<![CDATA[This study describes how the Workforce management evaluation at Adinda Parinring Makassar kindergarten is specifically the implementation of the management of the teaching staff. To obtain answers to these problems, the authors use three methods of data collection; Observations, interviews and documentation. In field research the author uses observation and interview instruments. Qualitative data processing and data analysis techniques that I use are; Data reduction, data discovery and data verification. The samples in this study were all educators in Adinda Parinring Makassar kindergarten. The results of the study show that the evaluation and follow-up of educators in Adinda Parinring Kindergarten are conducted regularly, ie every week and at the end of each semester.  ]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Tingkat Pengetahuan dan Sikap masyarakat desa binaan Stikes Muhammadiyah Sidrap tentang penggunaan sediaan herbal tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif pendekatan deskriptif, lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Cerawali Dusun Cenrana Kecamatan Watangpulu Kabupaten Sidrap. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 11 Mei s/d 24 Juni 2018 jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 Masyarakat dan tekhnik pengambilan sampel dengan Purposive Sampling, instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner dan teknik analisa data univariat dengan menggunakan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat Pengetahuan Masyarakat tentang penggunaan sediaan herbal sebanyak 22 responden 63% yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan “baikâ€, dan sebanyak 13 responden 37% yang memiliki tingkat penegtahuan “kurangâ€. Sedangkan sikap Masyarakat tentang penggunaan sediaan herbal sebanyak 27 responden 77% yang memiliki sikap “ya†dan sebanyak 8 sampel 28% yang memiliki sikap “tidakâ€.]]>

<![CDATA[Mesin pemecah biji kopi mentah ini merupakan salah satu alternatif peralatan guna menunjang usaha industri pertanian, Khususnya petani-petani kecil di daerah pedesaan. Mesin ini menggunakan dua buah rol pemecah yang memiliki diameter yang sama dengan putaran yang berbeda. Pada dasarnya proses pemecahan yang terjadi karena adanya gesekan antara dua buah rol yang dilapisi karet dengan kulit biji kopi kering, dimana akan menimbulkan tekanan dan gesekan pada kulit kopi kering sehingga biji kopi akan tertinggal dari kulitnya. Dari perhitungan kapasitas mesin dengan perencanaan diameter rol pemecah 200 mm dua buah, dengan panjang rol 400 mm didapat panjang barisan (jejeran) kopi sekitar18, dan dari surfey pengukuran dilapangan panjang biji kopi yang didapat sebesar +18 mm. Sehingga dari hasil perkalian antara panjang biji kopi yang berbaris dengan panjang ukuran kopi didapat sekitar 324 mm. bila dihitung dalam satu putaran rol pemecah sebesar 11 rpm dikalikan panjang barisan 18 butir maka yang dihasilkan sekitar 198 butir/menit. Hasil perhitungan dua buah rol pemecah didapat sekitar 34,8 lapisan biji kopi dan untuk mendapatkan berapa biji butir kopi maka di kalikan dengan 18 sehingga didapat sekitar 628 butir biji kopi. Untuk Putara rol 11 rpm dikali dengan hasil perhitungan 628 butir permenit maka didapat sebesar 6908 butir permenit. Dari hasil penimbangan dilapangan 1 Kg biji kopi kering sekitar +1750 butir. Dari pehitungan kapasitas didapat sebesar 3,9 Kg/menit, Hasil tersebut adalah pembagian antara butir permenit dengan 1 kg biji kopi kering.]]>

<![CDATA[Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. As one of the companies engaged in service,PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Dumai active role in serving its customers. The emergence ofcomplaints and complaints from customers, is one form of customer dissatisfaction against the company.This makes the researcher is interested to discuss how the influence of service quality on customersatisfaction at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cabang Dumai. The data were analyzed by product moment,a simple linear regression and significance testing, and performed using SPSS version 17 for Windows.Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The study was conducted bytaking the respondents using incidental sampling technique by 138 people. Based on test validity andreliability of all the data is valid. Based on the results of analysis product moment that the author didwith the number of 138 respondents and the level of 5% error rate relationship between the variablesof service quality with variable customer satisfaction is very strong. For a simple linear regressionanalysis, the regression coefficient of service quality in this equation was obtained for 0.684 (positive)which means that if the scores on the variables of service quality increases, customer satisfaction willincrease by 0.684. And the significance test the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction,For t <0.05 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted otherwise. So it can be concluded that the variablequality of services have a significant effect on customer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a classroom action research with design several cycles which aims to know the improvement of the student ability on the mathematical understanding that using CORE type of cooperative learning. The research subjects were the seventh graders at SMP Muhammadiyah Integrated of Bengkulu City. the Instrument used in this research is a test sheet. As for the conclusion of this result research is, through the application of CORE type learning on the subject of waking flat trapezoidal at the seventh graders at SMP Muhammadiyah Integrated of Bengkulu City, the students’ mathematical understanding of each indicator has reached a predetermined success criterion, incluiding: the first cycle in a number of indicators that are in both categories are still not reaching the success criteria specified but at the second cycle of the entire indicators of the ability of mathematical understanding already be in either categories and the ability of mathematical understanding has achieved success criteria specified.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is a qualitative study using objective approach. Research objectives of this study are describing the historical background of Chinese in Makassar and acculturation of Makassarese Chinese in the field of art. The data is collected through interview, observations, and review of literature. In processing the data, there are three techniques used: (1) Data Reduction; (2) Display Data; and (3) Conclusion Drawing and Verification. The results of the study reveal that Chinese came to Indonesia since centuries ago during dynastic war in Cina. They came in Makssar during Dinasti Tang on 15th. They came gradually and began to settle in Makassar during the reign of Kerajaan Gowa. This was the beginning of acculturation. At the time, they mingle with indigenous people and began to pursue various fields, including in art and culture. In music, one of Chinese named Ho Eng Djie was famous for his songs such as Amma Ciang or Atti Raja. In addition, a Chinese writer was famous with his work, Pantoen Melajoe Makassar.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of quality of work-life and job satisfaction on employee performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable In the Health Office of The North Aceh District. The sample in this study was 120 respondents. Data analysis using the AMOS SEM program. The results of data analysis, quality of work-life and job satisfaction have an influence on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The quality of work-life and organizational commitment does not affect employee performance. Organizational commitment cannot mediate the relationship between quality of work-life and job satisfaction with employee performance. The results of the study recommend encouraging employee performance, work skills and policies for organizational commitment. It should be noted that the work environment of employees and also job satisfaction is maintained with colleagues and superiors, so that employee performance is better in the future.]]>
