Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence the cooperative learning model of the poster-assisted STAD type media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Penanggulan Kendal, knowing how much influence the poster-assisted STAD cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Negeri Penanggulan Kendal. Design of the Experimental research method. Design of Intact-Group Comparison. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes that can be seen based on the results of the pretest and posttest, controls and experiments that have been done.. It was proven in testing the hypothesis, which states that the value of  count smaller than  at value (1.74 ˂ 4.28) which means H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. The calculation shows that there are differences in student learning outcomes after using poster media on the STAD type cooperative model in the teaching and learning activities that have been carried out. So it can be concluded that learning using the poster media on the STAD type cooperative model is effective against students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to enhance students’ emotional maturity through experiential learning group counseling service. The experiment research method of pre-test post-test control group design was used with involving 16 students as experimental group (N = 8) and control (N = 8). The result of data analysis by using Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test showed that group counseling based on experiential learning was effective to improve students’ emotional maturity. Discussion of the results of this research is directed to identify the implications of the application of group counseling based on experiential learning in improving students’ emotional maturity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahi pengaruh model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan menggunakan  media video tehadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD Gemah Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dalam bentuk Pre-Experimental Design dengan jenis One Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV A. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV A SD N Gemah yang terdiri dari 40 siswa. Dalam  menentukan pretest dan posttest, dilakukan uji validitas soal instrumen yang telah divalidkan oleh validator. Setelah diperoleh data dari hasil pretest dan posttest, di analisis menggunakan uji- t. Diperoleh thitung = 23,817 dengan taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 0,226. Karena thitung  = 23,81 > ttabel = 0,226. Maka Ha diterima  hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dengan media video berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD N Gemah. Berdasarkan hasil prenelitian ini saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah supaya model pembelajaran Discovery Learing dengan menggunakan media video dapat dijadikan salah satu alternative guru untuk mengajar pada tema pahlawanku maupun pembelajaran yang lain.

Abstract

Latar belakang yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar Matematika kelas IV pada SDN 02 Baleraksa Purbalingga. Hal tersebut disebabkan proses belajar mengajar yang kurang menarik serta efektif mengoptimalkan hasil belajar siswa sehingga membuat hasil belajar siswa rendah, guru kurang menggunakan media yang mendukung untuk pemahaman konsep matematika siswa dan memotivasi siswa.Hasil belajar belum optimal, 68% siswa mendapat nilai di bawah KKM yaitu 70. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain penelitian yaitu Pre Eksperimental Design dengan rancangan One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SDN 02Baleraksa tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Sampel yang diambil adalah 28 siswa, terdiri dari 13 siswa laki-laki dan 15 siswa perempuan. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui tes (pretest-posttest), wawancara dan kegiatan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji banding hasil belajar dua pihak menunjukkan hasil thitung= 17,42 dengan ttabel= 2,049 sehingga thitung> ttabel yang artinya bahwa media pembelajaran mogabil (mobil garis bilangan) efektif terhadap hasil belajar matematika materi operasi hitung bilangan bulat kelas IV SDN 02 Baleraksa Purbalingga. Berdasarkan penelitian dan pembahasan, saran yang perlu disampaikan adalah dalam proses pembelajaran hendaknya guru menggunakan model dan media pembelajaran yang menarik siswa untuk belajar yaitu dengan mencoba menerapkan media pembelajaran mogabil (mobil garis bilangan) sebagaisalah satu media alternatif guru dalam mengajar.The background that underlies this research is the low learning outcomes of fourth grade mathematics at SDN 02 Baleraksa Purbalingga. This is due to the less interesting teaching learning process and effec-tively optimize student learning outcomes that make student learning outcomes low, the teacher does not use media that supports students' understanding of mathematical concepts and motivates students. Learning outcomes are not optimal, 68% of students score below KKM, is 70. Research is a quantitative research using research design that is Pre Experimental Design with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population of this study is all students of grade IV SDN 02 Baleraksa academic year 2017/2018. Samples taken are 28 students, consisting of 13 male students and 15 female students. The data in this study were obtained through tests (pretest-posttest), interviews and observation activities. The results of the research shows that the comparative test of two-party learning result shows thitung = 17.42 with ttable = 2.049 so thitung > ttable which means that the mogabil learning media (number line car) is effective about mathematics learning outcomes of integer class IV SDN 02 Baleraksa Purbalingga. Based on the research and discussion, suggestions that need to be submittedis in the learning process should teacher use the model and learning media that attract students to learn that is by trying to apply mogabil learning media (number line cars) as one alternative media teachers teach.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know and analyze the increase strategy of retribution received by terminal in order to increase the authority income (PAD) in Poso regency. The population in this research that are terminal official, public transport driver in terminal area of type A Siwagilemba of South Poso District, transport service provider and some functionaries that handle and know about the terminal case, the sample which is taken from the population are 70 people that’s considered as representatives. The sampling method is used namely purposive sampling that is sample determination technique with particular consideration, in this technique there is not all the population has opportunity as the sample. The collection of primary and secondary data have been done with interview, focus group discussion (FGD), questionnaire and documentation. The realization of contribution terminal has been analyzed by formula P = (Xi/X) x 100 %. The contribution in 2012 for authority original income as 0,38%. The opinion of respondent and informant is analyzed by SWOT. The technical and analysis of data is used  SWOT method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats). In SWOT matrix is known internal factor (Strength and Weakness) and external factor (Opportunities and Threats) there is in Terminal Type A Siwagilemba of South Poso district. Based on account coordinate unit of SWOT is known that the organization position of terminal unit Type Siwagilemba in South Poso District of Poso Regency, there is lied on quadrant I so that the strategy must be used is SO (Strength-Opportunity) that are: (1) to allocate in income budget and educational program and technique training in order to increase officer professional LLAJ. (2) Optimize discipline degree and authority of official LLAJ, to work the orderly for the main facility benefit and supporting in terminal. (3) to useful of amount and the level discipline of LLAJ officers to supervise and control the public transport for daily and operate the low obey with instance related, (4) to useful of the strategy terminal position, with develop the South Poso district as growth centre, and (5) to use amount of LLAJ officers to implement the socialization or implementation operational regulation of terminal for all sides.

