Abstract

The issue in this research is there are parents who still have not been provided good in parenting and to their childrens, and that causing low students outcomes learning. The purpose of this research is to know the correlation of parenting and tutoring to learning outcomes on 6th grade students of SD Negeri 1 Gedongair Bandar Lampung. Type of research that is used by the researchist is the quantitative analysis. The method is expost facto, by using the purposive sampling, which the subject is the students on 6th grades. The data collecting method is using the questionnaire instrument. Data analysis is using correlation coefficient product moment. According to the data analysis, it can be deducted that there is a correlation of parenting againts the learning outcomes of 6th grade students of SD Negeri 1 Gedongair Bandar Lampung, and there is a correlation of tutoring againts the learning outcomes.Keywords: parenting, tutoring, learning outcomes.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya orang tua yang belum memberikan pola asuh dan bimbingan belajar yang baik terhadap anaknya, sehingga menyebabkan masih ada peserta didik yang mendapatkan hasil belajar rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan pola asuh orang tua dan bimbingan belajarterhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VI SD Negeri 1 Gedongair Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode expost facto. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan subjek penelitian peserta didik kelas VI. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen angket dan dokumentasi hasil nilai. Analisis data menggunakan koefisiesnsi korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antar pola asuh orang tuaterhadap hasil belajar dan terdapat hubungan  yang positif dan signifikan antara bimbingan belajar terhadap hasil belajar.Kata Kunci: pola asuh orang tua, bimbingan belajar, hasil belajar.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of natural science. The purpose of this research is to find out the difference and the effect of applying project based learning science worksheets to the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air. The research method used was quasi experiment with nonequivalent control group design. This study uses nonprobability sampling with the subject of all the fifth grade students SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air which were forty-nine students. Data collection techniques using test instruments and observation sheets, data analysis using t test and simple linear regression. The results showed that there are differences in learning outcomes by applying project based learning science worksheets and by not applying project based learning science worksheets; moreover, there is an effect of applying project based learning science worksheets to the learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air.  Masalah dalam penelitian  ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar IPA. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan dan pengaruh penerapan LKPD IPA berbasis project based learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperiment dengan nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan nonprobability sampling dengan subjek penelitian semua peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air yang sebanyak 49 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes dan non-tes, analisis data menggunakan uji t dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dengan menerapkan LKPD IPA berbasis project based learning  dibandingkan tidak menerapkan LKPD IPA berbasis project based learning dan terdapat pengaruh penerapan LKPD IPA berbasis project based learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 1 Gedong Air. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, LKPD IPA berbasis project based learning, penerapan.

Abstract

The problem in this research is the low learning outcomes of low grade students at SD Negeri 1 Rama Murti. This study aims to determine the significant relationship between the role of parents in mentoring and learning outcomes, the role of parents in learning motivation and learning outcomes, the role of parents in mentoring and learning motivation, and the role of parents in mentoring and learning motivation together with learning outcomes of low grade. This type of research is ex-postfacto correlation. The data collection techniquesused werw questionnaires and documentation study. The instrument for data collection is a questionnarie with a linkert scale, wich was previously tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis using product moment correlation multiple correlation. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between the role of parents in mentoring and learning motivation together with learning outcomes with a correlation coefficient value of 0,687 being at a level of “Strong”.Keywords: learning outcomes, mentoring, motivationDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/pdg.v9i1.23167

Abstract

The problem with this study is low mathematics learning outcomes of students. This study aimed to determine a relationship between learning extrinsic motivation and mathematics learning outcomes, relationship between learning discipline and mathematics learning outcomes, and relationshiop between learning extrinsic motivation and learning discipline to mathematics learning outcomes of students. This type of research is quantitative by an ex-postfacto correlation research method. The population in this study is 55 students. Sample retrieval techniques used a total sampling. Data collection techniques was used in the form of questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using statistical tests of multiple correlation. Research shows that there is a significant reationship between learning extrinsic motivation and learning discipline with the mathematics learning outcomes of students grade V with a coefficient correlation of 0,501 positive with “moderate” criteria.Keywords: learning extrinsic motivation, learning discipline, mathematics learning outcomesDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/pdg.v9i1.23169

