Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui: 1) Pelaksanaan program latihan untuk penyandang disabilitas di NPC Salatiga, 2) Peran pelatih dalam meningkatkan prestasi atlet penyandang disabilitas di NPC Salatiga, 3) Sarana dan prasarana yang dimiliki oleh NPC Salatiga, 4) Dukungan orang tua dan masyarakat terhadap peningkatan prestasi penyandang disabilitas di NPC Salatiga, dan 5) Peran pengurus NPC Salatiga dalam meningkatkan prestasi dan kesejahteraan penyandang disabilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian: 1) Pelaksanaan program latihan berjalan walaupun belum semua pelatih menyusun program latihan secara tertulis, 2) Pelatih sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan prestasi atlet, namun pelatih banyak yang belum memiliki lisensi pelatih, 3) Sarana dan prasarana di NPC Salatiga masih memerlukan perhatian yang khusus, 4) Dukungan orang tua atlet secara moral dan spiritual sangat luar biasa sehingga berdampak positif bagi perkembangan prestasi atlet, dan 5) Pengurus NPC Salatiga memberikan dukungan terhadap perkembangan prestasi atlet walaupun belum secara optimal karena ada pengurus yang tidak aktif dalam kepengurusan. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pembinaan olahraga untuk penyandang disabilitas di NPC Salatiga sudah terlaksana. Walaupun belum semua pelatih menyusun program latihan secara tertulis dan minimnya sarana prasarana tetapi dukungan dari orang tua dan pengurus mampu memberikan kontribusi yang positif terhadap perkembangan prestasi mereka.

Abstract

and the Indonesian women's team won in 2013 and 2014. This achievement became a discussion regarding the strategy used by the coach in determining a good area of attack so that the attacks created would not be in vain. and earn points. Therefore, it is necessary to have an analysis to determine the variation of the effective attack area. This will later become a guideline for coaches to improve the athlete's attacking ability. This descriptive research using the observational method was conducted at the Multipurpose Sports Hall of UIN Walisongo Semarang on 19-23 July 2019 with a research population of Indonesian men's and women's volleyball players at the 2019 Asean School Games. Using non-probability sampling techniques, a sample of 24 athletes was obtained. which is observed using an observation sheet that contains indicators of the success of the attack. After analyzing the data using percentages, it is known that on average 89.58% of the Indonesian Men's Team tends to attack at positions 1, 6, and 5. This is similar to the Indonesian Women's Team, which 85.99% of their attacks also lead to position 1, 6, and 5

Abstract

Pandemi berdampak pada dunia pendidikan. Dimana Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) yang biasanya melakukan pembelajaran secara langsung/luring kini beralih menjadi daring. Perubahan ini tidaklah mudah dilakukan, mengingat karakteristik siswa yang mereka hadapi bermacam-macam dan semuanya memerlukan penanganan khusus. Namun semua guru harus tetap beradaptasi dengan lebih kreatif dalam menyajikan sebuah pembelajaran daring. Oleh karena itu diperlukan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat terhadap permasalahan yang mitra alami melalui pelatihan Pembuatan Channel Youtube Untuk Guru Sekolah Luar Biasa Sebagai Sarana Media Pembelajaran Di Masa Pandemi. Dengan demikian membekali guru di SLB N Kota Salatiga untuk dapat membuat media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah perencaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Peserta pelatihan diberikan pemahaman konseptual tentang pembuatan Channel youtube sekaligus praktek untuk membuat Channel youtube masing-masing. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam membuat media pembelarajan daring selama masa pandemi. Diharapkan semua guru nantinya dapat mengembangkan diri melalui pembuatan konten pembelajan yang dikemas menarik melalui media pembelajran daring. Sehingga proses pembelajaran jauh lebih menarik.