Abstract

Indonesian Palm Oil Industry has the largest market share in the world, but still faces problems in order to strengthen the level of competitiveness. Those problems are in the industry chains, government regulation and policy as meso environment, and macro economic condition. Therefore these three elements should be considered when analyzing the improvement of competitiveness. Here, the governmental element is hoped to create a conducive environment. This paper presents the industry competitiveness conceptual model, using hierarchical multilevel system approach. The Hierarchical multilevel system approach is used to accommodate the complexity of the industrial relation and the government position as the meso environment. The step to develop the model firstly is to define the relevant system. Secondly, is to formulate the output of the model that is competitiveness in the form of indicator. Then, the relevant system with competitiveness as the output is built into a conceptual model using hierarchical multilevel system. The conceptual model is then discussed to see if it can explain the relevant system, and the potential of it to be developed into mathematical model.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pemberian reward and punishment bagi siswa SD Negeri Kaliwiru. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, angket. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Kaliwiru Kecamatan Candisari Kota Seamarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemberian reward and punishment berdampak pada tingkat kedisiplinan dan motivasi belajar siswa jika dilakukan dengan baik dan sesuai. Dalam kaitannya dengan pembelajaran dan kedisiplinan guru menerapkan metode reward and punishment untuk memberikan motivasi kepada siswa agar lebih patuh dan tertib segala peraturan yang diterapkan sekolah. Guru harus sesuai dalam menjalankan pemberian reward and punishment, peran guru sangat berpengaruh pada dampak yang akan diterima oleh siswa. Pemberian reward ini dilakukan dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai baik yang dilakukan dengan pembiasaan serta penghargaan ketika melakukan hal yang bersifat positif namun ketika anak melakukan hal negatif guru akan memberikan punishment yang sesuai bagi siswa. Punishment ini bertujuan agar anak tidak mengulangi perbuatan yang tidak diperbolehkan. Guru memperingatkan agar siswa tidak mengulangi serta menjelaskan alasan sebab akibat mengapa hal tersebut tidak diperbolehkan. Dalam prakteknya pemberian reward and punishment digunakan oleh guru sebagai bentuk penguatan, stimulus dalam mendidik siswa. Reward diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa dengan memberikan hadiah atas hal positif yang dilakukan oleh siswa. Pemberian reward dimaksudkan untuk membentuk anak lebih giat lagi usahanya untuk bekerja dan berbuat lebih baik lagi. Punishment diberikan oleh guru kepada siswa karena siswa melakukan pelanggaran atau kesalahan. Punishment akan membuat siswa menyesali perbuatannya yang salah itu. Berdasarkan penelitian ini saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah guru guru diharapkan lebih kreatif dan inovatif dengan menciptakan bentuk reward and punishment  yang baru serta dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut. Bagi siswa diharapkan tetap disiplin, giat belajar dengan baik dengan adanya reward and punishment maupun tidak. Kata kunci: Reward, Punishment, Motivasi, Kedisiplinan