Abstract

The aim of this research was to analyze the effect of snowball throwing technique in students’ learning process. The approach of this study was quasi exsperiment using one group pretest posttest design. The population of this research was fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Marga Kencana consisted of 47 students. This research used random sampling in choosing the sample consisted of 23 students. The tests were used as the instrument to elicit the data; it consists of 20 items in multiple choice. The data were analyzed by using simple t-test. The result showed that t-value was higher than t-table (5.2802.074), so Ho was rejected. It means that there was a significant difference of snowball throwing technique on the students’ learning process in thematic with themes 2 sub themes 1 at the fifth grade of SD Negeri 1 Marga Kencana academic year 2018/2019.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan model kooperatif tipe snowball throwing terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik. Metode penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment menggunakan rancangan dengan one group pretest posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 47 peserta didik. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 23 peserta didik. Teknik sampling yang digunakan probability sampling dengan jenis teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen utama yang digunakan adalah tes yang digunakan sebanyak 20 item soal pilihan ganda. Data di analisis dengan mengunakan rumus uji t-test diperoleh t-tabel sebesar 2,074 karena t-hitung t-tabel (5.280 2.074), maka Ho ditolak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh dalam penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe snowball throwing terhadap hasil belajar tematik peserta didik kelas V tema 2 sub tema 1 SD Negeri 1 Marga Kencana tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Kata kunci : hasil belajar tematik, model pembelajaran kooperatif, snowball throwing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical results about the effect of the living environment and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of students class 6 th at SD Negeri 1 Bakauheni. Type of research that is used by the researchist is the quantitative analysis. The method is ex-post-facto, by using the total sampling, which the subject is the students class 6th. The data collecting method is using the questionnaire instrument and mid-semester asessment documentation. Data analysis is using simple linear regression. The results showed that: 1. The living environment had no effect on the learning outcomes of students class 6th at SD Negeri 1 Bakauheni, 2. Abstract

Problem of this research was the low level of students learning outcomes on integrated science learning in SD Negeri 2 Sawah Lama. This research was aimed to determine the effect of application problem based learning model use teaching aid on the students learning outcomes on integrated science learning. The method use in this research is quasi experiment method design non equivalent control group design. This research used non probability sampling with type purposive sampling technique. The instruments used are test and non test. Data were analyzed by using simple linier regression. The result of data analysis can be concluded that there was effect of application Problem Based Learning use teaching aid toward learning outcomes on integrated science learning in the fifth grade of SD Negeri 2 Sawah Lama. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA terpadu di SD Negeri 2 Sawah Lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model Problem Based Learning menggunakan alat peraga terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada pembelajaran IPA terpadu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling non probability sampling dengan jenis teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan non tes. Data analisis menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulankan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan model problem based learning menggunakan alat peraga terhadap hasil belajar pada pembelajaran IPA terpadu peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri 2 Sawah Lama. Kata kunci: problem based learning menggunakan alat peraga, hasil belajar, pembelajaran IPA terpadu.