Abstract

ABSTRACTKelurahan Sekaran has a high population density because it consists of natives and immigrants. Dense activities creating a large volume of domestic waste. The domestic waste consists of vegetable, fruit, egg shells and food scraps and is semi-alkaline in nature. If this domestic waste is not managed properly, it will accumulate and cause environmental problems in the form of unpleasant odors, polluting the environment, disturbing the scenery, and becoming a habitat for pathogenic microorganisms that can cause disease for humans. Therefore, it is necessary to properly handle the organic domestic waste by recycling or processing into new and more useful products such as processing organic domestic waste into organic fertilizer using biocomposter. So far, not all people in Sekaran know the appropriate technology to process domestic waste into organic fertilizer and the economic potential of the products. Thus, community service activities have been carried out regarding training for processing skills of organic domestic waste into solid and liquid organic fertilizer (compost), as well as its application to plants. This training has a positive impact on environmental cleanliness and the creation of new products with appropriate technology, especially for the community in Sekaran Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City (PKK RT 04 RW 01 Sekaran).Keywords: Domestic waste, organic fertilizer, biocomposter, Sekaran Village ABSTRAKKelurahan Sekaran memiliki kepadatan populasi yang tinggi karena terdiri dari penduduk asli dan pendatang dari luar daerah. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan padatnya aktivitas sehingga menghasilkan volume sampah domestik yang besar. Sampah domestik tersebut terdiri dari sisa sayur, buah, cangkang telur maupun sisa-sisa makanan dan bersifat semi basa. Jika sampah domestik ini tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka akan menumpuk dan menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan berupa bau tidak sedap, mengotori lingkungan, mengganggu pemandangan, dan menjadi habitat bagi mikroorganisme patogen yang dapat menimbulkan penyakit bagi manusia. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penanganan yang tepat terhadap sampah domestik organik tersebut dengan recycle atau mengolah menjadi produk baru yang lebih bermanfaat seperti pengolahan sampah domestik organik menjadi pupuk organik menggunakan biocomposter. Sejauh ini, masyarakat di Sekaran belum semua mengetahui teknologi tepat guna untuk mengolah sampah domestik menjadi pupuk organik serta potensi ekonomis dari produk yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, telah dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai pelatihan ketrampilan pengolahan sampah domestik organik menjadi pupuk organik (kompos) padat dan cair, serta aplikasinya pada tanaman. Pelatihan ini berdampak positif terhadap kebersihan lingkungan dan penciptaan produk baru dengan teknologi tepat guna, khususnya bagi masyarakat di Kelurahan Sekaran, Kecamatan Gunungpati, Kota Semarang (PKK RT 04 RW 01 Sekaran). Kata Kunci: Sampah domestik, pupuk organik, biocomposter, Kelurahan Sekaran

Abstract

Basically entrepreneurship is how to form the mindset, attitude, and behavior of people to become an entrepreneur. In addition, giving soft-skill to the students is also one way to equip students so they can have the character as entrepreneur. Soft-skill can be obtained through learning that prioritizes the approach of field practice, so that students can have real work experience. Segers (2004) stated that one of the key characteristics of effective learning and assessment models is to focus on high skills or competencies relevant to their future work. The aim of this study is to find out the role of field study for improving sport entrepreneurship’s interest on physical education students. This quantitative study was conducted using a 5-point likert survey method consist of three dependent variables and one independent variable with 115 respondents from Physical Education students. The data showed that the value of R is 0.662, this indicates that there is a moderate or strong relationship between field study (X) on entrepreneurship interest (Y). R square value of 0.439 could be interpreted that the field study can affect entrepreneurial interest of 43.9% while the remaining 56.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Through the result of this study, we could see that field study has role to enhance the entrepreneurship’s interest, though there are other factors affect, such as the curriculum and educators.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of physical education teachers to face the challenges of how they achieve their learning goals in the midst of COVID-19. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with techniques analyze data by means of questionnaires and interviews. Results of this study indicate that the technical readiness of physical education teachers in elementary schools in Central Java can be interpreted as being ready to face the online learning system. Conclusion for this study show that, the readiness of physical education teachers in technical matters needs to be a concern . As a suggestion for further research of online quizzes that are easily accessible to students as an alternative to assessing student's cognitive needs to be considered. This research can be a source of information for physical education teachers in preparing to provide physical education learning at elementary school due the COVID-19.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengenalan dan edukasi permainan tradisional di sekolah bertaraf internasional menjadi problem tersendiri dalam upaya pelestarian budaya khas Indoensia. Metode pengabdian yang dilakukan meliputi Planning, Screening, Implementation, Evaluation, and Reporting. Pelaksanaan melibatkan semua guru dan siswa di sekolah tersebut. Data dalam kegiatan pengabdian diambil melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa peserta kegiatan pengabdian merasa senang dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan secara langsung praktik dilapangan. Selama proses kegiatan pengabdian, peserta tampak antusias mencoba dan mempelajari enam ragam permainan diantaranya Terompah Panjang, Egrang Batok, Bekelan, Srempengan, Engklek, dan Gasingan.  Melalui pengabdian ini, upaya pelestarian budaya indonesia dapat terlaksana dan terbukti berdampak positif  bagi generasi muda.

