Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan kepercayaan terrhadap kinerja guru SMP Kota Manado.Metodeyang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi dan kepercayaan adalah variabel independen dan kinerja guru adalah variabel dependen.Sampel penelitian adalah guru SMP di Kota Manado yang ditentukan dengan rumus Taro Yamane yaitu 101 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, (2) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru, (3) Kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positifterhadap kinerja guru (4) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen organisasi dan (5) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the results of ecological education research on the use of family medicinal plants in the GMIM Kakaskasen Maranatha Church. Education ranging from children to old age in cultivating family medicinal plants that are believed to have great benefits. Family medicinal plants are useful for preserving nature, the greening movement, herbs and medicines for human health. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews with four members of the congregation and literature studies such as books, journals, theses, internet. The results of this study indicate that ecological education in cultivating family medicinal plants does not attract the attention of young people, but is of interest to elderly mothers and women to mothers. The impact of ecological education as a marker of human reconciliation with nature. Apart from oneself, church and culture play a role in educating and preserving nature.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is an effort to understand and raise the role of the regional philosophy of “Torang Samua” created by God as a contribution to the life of religious moderation in North Sulawesi. In this paper, the researchers examine the philosophy of 'Torang Samua' created by God which was initiated by Olly Dondokambey and Steven Kandouw (ODSK) in the early days of their leadership as Governor and Vice Governor of North Sulawesi, which was used as a middle ground in every religious activity that ultimately had an impact. on the growth of a tolerant, open and even moderate community attitude in the plurality of North Sulawesi society. So it can be described that the philosophy of all people created by God is one way to develop the spirit of moderation in the context of religious plurality in North Sulawesi.
