. An expert system is one solution that can help farmers find out information about facts about rubber plant diseases. Expert systems are artificial intelligence sciences that can help provide solutions to problems faced by farmers as if they were consulting with experts. Therefore, a system was developed that can diagnose diseases in rubber plants using this method Forward Chaining and Dempster Shafer. Forward Chaining serves as a tool to draw conclusions from the information that has been established and Dempster Shafer to handle uncertainty in symptoms, so as to produce final conclusions. From 15 trial data, accuracy results were obtained at 93.33%. Thus method Forward Chaining and Dempster Shafer can be used to diagnose types of diseases in rubber plants because it has very good accuracy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kemitraan Kedai Wakaf dalam bidang jasa konsultasi melalui perancangan sistem aplikasi berbahasa Java dengan metode First Come First Served (FCFS). Berdasarkan dari hasil wawancara diketahui jasa konsultasi yang dapat dikembangkan adalah jasa konsultasi di bidang hukum, pendidikan dan pelatihan, dan event  perjalanan. Berdasarkan penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa, pengelolaan jasa konsultasi dapat dikembangkan dengan cara membuat aplikasi yang menyediakan sistem yang dilengkapi dengan fitur konsultasi chat dan konsultasi Konsultasi Langsung.    Terdapat sistem daftar tunggu yang dalam melakukan penjadwalan dan eksekusi terhadap list daftar masuk yang diterima, aplikasi dikelola seorang admin.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the efficiency of data management at the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) Region 1 Medan through the implementation of a web-based digital archive information system using PHP and local databases. The research objectives include handling the problems of manual archival storage and data input using Excel. The system design, including flowmaps, use case diagrams, and development with PHP, was successfully implemented to improve accessibility and data management in the organization. The benefits of this research involve solutions to the problem of effective archive storage and management, supporting more informed decisions, and increasing the productivity of BMKG Region 1 Medan. Abstract

Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional adalah Lembaga Pemerintah Nonkementerian yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden melalui Menteri Kesehatan. BKKBN mempunyai tugas melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan di bidang pengendalian penduduk dan penyelenggaraan keluarga berencana. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini yaitu merancang aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah pegawai dalam proses penginputan data, pencarian data, serta penyimpanan data peserta keluarga berencana. Permasalahan yang dihadapi dari penelitian ini yaitu Pendaftaran yang cukup lama pada peserta Keluarga Berencana yang masih menggunakan sistem manual dan belum efektifnya pengelolaan data keluarga berencana di Perwakilan BKKBN Sumatera Utara. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu Hasil perancangan sistem informasi pelayanan BKKBN berbasis web pada BKKBN Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang mencakup analisis persyaratan, desain sistem, pengkodean, pengujian dan implementasi. Sistem ini dapat digunakan untuk menambah, mengedit dan menghapus data pada akun pengguna, peserta, penjadwalan dan sertifikat.

Abstract

Virus Sereve Acute Respirator Syndrome Corona Virus 2 (SARS COV-2) is a virus that is also caused by a corona virus which if exposed to this virus will cause a serious infection that has the potential to be life threatening. In various cases, it turns out that infection with the SARS COV-2 virus can have effects on several organs such as the lungs, heart, blood vessels, kidneys and liver. In this regard, some people think that the SARS COV-2 virus is a scary virus that makes people afraid to come to health services so that it has an impact on uncontrolled blood sugar and is prone to complications. To overcome the increase in mortality due to the SARS COV-2 virus with comorbidities with the help of artificial intelligence to build a knowledge-based system in the medical field for diagnosing SARS COV-2 with comorbidities using a combination of Case Based Reasoning and Certainty Factor methods. The Case Based Reasoning method is used as a rule to detect disease symptoms by diagnosing new cases based on old cases. While the Certainty Factor is used to increase the value of confidence and feasibility. The percentage of confidence value given by experts in order to get maximum results.

Abstract

Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) Kantor Regional VI Medan memiliki peran penting dalam mengawal manajemen sumber daya manusia aparatur negara di daerah. Administrasi statistik kunjungan tamu merupakan komponen penting dalam manajemen kantor. Pencatatan tamu secara manual sering kali kurang tepat dan efisien dibandingkan dengan pencatatan tamu secara otomatis, yang menyebabkan waktu tunggu yang lama dan data yang salah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem aplikasi buku tamu yang dapat mengotomatiskan operasi ini. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan prototipe, observasi, dan studi literatur, Kantor BKN Regional VI Medan mampu mengelola tamunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi buku tamu yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kantor. Tujuan dari proyek ini adalah untuk membuat dan menggunakan aplikasi buku tamu otomatis. dan menggunakan aplikasi ini untuk mengatasi masalah data pengunjung. Program ini mengurangi antrian panjang para tamu dan membuat pendataan dan penghitungan pengunjung harian menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien. Hasil Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kantor Regional VI BKN Medan mendapatkan manfaat yang sangat besar dari penerapan aplikasi buku tamu.