Abstract

Education and Introduction Shooting Sports for Elementary and Junior High School Children, which was held on October 26, 2021, in partnership with the Central Java Provincial PERBAKIN Supervisor, is a form of community service by lecturers at the Faculty of Sports Science, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Introducing shooting sports, is one of the solutions to be able to generate student interest in learning shooting sports, in the long term it will have an impact on increasing young shooting athletes in Semarang. The material presented contains basic shooting techniques, various numbers in shooting, facilities and infrastructure, as well as an overview of future achievement opportunities for participants who are interested in pursuing shooting sports. Participants’ response showed enthusiasm by asking some questions. Some said that they got new information and knowledge related to shooting. The conclusion of the service carried out received a positive response from the participants. Suggestions of this service are addressed to the Central Java Provincial PERBAKIN Supervisor, especially in the field of Organization to collaborate with the local education office regularly to hold similar activities for education levels from elementary to high school in order to expand opportunities to continue the generation of shooters in the future

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani adaptif merupakan bagian dari pendidikan secara umum sebagai salah satu bentuk dari pendidikan secara keseluruhan yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengasah potensi diri siswa yang berkebutuhan khusus dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan melalui aktivitas gerak fisik. Masa pandemi yang berkepanjangan ini membuat guru pendidikan jasmani adaptif di sekolah luar biasa juga harus mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan cepat. Sehingga proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis secara langsung pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani adaptif yang dilaksanakan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani selama masa pandemi di Sekolah Luar Biasa. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan di 10 Sekolah Luar Biasa yang berda di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Instrumen yang digunakan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Analisis data menggunakan data collection, data reduction, data display, dan conclusion data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah semua sekolah luar biasa telah menggunakan metode pemebelajaran daring. Semua guru mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat pada masa pandemi covid 19. Sehingga semua siswa tetap mendapatkan pembelajaran walaupun mereka berada di rumah masing-masing.

Abstract

Alumni is a means of promotion and curriculum development of a study program. Based on this background problem, this research focuses on finding data on graduates or alumni through tracer studies. The research design uses qualitative research. The population in this study were all graduates of the Department of Physical Education, Health and Recreation (PJKR) Semarang State University. The data collection method used by researchers is: a graduate tracer study system is carried out online through the development of an "alumni portal" which contains alumni respirators and databases that can be accessed online. The analytical method used to analyze the data obtained in this study are as follows: (a) Univariate analysis or single frequency analysis is intended to analyze only one variable that you want to know, for example the waiting period for graduates to get a job (b) bivariate analysis is intended to provide an explanation regarding the relationship between one variable and another, for example the suitability between lecture material and competency in employment, and (c) multivariate analysis is used to determine various variables, from the simplest to the most complex.