Abstract

Sejak bergulirnya revolusi industri (RI) 4.0 tidak hanya sektor industri saja yang terdampak, sektor pasar tenaga kerja dan pendidikan juga turut terdampak. Penyiapan SDM yang berkualitas dan memiliki keterampilan-keterampilan abad XXI agar dapat menghadapi tantangan RI 4.0 perlu dilakukan sejak di bangku SD, salah satunya melalui pembelajaran IPA. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan melatih guru-guru SD di Kota Metro Provinsi Lampung dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran IPA yang melatihkan keterampilan-keterampilan abad XXI. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, workshop, kegiatan mandiri, dan presentasi. Dari kegiatan ini diperoleh nilai rerata n-gain sebesar 0,780 dengan kategori tinggi dan 85% guru peserta kegiatan dinyatakan terampil dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran IPA yang melatihkan keterampilan-keterampilan abad XXI. Kata kunci: revolusi industri 4.0, keterampilan abad XXI, perangkat pembelajaran IPA SD AbstractSince the onset of the industrial revolution (IR) 4.0, not only the industrial sector has been affected, but also the labor market and education sectors have been affected. Preparation of the qualified human resources and the 21st-century skills to be able to deal with the challenges of IR 4.0 needs to be done in elementary school, one of which is through natural science learning. This activity is carried out to train elementary school teachers in the Metro City Lampung Province for making natural science learning instruments that practice 21st-century skills. This activity is carried out by lecturing, workshops, independent activities, and presentations. From this activity, an average n-gain value of 0.780 was obtained with a high category and 85% of the teachers participating in the activity were declared skilled in compiling science learning tools that train the 21st-century skills. Key words: industrial revolution 4.0, the 21st-century skills, natural science for elementary school learning instruments

Abstract

The national education system so far has not been satisfactory. Looking at this situation, several solutions have been proposed, e.g., updated version of curriculum. However, this solution is not adequate because educators are also expected to be able to prepare students' attitudes and behavior so that they can face the demands of the current situation and the dynamics of change that are rapidly developing. Changes that occur are not only in knowledge and technology but also in aspects of moral values in social life. In addition to family as a center of education, a higher education institution environment also requires a function of character education to shape students’ personality be more positive as expected. In other words, the process of character formation and habituation is the responsibility of not only students’ parents within family domain but also formal higher education institutions. With the various problems that exist at higher education level, character building for primary teacher education (henceforth PGSD) students is needed that they are expected to be able to improve and apply their knowledge, study, appreciate and apply character values in their daily life behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify PGSD students’ character formation and ensure the results of the character formation process in a higher education institution in Indonesia.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is that students have difficulty learning mathematics during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is aims to determine the factors of learning  difficulties in mathematics in fourth grade students of SDS Tri Sukses, with the limitation of the problem of factors of learning difficulties in mathematics and efforts to overcome difficulties in learning mathematics in grade IV students of SDS Tri Sukses. The research method in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation and documentation. The data in the analysis refers to the data of Miles and Hubberman with the following steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause difficulty in learning mathematics come from internal factors, namely the health of students who are not optimal, negative attitudes in learning mathematics, student interest, and student motivation is still low. External factors include the use of teaching methods that are less varied, the lack of use of learning media, the relationship between educators and students who are less close and the family environment. Efforts made in overcoming difficulties in learning mathematics are teachers always provide motivation, provide contextual or real learning, increase interest in learning and help and guide students who have difficulty learning mathematicsKeywords: learning difficulties factors; mathematics; pandemic period Covid-19 AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kesusahan belajar matematika dimasa mewabahnya Covid-19. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui faktor kesusahan belajar matematika peserta didik kelas IV SDS Tri Sukses. Metode penelitian pada penelitian ini ialah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data di analisis mengacu pada data Miles dan Hubberman dengan langkah berikut: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor pemicu kesusahan belajar matematika berasal dari faktor internal yaitu kesehatan peserta didik yang tidak optimal, sikap negatif dalam belajar matematika, minat peserta didik, dan motivasi peserta didik masih rendah. Faktor ekternal meliputi pemakaian metode mengajar yang kurang bervariasi, kurangnya pemakaian media pembelajaran, interaksi pendidik dan peserta didik yang kurang dekat serta lingkungan keluarga. Usaha untuk menaggualangi kesusahan belajar matematika ialah guru selalu memberikan motivasi, memberikan pembelajaran secara konstektual atau nyata, meningkatkan minat belajar, dan membantu serta mengajarkan siswa yang mengalami kesusahan belajar matematika.Kata Kunci: faktor-faktor kesulitan belajar; masa pandemi Covid-19; matematika  DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/mtk/v10i2.pp128-141