Abstract

Connections between building damage and vibration intensity has been examined by few researcher. Indeedtackling of effort about bigger damage has been examined too. But connections between traffic character andbig vibration in the street edge isn’t much inspect. Some of literature almost study about connections betweenvibration and traffic micro and too specify, such as to look vibration character and it’s relation with vehiclecharacteristic. Generally details like it is less applicative, Theoretically it’s better do by perform a formula.To aim this study is to examine of connections between vibration in the street edge and traffic characteristic athighway. Traffic characteristic which examined covering are traffic volume and average of traffic speed.To support the aim, survey and analysis is needed. Survey material needs are vibration survey, traffic speed,traffic volume and few road characteristic. Survey did at the street edge with three location where everylocation have few different road characteristic, in this case wide of drainage as of attentuation wide. Everylocations inspected by variable inspection distance are 5 m. 15m and 25 m. Speed and traffic volume datarecorded in every location by using manual record, While vibration data recorded at every point of everylocation by using vibration record Vibecheck meter.Result of recording processed and analyzed to obtain average value and it data distribution. To viewconnections between vibration and traffic characteristic, distance and attentuation, to perform correlation andregretion examine. Regretion examine used for mode calibration connections between vibration and trafficcharacteristic, distance and attentuation based on Watt style.Exams result show that 1) There is strong relation between vibration with distance of examine and attentuationwide, where that connections is negative identifying, 2) There is strong relation between vibration and trafficspeed but not with traffic volume and heave vehicle on the traffic, where that connections is positive identifying,3) Watt style calibration examine result gave good enough result if we look R² value of correlation examineresult which reach 0,96.From analysis result we can concluded some cases, 1) cause vibration is effected by traffic speed then decreaseof vibration effect can performed by limitation speed especially at residence area and 2) cause vibration iseffected by distance and attentuation , then decrease of vibration effect can performed by widest distancebetween building and street edge and widest attentuation in this case is drainage

Abstract

[Title: Analysis of User Behaviour for Public Transport Special for Intermodes Transportation]In traveling, each rider will choose the route that gives the minimum fare. The journey can be expressed in terms of monetary cost, travel time, distance, safety, comfort, and cost is not borne by the traveler (social cost). Attributes are specific to each road segment (link), so it can’t be aggregated for a more long. Attribute segment in transport modeling approach behavior (behavioral), including 2 primary system, the system of activity attributes and attribute the traveler service systems. Pretty much the traveler who wants to use mass transit intermodal transportation. This research was conducted in the city of Semarang Metropolitan Indonesia: identify the purpose and perception of public transport user behavior on the network and create a model for inter-user behavior on public transport intermodal network. The combined value of the coeffient of determination of the overall model is 0.931. This means that the model is able to explain 93.1% inter-user behaviour. Behavioural characteristic of users of public transport in the intermodal network in the form of the number of activities that a lot, have enough users mature age, education level is high enough, is not associated with gender, the limitations of private vehicle ownwership. Perception of public transport user behaviior on the network inter-linked with the comfort, safety, convenience, capacity, quality and quantity of good network, resonable travel expenses, as well as interdiciplinary operator.

Abstract

This study want to measure the performance of pedestrian facilities ( zebra cross), particularly the critical gapanalysis to see the level of opportunity to cross the street safely. To support the recommendations that will be setin addition to the critical gap method will be investigated also waiting time and total time to cross the street andanalysis of types of facilities based on the volume of pedestrian and vehicle volume as the raw determination ofthe crossing facility.From some discussion can be summarized that according to the study analyzes the volume of pedestrian andvehicle volumes obtained by the recommended pedestrian facilities according to standard determination of thecrossing facility is the type of pelican crossing with a separator. Based on the analysis of waiting time to crossthe street, 93% require pedestrian waiting time, with the average waiting time to cross and the total time tocross at that location, which is 56.61 seconds and 79.25 seconds. The condition is very far from the pedestrianshould not waiting more than 30 seconds.Results of analysis of critical gaps, both based on the critical gap only in the morning or combined critical gapin the morning and afternoon shows very little chance of crossing the road owned by the defector, on themorning of 7 times for critical gap in only the morning and 11 times for a combination of critical gap Total 125waders for 06.30 until 7:30 pm, and 20 times based on a critical gap only in the morning a and 29 times forcritical gap combination of pedestrian total of 66 people over at 07.30 until 08:30 pm.Thus based on the results of some analysis that has been done can be concluded that pedestrian facilities are noteffectively to use zebra cross type . The proposed type of road crossing facilities on arterial roads for thepedestrian to use a pedestrian facility type like overpass or underpass to eliminate conflicts between thevehicle flow and a pedestrian crossing.
